CHAPTER ONE

On the night before the big day, it was time to party. The girls and Danny's seldom seen mom took Cathy to the She-She Lounge, in town. Principal Rollins was there too, as she was invited. She was still a principal, and she still talked with army words, and even though she was a little older, she still showed everyone how she could bust dance moves. "These moves very saved my life in the force! I suggest you try them soldier."

Cathy decided to try it, only she outshined Rollins with her Rapsodian stretch dances. "If this is how ladies act before their wedding, I don't think I'll ever get married." said Sam.

"Speak for yourself." said Danny's mom. She felt all giggly that Danny was marrying Cathy and all but, having an alien as a daughter-in-law; it was excited and somewhat a bit weird. "Okay… so my son's marrying an alien."

Chris, John, and Hugo threw Danny a huge bachelor party at the location of the clubhouse, which had been remolded and refitted to suit adult sizes.

Meanwhile, the men were all playing basketball, and Danny's hardly ever seen father was playing too. He and the others weren't any match for Danny's Olympic skills, and Danny went for a long shot, and it went through "Yeah! Who's The Danny! Who's the Danny!" he gloated.

Chris sighed "Is he going to do that every time he scores?"

"Come on, cut him a break." said John.

"I'm just getting it all out of my system." said Danny. His features then changed "I'm really freaking out deep down."

"Oh, don't worry, my boy." said Hugo "I remember when I had the wedding jitters, and I curled up in a ball so tightly, it took days to get me unfolded."

The others all thought that strange, but Danny's father comforted his son "Come on, Danny. I know you can do this." he said "Though you were always the brightest as a kid, I always had faith in you, and then you surprise me with all this alien stuff."

His son looked up at his father. "Really?"

His dad nodded "Now, come on. You can win the gold medals, you can bust big ugly aliens, and then you can defiantly get married."

"Thanks Pop."

Chris then played a rock song on the stereo "Come on, boys let's bust some moves."

The men all began to dance wildly, and then who should come around, but none other than Wendy, who was walking her new dog, Matisse III. She literally walked up to the stereo and clicked it off. "Can you, like keep it down?!" she snarled "I can totally hear you from around the corner."

The men were not impressed "I'll handle this…" said Danny and he walked up to her. "Look, Wendy, I'm sorry your hurting inside."

"Ah, as if!" snapped Wendy, but she didn't fool anyone, they knew the truth.

"Look, all I'm saying is, it's my last night of singlism, and I want to enjoy it." He clicked the stereo back on, much to Wendy's annoyance.

"Wendy, you really have to get over this." said Chris.

Wendy turned red with anger, and just stormed home in a huff, yanking Matisse III with her, unaware that she was being watched from above by two strange creatures.

Wendy sulked in her room, and even let out a frustrating scream as she threw herself on her bed. All around her, he room was decorated with posters and pictures of Danny.

The MBC was not fully revealed until sometime in high school. When Wendy discovered Danny's heroicness, she began to crush hard on him, the way he used to on her. The problem was Danny had lost all interest in her, as his crush was nothing more than that- only liking her for her looks. It took him awhile, but he was finally able to see her as the airheaded, mean bimbo she really was.

Lots of boys did, and just like Danny, only fell for her looks, but her vain and snotty personality drove them all away. She never had a date, boys stopped wanting to do things for her. Even when she went all out to impress boys, she got nothing. She knew Danny was her only chance for a real relationship, and obsessed over him non-stop, but nothing she ever said or did convince him.

"Sorry, Wendy… you had your chance." he told her "You had tons of chances, and you didn't give me one. I never thought I'd get over you, but… I have. Sorry."

It was bad enough he wasn't interested, but Wendy's popularity had gone way downhill. Her bad attitude gave her poor grades and lack of necessities to get a stable job. All she did was walk dogs, or babysit, which annoyed her. She couldn't even try to join the MBC, as she totally flunked all the training tests, intelligence exams. All she ever did was whine and complain, like a complete airhead!

She still was living at her parents' home, and her folks, still working overseas most of the time, didn't have that much time for her. So she was often alone, miserable, and even feeling older than she was, and fearing she'd grow really old, and alone and be surrounded by cats, or rather more dogs called Matisse.

"How the heck am I going to win him over!" she grumbled to herself. She knew she didn't stand a chance against someone like Cathy; a doctor and an alien.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. She could see from her window it was Jeremy, just as geeky and nerdish as ever. She angrily opened her window and growled at him "Like what are you doing here? Can't you see that I'm trying to be miserable?"

"Ah, yes I know perfectly how you feel." Jeremy said slyly. "I too am a victim of heartache and anger." He was shocked the day he discovered the truth about Cathy, but his obsession with her was as strong as ever, but just like Wendy, he miserably failed to be with his love. "I work hard to become a great video-game and computer designer! I buy a fabulous estate in the countryside! Yet my sweet Cathy prefers another to me!"

Wendy was not amused "I am like totally going to call the cops if you don't beat it."

"Fine then…" said Jeremy "Reject my offer, which can help me get my sweet Cathy, and you can have Danny."

Wendy winced, and dashed downstairs in a heartbeat "Get Danny back? Like how…?"

Jeremy tipped his glasses and told her to follow him. She did so, and soon they emerged in an old vacant lot, where he setup his interstellar laptop, capable of sending signals out into space. He first showed images of Cathy's party, which he was spying on from a miniature camera planted at the She-She Lounge in town.

He hated the sight of it, knowing that tomorrow Cathy would be married to Danny. Wendy hated it more, but Jeremy got straight to his point. "I had recently received an email…" he said, and he opened it, which turned out to be the answer to his and Wendy's problem.

Do you have a problem with the MBC? Do you require help making your wishes to break them up a reality?

We are willing to help you.

-The Technolians.

There were also images of what these guys looked like, and the things they could offer to assist their clients. Wendy was intrigued, especially by the whole "Break them up" ideal. "I'm in, but you can so not tell anyone that I've been seen with you."

Jeremy rolled his eyes, and sent the reply to the Technolians, offering to pay them well in Earth money. Then he switched the screen back to Cathy's party, feeling soon his beloved would be all his.
