[Camera opens to the TARDIS materializing in a dark, rocky cave. The Doctor and Noah step out, with the Doctor adjusting his bowtie and Noah looking around in amazement.]
Doctor: [excitedly] Welcome to the Silurian city, Noah! I thought it was about time you saw the wonders that lie beneath the Earth's surface.
Noah: [in awe] This is incredible, Doctor! I never knew something like this existed.
Doctor: [smiling] And that's just the beginning. Come on, I'll give you the grand tour.
[The two walk deeper into the city, passing by buildings carved into the rock and Silurians going about their daily lives. Suddenly, they hear a commotion and see a group of Silurians surrounding a figure.]
Noah: [whispering] Are those Silurians? I thought we were enemies with them.
Doctor: [nodding] We were, but things have changed. They're recovering from the snap, just like the rest of the universe.
[The Doctor and Noah approach the group and see that the figure is actually a female Silurian, named Raslo. She looks up at them with curiosity.]
Raslo: [addressing the Doctor] Who are you? And why have you brought a human here?
Doctor: [smiling] I'm the Doctor, and this is Noah. I wanted to show him the wonders of your city.
Raslo: [surprised] The Doctor? The same one who defeated our armies?
Doctor: [nodding] Yes, but that was a long time ago. We're here to make amends.
[The Doctor and Raslo step aside to talk, while Noah watches from a distance. They discuss the effects of the Thanos snap and how it affected the Silurian civilization. Raslo begins to understand the Doctor's intentions.]
Raslo: [softly] I see now. You are truly a noble man, Doctor. We may have been enemies, but I believe we can now be allies.
Doctor: [smiling] I'm glad you see it that way, Raslo. Perhaps we can work together to rebuild what was lost.
[Raslo and the Doctor shake hands, while Noah watches in amazement. Suddenly, Raslo's communicator beeps and she looks at it with concern.]
Raslo: [apologetic] I'm sorry, Doctor, but I have to go. There's an emergency I need to attend to.
Doctor: [understanding] Of course, Raslo. We'll keep in touch.
[Raslo and Noah exchange contact information before she leaves. The Doctor turns to Noah with a smile.]
Doctor: [proudly] See, Noah? This is what happens when we put aside our differences and work together.
Noah: [impressed] You're right, Doctor. I can't wait to see what else this universe has in store for us.
[The two walk back to the TARDIS, ready for their next adventure together.]
