Chapter 3
Mall Chaos and Meeting Demon Slayer
One month later. Kyojoru Gym.
Aoki decided to get up early and do some form of training at his family's gym. After cleaning off the graffiti from their house, he trains until the sun rises, punching the gym bag until he collapses onto the floor. Finally, he takes a breather as he looks out the windows, watching the sunrise, signaling a new day.
Mitsu Hospital.
Beep… Beep… Beep.
Giving blood to his mother, Aoki watches as she sleeps peacefully with him sitting beside her bed and adjusting a picture frame of his family, with Hana and their grandmother celebrating her sixth birthday by her side. He looks around the room, which was decorated with flowers, balloons, and gift cards, wishing his mother to get better soon, including drawings of his grandmother and his sister from Hana, as well as himself, covering most of the walls.
Knock! Knock!
Rapping on the door, The Doctor walks in.
"Okay, Mr. Aoki, it's been about an hour; I'll go right ahead and remove the tubes on your arm." Said the doctor, writing in his notepad, then removing the needles from Aoki's arm. Rubbing his wrist, Aoki thanked the older man and asked him about his mother's nurse and why she wasn't here, causing him to wonder if she had caught a cold.
"You're very welcome. Oh, Mis Midoriya, She is on leave after the sudden appearance of her son, discovering he was the infamous Vegelanty, Demonslayer." Said the doctor as Aoki became surprised, recognizing the name, but found himself shocked to know the kid who had taken down many villains since his appearance was her son. Seeing his shocked face caused the doctor to laugh. "Yeah, I guess that is what to expect from most people. I would be surprised too, knowing how kind-hearted Miss Midoriya is, and her son being known as a vigilante. But don't worry about her; she promised everyone she would be back, haha." Laughs the doctor.
"But, to be honest with you, I'm amazed at how dedicated you are to taking care of your mother's health and sharing your blood to improve her recovery. I think that is why Miss Midoriya takes a liking to you. After the disappearance of her son, your grandmother also told me that you are a very hard worker. Haa, I know most kids your age wouldn't care less, but not you. It's inspiring," said the doctor as he exhaled.
"Six years ago, what happened to you and your parents was terrible. Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to bring back any bad memories, still," said the doctor curiously. "Your mother does have an interesting quirk. She managed to survive her flames, which most flame users would have ended up dying from. But somehow, she didn't disintegrate. We are not sure how she managed to survive, but we speculate it might have something to do with your blood. Still, we haven't found anything to correlate the two, despite your blood's unique factor." Said the doctor with an unsure expression.
"That is fine, Doc, Thank you for watching over my mother. I will be leaving now." Aoki said, bowing his head and preparing to leave. " Oh. You're welcome. Your next appointment is scheduled for next week, at the same time as always." Said the doctor. (He's a good kid; I wish mine was more like him,) thought the doctor. "Hey Aoki, I know you will be as great as your father one day; I will always be indebted to what your father did for me in the past," said the doctor with a bright smile as Aoki left the room.
Arriving in his classroom, Aoki was glared at as he took his seat. Quieting down the class, his teacher begins to speak.
"Good, nice to see everyone has settled down, so, as third-year students, it is about time you start thinking seriously about your future and what you want to do with your lives. I could start by passing out career aptitude tests, but why bother?" said the teacher, grabbing a set of papers. "Ha! I know you all want to go to the hero track!" throwing the papers towards his students as they cheer on flexing their quirks. "Right, right, settle down, You're still not allowed to use your quirk during school hours", " Hah! Unlike you all, I would be the only one gifted enough to join any type of hero school! especially the most prestigious one of all, UA High!" said a student proudly making a rockstar symbol with his hands jumping above his desk. " Yeah! Niko has the strongest quirk of us all in our class and is the second person to have the highest score on the mock test!" said his two friends, hyping him up, while the whole class murmured, agreeing with each other. "Ho, and Aoki, you're applying for UA as well?" said his teacher, looking at a sheet of paper, causing Aoki to glare at him in anger as the whole class became shocked, whispering to each other. "I heard he was the one to get the highest score on the mock test, even though he's quirkless," said some of the students, murmuring as Aoki ignored them, continuing to look out the window. Meanwhile, Niko looked at Aoki, enraged. "Alright, everyone, settle down; let's continue our class."
After school.
Hatsumei, Auto Tech Waste.
Jumping away from a trap, Aoki tests out two new of his support items, using his Gauntlet flames to blow apart some of Mei's traps above and below him. Flying through the air with his rocket boots directing his movements, along with his Gauntlets being less bulky from his last and a miniature jetpack that was attached to his waist, which was located on his back, helped him take on more sharper turns throughout the air.
Blasting away some of Mei's makeshift robots, disintegrating them in the process, with Mei then firing another round of her capture weapon towards Aoki while two of her robots charged him. "Yeah, brother, you got this!" shouted his sister from the sidelines as Aoki smirked.
Taking his Gauntlet flames to a higher stage, he transfers the flames to his boots as he rockets himself behind the robots, causing his mask to construct towards his mouth, taking in a lot of air. "Blazing Arch Kick!" shouted Aoki as he burst through the traps with his boots lighting on fire, then downward arch kicking the robots into pieces, landing behind them as a big explosion happened with his Gauntlet and shoes clicking, releasing steam. "Yeah, Aoki!" shouts his sister.
Proud of his achievement and Mei ingenuity, Aoki suddenly fell onto his knees, coughing and trying to catch his breath, finding it hard to breathe as his mask constructed back towards his neck, with Mei and his sister hurried to his side. "Brother, is everything okay?" asked his sister, patting his back. "Are you okay?" asked Mei with concern. "I think the mask might need a few adjustments to allow better airflow," said Mei, worried. "N-no It's not the m-mask" coughs Aoki. "I just made an unnecessary move to my technique. Your support items match well with my father's Gauntlets. They are amazing." Aoki said with amazement, causing Mei to smile boastfully. "OF COURSE!! I design them myself! Just like the Gauntlets, the boots are a replica, made to match perfectly in combination! matching the flame power and allowing you to fly through the air with maximum speed! Hahahahaa!" laughs Mei.
Laying on the ground and catching his breath, his sister asks. "Are you sure you're okayyy?". "Yeah," reassured Aoki, "I can finally prove them wrong." Said Aoki with a smile, "Just one more month before I can take the written exam. I may not be allowed to take the entrance exams, but I will find another way to become a Hero." Said Aoki brightly, " Yeah, it is a bit unfair that they change their regulations, but as promised, we both will get into UA and support each other's dreams!" said Mei, standing over Aoki with her fist stretching outward towards him. "Yeah," responded Aoki, fist bumping Mei.
"Don't forget, I'm not going to be left behind by you two; I have been practicing a lot with my quirk," said Hana, summoning her flames and shaping them into a sword. "You promise me if I manage to control my flame, we can go out for milkshakes, and, as you can see, I managed to shape my flames into Mom's sword, thanks to Soba of course," said Hana with a grin. Rubbing his sister's head, he was happy to see she had better control over her fire, causing her to pout in annoyance. "We're still grounded, you know," said Aoki, causing Hana to become sad. "Hmmm, but, if I think about it, she didn't say we couldn't go—well, at least once, without her knowing," smiled Aoki as Hana became excited. "Yaaay! Let's go! Come on,'' said Hana, pulling Aoki. "Mei, are you coming?". "Well, I still have to work on my Ba-", clinging to her arm. Hana gave Mei the puppy dog eye. "But I guess I could come just this one time," she said, convincing her. "Grate, let's go!" shouted Hana with excitement, pulling the two with her.
Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall.
Exhaling, Aoki looked around for Mei and his sister, not finding them anywhere. "They were just here." (Haa, the next thing I knew, we were all together, and then they both ran off in separate directions), thought Aoki, shaking his head, remembering Mei saying something about a Hero item and his sister running off doing who knows what, causing him to sigh. Placing his arms within his blue hoodie, he went off looking for them.
"Ha-", muffled Aoki's voice as his face got covered over with a rag, with him being dragged away, and then slammed into a wall.
Removing his face cover, Aoki found it to be his classmates. "Aren't you guys tired of this?" Sighed Aoki, not surprised as they punched him in the gut, causing the other four guys to chuckle. "Not until you know your place, villain," said a familiar voice walking towards Aoki as he frowned. "What you think my father did in the past wasn't true, despite what the Media said about him," causing the boy to become angry. " I'm sorry what happened to your parents; I'm sure they were great Heroes, but that does not automatically make me a villain all because my father was branded as one," said Aoki, pushing the other guy off him as they surrounded him. Sighing, he asks. "What do you want from me again, Niko?", "You're shameless; I'm this close to living my parents' dream as Heroes, and following in their footsteps, but you have to spoil that for me too, the father of the kid that took everything away from me that day!" shouted Niko, revealing himself, "Wanting to be a Hero! Ha! Don't make me laugh!" "Do you think your parents would be proud of what you're doing?!" shouted back Aoki. "Yes, especially if it's the kid of the failed quirkless Hero!!", "Don't talk about my father!!!" shouted Aoki, grabbing his collar to punch him, but forcibly stopped himself by punching his own face. "No, you're using your quirk Niko!" glared Aoki, as Niko smirked.
Atsuko Niko's Quirk: Empathy Pulse Waves, His quirk gives him the ability to let out a powerful burst wave when he speaks and the ability to shift people's emotions from those pulses and manipulate there emotions to his liking, but depending on the person's emotional state, his quirk can have a greater effect on them, causing them to be abnormally angry, happy, or sad.
"People will know the truth about you and your family, villain! And remember what your father did!" "Intensity wavvvvveeessss!!!" shouts Niko as a pulse wave pushes Aoki back against the wall, causing him to clutch his head in pain, struggling with his constantly shifting emotions as Niko continues to shout, trying to get a reaction out of Aoki.
Looking around the closed section of the mall they were in, Aoki wonders why someone hasn't noticed them by now, then realizing he was in a barrier concealing their presents, remembering it's his friends quirk that cancels there presence by using the light molecules around them, causing Aoki to curse to himself, struggling to hold back his anger, knowing that is just what Niko wants as it slowly builds. "Quirkless people like you shouldn't become Heroes, but you will make believable villains! just like your father!!!".
"HAAA!!" shouts Aoki, overcome with his anger as he tries to attack Niko. Just then, a small bomb goes off, breaking the barrier apart, and a makeshift trap that looks familiar to the mall decoration falls upon the kids, trapping them.
Feeling himself being pulled away, Aoki managed to straighten his mind, noticing it was Mei who was helping him. "Ha, they always do this." Said Mei, shaking her head and then slapped Aoki's face, causing him to shout, "Ha, I'm fine! You didn't have to hit me so hard!" he complained as he rubbed his cheek. "Haha, sorry." Apologize Mei, "How did you manage to find us?" asked Aoki. "Well, I saw when they dragged you away and set up that barrier; hehe, seeing what they did, I set up a special gas bomb especially made for this occasion, including a trap to rescue you." Smiled Mei, "Gas bomb?" asked Aoki as he weft a smell of something stink, causing him to cover his nose.
"Agh! What's that smell?" said someone in the mall as they gathered around to find the source.
Discovering the source of the smell, the crowd gathers around the five kids and assumes they made an accident after the old mall decorations fell on them, causing the crowd to laugh at the boys.
Surprised at what just happened, Aoki started to chuckle as well, finding the whole situation funny, along with Mei, as Niko and his friends ran off in embarrassment, swearing he would get back at them.
"Hahaha, I can't believe what you just did. Thank you. I think it would have been a lot worse if it wasn't for your help," said Aoki, giving Mei a genuine smile that caused her to blush as she looked away in embarrassment. " Yo-your welcome" (I never saw him smile like that before; don't blush, stop it), thought Mei, composing herself (he has an amazing smile). "By the way, what's that you have on your hip?", "Oh, this is a support item from the Buster Hero Airjet; I managed to find one and hassle for a great price." Mei smiles happily with her find, while Aoki looks a bit concerned, seeing it kind of look like a bomb, giving him bad memories.
Crash!!!!
Hearing a commotion in the center of the mall, Aoki and Mei hurried over as they found men stuck to the mall's walls with something that looked like liquid metal as the person firing the shots with a rifle rode a bull man, and a girl wearing a pink hoodie somersaulting and tossing men twice her size, using some sort of ribbon sword to counter those with firearms, and in the middle of the crazed group was the vigilante the news was talking about, Demon Slayer.
Summoning a water dragon to slam into a large group of villains, surprising Mei and Aoki.
Watching closely Aoki noticed the way he breathed while fighting, finding it similar to his family's techniques, especially when he summoned fire with his sword, just then he noticed his sister was in the middle of the craziness drinking a milkshake, sitting next to a white hair girl looking to be about her age, somehow failing to see the chaos around them as the rifle girl got off the Bull Villain with him continuing to charge at random heading towards the two little girls, seeing what was about to happen, Aoki charged towards the Bull-man causing his Gauntlets and Mask to burst forward tearing the sleeves of his hoodie as he grabbed the horn of the Bull-man, slamming him into the ground knocking him out cold, surprising the crowd and the three vigilantes.
"Hana, are you okay?" Aoki said, looking his sister up and down with concern, "I'm fine. Where were you? I made a new friend." Hana said as Aoki still looked his sister over, then to his right, finding the little girl slamming around a grown man twice her size, causing Aoki's jaw to drop as she screamed out.
"You!"
Slam!!!
"Killed!"
Slam!!!
"My best friend!"
Slam!!!
"And I!"
Slam!!!
"Milkshake!" screamed the little girls, tossing the man around like a rag doll and then throwing him into the mall's wall, embedding him into the concrete as the man showed an expression contemplating his life, looking at a loss.
"That was so cool, Eri; you didn't tell me you have a strength-base quirk!" Hana said this with amazement, forcing herself from her brother's arms and jumping with excitement with the little girl now known as Eri.
Aoki watched in shock about what just happened and was left in a daze. "That mask! Ho no! Your Blaze! that famous underground fighter! Don't tell me you're a hero now!" said in panic the remaining villains that were left as Demon Slayer swooped in and knocked them out.
The pink-hooded girl from earlier approaches Aoki. "Are you guys okay?" asked the girl in the hood, comforting Eri and his sister, then walking towards Aoki. "Sorry to put your sister in danger; it just sort of happened," said the hooded girl sheepishly, giving a hand towards Aoki. "Ah, yeah, sure," said Aoki, breaking out of his daze and realizing that his mask activated at the same time as his Gauntlets, causing the villains to recognize who he was as he grabbed the girl's hand and stood back up.
"Hahaha, that was amazing what you did to that Bull Guy Arms! You earned 4 points." Said the rifle girl with her arm stretched out towards Aoki, holding up four fingers with a wide grin, confusing him.
"Really Yea?" said Demon Slayer, looking at his friend. "You know, keeping score and all that isn't what hero work is all about," confusing Yea. "Yea, look around. Not only did we stop the bad guys, we made sure no one got hurt," as Demon Slayer said that, the large crowd surrounding them began to clap, cheering for the group.
"Yeah! Way To Go Demon Slayer!"; "Did you see those girls they kicked ass": "The little ones are so cute!"; "Chick with guns! can't get any better than that!"; "Can I Get an Autograph and Your Number?"; "Did you see that guy? His support item was awesome!" shouts the people in the crowd.
Aoki was surprised by the attention, giving a soft smile behind his mask and powering back down his Gauntlets, but decided to keep his mask on, rubbing the back of his head. While Mei watches Aoki in the crowd, giving him a thumbs up, grinning.
"HOLD IT RIGHT THERE! YOU'RE ALL UNDER ARREST!" said a booming voice, ruining the moment. Dropping in from the sky, Endeavor arrives, approaching the group. They could all feel the tension in the air as Endeavor approached them with a serious look in his eyes as Aoki matched his gaze, glaring. "You kids have caused enough trouble for one day.", "And Demon Slayer, your days as a vigilante have ended," said Endeavor at the group, giving Demon Slayer chills.
The rifle girl, now known as Yea, was ready for a fight as the hooded girl was trying not to freak out. While Aoki continues to glare at Endeavor,
"YOUR FACE IS ON FIRE!" yelled Eri, breaking the tension.
"Pfft!" Demonslayer held back his laugh as some people in the crowd began to chuckle at Eri's question. "Eri, that's just his quirk," chuckles Hana. "I think that it's a part of his costume."
"Actually, his quirk should give him some resistance, but doesn't that agitate your eyes? Or do you have some sort of contact lens?" said the girl in the hood.
These questions only served to annoy Endeavor. "Enough! You're all under arrest! and you will have your question answered down at the police station!"
"Can't; we got a curfew." said Yea, "Wait, why do we have a curfew again?", "We have to get Eri home before her bedtime," informed Demon Slayer.
"So do I," said Aoki, letting his anger subside. "Let's go, Hana."
"what? I'm not even tired yet." "And I still want to spend time with Eri," said the two girls as they yawned, causing the crowd to Aaaa in their adorableness.
"We have to go; Soba will be worried," said Aoki, patting his sister's head as Demonslayer picked up Eri.
"Hold it!" Endeavour fire flared. " I've already repeated myself enough; none of you are going anywhere!"
Looking annoyed and concerned about what he got himself into, Aoki approaches Endeavour, racing his arms up. " Okay, okay, fine, I'll sur-." Cutting him off, Yea pulls Aoki back towards the group, grinning. "Really flame face," said Yea, pulling her jacket up slightly, causing a few metal orbs to drop. The second they hit the ground, the area becomes flooded with lights.
Slightly blinding Endeavour as he tried to rush quickly and grab at least one of them, but the second his vision was clear, he was surrounded in mist. "See ya later, Flame Face; wait, I was-." yelled the girl's voice, pulling Aoki and his sister with her as Endeavour Anger Flares, leaving him to deal with their mess.
Aoki. Being dragged along by the group, they stopped on top of a construction building, far away from the Mall and people's eyes. "WE ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!" yelled the hooded girl, freaking out. "MY DAD IS GOING TO KILL ME!" "HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET INTO UA NOW!?".
"Relax, Milissa," said Demon Slayer standing beside her. " Sensei said he had plans to help me, and I'm sure he can help."
"Yeah, what are you crying about? This was fun," said Yea, slapping Aoki's back. "WHY DID YOU BRING ME ALONG? I WAS GOING TO SURRENDER; NOW I'M GOING TO GET INTO SO MUCH TROUBLE!" yelled Aoki, slouching down, holding his head, knowing his Soba will punish him worse than last time. "IF I GET ARRESTED, HOW WILL I BECOME A HERO!" panicked Aoki. "AAAAAAA, SOBA IS GOING TO KILL ME!"
"YEA, IF WE GET ARRESTED!" said the now-named Mellissa, with tears rolling down her eyes, holding Eri.
"Come down, you two! Like Izuku said, the old man would know what to do," she said nonchalantly. "And why I brought you along, Arms? I see how you took down that bull villain, and I would like to try my skills at fighting you," Yea said, holding up her rifle.
"WHAT! You brought me here to fight, and you're trying to be a Hero?!" said Aoki with anger still in his voice, getting up to face Yea.
"Wait, you two. Sorry, we got you into our situation, but I can assure you, you won't get into any trouble." said the now-named Izuku, stepping in between them.
"Let's start over. My name is Izuku Midoriya. I go by the hero name Demon Slayer; this is Yea, Mellissa, and, as your sister already knows, Eri." Izuku said, trying to calm everyone down.
"Izuku, Midoriya, you're that quirkless kid that went missing two years ago. Your mother is Inko Midoriya.", "Yeah?! You know my mother?" said Izuku in surprise. "Your mother is a nurse; she looks after my mother in the hospital," said Aoki in surprise as well. "Hahaha, I wasn't expecting that," laughs Izuku. "A-a, not that your mother is in the hospital, b-but that our mother's know each other," said Midoriya, fumbling with his words, not wanting to sound provocative. "Haha, what a small world we live in!" he exclaimed.
"HEY! Don't ignore me!" shouts Yea, coming in between them, still looking for a fight. "Yea, you were injured not too long ago, and you're still ready for a next fight," said Midoriya.
Looking to his right Aoki notices the hood girl admiring his Bracers, recognizing that she is a foreigner, possibly from America, causing him to become annoyed with how close she is, reminding him of how he met Mei. "What do you want!?" Aoki shouted as Demon Slayer and the Rifle Girl continued to bicker.
Startling her, she composed herself, " Your Bracer looks very uniquely built; I've never seen anyone design a support item like yours before; it has so many different parts built in. So does your mask; did you make them yourself?''. Ask Melissa, admiring Aoki Bracers. "Yeah and the way you fought taking down that villain in one swift move. It's like you know what you were doing Are you a martial artist If so in what field?" mumbled Midoriya, turning his attention back towards Aoki, summoning a notebook in his hands out of nowhere to everyone's surprise, taking down notes while bombarding Aoki with more questions, causing him to become angry and annoyed.
"What quirk do you have And how does it work in combination with your Bracers or Gauntlets What do you call them Bracers or Gauntlets Seeing that it takes the form of both how do you manage the weight of your support item Is it your quirk" "Does the weight affect the way you fight" asked Melissa, joining in on Midoriya's bombardment. "Ah I see Even with so many pieces you were still able to move very quickly Ahha I remember your shoes change at the same time as your braces shooting out flames!" Shouts Melissa as Izuku moves closer to Aoki taking down notes. "How do your support items work together AKE!" Yea hits Izuku and Melissa on their heads, stopping their mumbling.
"Quit it, you guys are getting annoying," shouts Yea. "Hmmmm. I didn't make them, it was improved upon from someone else; my support item, they function on a unique flame, and no, it's not my quirk, because I'm quirkless, and yeah, I know martial arts," said Aoki, understanding what they said, to Yea surprised, and catching Melissa and Midoriya off guard hearing the fact that he is quirkless. "Waw really?" Ask Midoriya in surprise as Melissa looks at Aoki in shock.
"What, have a problem with that?" said Aoki, noticing their mood shift. "No no no! It was just surprising; I didn't know someone without a quirk could take down a villain." Millessa said, still surprised but beginning to notice it now, seeing the scars on Aoki's body.
Hearing the girls giggling and playing in the background, everyone became quiet for a while, much to Aoki's annoyance, deciding to break the silence. "My name is Aoki Sindriobi, and my brat of a sister over there is Hana Sindriobi." Trying to start back up a conversation. "You guys said something about Hero School earlier." Ask Aoki, "Yeah." Said Yea, looking up with a curious look, "UA, that's the Hero school, right? Hey, why do you guys want to be Heroes?" asked Yea, looking at them.
Melissa Had to think for a moment, but Izuku spoke before her, "I've always wanted to be a Hero. I used to watch videos of All Might saving people, and for the longest time and most likely until the day I die, I think that's the coolest thing I've ever seen. I want to help people and save people with a smile on my face, just like him. I will be the number one Hero, and I will save as many people as I can, and I'll do everything Sensei Yushiro has taught me so I can be a pillar of hope for everyone, even other pillars." As Izuku said that, Aoki was reminded of something, (I will make it into the pinnacle of what it means to be a Hero and be a pillar of hope for other pillars, just like All Might.) Said the man in Aoki's memories, Dad, thought Aoki, amazed by what Demon Slayer said.
"Of course, if All Might can do so much as the symbol of hope and symbol of peace, imagine what more could do. I want to find others so we can all hold up this world together."
Everyone looked at Izuku with a bit of admiration, seeing no doubt in his words, if anyone could do it, he would be the one. "But to answer your question, I want to help people plainly and simply."
"Cool," said Yea. "That's it; I've made up my mind; I'm going with you guys." Said Yea, pumped up.
Giving a soft smile, Aoki agrees with Izuku. "You're really something else, Demon Slayer," chuckled Aoki, still wearing his mask.
"And what's your reason for wanting to become a Hero?" asked Izuku.
"My father was a Hero; he wasn't like most Heroes because just like me, he didn't have a quirk ether, and because of that, he couldn't have gotten a Hero license, but that didn't stop him from performing Hero work; knowing the law, they couldn't stop him because he was quirkless, and it would more be seen as a citizen arrest. Watching him save people, not for fame or money, he inspired me to follow in his footsteps and prove to everyone that you don't need a quirk to become a great Hero," said Aoki, causing Melissa and Midoriya to look at him with admiration, seeing themselves in Aoki, and Midoriya to finally remember where he knew his last name from.
"Yeah, we all will become Heroes; it's a promise," said Yea, reaching for a fist bump within the group as it was followed up by Melissa, Izuku, and then Aoki, with Hana and Eri following in, making a promise to each other on that day.
Aoki's residents.
Making his way back home, with Hana sleeping on his back, Aoki found Mei and his grandmother, along with his uncle. "Nice to see you finally make it back. After putting your sister to bed, you should tell me everything that happened," said his uncle.
Knowing he is a detective, Aoki complied.
After telling him everything that went down, he got up to leave, then rubbing Aoki's head, "Your father would've done the same thing, but what you did was wrong; if you hadn't had a quirk and a permit for your support item, you guys would have gotten into a lot of trouble. Next time, please don't do anything stupid." "Yeah, Uncle Naomasa," said Aoki as he watched Naomasa leave for his car, asking him a question. "Have you heard anything about Muscular?" Turning back to look at him, Naomasa replied, "No, not yet, but promise me, we will," leaving his car.
Watching him leave, Aoki clenched his fist. "Aoki!" said his Soba, causing him to shiver.
