Asking for a Friend - Lisa Kloughn
Lisa's POV
My mommy and daddy are at my sisters' school conferences for a while today so I am spending part of the day with my Aunt Stephie. My sisters are Angie and Mary Alice, or just MA. I have blonde hair like my mommy and my older sister, Angie. MA has hair like Aunt Stephie. It's crazy wild.
I am three and a half years old. We are having lunch at Chuck E. Cheese's so I can run around and play. Aunt Stephie has a bodyguard with her. That makes me feel really important.
I'm having a lot of fun eating pizza and playing games. Aunt Stephie wants me to come back to the table and eat more lunch. Then I can have Dippin' Dots. Yum. It's been a very good day.
I want to stay for awhile but I also want to tell my mommy about my new boyfriend. He is so cute. He has blonde hair and blue eyes and smiles a lot. We've been playing on the floor and at the claw machine. He helped me win a stuffed penguin in the claw machine. He's my hero and so big and strong.
I think I want to marry him but I prolly want a career, too. And some babies. I want it all. So, do you think Binkie will wait for me to grow up? Asking for a friend.
