She swore in that one split second the world had never been silent and all the sounds she'd never known came to welcome her through the gates of hell. Her blood sang with the rhythm of the hunt and the rush of battle and a sweet, fierce, terrible joy spilled through her veins. Is this what her family had warned her about? Daryl is asked about what he did before he met the group. He starts telling them about the girl that he met. Days after he told his story, he and Rick get into a fight and Daryl leaves the prison. He finds her again for the first time in so long. (Story takes up 7 years in the apocalypse, not months as in the series)

Caryl post 4x16. Three weeks after the group escapes Terminus, Daryl might be closer to finding Carol than he thinks.

Daryl upsets Carol regarding a run, but they end up with a new, deeply physical understanding.

Izzy was a girl all alone. she had lost her mother and father in a car crash and her baby brother eaten by eaters. she finds a small cottage and spends the night.
