"See why I didn't want to be here?" Stella said in a grumpy mood. As the seven walked to the castle, Luna stormed out walking past them, stopping when she sees Stella.
Stella who obviously didn't want to be seen urged them to keep walking but Luna was adamant about talking to Stella. "Stella darling what are you doing back on Solaria? Did you get expelled from Alfea again?"
"Actually, mom we're here because, we need to find the gem of self-confidence. So we need to head on over to the Azure valley and the Royal Deeps in the ocean."
"No. Absolutely not, the Azure Valley and Royal Deeps are too dangerous. I forbid it. End of discussion Stella. Oh and when you get to the castle tell your dad that he needs to get off his ass and take care of his family. And stop putting his role as king first."
"Mom, we need to do this, you shouted at dad that you vacated the crown. I love you but we need to do this please believe me when I say that we're going to the Azure Valley and the Royal Deeps whether or not you approve. Goodbye mom. I'll be back when we get the gem of self-confidence." Stella said, firm in her approach to dealing with her mom before walking off with the other six girls.
Former queen Luna noticed Alyssa's more masculine features and made a snide remark as they walked away. "I see Alfea is now accepting anyone who thinks that they're a fairy. Looks like one of you belongs at Red Fountain. I suppose Alfea has succumb to liberal ideals"
Stopping in her tracks Alyssa turned on her heels was about to chew out the former queen when Stella, marched up to her mom and got in her face, "Mom, you know what. Alyssa stood there, mouth agape, speechless at Stella's verbal beat down of her mother's awful transphobic views, while Tecna said, "wow hearing Stella stick up for Alyssa is something like that is really touching. But need I remind you all of the deadline, we have 26 more days to get the gems before we loose out powers entirely I don't know about you girls but I like my powers and don't want to loose them."
"Right lets go. We need to disregard what my mom says and do this no matter what, We need to hurry and be on the lookout for Valtor and other villains." Stella said. The seven girls walked to the ocean of Solaria. "Sorry Alyssa, my mom can be pretty stuck in her ways I hope reliving something like what I put you through didn't effect you too much."
"Thank you Stella. It really means a lot to me. Thank you for sticking up for me, I was really shocked. Thank you for saying that I was one of the most compassionate individuals to attend Alfea." Alyssa smiled as she held Bloom and Flora's hand. As they walked to the ocean of Solaria, Alyssa couldn't help but feel the love and compassion for her friends and the overwhelming love she had for Flora and Bloom.
"You ready to take the plunge into the Azure Valley baby?" Bloom asked Alyssa who turned to Flora and said, "I'm ready are you ready to take the plunge muffin?"
"I'm ready." Flora said smiling, putting on a brave face but deep down she was very nervous worried about losing her powers forever.
"Okay ladies lets do this." Stella said taking the lead on this "Magic Winx, Harmonix" They all shouted transforming into their Harmonix form, the mermaid-esq dress and transformation allowed them to swim and breathe underwater although the high heels that came with the transformation were impractical. Diving down into the ocean it was surprisingly warm for being an ocean.
"Okay ladies follow me and lets go to the depths and get that gem." Stella said taking a leadership role. As they dove down into the ocean Stella said, "oh its like paradise here, but we mustn't get distracted here we have a mission."
The other six nodded and began following Stella to the depths of the ocean of Solaria. "oh its like a paradise here I want to stay here forever. But we have a mission to do. As they swam on they saw another selkie, this one named Illiris, she looked like she had her powers taken from her. Stella immediately bonded with Illiris, restoring her powers.
"Please you need to help us," Illiris said, "there is a mutant jellyfish down in the royal depths and its going on a rampage. It was made by a merfolk named Tritannus he was trying to get to the infinite ocean. You need to stop that monster and stop Tritannus."
"Don't worry, we will," Alyssa said swimming up to Stella and then catching a gleam of a silver shield in a cavern with a blue gem embedded in it. "come on girls I think I see what we need." The girls swam down to the cavern only to be met with the mutant jellyfish. As the jellyfish looked at them it set its sights on Flora about to turn her into stone but Alyssa swam forward and pushed Flora out of the way getting hit with the stone gaze getting turned into stone herself, sinking to the bottom of the ocean right near Bloom
"NO!" Flora and Bloom shouted. Flora swam to the shield as the jellyfish was reading another attack and picked up the shield. As the mutant creature let loose another attack Flora used the shield to deflect it and redirect it to itself. She then used the shield to free Alyssa from her stony prison. "Thank you so much baby. Now lets get that gem."
The girls searched and when they couldn't find it in the cave they turned to the shield and saw that it was embedded into the shield, taking it out they all were granted with a piece of it to put in their sirenix box and then given the next clue. 'Like a ruby shining under the sea, corals are strings that you feel in a key'
"Hey that sounds like where I'm from, Melody. We have 26 days left lets stay the night on Solaria and then head to my home world." Musa said confidently ready to show her friends her home world.
"Right, and after this whole quest is over maybe we can take a break from saving the magical realm and take a vacation on Mystelar." Alyssa said smiling at her friends.
"Alright lets swim up and then we can go meet my father, hopefully he and my mom aren't fighting again and hopefully she learned her lesson on messing with you Alyssa." Stella said taking the lead on swimming up to the surface of the ocean.
Once on the surface they de-transformed and made their way back on solid ground and walked to the castle of Solaria. While on the walk they heard more fighting from the castle making Stella and Musa very uncomfortable.
"...I don't care, I don't want someone like that hanging out with our daughter." Luna shouted.
"Luna, dear we don't want a war with Mystelar they're far more advanced than us and we have the honor of hosting their princess." King Radius explained.
"Prince, we have the dishonor of hosting their prince and I don't want him to hang out with our daughter."
"Luna, I swear to god if you don't shut up I will make it so Stella never talks to you again. She is making real friends and king Alaric is a good friend of mine. I will not have you disrespect the crown princess of Mystelar because of your prejudiced view points."
Stella and Musa turned to the others and Stella said, "On second thought why don't we head to Melody right now."
The others agreed and Stella conjured up another portal this time to Melody, the seven girls walked through and were ready to face the next challenge of getting the gem of Empathy.
