Amos never said anything even when he heard footsteps and looked ahead. Glowering, he was able to view the usual Smallville creature appearing and snarling at the same time. ''There's your answer,'' Amos said to Supergirl after he faced her. He looked ahead and attacked the creature with a tentacle from his mouth. The tentacle managed to strike it repeatedly. It returned to Amos when Supergirl offered to defeat their opponent.
Amos waited for Supergirl to cause it to retreat from her kicks.
