First of all, sorry if anyone read last chapter without edition. Internet's been bad so I could only upload. Second, this is a "what if" outline following tkorn1001's idea. I wasn't actually going to publish it, but I sort of forgot to give the details because I DIDN'T EDIT but, oh well. The answer to the main question of how Lucius would use the True Longinus is basically at the bottom, because I didn't realize how deep into balancing I was until I was like 5k words in.
His Will Be Done: The Guiding Light (working title)
The divergence from the main story would occur in ch. 16. Dio's "enhanced negotiations" have a different outcome as Arthur goes to defend Kuroka. Making it a 2 vs Dio & Stain, which incites Bel to act and support her team. This makes Dio reevaluate how much he actually needs the catgirl, even though he doesn't know who Bel is and Stain is there with him. Things change when Bel reveals her Divine Dividing and Dio realizes that this was a terrible idea, so he signals Stain to create a diversion so they can disengage.
Stain-bodies push devils to head to the commotion, and even though Dio has a good enough opportunity, Cao Cao appears from his side of the field mocking Arthur for caring so much about the youkai and mingling with non-humans so much. Dio thinks this has nothing to do with him, but Cao Cao stops him personally.
Stain tries to attack but is partially destroyed by one of Georg's spells, as he was following Cao Cao. Things escalate when Bel activates her Balance Breaker and Shalba finally appears to see what's going on. He's beyond pissed off with Dio, and has the delicacy of a bull terrier carrying a brick on its jaws, so the Hero Faction throws the first hit. Creating a free-for-all which Dio only manages to evade thanks to the remaining biomass in the Stain-body that followed him.
He starts using the Ophis snake to defend himself and realizes how much of a boon it is. However, he's still too inexperienced to fight everyone by himself. Given how even some Annihilation Maker creatures descended on the unsuspecting fighters. He decides to retreat, but needs enough time to cast his teleportation magic and Stain is basically gone. He keeps fighting back to buy himself time as Stain pieces some of its bodies being used for infiltration and tries to reunite with him.
Next chapter.
There's a flashback to the three siblings, with a relatively young (Abby) crying while some adults are chewing on a group of kids that seemingly made her cry. The "boy" remarks how they should've been more careful, as although his little sister looked like a cinnamon roll she could get easily pissed off sometimes.
He remarks how the youngest child, his brother, didn't seem to care that their sister was crying. So he tries to show him how to be a good brother and goes to hug (Abby). He remarks how there's some people that are just heartless, but he promises himself not to be like that. When he tells his little brother that that's how he should treat their sister, all his little brother replies with is how people looking for a fight will always find reasons to start one. And that, if (Abby) hadn't reacted like she did, it'd have been worse. So he was just glad that she didn't get hurt but reassured the "boy" that she didn't need their help.
Back to the present, Dio's high of having the snake just disappeared within minutes. As, even though everyone devolved into a fighting freak, he's still being pressured on both sides as the instigator of the battle. He can't concentrate enough to teleport out, and Stain keeps instigating the Khaos Brigade to fight harder by sacrificing its bodies shapeshifted into allies, and stealthily pulling the bodies for more mass. If it keeps going, even Stain won't be able to support Dio on enough sides for this to work.
Ophis arrives, demanding answers. Dio takes this as an opportunity to run away and activates the teleportation circle, ordering Stain to forget about reinforcements and to see him back at Kuoh. Something happens that Dio doesn't manage to catch. Cao Cao activates the Truth Idea, and the holy light engulfs everyone in the headquarters, and Dio feels his demonic power extinguished as his very soul screams in fright as he feels something making way through the snake and the shutting off of his demonic power. The light clears and Cao Cao doesn't have his Longinus anymore. Ophis squashes him like a bug for his impertinence.
Dio has no means of defending himself, and can't even activate his Autosuggestion to act properly. He wonders how Truth Idea being active and then Cao Cao dying equaled to him losing all of his powers when no one else was freaking out like this. Making him deduce that he was the only one who lost his powers.
The other leaders try to calm Ophis down, and everyone adopts a subservient position while the Infinite Dragon God ponders on what she should do to them for annoying her like that. It's only then that Dio notices something happening: The shadows of a few Khaos Brigade members fuse, and a dark figure clad in black robes and a hood with shadows in place of a face manifests himself. He presents himself as Sin Devourer, and performs a miracle to give Dio his powers back for just enough time to teleport away while Sin Devourer creates a distraction for him.
Next chapter.
When Dio arrives at Kuoh, his appearance makes everyone get on high alert. He didn't manage to bring Kuroka or anything else with him, not even Stain. But the devils in the town react rather badly to his presence. With those that weren't close hurrying to get there, thinking that something terrible was happening. Dio is still completely horrified by the presence within him, so he almost tries to defend himself. Being interrupted by Yuni, who calls out to the fact that he looked like a child after a nightmare and gets everyone else to calm down. Rias insists on asking about Koneko, but the tension is too high and it causes people to react badly.
Gen is the first to get over it and helps Dio to stand up, asking him what is happening and why his presence filled him with so much dread. Dio confesses that he has no idea of what happened, but he knows that something terrible was going on. He explains that he can't access his demonic power without feeling some sort of "restraint" in his heart. And before Rias can ask what he meant, Sin Devourer's voice answers that he shouldn't push against that barrier. Because that's his own devil body preventing him from killing himself just like how people instinctively stop breathing under the shower.
The Miracle Child's appearance is also met with apprehension. But given how Dio's presence is so horrifying at the moment, he is given some degree of trust. Although Sona has one of her water serpents ready to strike both of them down. And further inquiries why they shouldn't just kill him after he reveals he's just like Star Seeker.
Sin Devourer explains that Star Seeker is kind of a loose canon, and that she often finds reasons to hurt people even though it's not necessary. He also explains that he's been having visions of dying to a god, the black and white hell, and how he believes it is related to the Sacred Gear he has. When Gen reveals he's felt that too, Sin Devourer acknowledges that Gen feels familiar, and that maybe that's also why the exorcist that came with Star Seeker was looking for him.
Rias asks them to go back to Dio. And here Sin Devourer tells them more or less what happened. How, due to factors that didn't matter at the moment, Dio got involved in a battle that escalated so much that Longinus Balance Breakers were involved. When the devil kings wonder just what Dio was getting himself mixed with, Sin Devourer tells them in no uncertain terms that they don't have the authority to know. And when challenged, he simply takes Sona's water attacks head on, and uses Absorption Line to consume Rias' Power of Destruction.
The devils are shocked, and Sin Devourer asks them if that's all they'll do. Their servants get ready to fight, but Sin Devourer doesn't really pay them any attention. Instead, he asks Gen and Yuni if they're not going to fight for their king's honor. And while the former replies that he's more worried about Dio than fighting, the latter argues that her former group wasn't that tightly knit either and that secrets were to be expected. Dio thinks about how she already can guess where he was and wonders if he can really let her participate in this.
Either way, Dio presses Sin Devourer for answers about his current condition and asks him to elaborate about his body preventing his demonic power from being used. The Miracle Child explains that Cao Cao's actions caused the Will of God to regard Dio as a better host than Cao Cao himself; so the Sacred Gear simply implanted itself in Dio's soul. However, the holy powers held by the True Longinus are basically inviolable. He theorizes that the only reason that Dio wasn't immediately vaporized and his soul pulverized was because the change was caused by the Sacred Gear itself, so now Dio's body is adapting as well as possible and so he can't use demonic power lest the Sacred Gear notices it and just obliterates Dio instantly.
While Dio is trying to freak out as little as possible, Sin Devourer tells Rias that she should call her brother. This outcome is basically unprecedented, and with Sirzechs connections they'd be able to get the help Dio actually needs: Azazel's help.
Next points to thread.
While Sona doesn't trust either Dio or Sin Devourer, Rias is too good natured to just let this whole thing slide. She asks Sin Devourer for proof that they can trust him, and he asks her if having Star Seeker be present so they can talk things out would be enough. Rias doubts it's a good idea, so she tells him that she'll dictate the conditions under which they meet. To which Sin Devourer accepts.
Sona doesn't like it, but Rias tells her that she should call for her brother anyway. She gives some reasonings, but Dio theorizes that his presence must be even worse to them than to himself. Given how he was slowly growing used to the terrifying presence in his soul. He also notices that the snake within him seems to be protecting him somehow, so he decides not to tap on Ophis' power either for the time being.
Gen, Yuni, Akeno, and one of Sona's pieces escort him to his apartment. Akeno is the first to ask about Koneko, but Dio just tells her that she's fine. Akeno insists that, given the circumstances, that's not an answer and Gen gets in the way. He talks Akeno down into giving Dio time, given how scared he'd looked. And Akeno tells him that, while he's looking for the members of his peerage, she had to see for her own's welfare.
Dio is unable to sleep, but Sirzechs arrives about two days later to hear what was happening.
Star Seeker appears followed by Fate Weaver, and both Invaders are surprised to see the other there. Fate Weaver's reaction tells Dio that he was like him, but he didn't care enough because of the holy spear stuck within him. Plus, Sirzechs strings them both along into the conversation of having attacked Rias. Fate Weaver tries to get Star Seeker to accept it was her fault, but the Miracle Child tries to change the topic. While they're at it, Sin Devourer suggests to Dio that he didn't pursue meeting with Fate Weaver on his own. As he was the reason why Dio found so much resistance when he met Asia.
Dio gets resentful, but notices how his peerage's deaths didn't affect him as much as everything else. Recognizing that he might've damaged his mind while experimenting with Autosuggestion's prototype. In the middle of this discussion Serafall appears and tells Dio to silently follow her. She tells him that getting in contact with other factions still fell within her job description, and although Dio's presence did feel wrong to her she still wanted to help. Dio asks her to get Gen and Yuni on board, and Serafall says that it's fine as long as he's quick about fetching them. Yuni doesn't want to go at first, but Dio promises her that this was a massive opportunity to help save the world. She doesn't trust him, but he reminds her that they're seeing the leader of the fallen angels. And that collaboration would be shown to be possible if this worked out.
From this point out, things would roughly go like this:
-Azazel is excited to work with another Longinus, and Bel appears to shittalk Dio for everything he caused. Azazel suspects, but doesn't push it while Serafall is there.
-Dio is confirmed to have the True Longinus within him, and Azazel theorizes that whatever they do might be pointless as the True Longinus is very likely to reject him because he's a fallen angel.
-A couple of days pass, and Dio comes to the conclusion that he will be stuck like this if nothing is done soon. And gambles on revealing things about the Sephiroth Graal, arguing that he's had strange dreams while he has the True Longinus, and that if the Truth Idea could make the Sacred Gear change users then it could probably be pushing him toward a way to actually use it. Gen brings up his own dreams, and Azazel decides to help both.
-Sona and Rias have been very explicit in their fear of Stain, and Bel mentions how problematic the creature is even while used for good. The Khaos Brigade also noticed some of its bodies, so from then on Stain's infiltration would become a lot harder. In this timeline, Dio uses it as a chip to slowly win Azazel over and agrees to let them keep it in check but that he'd like to keep it alive, as it is his responsibility. Azazel agrees, and asks the Demon Lords to capture small portions of the creature when they enforce its eradication. These portions, along with Rossweisse's even earlier recruitment, would bring to light some of Azazel's artificial Sacred Gears: Peckish Ragnarok.
-Fate Weaver is revealed to be the "boy", and has stayed in Kuoh thanks to some strings pulled. Rias is still worried about Koneko, and he's trying his best to present himself in a good light as Star Seeker did not stay with him. He's tried to blend in, and he is even getting along with Shinon whom he just met. And in the middle of that, Sin Devourer appears to call him for a mission. Fate Weaver tries to get him to agree to bring Rias' team along, but Sin Devourer disappears before Fate Weaver can pitch the whole idea.
-Amidst the conversations Azazel mentions that they can't really have Diodora Astaroth with them, and that secrecy is important at least for now. He tries to label Dio "Laplace", but he shuts him down and accidentally tries to say his name while thinking of something similar enough. Azazel grows interested, as he thinks it might have to do with the True Longinus, getting out of Dio the full name of Lucius Bradley, which Yuni finds odd. A whole conversation later, they agree to label him "Lucien". Except that Yuni feels like Lucius suits him better, and Luci agrees to let her call him that if she lets him call her Miyuzuin.
-Azazel later on reveals that the Bradley do indeed exist, and that the eldest brother was taken by the church at some point due to someone's recommendation. Sin Devourer reveals that Fate Weaver himself did that, and Luci experiments with his family's names. He realizes that he hadn't considered them all that much in spite of Abby having taken it upon herself to annoy "like his dad" when the old man died. Except, he seldom called her by her name. Sin Devourer tells the group to not to think too much about it, and that they should focus on the Longinus at hand. But Yuzu doesn't want to, and insists on having Luci explain himself. He asks her for time, and gives her the option of leaving if she doesn't feel comfortable with all of this. Instead of letting her decide, Azazel tells her to participate in a mission for him. And after some back and forth, she agrees.
-Fate Weaver, Bel, Tobio Ikuse, Yuzu, and Akeno are sent to explore the Tepes' territory and fight their way into finding Valerie if necessary. Fate Weaver is surprised that Akeno is there, and she reveals that having made contact with Azazel let her father find her. He's tried to do his best to reconnect with her and ended up getting her to tag along because it'd benefit Rias in the eyes of both factions, to which Fate Weaver congratulates her. Akeno doesn't like it, and tries to shut down the Miracle Child but even Tobio tries to encourage her to at least hear his side of the story. She asks both Yuzu and Bel about their opinions as a desperate act to keep her hatred given the overwhelming positivity toward her father. Bel tells her that it's okay to hate someone who did her wrong no matter their connection, while Yuzu agrees with the boys that she should at least hear him out. She ends the discussion telling Akeno how even seemingly immortal beings can die out of the blue, and asks her if she'd be okay forever wondering if he wasn't as much of a victim as Akeno himself for the rest of her life. Bel asks Yuzu about what would happen if Baraqiel was indeed the bastard that Akeno thought he was, and Yuzu assures her that he should suffer.
-Fate Weaver feels content with the current development of things, and wonders how the church trio would feel around the current team. He quickly gets along with Tobio, but Yuzu's distant personality keeps pulling him back to try to win her over. At some point he mentions how peculiar that she was a lot nicer than he thought, to which Yuzu simply replies that she has no reason to be rude. Fate Weaver tells her that her words were a lot more effective for Akeno than any of them combined, and wonders if she's gone through similar experiences. Yuzu evades the question by saying that most of the Crossroad Hounds have gone through similar experiences, and tells him the tale of Rowina. Who's died and revived enough times that her mind regressed to a point similar to her physical age. Fate Weaver awkwardly tells her that that is a morbid tale, but Yuzu refutes him by saying that Akeno is still somewhat lucky and that she shouldn't suffer any more than this. The Miracle Child offers Yuzu his full support in case she needs help or even someone to listen to her, and asks her if she wasn't doing anything she'd regret. Yuzu tells him that she knows that Gen has no malice in him whatsoever, and that being around Diodora looked like it'd yield good rewards. He tells her about Diodora the Traveller, and Yuzu refutes him saying that she already knew that. He doesn't get it and insists on having her get away, but Yuzu simply tells him to mind his own business.
-The team fails at infiltrating silently and quickly switches to eradicating anyone in their path, led by Fate Weaver and Bel. They do find Valerie and take her with them. But no matter what they do, they can't wake her up. They give her back to Azazel, who confirms that she has the Sephiroth Graal and brings her to his lab to try to keep her alive and maybe give her enough power to wake up. Fate Weaver wonders how Azazel knew about her and notices Gen being there. He doesn't like him, but lets him be as Azazel tells the group to go on another mission. This time, they have to report to their leaders. As they'll be the cornerstone for the Three Factions to finally agree to a ceasefire.
-Luci is kidnapped by Bel, and Kuroka reveals herself to him. She thanks him for giving her little sister back, but she's very condescending about the whole mess he got himself into. She reveals that she's probably going to drop out of the Khaos Brigade, but thanks to him it'd be difficult to do so without them trying to exterminate her. As the Oblex left enough of an impression to get security to ridiculous heights. Sin Devourer appears, surprising Bel and Kuroka and he swiftly fights the nekomata off. Bel activates her Balance Breaker, and Sin Devourer uses another miracle to suppress Luci's demonic power again. He summons the True Longinus for the first time and its mere presence makes Bel feel ill. Luci manages to break a part of the Scale Mail, and Bel backs off. She knows he doesn't have a lot of time to use the True Longinus, so she patiently waits for it to run out. Yuzu arrives through a teleportation circle thanks to Sin Devourer having figured out where they were beforehand, and brings Luci back while Sin Devourer defends them. Luci asks her why she didn't leave, and she answers that the opportunities he presented her were good enough. From this point on, Yuzu takes the role of his bodyguard. Seldom leaving him alone as he's unable to defend himself. He acknowledges that he should be the boy he told them about, but is now unsure as to what is going on. Yuzu tells him to give it time, but does agree that he didn't feel like the Diodora she heard about. Gen is not here, but he'll later be told and he agrees to keep it a secret.
-Abby awakens within Valerie, aided by Azazel's machines, completely out of sorts, and attacks the fallen angels guarding her. Azazel's failsafes activate, and she's imprisoned in an isolation barrier similar to how Luci was after his trial. The main team consisting of Luci, Gen, and Yuzu are told about this but are made to wait until her feral state passes. It actually takes a day for her to calm down enough to stop completely, and she almost goes back into a comma. She recognizes Luci as he enters, and quickly reverts to a feral-like state. Between her moans and screams, the group learns that she can't actually see them. But rather is being fed a lot of information by her Sacred Gear. At this point it is still complete, but the power behind it is way too much for her to handle. Luci wonders why she wasn't awake while the Sephiroth Graal was complete, but Azazel gets them out so he can deal with Abby in peace.
-Abby helps Luci shut down his demonic power for the most part. Given that they're now at canon start time, Luci insists that they should at least try to activate it once. He's been practicing senjutsu alongside Gen and Yuzu, taught by Miyuki thanks to Yuzu calling her earlier. However, Luci is getting increasingly irritated that the True Longinus had basically made all of his time studying demonic power pointless. Abby agrees that his power is wasted in this way, and she studies Sacred Gears alongside Azazel to come up with a solution. Her idea is to basically force the True Longinus to evolve an "exception" to Luci's power, but for that she needed to take away his demonic power first. They get this world's version of themselves to put their souls in the human bodies, and Luci activates the True Longinus for the first time.
-The Khaos Brigade finds him, and battle ensues while he's still unable to use the Longinus. This forces Luci to come out clean about his involvement with the Khaos Brigade, and tells Azazel everything he knows about it. He stands trial in front of Azazel, Serafall, and Michael. But his sentence is to basically be Azazel's guinea pig like he's been so far. Plus, Luci is a lot calmer in this timeline. As the pressure of being Diodora and being alone is balanced out with having Gen and Abby with him, plus Yuzu slowly warms up to him. Making Luci feel more at peace with his situation and having gotten back his face and his name, kind of.
-Fate Weaver has been around Rias and co., with only Akeno being away from time to time to go help the Grigori team. He's managed to get along well enough with Rias that, when Riser visits, he immediately calls her out on trying to find another suitor. To which Rias points out Riser's harem, and an argument explodes.
-Luci arrives with Koneko in tow, and asks Rias to leave. As he has some business with Riser, while Fate Weaver is completely taken aback by the appearance of his previous life's brother. Riser talks down on Luci, but he tells him that it has nothing to do with the relationship between the Gremory and Phenex, but with him in particular. When Fate Weaver tries to intervene, Luci summons the True Longinus and forces them all to listen to his demands. Riser is taken away, and it's revealed that what they wanted was for Abby to take a portion of his Privilege Magic. Then, the church trio appears now following Luci. Fate Weaver is surprised to see them, and gets really mad when Irina cheerfully informs him that the host of the True Longinus wanted their help personally. Asia is the only one that is not so sure about all of this, as she's very afraid of Abby. Fate Weaver is surprised seeing Xenovia so agreeable to all of this, but she tells him it's nothing personal and that she thinks she found what she was looking for.
-Later, it is revealed that Luci just wanted to mess with Fate Weaver. And thanks the three for helping him, asking Xenovia what she wanted from him. She tells him that Fate Weaver promised to give her a Sacred Gear, but he never went ahead with it. And that she only did this small favor because Azazel used her to test his prototype of the Downfall Dragon Spear. On the other hand, Irina expresses disconcert as she genuinely thought that Luci needed them. He gives her the option to go back with Fate Weaver, knowing that he'd end up destroying that relationship over that little stunt. But Irina assures him that she knows it is His will for help to follow Luci, as she's 100% sure of Fate Weaver's strength and ability to fend for himself. Luci tells her he doesn't need a bodyguard, and that everyone he needs is already with him.
At this point is where the fun begins.
The Three Factions open the channels to agree to peace around the time where the Riser arc should be happening. This swift action compared to both canon and the story's main timeline, plus the doubling down on hunting Stain and any traitors cause the Khaos Brigade to be found out of position. The Hero Faction, Old Satan Faction, and some evil dragons arrive at the scene as all the major players are in one place. It is held in Kuoh, as it isn't destroyed in this timeline. But are met with more resistance than expected.
The siblings are working together in this battle. With Fate Weaver begrudgingly acknowledging that Luci and Abby were needed. He was informed about how Abby had essentially played him all the time they were growing up, and reveals that Luci knew all this time because she broke down once in front of him. This caused the two of them to form a pact, agreeing to show themselves as shitty as they were in front of the other and not to take it personal no matter what. They were still very young, but this agreement would carry on even after Fate Weaver disappeared. Abby also has a flashback of thinking how unfair it was that, after their dad died, their mom doubled down on Abby's education while sort of letting Luci do his own thing. She became meaner during that time, but Luci kept his end of their promise until Abby eventually left the house when she turned 17. She tells her brothers that she was immediately pulled into this world so she didn't actually live alone or anything and the battle starts.
Abby is the support of the three, while Fate Weaver becomes the "burst DPS", and Luci just does the rest. His main ability with the True Longinus is replacing his demonic power with holy aura. So he uses the Sacred Gear more like a staff, throwing fire, lightning, and blasts conjured out with his demonic power. The replacement is not perfect, however. And his abilities are short-lived as the opposing energies eat away at each other because the True Longinus' light still imposes the light's ability to oppose demonic power, unlike Sacred Gears like Yuuto's.
Fate Weaver blasts everyone with his dragon canons, having Abby close so she can use all of the special abilities she's stockpiled during her time with Azazel. She shapeshifts, creates blasts of Power of Destruction, and even uses Yuzu's Worthless while weakening people for Fate Weaver to one-shot. His Heavenly restriction is lifted, and he tells Abby to watch out as he uses the ability sealed by Gabriel herself.
The main forces are dwindling, but the Hero Faction's interventions make the progress slow. Fate Weaver tries to create a gap, but is trapped in Dimension Lost and shunted toward the Dimensional Gap. He finds Sirzechs there, and explains that Ajuka is probably mass-teleporting everyone out of the way of combat so he can end it once and for all. However, the super devil's presence alerts the Great Red as they're leaving. Getting the Dragon of Dragons to rear his attention toward Kuoh.
Ajuka notices this, and tells everyone to brace for impact. The Great Seraphs call for a mass miracle, costing them their ability to perform them in exchange for teleporting every single living being except for the evil dragons toward Limbo. Kuoh is destroyed, but the fight resumes.
Luci finds Shalba with the other old devils and activates the True Longinus' main Balance Breaker with a bracelet given to him by Azazel. True Longinus Götterdämmerung basically creates a Domain Expansion in which the end of the world as told in Revelation is happening, and Luci takes revenge on Shalba and Katerea.
I cannot think any further in this timeline, given that the stakes are lower and the team should be able to gather enough allies to jump everyone else in this world.
Final thoughts:
Luci's main fighting style is still a mage-like build. I think using the True Longinus would penalize him physically, so he still needs protection because his body doesn't naturally get as tough as other devils'. He'd change the Kankara Formula's potential for more raw power. And would develop a habit of just popping mines of holy energy right on top of his foes. He'd also need to develop a technique that exempts Gen and Yuzu, at least, of the devastating physical and mental crippling aura that the True Longinus has.
His sub-species Balance Breaker would turn him into an eldritch creature. Half divine and half demonic, which would allow him to more or less behave like an angel without weakness to holy or demonic energy. He'd develop a Kankara Formula-like ability to interfere with other powers in this form, but would most often than not first fight with the regular form to maximize the time he brute forces battles. He'd have fun just going "alaka-blam!" and popping people in battle. Clean, effective, demoralizing.
The battle formation of the main group would change. Kuroka and Yuzu would work closer together, while Gen and Luci do the same. The guys would probably become the vanguard of the group, as the True Longinus works to keep Luci safe from all of the Vritra shenanigans. They'd be the ones to appear in the middle of a battlefield, go to town, and then the girls would finish everyone off or block escape routes and push everyone back into the heavy hitters. At least until they get their own power ups or just choose to stop fighting in Kuroka's case. Additionally, and now that I think about it, Star Seeker might end up rallying under Luci's banner and become his main "love interest". They'd think of their relationship more like a political move than anything and might figure out that they like things that way sooner or later, but I'd have to actually write that timeline to figure that out. She's just as likely to try to steal the True Longinus for herself, after all.
