The Great Twilight and Rean's been capture by Osborne and the Gnomes. Class VII, old and new, join by everyone throughout the world begin their plan to stop Osborne, and the Great Twilight. With war on the horizon that leads to the end of the world, they seek answers, and plan to rescue Rean in the progress. Will they save the world before the war or darkness consume all?

10. Treacherous Prince

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - Lyrical Amber)

"So this is Olivert's home, huh?" Ragna look around the peaceful town of Alster. "It's a lovely place..."

"It's rustic and quiet, just like my brother said in his stories." Kurt said.

"Rustic? This place's got more tumbleweeds than people." Ash added.

"Being here brings back memories." Altina said.

"You've been here before?!" Juna asked.

"Just for a short while. I came here on a covert mission after the Civil War. We came to engage some formal jaegers that had escape from the Noble Alliance forces."

"Oh, now I remember!" Levi said as palm-fist tap. "Yeah, I remember that day well. I can't it's been two years. Those Jaeger trash dropout cause quite the trouble. Even kidnapping a child too."

"They did what?!" Juna exclaimed

"Yeah. A lot of things happened. We didn't expect Altina was there as well. We were here on a request from Olivert to deliver letters to everyone in town. Until the Crypid shows up out of nowhere, and the Jaeger dropouts commit crimes here. The Old Class VII and Altina team up against them and arrest them. A pity I didn't kill the bastards." Levi mumbled the last part.

"I know that look. You wanted to kill them, didn't you?" Altina bluntly said.

"Was that obvious? Please give me a break. I was on a warpath there before I "matured". Besides they deserve to have a few broken jaws and bones."

"It's a shame I couldn't help and kill the bastards." Ragna said.

"Anyway, this place still brings back memories."

"There's still so much I feel I still don't know about." Juna said.

"A lot of things happened during the civil war." Kurt added.

Ash sighed. "Geez, even Little Bunny was throwing her weight around." He then noticed a familiar face standing by the well with her Bounsweet, Gossifleur, Fidough and Applin with her. "Hey! Isn't that..."

"There, that should do it." Sandy said. "Still, is it really okay for me to be here? Shouldn't I be off fighting with everyone else?"

"There's no need for that, Sandy. I felt you are doing more than enough in your own way." Levi smiled as he answered for her.

"Huh?" She turned to see us. "Levi?! Class VII?! Wait, Ash?! What are all of you doing here?"

"Why don't we talk about it somewhere we can chat?"

"Oh, sure! Let's go to my family's tavern. It's actually where I was going anyway. Please, follow me." Sandy smiled as they guided everyone to Sunny Spot where Sandy deliver the water and then guided everyone to the room upstairs.

"Nice place you got here. Glad you made it home." Venti smiled

"Yeah, but it's not really fair to everyone else. I mean, Maya and Sidney still aren't back yet." Sandy sadden

"Booun" Sandy's Bounsweet cried to comfort her.

"I don't think you need to worry about it, Sandy. Even your Pokemon agree." Kurt assured.

"Yeah, Gustaf made it back home after all." Ash said. "Anyways, your neck of the woods seems to be pretty sketchy these days."

"I am sure that your parents were relieved to see you, Sandy." Altina added

Sandy giggled. "I sure hope so! That was a really nice thing to say, Allie. You're just getting more and more thoughtful. It's great to see you back with everyone Ash!"

"That's all you got to say to me?" Ash asked "Damn, talk about underwhelming."

"Aww, someone is feeling embarrassed inside." Venti smirked

"Shut it, bard! Anyway, I'm a big boy, I'll get over it. Anyway, your neck of the woods seems to be getting pretty sketchy these days."

"Yeah, things really have taken a turn for the worse. It all began right after that... uh, 'Great Twilight' thing." Sandy sighed as she place her hand on her arm. "Mayor Mathim used to be a really gentle person, but he's been getting pretty pushy about conception. It's not just him either. Some of the others in town have been acting just as strange. I think it's where the anger and despair over what happened to Prince Olivert is being channeled."

"That's the curse, all right." Levi muttered. "After all, Alster is Olivert's hometown, which is the result of great pride to the people here. And thanks to the curse, it causes those who are affected by it to become violent and behave wickedly."

"Like Ash's punk friend and that bastard who was going to sell us out." Ragna fold his arm.

"I'm no exception, either." Ash grumbled. "Just thinking about it makes me wanna puke."

"This curse thing is the blame for everything that's going on." Shez fold his arm. "But hey, don't worry about that Ash. You got us with you."

"Now then, Sandy, have you seen any Pleroma Grass growing around lately?" Levi asked

"Yeah, Sidney and the others told me about it. It's supposed to be connected to the singularity somehow, right?" Sandy responded. "I personally haven't come across any but I do know someone who has."

"Really? Who?"

"You remember, Kai, right?"

"Oh yeah, I remember him and his sister Tilia! How are they by the way?" Levi smiled

"They're doing all right. You should check up with them. They're at the workshop. I think his sister sees them blooming. And not too far outside of town, I think."

Levi nodded. "All right, we'll go talk to them, you take care, okay?"

"Yeah, I'll get in contact with Gustaf, Maya and Sidney." Sandy said. "I'll also contact some alumni and see if they can help out."

"That reminds me. By any chance, did you recall five people who was in Alister? Two Brunettes, though one is a brute. A Platinum Blonde woman, a mysterious woman with dark hair, and some man who basically look like some idiot." Jin asked

With the "idiot"...

"Achoo!" The man sneezes.

"You better hope you didn't sneeze on me." The Brunette with the brown eyes glare.

"Sorry, but I get the feeling someone just call me an idiot..."

"You are an idiot."

"Dude, harsh!"

"Why do I also get the feeling someone just called me some brute." The Brute Brunette muttered.

Back to the others...

"Oh I remember those five you mention. Something about that seems a little fishy... I mean, who just takes off in the middle of the night like that?" Sandy wondered

"Hmm, sounds like we need to look into them." Kazuha said. "Still, we should go over around town and get some useful information."

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's get to it." Ash said

And so the group begin to leave the room and go downstairs. As they did, they bump into a traveling Man.

"Oh, pardon me, everyone." The Man greeted. "Huh... This presence... Ah, yes." He said, as everyone gave him the weird look. "Students, from the feel of it... Probably from a military academy, if I had to guess. Accompany them must be their mentor. There's a samurai from the eastern part of Zemuria, a few swordsman and fighter from a foreign land. A Bracer? No... Something similar from a foreign land... and I believe the other one is a Carpenter."

"Wha- How did you know that?" Ares asked in surprise.

'This guy looks blind... That's some ability.' Ryker thought.

"Hey, how did you exactly that?" Ragna asked, nearly readied his Aramasa.

"Oh, please, no need to raised your weapon at me. I can apologize for startling you." The Man apologized. "My name is Marchel Mielsen. I'm a freelance journalist. I must say, I'm actually quite curious about your situation. That's why I was compelled to approach you."

"Marchel Mielsen...?" Levi rub his chin. "I feel like I heard that name before. But how did you know about us?"

"It's nothing special, really. When one loses their sight, things others cannot see become more obvious to them." Nielsen explained. "Some of you are students of some kind, yes? Given the mix of weapons you have on hand, it'd be logical to conclude that you attend a military academy. And you possess a unique aura about you. But I never encounter before. And that aura... is almost completely rare if I'm honest. I'm not sure what you are but you appear to be a formidable warrior." He said to Levi. "Then we have a warrior who came from the far east of Zemuria. And the swordsman appears to be from foreign soil, yet possesses an interesting sword I think. One among you feels like a military presence. But I don't think it's from the same academy as the students. The other fighter have an interesting aura. A bit of a rebel... if I might add. Then we have someone who is akin to a Bracer. And finally, a carpenter, who's is skilled with his hands."

Ryker whistle. "Wow. Colar me impress. You got an impressive perceptive goin' on there."

"You know, you know, you remind me of a Blind Swordmaster I know. He's a legend where I am from actually." Kazuha said. "Although he was blind, he has this unique ability to sense what's inside a person's heart. That and body language. Regardless, his blindness, adding his training, gave him the ability to perceive his surroundings. His training continue to improve his ability to greater length to read and feel a person's aura, as he was never blinded."

"Whoa, there's someone like that in your homeland?" Kurt asked in surprised.

"Indeed. Even though he's an old man now, he never neglected his training. His lessons leave a deep impact on me." Kazuha smiled.

"He was your master in your swordsmanship?" Levi asked

"More like a guide. My swordsmanship and ability is actually from my family style."

"Haha. Either way, never thought I heard someone from the eastern part of Zemuria would have a greater ability than mine. But it's heartwarming all the same." Nielsen said,

"Well, anyway, we should get going." Levi said.

"Yeah. It's better to keep our distance from him." Ash whispers to the group.

"Agreed." The group whispered

"My apologized everyone. I've forgotten you're all busy. You know, I'll be moving around Erebonia for the foreseeable future, collecting ews and data. I'd like it if our paths were to cross again." Nielson said as they leave the Inn and away from Nielson.

The group walk around town until they notice the Ateinrose Distillery.

"Hey, that place." Ragna pointed at it.

"A distillery. A fine place where Alchol are made. It make sense after several vineyard field we pass by." Jin said.

"There might be some useful information there." Levi said.

"Heh. I like the way you think." Ash said with a grin.

"Don't even think about it." Levi gave him a deadpan expression. "No doubt Sara and her friends would love it here."

"Hah, that booze hound would go wild in a place like this." Ash laugh.

"Right. But let's go inside and ask for some info." Shez said as they go into the distillery.

As they go in, they begin to see two staff working, but the closest one is the man who is holding a letter of sort.

" 'The first day of summer'..? What in the world is that supposed to mean?" The man wondered. "Probably some prank."

"Yo, what's wrong?" Ryker asked as the man turn to them.

"Oh, wow. This is a pretty rural distillery, so we don't really get too many younger faces around here. We're actually not conducting tours at the moment. I'm really sorry about that, since you must have come a long way."

"Ah don't worry about it. Granted it is curious to look what's inside the distillery but what's that you're holding?" Levi asked.

"Oh. We just received an order from Ordis for our next batch. That's a normal occurrence, but there was this strange sheet of paper slipped in with the order form. I've never seen anything like it before. I guess you could call it a poem? I can't tell if has a particular meaning or if it's completely nonsense."

"That's rather odd. Why not let us look at it." Ares said as the man gave it to them.

"S-Sure." He handed the paper to them. "It wouldn't really keep me up at night or anything, but you kids knock yourselves out. I tried to decipher it on my own, but I couldn't get anywhere. It's yours if you're interested. I'll throw it out otherwise." He said as he then left to get back to work.

'When eight lions visit on the first day of summer, the maiden will wait in the north in vain, planning out her moves.'

"Oh! This is a Haiku! An eastern type of poetry."

"A.. Haiku? What's different about regular poetry?" Juna asked.

"Well Haiku is usually a three to five-syllable poem, written in a single sentence. Usually, two of the three lines go together into a specific form. While Western poetry or as you call it, regular poem, is a literal piece written in a verse. In other words, a poem usually goes to four or eight or more lines while Haiku just use two or three lines."

"Ooh!"

"There's more to it. Haikus focus on a brief moment in time, juxtaposing two images, and creating a sudden sense of enlightenment."

"Ah, I see." Kurt mused. "Then I believe I understand the reason for this Haiku. 'Eight lions' who visit on the first day of summer. We could take that to mean members of Thor' Class VII, who've come here to Alster."

"And then this 'maiden' that is waiting and preparing her next move..." Altina hummed

"Heh, it's gotta be her, right?" Ash asked. "I mean, she knew we'd make it all the way here to find this note. There ain't a lot of people that can pull that off."

"Yeah, you can never tell how many steps ahead she is." Levi added.

"Wow, you know, we're glad we have you here Kazuha." Juna smiled

"If anyone can understand something from the East is someone who hails from the East then those of us from the west." Kurt added with a smile.

"Haha." Kazuha let out a light laugh and smile. "There's no need to praise me. Anyone can learn something from the east if they teach it. Like the Eight Leave One Blade School of You Know Who's Tea Ceremony Club."

"Right. I have a good feeling I know where we're going next. But right now, we need to look into more information before we go." Levi said.

"Right. Let's get going." Ares nodded as they leave the distillery.

"Okay, let's go check in with Kai and his sister. Sally said they're at the workshop. Let's head to the store." Levi said as they go to Gasco's Store. "Excuse me." they approach to the Arms and Orbal Factory.

"Why hello! It's not everyday you see a group of youngsters around here, I must say."

"Hehe. We were hoping to talk to Kai about something, Sally mentioned that he works here."

"Oh you kids know Sally? Kai's back home at the moment, but just head up the stairs around the side of the shop. It's the door to the back and on the left. His sister, Tilia, has quite the green thump. Her flowers are by the entrance, so you should have on problem finding the place."

"Up the stairs, towards the back left... and flowers. I think we've got it." Kurt said. "Thank you very much for your time. If you don't mind, we'll head straight there." He said as they leave the store.

They begin to walk up the stairs until they see a house with flowers at the entrance.

"This is the place." Levi said as he knock on the door. "Hello? Kai? Tilia? You there?"

"Oh? Hey." A young boy's voice said.

"Hello. Yes, it is." The girl replied

"Mind if we come in?" Levi asked

"Of course, come in." The boy said as the group entered the house as a boy with medium-length blonde hair and a girl with the same hair color but pigtail braid hair, along with a Kangaskhan and Flabébé turned to the group and see the group. "Wait, isn't that-?!"

"Levi and Altina?" The girl asked

"Kanga?" The Kangaskhan asked

"Flabébé?" Flabébé asked

"Hello." Altina greeted

"Hey you two. Long time no see." Levi smiled. "Wow, you two grown-ups."

"I-I can't believe my eyes... You're here!" Tilia cheered as she and her brother Kai walked up to us. "It's been so long! You have gotten so much prettier Levi!"

"Hey now, come on." Levi chuckled as he scratched his cheeks.

"It was two years, right? Since the civil war?" Kai asked with a smile "If it hadn't been for you, I don't know what we would've done!"

"Haha. We're just glad that you and Tilla are safe back then from that Panzer Soldot control by that dastardly Jaeger dropout coward." Levi wave his hand to shake it off. "I see you two have a Kangaskhan and a Flabébé looking out for you."

"Haha. Yeah. We met Kangaskhan just last year. She move into town with other Pokemon nearby and we invited them home. Ever since then, she took care of us." Kai nodded with a smile.

"Kangaskhan." Kangaskan wave her arm with a smile.

"Haha. Well it is the Parent Pokemon." Levi chuckled.

"Oh and Flabébé I made friends with just three weeks ago! We became good friends as we look out for the Gardenbed together." Tilia giggled.

"Flabébé!" The Flabébé cheered.

"That's great to hear." Altina smiled. "And having a Kangaskan truly makes you feel like family, don't you think?"

"Haha. I know what you mean. We're so glad we met them." Kai smiled.

"So the little girl is Tilia? She's super cute~" Juna whisper with a smile.

"Heh, that brother of hers looks pretty scrawny, but he seems like he's got a good head on his shoulder at least." Ash whispered.

"Hehe..." Ragna let out a quiet chuckled. "Brings back memories."

"Ah." Jin see what Ragna mean.

Tilia then notice the others. "Oh, I'm sorry! We should be welcoming you in."

"Are you in Class VII, too?" Kai asked "I don't remember seeing you with the others last time."

"Actually, some of them are students of the new Class VII. The new generation. While the others are our friends accompany us." Levi explained. "In fact, remember Rean? He's their Instructor and I'm their assistant."

"Really? You both teach?"

"But where's Rean?" Tilia asked

"It's a long story. but... it's not a good one. Let's sit down and I'll explain." Levi said with a sad look with Altina. "Okay, about two weeks ago, Rean, me, old and New Class VII along with several of our friends gather up to stop an evil plan called the Great Twilight from Chancellor Osborne and his group of villains. Long story short, we lost that fight and Rean got taken as a prisoner in the process. Everyone was very tired back. And ever since the Great Twilight happened, a black wave washed over Erebonia. And black grass called black Pleroma Grass has been sprouting up into places. We're on a mission to save him and those black grass are the clues that will lead us to Rean."

"N-No way..." Tilia covered her mouth. "Rean was..."

"I still can't believe what's going on." Kai also look sad but also changes his expression. "And you say that black grass that Tilia saw is the clue that leads to Rean."

Levi nodded "That's right. As I said earlier, we're on a mission to rescue him. And those Black grass, Pleroma Grass are the clue to find his whereabouts. We have been traveling far and wide for them as well as any information that can help us. Sandy told us you spotted them and not far off town too. Do you know where you found the black Pleroma Grass?"

"I saw the black grass in Osgiliath Basin, north of town with Flabébé." Tilia answered "Flabébé and I were there to gather medicinal herbs, so I only came across it by chance. I saw them in the middle of the basin, though."

"That place huh."

"I haven't heard a lot about this place." Ash said "All I know is that it's somewhere on the outskirts of Lamare."

"Well, it's the sort of place you don't drop by unless you've got a specific reason to." Kai said. "It's also known as the 'Forbidden Basin.'. A lot of ancient ruins and artifacts have been excavated there."

"Seriously? Wow." Shez blink.

"What kind of name is that?! Is it really okay to tell us about it?"

"Well, I trust you guys, but it's not really something we would just share with outsiders in general." Kai said. "We've received a lot of help over the years. There was that incident with those 'jaegers' two years ago that Levi and the old Class VII and Altina dealt with. And the stuff with the artifact the year before that."

"It's our turn to help someone now." Tilia nodded.

"Kanga..." Kangaskhan smiled at them

"Although, we're hardly doing anything just telling you a location."

"Hey, don't say that." Levi smiled as he petted Tilia's head. "You two telling us the location is more than enough. We'll make good use of this intel so we can connect those clues to Rean. Right guys?"

"Definitely!" Juna nodded. "And we'll get to the bottom of this for you guys too. Kai, Tilia!"

"We'll be sure to stop by once Instructor Rean has returned, all right?" Altina added

"Okay... We'll be waiting!" Tilia smiled

"Okay, we'll be going now. Take care now." Levi said as they got up and leave Kai and Tilia's house and walk to the left side of the street to a corner.

"Then I take it that's all the clues we need?" Jin asked.

"Yeah. Since Osgiliath Basin is in the north, and that message back in the distillery." Levi fold his arms. "I'm sure you all know where our going is right?"

"Yeah. Osgiliath Basin." Kurt nodded. "It's very likely that we'll find another singularity there... and catch up with a certain someone as well."

"Can't forget about that pair of hot chicks and some dork we rain into. If they checked out the place last night." Ash added

"There's also the possibility that it will be a trap." Jin fold his arm.

"Either way, we need to go there." Ragna stated.

"Right." Levi nodded. "The way to the basin is through the exit on the other side of town. Make sure we're fully prepared before we hit the road."

"Say, where does this path leads?" Venti asked as he look at the path that leads up stairs. "Wanna make a quick stop?"

"I don't see why not. Let's make one quick stop and then get going." Levi said as they walk up the stairs that lead them to a single grave. "Ah..."

(BGM ended)

The group approach the grave as it said. "Site of the formal Lenheim Residence."

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Things to tell you)

"Lenheim? That's Prince Olivert's surname he used in Crossbell." Levi said, looking sad.

"According to Mueller, it's the name that he used while staying in Liberl." Kurt said. "From what I've heard, it's his late mother's surname."

"Look..." Juna pointed. "It said here that it was destroyed by a lightning strike in May."

"Lightning, huh?" Shez wondered.

"It's sad to see that. But... death will come for all of us. Such is the cycle of life." Kazuha said.

"I don't think Aidios or the other gods give a shit one way or the other." Ash scoffed.

"Well, since we're here. We should pay our respects to him." Levi said.

Altina nodded. "Yes, that would be the best we can do."

"The general store has some flowers, right?" Ragna asked. "Let's go there."

The group went back to the general store and then made a small flower purchase and they went back to the grave and then place it on top of the gravestone and pay their respect.

"You know... The more we learn about Olivert... the more I want to help him build his legacy... his dream..." Levi said, feeling remorse.

"Yeah... I get how you feel..." Ragna nodded. "Osborne and the others will pay... that enough will make Olivert, Toval, and Laura's dad to be in peace... even if they didn't want their heads."

"Come on. Let's go." Jin said as they leave the gravestone and they walk pass Kai and Tilia's house, pass the Chapel, make a left turn and walk the path that leads to Osgilaith Basin.

(Trails of Cold Steel IV - Path of Demise)

At arriving at the entrance, the pendulum Juna held was glowing even brighter than before.

"Looks like we're finally getting close." Levi said. "I sense a lot of powerful monsters here. We better be on guard."

Altina nodded. "Undertstood, let's begin the search...and reunite with Musse." She said as they took off.

"This is the Osgiliath Basin, the so-called 'forbidden land.' "Kurt said

"H-Hey, is it me or has the sky suddenly turn dark?" Juna asked as she look up. "Whoa, look at those clouds... is a storm coming?"

"No. It isn't a storm. But the air feel intense." Venti replied.

"Most likely the Great Twilight at work. We better keep going." Levi said as they spotted a Trial Chest. "Look, a Trial Chest."

"So who it calling this... Huh I can feel it calling me." Ash said.

"Same with me." Levi said as he and Ash go in. "Ready, Ash?"

"Ready." Ash said as Levi open the chest and then they got pull into the Trial Chest.

(BGM paused)

In the Trial Chest...

Ash and Levi then got confronted by a Mantis Devourer.

(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Erosion of Madness)

"So a giant bug huh?" Ash smirked. "I like a tough one."

"Don't forget to be careful with this one." Levi pull out his Glaive as axe his Axe. "Let's do this Ash!"

"Yeah!" Ash yelled as they formed a combat link.

The Mantis Devourer begin to attack the duo by swinging its forelegs toward the two as they duck and Levi countered by launching a spin slash on the Mantis as Ash let out a few swings and knock it back. Mantis Devourer screeched at them as it created a sonicwave to harm their ears and then it launch a swipe attack onto Ash.

"Ngh!" Ash grunted as it tore his jacket and leave a mark.

"Ash!" Levi yelled before glaring. "You son of a-!" Levi ran toward the Mantis Devourer and delivered slashes around it as he swirled his Glaive, launched jabs at its body, and then dragged the blade of his Glaive to the ground to spin slash upward to knocking Mantis Devourer into the air before leap over it's back and kick it to the ground where he plunged the mantis's back, causing it to screech in agony as Levi pull his Glaive and jump back.

"Damn, you got some move." Ash swirls his Axe and then ran and launch a few swings of his own and knock Mantis Devourer back.

"You okay, Ash? I'll heal your arm."

"After the fight! It's just a small scratch, anyway!" Ash told him as Mantis Devourer hissed at them and then rushed toward them for a swipe attack but the two of them dodged as Ash launched a powerful swing on it's arm as Levi follow up by swirling his Glaive as Mantis Devourer blocked it with its forelegs, then Ash throws his chain blade, wrapped around it and then swing down, pulling Mantis Devourer over him and slammed it to the ground as it retracts, jump up and then swing his axe down onto the back, causing it to screech.

Mantis Devourer pushed Ash off it's back and then it ran toward him as Levi use Penetrate Hurl to struck to as Ash ran up and then swung at it, but Mantis Devourer blocked and countered to swipe on Ash, but he ducked his head as Ash punch it to knock it back. Levi ran up to him and swung at the monster, but it blocked his attack and then launched a swift slash at him, but Levi blocked and countered by unleashing a Slash as Ash ran up and delivered his own slash on it. Mantis Devourer launches a sonic screech onto the group and then launches a swipe attack on Levi, but he blocks but knocks him back as Ash switches his axe to a scythe and then swirl combo slash it before he slashes through it. Before Mantis Devourer can attack. Levi threw his Glaive and struck through the mantis where Ash went for the killing blow by rushing toward it and then cutting it's body into two by slashing downward in his axe form as Levi's Glaive return to his hand as the Mantis turn to black mist.

"Done." Ash smirked as the scene turned white.

(BGM ended)

Back to the others...

(Resuming Path of Demise)

Ash and Levi return to the others as the Trial Chest vanishes.

"So which one of you got the power up?" Ragna asked

"Huh. I felt something change just now." Ash scratch his hair as Levi heal his arm.

"Huh. Me too." Levi mused. "I guess some of those chests can grant two for each."

"Okay, with that settled. Let's go." Ryker said as they took off.

They go down the Basin path as they spotted monsters that got in their way but they took care of them afterward. As they went downward, they spotted the large setting of reddish-black in the distance.

"Whoa, look at that." Shez pointed.

"That's the Osgiliath Basin, huh?" Juna trailed off.

"Yeah." Ragna nodded as Jin said nothing as his gaze was looking around.

'Why do I sense something is wrong here...' Jin wondered as they soon reach a clear view of black Pleroma Grass surrounding the ship.

Musse did a curtsy bow at us. "Welcome, Thors Branch Campus' Class VII: Special Operations. And welcome to your friends too. Ragna the Bloodedge, Jin Kisaragi, Shez, and Kazuha Kaedehara. Your other two friends I welcome as well. My name is Mildine. Mildine Juzelith de Cayenne. I am heiress to the Cayenne duchy and sponsor of the Weissland Army. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance at last."

"Our acquaintance?" Altina asked.

"Hmph." Juna frowned. "A new introduction for your new identity. Is that it?"

"Yes. Even I was surprised that you found out at the very moment back in Ordis. I was aware of how perception you are compare to the Ashen Chevalier. Regardless, I must offer you my thanks for not saying anything until now."

"There's no need for thanks. I'm sure you have your reason for hiding your identity back then. While it was a clever and clean step, it wasn't long before I noticed a pattern."

"Perhaps you're right." Musse smile then faded. "After the accident, however, their duchy was inherited by my late uncle Croire. No sooner had he taken his seat as the new Duke Cayenne, that I was shipped off to Heimdallr. Out of sight and out of mind. There, I spent close to a decade as a student at St. Astraia. All the while knowing that my uncle's actions would one day lead to civil war."

"If you were anyone else, I'd think that was a bluff." Kurt said.

"Well, can't argue with that, he was a prideful one." Levi nodded

"Though I must admit, to this day, I find both her ambition and the accuracy of her predictions intimidating. For instance, she sought contact with the witch of Ouroboros to bolster her list of allies. And by the end of last year, she had foreseen the National Mobilization Law, the war with Calvard, and even the curse overtaking the Empire."

Relius Clover, a very dangerous man who is infamous for his strength, his intelligence in technology and magic. Hazama... a cunning and nasty man. He's the same as the Icy Maiden in Cognition, and Scarecrow's Intuition. Then we have Fawful, the Agarthans... and Organization XIII. We all remember how formidable those three groups are, yes? Espcually Organization XIII's power and technology. Although I must admit. I wasn't expecting the Chancellor would also be secretly conspiracy with other villains from behind the scenes. But it's all thanks to Organization XIII. I shudder at the thought of what would happen if the Organization were around... and resurrected Fawful, Cackletta, and Astor. There's also a high chance there are others that not even I am aware of just yet. Which is more frightening on who else is on the Chancellor's side. Although I'm relieved we managed to take down three of Osborne's allies, it doesn't change the results for the Chancellor. And above all else, there's the Great Twilight itself. Its curse removes any chance that those involved in the conflict could grow weary of war. At this early phase, many are able to resist its influence, but that won't last forever. It's only a matter of time until every soul in Erebonia will be able to think of nothing but war. Which is why I presented the other nations an ultimatum. Do nothing, and allow themselves to be swallowed up by the Empire, forever stained by its curse. Or join me in one final effort to keep the world from ending. Fighting back, no matter the cost. "Just how many countries have you spoken to?" Kurt asked.

"Much like Operation Jormungandr itself, my plan is well underway." Musse replied. "The bell cannot be unrung. Even if I were to die, the choice to fight or be overtaken should still remain. Now, I'll keep my predictions as to what they choose to myself, but...humans are foolish and prideful, but they tend to show their true colors, and their true strength, in times of crisis. In the end, that will be the deciding factor."

"I...hehe. I only did what would benefit me, naturally." Musse giggled. "How could I resist the chance to get close to the son of the chancellor, the Ashen Awakener himself? He seemed like he would have some connection to the curse, so I thought that learning more about him would be advantageous in the long run. Of course, it didn't hurt that Instructor Rean is totally my type."

"Okay, THAT part, I believe. But the rest of that explanation was bullshit." Juna said.

"Agreed. That sounds like a job for one of your 'pieces'." Kurt added. "As a 'player', it would be safer for you to stay removed from all this. And that includes you talking to us in person right now."

Same kind of girl you'd find anywhere. Sure, you may also be a genius who can come up with plans to change the fate of the world, but that's beside the point. There's no way an ordinary girl like you would be okay with a plan that would cost millions of people their lives, is there?"

Musse looked down, as if she was feeling guilty about it all.

"She's got you there." Levi said. "And I think I get it now. You were willing to tell us this plan, but deep down, you don't wanna go through with it. You wanted to find an alternate plan... a plan where countless lives won't be sacrificed for this. A better solution you might say."

"I...I..." Musse shuddered.

"Heh..." Aurelia let out a soft laugh.

"Let me put it another way." Juna said as she held her hand out to her. "What do you really want, Musse? I'm not asking future Duchess Mildine whatever, I'm asking Musse Egret, member of Class VII. What do you want to do?"

Everyone turned and Thors Main Campus students and several soldats appear out of nowhere and surrounded them along with their Pokemon.

"It's been some time, Class VII. And you as well, Sullivan." Michael replied. "How convenient to find all of you in one place."

"Ah, former Instructor Irving, I wish I could say I'm surprised to see you on their side." Aurelia said. "I take it you've chosen to remain with the military, then?"

"I can't say I was surprised by this. But I always knew someone like you would return to the RMP without a second thought." Levi replied with a sigh and disappointed look. As a representative of both Thors and the Imperial family, it is my duty to take you all in."

"That's right. This force field is capable of preventing you from raining down any surprise attack from above for example. Granted, it may not be powerful and hold off... but It should be strong enough to give us time, wouldn't you say?"

"Indeed she did."

"Be that as it may." Musse said, as she removed her long hair and brought out her rifle. "My friends have shown me a new potential path, and I'm not about to let that slip through my fingers. Do your worst. I, Musse Egret of Class VII, will fight back with everything I've got!"

"That's right, this is not where our story ends!" Kurt said.

It shows how much hope they still have to continue to fight. As Class VII Assistant, I won't let that hope burn out." He pulled out his Glaive. "Go ahead and try to douse our flame, don't blame if you get burned."

"Haha. You guys are my kind of idiots." Ragna readied his Armasa. "You can count on us too."

"That's right. We won't let you get in our way, no matter the advantage you possess." Kazuha readied his Katana.

"Yeah! So try and stop us!" Shez summon his sword and readied for battle.

He said as he, Shirley, Ada and Fritz step forward and got their weapons out. "But let's make this even." Cedric pull out his Pokeball. "Flareon!" He toss it in the air and came out his Flareon.

"Golbat, let's go!" Ada throw her Pokeball.

"Come on Pancham!" Fritz throw his Pokeball and came out Golbat who hissed.

Kurt Pokemon link with Prinplup, Juna Pokemon link with Quaxwell, Altina Pokemon link with Archen, Venti Pokemon link with Butterfree, Ash Pokemon link with Sandile, and Musse Pokemon link with Dewott.

In the opposite side is Cedric Link with Shirley and Pokemon link with Flareon, while Shirley Pokemon link with Toxtricity. Ada combat link with Fritz as she Pokemon Link with Golbat and Fritz Pokemon link with Pamcham.

The first to attack was Cedric and Shirley lung toward Levi and Kurt and they lung in response, swinging at each other as Ada fired toward Juna who blocked with her Gunbreakers as Musse fire back. Fritz ran toward as Ash, and they both swung at each other as Venti shot his arrow at them. Altina ran up to Ada with her Archen but Golbat used Supersonic at them but they dodged as Ada fired bullets storm to them as Claiomh Soalis formed a barrier and Archen used Ancient Power on them. Golbat took the damage along with Ada as Venti shot at her. Fritz and Ash swung at each other as Pancham used Vital Throw on Ash by slamming into him and then grabbing his arm and throw him. Before Fritz can attack, Sandile used Bite on Frtiz's leg.

"Ngh!" Frtiz grunted as Ash's Sandile recovered as he let go and then used Dig to return to Ash.

Ada fire bullet toward Ash and his Sandile as but Venti's Butterfree use Stun Spore on Ada.

"Ngh! S-Stun Spore?!" Ada exclaimed as Altina kick Ada. "Augh!"

Golbat attack Butterfree with Poison Fang and toss Butterfree to Venti who catch him.

"You okay Butterfree?" Venti asked as Buterfree show recovery and nodded. "Great! Now let's do this!" He command as Butterfree flew toward Golbat

Meanwhile, Kurt and Cedric swing their swords at each other as Shirley swing at Levi who blocks and dodges, and counters by slashing at Shirley who flip to her left as her Toxtricity ran up and use Poison Jab on Levi and knock him back as Shirley then used her craft: Murder Strafe onto Levi as a follow up. Levi recovered and used Primordial Burst on Shirley and her Toxtricty and then leap toward Shirley combo slash her and knocked her toward Toxricity while Kurt and Cedric go all out on each other before Cedric kick Kurt in the gut to knock him back. Flareon used Flamethrower on Kurt, but Prinplup Bubblebeam to counter it as the attack exploded.

Kurt used Twilt Blade 2 as Cedric form a magic barrier before used his craft: Melt Slicer onto Kurt but he dodged and counterattacked and slashed him with powerful damage. Kurt readied to attack him, but Flareon used Scary Face to stun Kurt and Shirley then slash him to knock him back. Levi's combat linkability: Vengence kicks in and launches a powerful strike on Shirley and knock her back. Shirley recovered as she shoot bullets at him and Toxtricity used Discharge on Levi, Kurt, and Prinplup as they took the hit it and was super effective on Prinplup as Cedric rush toward Levi to slash him, but Levi blocked and kick Cedric's chin before kicking his face back as he recovered, causing him to growl.

"Did you really think taking me on is enough? You're beneath my notice along with the Ogre." Levi taught.

"Oh, killing you will be my greatest pleasure." Cedric's sword was surrounded by fire and launched toward Levi, until Kazuha got in front of him, block the attack and push Cedric away as Shez use Shadowflash to reappear in front of Shirley to slash her. Shirley blocks and counterattacks by slashing.

Shez and Shirley swing at each other as Shez launch twin slashes while SHirley block, kick and swipe her chainsaw at Shez as he dodge, block and duck from the chainsaw before he throw his swords at her as she deflects them, reappear in his hands, use Shadowswift to appear in front of her but with a powerful spin slash to push her back.

"Ahahaha~! I been itchin' to pick a fight with you Shez!" Shirley laughed as her Chainsaw was grinding with fire. "Let's see if you got what it takes to wild me up like the Purple Lighting and Sylphid! Maybe you might even take my throne in the top youngster in the Jaeger world!"

"Hah! You're on!" Shez reaided himself. "Just do you know- I'm not even a Jaeger!" He zoom toward Shirley and they both started to swing at each other by clashing their weapons.

"Well you sure fight like one with your powers!" Shirley remark before she spotted Kazuha rushing toward him and launch a powerful slash on her. "Ooh, Lala~"

"I hope you don't mind if I join this fight." Kazuha readied himself.

"Eh, I was hoping to fight Shez alone, but since I'm combat link with Princey Boy, then let's do this!" Shirley smirked.

As Shirley charges in and swings her chainsaw at Shez and Kazuha, Cedric summon a fireball in his hand and throws it on the ground to create a wave of fire to push back Kurt and Levi as he rush over to Shirley to join the fight. Levi and Kurt follow him as Michael shoots his pistol onto Ragna as he deflects it as he swipes onto Michael, but he dodges and counters with kicking, strikes at Jin who block the attacks as Ragna punches Michael in the face to push him back.

Ragna let out a yell as he charged to Michael to slash him, but Michael dodged as he knelt on Ragna, punch him, and then kick his gut as Jin's combat Link Vengence kick him and swiped on Michael. Jin impales his sword to the ground to create spikes of ice toward Michael but he jumps and shoots the ice, causing it to shatter. Michael landed and began shooting multiple bullets at them as Jin and Ragna split up as they rushed toward Michael.

Ragna slashes Michael but he jumps and kicks him while Jin launches combo slashes before slashing through him and Ragna used Hell's Fang on him and knocks him back. Michael recovered, charging shots and shooting toward them as Jin deflected them with a single swing and exploded behind him.

"Dead Spike!" Ragna launches a projection attack on Michael as he counters by charging and shoot an orbal shot at it.

Jin lunged toward Michael to slash him as Michael took damage and then knee his chin then kicked him in the guts before grabbing him by the collar, freezing him and tossing him to Ragna who swung Armasa down to slam Michael to the ground. Michael recovered and shoot at Ragna's forehead as he dodged before letting go and Michael recovered and shot at Ragna.

"Tch!" Ragna grunted before his hand changed into a claw and rush toward Michael.

Fritz swings his sword at Juna while Ada shoots at her, pushing Juna back while Musse shoots back at Ada and Fritz as Altina ran toward Ada to slash at her with Claiomh Solais. Ada blocks with her Rifle and use it as a weapon to knock Altina back as Venti casting an Orbal Art.

"Haha, do it!" Ash Support Arts 2 ability buff Venti's Art and Venti cast Ixion Vortex onto Ada and Flitz and struck them.

"Golbat, use Air Cutter!" Ada commands as Golbat flaps its wings and a strong gust with light blue 'S'-shaped energy blades from it's mouth.

"Butterfree, counter it with Air Slash!" Venti yelled.

"Freeee!" Venti's Buterfree's wings glow light blue and it flaps them, releasing multiple light blue glowing saw disc-like energy blades toward Air Cutter and both attacks collide and explode.

"Pancham, use Slash on Sandile!" Frtiz yelled as he dash toward Ash.

"Paaacham!" Frtiz Pancham used Slash on Sandile to knock it back.

"Sandile, use Sand Tomb!" Ash said as he blocked Fritz's attack and then swung at him.

"Saaandile!" Ash's Sandile eyes flash as wisps of sand surround Pancham as he looks around, then it turn into a swirling sand vortex and traps him.

"Pan!" Pancham grunted.

Ash swung his axe to the ground to force Frtiz back before he imbued his sword with energy and launched toward Ash and slashed him as ran up to him and and kicked Fritz in the gut.

"Spiral Explosion!" Altina swung her arms and exploded around Frtiz into a vortex.

"Nnugh!" Fritz winched as Venti rushed over to him as Ada began to shoot at him, but he dodged and then Venti made his Bow disappear, channeling wind magic into his hand and punching Fritz, knocking him toward Ada.

"Ugh!" She grunted as they were both tossed away as Venti summoned his Bow.

"Ash, Altina!" Venti charged his bow for his next attack.

"Yeah/Understood!" Ash and Altina rush in as Pancham and Golbat going to stop them with their attacks, but Archen uses Rock Slide on them, Butterfree uses Psybeam and Sandile use Scary Face to slow down their speed and flinch them, causing the two attacks to knock the Pokemon out of the way while Venti release his arrow, multiple and shot and struck a blow on Ada and Frtiz while Ash swoop in and launch combo slashes on them before jumping back with Altina and Claiomh Solais launch combo slashes, jabs and then slam then on the ground.

Flareon use Flamewheel onto Prinplup as it counters with Whirlpool. Flareon got caught as it cried in agony as it was super affected. Cedric launches swift combo jabs onto Levi before slashing through him. Levi recovered but Shirley fire bullets at him as Levi formed a wheel shield with his Glaive and Kurt slashed Cedric. Juna ran up and fired at Shirley who protected herself with her weapon before she rushed up and punched Shirley, pushing her back. Shirley recovered until she got shot by Musse. Musse lock onto Cedric and Shirley and is prepared to fire, but Shirley's Toxtricity use Toxic by spitting purple liquid at her

"Whoa!" Musse jump back to avoid it but Shirley zooms toward Musse and slash her. "Ugh!" Musse was knocked back as she recovered.

"Dewott!" Musse's Dewott used Razer Shell on Shirley but she backflipped to dodge, but Juna's Quaxwell used Aqua Jet on her.

"Oof!" Shirley grunted but she recovered. "Toxtricity, use Overdrive!" Shirley grinned.

"Toxtricity!" Shirley's Toxtricity twanging it's fingers with an air guitar or bass guitar, causing a huge echo and strong vibration onto Musse, Dewott, Juna, Quaxwell, Kurt and Levi as the sound flinched their ears as Shirley then used her Craft: Deadly Storm, lung toward Juna, Kurt and his Quaxwell and strict them with some bloody effects.

"Take this!" Cedric summoned a magic circle underneath him as he generated a fireball in his hands and it grow larger and larger and toss it toward Kurt and Levi and exploded on them. "Vermillion Hellfire!"

Kurt and Levi were pushed back but they took their stance.

"Ngh... I knew His Highness is strong, but not this strong!" Kurt grumbled.

"Perhaps he has taken his training serious." Levi said. "Either way, it's not enough to stop us."

"Oh I bet a differ." Cedric imbued his sword with magic and impaled the ground, creating a vortex of fire toward Kurt and Levi and forcing them to split up. Before Kurt can react, Flareon use Fire Fang on Kurt.

"Ngh!"

"Excellent Flareon!" Cedric then rushes toward Kurt but Levi uses Penetrate Hurl to strike him. "Urgh!" He grunted as Kurt as Primplup used Bubble Beam on Flareon to release him from Kurt.

Cedric recovered as he imbued his sword with fire and was ready to attack, but Kazuha rush toward him and then clashed with him. Cedric launches his trust and slashes on Kazuha, but Kazuha blocks his attack and then resumes clashing with him until they both lock into a power struggle in which Kazuha overwhelms Cedric with his strength, forcing his sword down and then slashes him. Cedric grunted as he swung at Kazuha once more until Kazuha leaped over him and then launched a wind slash projection from behind as Cedric's block was pushed back. Shez then ran up to Cedric and they both swung at each other. Shez forms an X slash on Cedric as he blocks and then counters by ready his sword to trust attack him. Shez dodges, then counter attack by launching combo slashes on him, and then kicks him to knock him back.

Cedric recovered, only for Levi to be seen in the air and throw his Glaive toward Cedric, which he was very close to dodging as the Glaive slammed into the ground with a strong force to knock him back. Levi landed, picked up his Glaive, and then ran toward Cedric to slash blades with him. Cedric launches a flurry of slashes but Levi block his attack gracefully before impaling the ground with his Glaive, leaping over it and kicking Cedric in his face, spinning to the group and then pulling and slamming his Glaive on the ground. Cedric recovered in him as Kurt then clash blades with him and then he knock Cedric back and slash him.

Shirley's Toxtricity use Discharge onto Primplup and Dewott both of them dodged and Primplup used Whirlpool and Dewott used Razer Shell to knock him back as the Whirlpool drag him in.

Shirley fired bullets before charging with her flaming chainsaw until Shez rush over to her and they both swing at each other until Juna join in and punch Shirley in the face as Musse charge her shot and released it and knock Shirley away. Cedric was pushed back by Kurt and then Levi join in and launch combo slashes and finish it off by punching Cedric in the face and knocking him like a pebble and crash into the ground.

Cedric got up and see he got a bleeding nose. "You son of a-!"

Levi roll his eyes. "Oh quit your bitching. This is a fight. Something like this is bound to happen."

"Nngh!" Michael fell to his knees by Jin slashed him while Ragna knocked his Rifle off his hand.

"You're no match for us Major, whether be two against one." Jin said.

"Hahaha! Not bad! You guys definitely gave me a good time." Shirley said.

"Nngh... I'm surprised how much they improve..." Ada panted.

"Them... and their Pokemon." Fritz panted.

"What did you expect?" Juna panted. "Hatchlings have to grow up someday, right?"

"There's no way we can afford to lose here." Kurt said. "Not to you, Your Highness! As a Vander, I swore my swords to your protection. But now that you've lost your way, I need to protect you from yourself."

"Ngh... Kurt... Heh heh...fine." Cedric replied. "Let's see how those swords of yours fare against this!" He raised his hand. "To me, Testa-Rossa!" He yelled and Testa-Rossa appear afterward and Cedric begin to enter his Divine Knight's cockpit and pull out his sword. "Hahaha! Now, are you ready for the REAL battle?!"

"So that's the Vermillion Knight?" Shez asked.

"It certainly does look like what the others told us." Kazuha muttered.

"So this is the demon that wields a thousand weapons." Aurelia mused.

"Your Highness, this is outside the scope of our operation!" Michael protested.

"Seriously? You're whipping it out now?" Shirley asked as she put her chain saw away as her Toxtricity return next to her and Cedric's Flareon join her. "I swear, a little excitement, and off you go..."

"Good grief." Levi scoffed.

(Trails of Cold Steel IV ost - With our Own Hands!)

The Soldots then appeared as Juna and Ash ran toward their respectful Sodlots and begin to operate it.

"Hah! You really think that such puny machines stand a chance against a Divine Kngiht?" Cedric mocked as he raised his sword and eight glowing weapons appeared around his Divine Knight.

Juna gasped "What the heck is that?"

"Damn, 'thousand weapons' is right." Ash muttered

"Tch. The Vermillion Knight still has some remnants of the Vermillion Apocalypse's power inside it." Levi growled

"Tch." Kurt clenched his fist. "If only we had a Speigel."

Musse giggled. "Funny you should say that..." She said as suddenly they heard two engines as they turn and see two Soldots charging their way.

One of the Soldots was a Speigel II, Kurt's personal unit and Levi's personal Soldot, the Paladin. An Enhance Verion of a Speigel II but taller, but not as tall as a Goliath. It has silver and light blue, and it had a silver glaive equip.

"Wait is that my soldot?" Levi gasped. "And Kurt's Soldot too? How the heck did you managed to find them?"

"I... just so happened to stumple upon it at Rock Patio and for Levi's soldot... It was in Bryonia Island." Musse answered. "And quietly delivered it to the others for this very contingency." She said as she reveal in her ARCUS Alpha call is Sandy, Sidney, Maya and Gustaf.

"You guys..." Kurt said with a smile.

"Looks like it got there okay!" Gustaf replied

"Your timing was perfect, Musse." Sandy smiled

"Sandy helped us finish up the repairs." Maya told them

"Give 'em hell for us, Kurt, Levi!" Sidney smirked.

"Heh. No need to tell us that." Levi smirked. "Come on Kurt!"

"Of course!" Kurt nodded as he and Levi headed to their respectful Soldots, opened their hatch, and then began to pilot them and bring out their weapons.

"You really do plan for everything, don'tcha?" Ash asked with a grin on his face

"Hah! So you've got one or two more piece of junk. What good will that do?" Cedric asked.

"Oh you're gonna find out. So why don't you shut up and we'll show you what we're made of." Levi smirked.

The Vermillion Divine Knight - Testa-Rossa

Testa-Rossa began to launch a swipe attack onto Kurt but Kurt's Soldot blocked it in time as Ash swung down his axe as Testa-Rossa dodged by jumping as Juna's soldots ran up and then punched it while Levi ran up and then launched a slash combo onto the Vermillion Knight. Testa-Rossa's sword imbued with Fire then launched a trust attack on Levi and struck through him before clockwise slash his back. Kurt launches some combo slashes, but Cedric's Divine Knight blocks it and then counters by launching jabs and slashes as Juna's soldot rush in and swing her Gunbreakers. Testa-Rossa recovered before block and push Juna's Soldot back. However, Ash jump into the air and then used Rumbing Smash to stuck Testa-Rossa.

Levi's Soldot launch powerful trust attacks onto the Divine Knight and knock it back. Testa-Rossa recovered, switch with a Bow that generated Wind and shot toward the Soldot group and exploded with wind powers. Juna's Second Contractor was Musse as used a healing craft to heal their wounds. Testa Rossa then materializes twin spears and rush toward them, but Levi's Soldot got in the way as Testa-Rossa launch a flurry of slashes and pushback. Ash's Soldot raise his axe and swing at him, but Testa-Rossa quickly made his left arm weapon disappear and grabbed Ash's weapon, only for Kurt to launch an opening attack by slashing him.

Cedric growled as Levi's Soldot jump into the air and then impale the ground, creating large powerful blades to pierce the Divine Knight as Juna's soldot generated electricity and Cross slash attack the Divine Knight. Testa-Rossa jump back and raised his arm as several weapons appeared glowing, forward its arm toward the Soldots and were launch toward them to a flurry of assults, causing a powerful explosion.

"Hahahaha!" Cedric laughed until the smoke clear, revealing Levi's soldot generate a barrier of light around him and his team. "Huh!?"

"The heck!? I didn't know it can do that Levi!" Juna exclaimed.

"Hehe. It's one of many secrets." Levi chuckled.

"What kind of soldot is that!?" Cedric yelled

"One you'll never find out." Levi said, threateningly as he launch toward Testa-Rossa and then launch a swirling combo onto Testa-Rossa, then launch a flurry of jabs attack and a powerful slash that made the Vermillion Knights's weapons disappear. "Kurt, now!"

Kurt rush over with a yell and unleash a flurry of slashes onto the Vermillion Knight and struck the cockpit.

"NRAAARGH!" Cedric yelled as his Divine Knight step back and fell onto his knee.

"All right!" Shez yelled with a cheer.

"Did we get him?" Juna asked

Kurt panted in his soldot. "Was that enough?"

"No. Far from it." Levi told them as Testa-Rossa got back on his feet.

"This is absurd! How could mere Panzer Soldots do this?!" Cedric yelled.

"Heh, either you're far too inexperienced, or that you're just that rusty." Levi remarked. "Either way, even with all that power, you couldn't win. So the real inferior one?"

"Ouch! He's got a point there Princey Boy! Even my weapon is cringing at you." Shirley laughed.

"Grrr! Shirley not now! And stop calling me Princely Boy!" Cedric growled before pointed his blade at the group. "Ads, Fritz! All of you into the Panzer soldats! They've only got four! We'll beat them through sheer numbers!"

"Your Highness." Ada said.

"That's going too far." Fritz added.

"Are you questioning your Prince's orders?! The Red Constellation then! Take them down!" Cedric yelled.

"Typical." Levi scoffed.

"FIRE DRAGON WING ATTACK!" Natsu appeared out of nowhere and launch a powerful attack that send the Red Constellation Members away.

"SKY DRAGON ROAR!" Wendy appeared out of nowhere and blew away the other Red Constellation members away.

Then several swords appeared out of nowhere where Garths and his Red Constellation and even anti-aircraft cannon rained down on them. Garth was the only one to avoid it, but then Erza slash him.

"Gwaah!" Garth grunted as he fell onto his knees.

Then through a magic circle, Emma, Machias, Laura, Jusis, Alisa, Gaius, Lucy, Gray, Gajeel, Juvia, Levy, Felix, Kirito, Asuna, Alice, Yui, and Eugeo made their appearance.

"Well, who look decided to join the party." Levi chuckled. "I had a feeling you guys would show up to the rescue."

"Are all of you okay?!" Jusis asked.

"We're okay. If you're here, that means you found the singularity, then?"

Gaius nodded "Right. So we came to help."

"Forgive the impropriety, Your Highness..." Machias added.

"However, we cannot let your unchivalrous behavior go unchallenged." Laura finished.

"That's right. We will not stand idle while our fellow Class VII members are in danger!" Emma agreed

"Yeah! And that include our friends too!" Lucy nodded

"How did they manage to break through the RMP's perimeter?!" Michael asked.

"What?!" Cedric exclaimed.

"Oooh-la-la." Shirely remarked.

"The heck!? Where did that come from?" Natsu asked

"It was there the whole time? Damn, that's one impressive cloaking technology." Kirito said.

"No, It isn't technology, but Vita's magic. I had a feeling the Pantagruel was nearby." Levi said to her. "You had it cloaked with magic so it will remain undetected."

"Hehehe, even with the cloak, I knew you would sense it, if it was close by." Musse replied.

Then everyone heard a bird chirp as they see Grianos appear and then an astral projection of Vita appeared.

"It would appear that your senses are as sharp as ever, Levi." Vita said. "Of course, Aurelia did ask for the impossible, and all I did was deliver. Hello, Your Highness. You've gotten taller since we last met. Major, Orge, how have you been? Our side's ready to fight at any time. Are you?"

Three soldats then came from the sky, with the one in front being piloted by Brigidar General Bardias.

"Damn, that's one way to turn the tables." Shirley giggled.

"Prince Cedric, I hate to admit this, but we don't have the power to deal with their forces as it stands." Michael said. "I suggest we make a strategic retreat."

Cedric let out a frustration growled "Damn it!"

To those who I just met, I am the master of dimensions, the pleaser of crowns, the grand marshal of magic who superior then a certain elder of a hidden clan of Erebonia, and the comedian who laughs at Crosbell! "Dimentio? Pleaser of crowds?" Natsu scoffed. "Please, if anyone who's good at getting people's attention it's Lucy."

"These proud machines are called Guardian Stalkers. And the over ones are called Guardian Skywatchers from that Breath of the Wild World. The Agarthans didn't just steal the technology related to those Divine Beasts, but also the Guardians series from the Sheikan facility there. And create their own version!"

"The Agarthans even stole their blueprints but these too?" Alisa asked in shock.

"Oh yes! And you want to hear the best part? These walking machines possess incredible firepower! They can hunt you and can harm even Panzer Soldots! And when gather in groups, they can be difficult to handle! And I'm sure they can even blew up a mighty ship like the Pantagruel!"

"That's right." Emma nodded. "My Mirror magic is capable of absorbing and even reflecting back attacks. No matter how many guardians you fire, my magic will reflect them right back!" She forward her arm and the mirrors reflected the lasers back to the guardians before some of the Guardians dodged them as some were destroyed by their own attacks.

"Double what?!" Cedric yelled.

Vita let out a sigh of relief before she chuckled. "And here I thought Natsu is rubbing off on you Emma. But I've also forgotten you have your Mirror Magic to reflect those guardians."

Galleom shoot two muscles from it's arm before it begin to rush toward New Class VII and punch the ground to create a shockwave to knock them back as Rathalos roared and took of to the air and then drops downwards with his clawed feet toward Jusis, Gaius, Machias and Laura but they dodged.

Laura, Jusis and Gaius rush toward Rathalos as Natsu jump toward it.

"FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST!" Natsu punch Rathalos with a firey fist to knock it back, Rathalos roared and then launch a fireball at him, but Natsu ate it, causing it to respond in shock. "Thanks for the meal!"

"Stardress!" Lucy used her Key to change her appearance to Sagittarius Form. "Sagittarius Form!" She yelled and then shoot multiple arrows toward Rathalos as it flew into the air and drive attack.

"Ice-Make: Cannon!" Gray used his ice magic to shoot an ice Cannonball but Rathalos shoot a fireball to cause the two attacks to explode and then attack Lucy, but she jump in time to avoid the attack.

Rathalos let out a screech attack while the Guardian Stalker's hands chance into knives, spin into a fan to attack Juna, Ragna, Jin, Musse, Ares and Ryker and then fire a laser beam at them.

"Dead Spike!" Ragna launch a projection attack to push it back before it planted it's four arms to the ground and then rose up as a pillar attack toward them as they jump and dodged.

Jin form a Bow of Ice and shoot an arrow at the Guardian to freeze it, only to broke free shortly after as Musse lock onto the Guardian and fire multiple bullets around it's body as Juna ran up with energy and bash it. But the Guardian quickly retracted it's arm, grabbed her and slam her on the ground.

"Ugh!" Juna grunted and was prepare to fire a laser until Ares used an Earth Magic Spell to shoot Earth Spikes to knock it back, releasing Juna as Ryker rush and launch some swift combos before the Guardian recovered.

The Guardian jumped into the air and slam near Musse but she ran away before it can fire a laser beam at her. Quaxwell used Aqua Jet to get it attention as it attempt to grab it, but Dewott used Water Pulse on it.

Musse's hand glow with magic, wave her arm and then materialize several guns. "Rifle Barrcade!" She yelled and several shots were shot toward the Guardian as Juna jump toward the Head and dive and knock it's head to cause it to temporarily stun it as it look on the ground.

The Silver Lynel shoot bomb arrows of five toward Levi, Kurt, Ash, Altina, Alice, Eugeo and Asuna as they dodge as each Bomb arrow exploded. Lynel switch to a sword and shield as it begin to clash with Levi as they swing at each other. The Silver Lynel knock Levi back with a shield bash as Kurt join to launch twin slashes as it block with it's shield and then launch a powerful slash on him. Venti shoot his arrow on it shoulder as Ash launch a strong swing on it, but the Silver Lynel use his arrow to block the attack.

Eugeo's sword glow with energy and then launch slashes on the side as Alice's sword turn into golden pedels and swing downward on it. The Silver Lynel jump back to avoid it and launch a fireball onto them repetitively as Venti shoot his arrow to intercept.

"This monster is intelligent!" Asuna said. "This brings back memories with SAO."

"Searching." Altina used her Detector Craft onto the Lynel, Guardian, Rathalos and Galleom. "Data Complete! These opponents are more formidable than they appear! I don't see an opening on each of them!"

"Oh I love a good tough one!" Ash grinned as the Silver Lynel then began to take a stance and then began to rush toward them.

"Now..." Levi used his Craft: Primordial Burst as he channel the seven elements in the palm of his hand and swing his arm, "Take this!" then releasing the power as it burst with a large area explosion of rainbow golden light. "Wide Open!" He alerted for Kurt as he launch powerful twin slashes.

The Silver Lynel snarl and then pull out his sword and rush toward Levi to swing at him. Raichu use Thunder to struck it from above.

"System Call!" Eugeo impale the ground as a magic circle appeared underneath him, then Blue ice vines sprout from the ground and launch toward the Lynel as it notice the vines and then jump back.

The Lynel safely assume he's safe, but the vines appeared around him and restrain him as it struggle to break free. Asuna and Alice both rush un and unleash a flurry of slashes before both of them launch their powerful trust and swipe. Many flowers bloom on the vines as the Lynel let out a thunderous roar, channeling fire from its mouth and then shoot it's head on the ground to melt the vines with fire, forcing Alice and Asuna to jump back as it broke free.

"No way!" Eugeo exclaimed as it glare at him.

The Lynel pull out its Bomb Arrows and shoot toward him as Eugeo as he rush out of there. Then the Lynel switch back to its sword and Shield as Levi and Ash rush in while Venti charge his arrow and shoot, multiplying arrows toward it as it dodge each one and Raichu use Discharge on it.

The Galleom punches the ground to knock Kazuha, Shez, Wendy, Juvia, Levy, Gajeel, Erza and Gray.

"SKY DRAGON ROAR!" Wendy shoot a breath of air toward its face as he block it's face.

"Water Slicer!" Juvia unleash blades of water toward its body.

"IRON DRAGON ROAR!" Gajeel yelled and unleashed a breath an iron.

The Galleom roared at them as it begin to charges up, then spins around it creating a very powerful vacuum to suck them in and knock them away. The team recovered

"Blade of Wind." Kazuha used his craft: Autumn Moon imbues his Katana with green energy, creating three after images of himself and dash forward, letting out a flurry of slashes and which form into a tornado at the Galleom, and Kazuha reappear. "Blow them away!" He swing his Katana as a large Slash with a Moon shape appeared it, then deal a large Slash. "Now!" He alerted for Shez as he launch twin slashes.

Galleom attempted to Stomp on Shez but he used Shadowflash to teleport himself and then launch twin slash combo strike as Erza change her armor Heavenly Wheel and launched several sword and used Blumenblatt on it. Galleom begin to spins, then punches the ground with both fists to create a shockwave.

"Ice Make: Ice Hammer!" Gray created a Giant Spike Hammer toward Galleom but he grabbed the hammer with his hand and then shattered it and punch Gray. "Gwuh!"

"Gray!" Juvia yelled

"IRON DRAGON LANCE!" Gajeel transform his arm to a lance toward its face and grabbed it, swing him over him and slam him down.

"Soild Script: Hole!" Levy wrote the word "Hole" on the ground underneath Galleom and sank him into the ground.

"Take this!" Shez'z imbbued his swords with purple energy and then he zoom toward, warp around it with phantom slashes, then reappear in the air and launch a large X slash underneath as Kazuha launch a powerful slash combo.

Galleom jump off the Hole and then begin to change into a tank mode.

"It can change into a tank!?" Gray yelled and then rushes forward Erza.

"Equip!" Erza change her armor to Adamtine Armor, form into a shield to block the ramming, but Galleom was powerful enough to push Erza.

"ICE MAKE-" Gray place his hand to the ground. "TOWER!" And materialize a tower of ice to launch it into the air as Galleom change back to it's combat form and fire missle from it's arm.

Rathalos launch a firebreath attack but Natsu keeps eating it as Alisa and Machias fire their arrow and bullets as Laura extended the length of her sword and launch a powerful swing. Gaius used his craft: Gale Stinger 2 and launch a powerful hurricane onto Rathalos. Rathalos snarl and then flew into the air and then performs a sliding tackle, opening his mouth and biting down on the slide.

"FIRE DRAGON BRILLANT FLAME!" Natsu generated a large sphere of fire and throw it at it's mouth and exploded on it, causing it to screech in agony as it fell to the ground.

"For a lizard who can breath fire, it couldn't build a resistance to fire?" Jusis remark as he rush over and then launch slashes and jabs.

Rathalos got back on its feet and then it let out a thunderous roar that can reach even in Alester. Rathalos then launch a tail spin attack to hit Jusis, Laura and Gaius before it begin to use its poisonous claw on them. Rathalos turn its gaze to Natsu to launch one of it's claws on him but Natsu dodged while Lucy shoot her arrows onto it.

The Silver Lynel grabbed Eugeo and Alice and slam them to the ground and then toss them toward Ash and Altina who catch them as Claiomh Solais did.

"Linemine!" Altina used her magic and exploded on Lynel as Venti cast his magic and launch several blades of wind to strike all over it as Asuna and Levi launch a flurry of combos onto it.

Lynel was push back before launching a firebreath attack on them. Levi form a light barrier as Lynel snarl and then rush toward him. Levi jump and then side onto it's back as it tried to shake him off. Alice ran toward it and then launch a powerful slash through it, causing it to roar in agony as Eugeo's sword blue. He rush toward it and then launch slash combos. Claiomh Solais and Altine merge together then flew toward the Lynel as Levi jump off and she launch a powerful combo slash of Cartwheel before forming her wings into a laser cannon and fire a large on it, causing it to roar in agony. It fell onto his Knees as Levi readied the final Blow by imbued his Glaice with his powers, zoom toward it and then pierce through it, swing his Slaive with a gigantic flashy slash strike it.

The Guardian fire laser beams onto the group as Musse charge her shot and then aim for the eye which cause it to stunned it as Juna used her Combat Art: Frozen Fist, then Kirito launch a twin combo slash as Ragna readied his Armasa and launch a powerful slash on it as Jin launch a powerful Ice slash projection that froze the ground to cause it to trip. Then Ryker and Ares ran up and then launch combo slashes and then both pierce through it together, leaving a large slash behind it.

Galleom roared and then jump and stomp to create shockwaves, but then Gray froze the ground, causing it to slip.

"Let's do this Kazuha!" Shez yelled as his combat link with him glow.

"Let's, Shez." Kazuha nodded as they both zoomed and waro around it, launching several imagine of themselves, delivering phantom slashes and then they above it.

"HAAAAAAAAH/RAAAAAAH!" Both of them screamed as they slash down it.

Then the other fireballs were throw toward the Main Campus students while the Red Constellation were directly, forcing them to nearly caught in the explosion.

"W-What in the world!?" Emma exclaimed

"It took them down with one hit!" Machias yelled

Then suddenly a magic circle appeared and a black arm appeared from behind Dimentio.

"Oough!?" Dimento winched before a fiery explosion struck him. "AAAAAAAGH!" Then slam him on the ground.

"Hehe... So you decided to join the fun?" Vita asked as fire appeared out of nowhere between the heroes and the villains size and reveal to be Konoe, folding her arms. However, her appearance now is Nine the Phantom.

"HELLO MAMA!" Shirley drools of how hot Nine is, especially her chest and her beauty.

"Y-Y-You're...!" Cedric shuddered from the sight as suddenly behind Testa-Rossa was an enormous black fire elemental that resembles a demon being of sorts behind and grabbed Testa-Rossa. "Nngh!?"

Konoe then used her magic to transport Cedric out of his Divine Knight even shock him as Konoe used telekinesis on Cedric to control him.

"Cedric Reise Arnor. I'm very disappointed in you. I never expected you to become so pathetic of being a sore loser. Since when were you ever one?" Konoe wondered.

"Who's the hot babe?" Ryker asked.

"Hehe. That's Konoe Ayatsuki Mercury. Also known as Nine the Phantom. One of the Six Heroes and THE most powerful witch that ever existed in this universe." Vita answered.

"K-Konoe! W-Why are you here?!" Cedric yelled in shock.

She stomp her feet, creating a powerful firey shockwave that burn even the Black Pleroma Grass before it regrow.

Cedric then enter his Divine Knight as Testa Rossa got back on it's feet, took into the air and flew away.

"Main Campus students! Withdraw!" Michael ordered.

"I better check in with Gareth and the others." Shirley muttered

After all, you have these two powerful generals on your side, along with Kagura, Hibiki, Jubei, miss Konoe and the other too girl." He turn to her. "Sorry, I'm afraid I don't know your name."

"No need to apologize. I'm Trinity Glassfile. It's my fault for not introducing to you all sooner." Trinity giggled.

"Right. And miss Trinity with you. I think that's more than enough to build the morality to rally the troops."

"Plus, you can make this a perfect chance to make Schwarzer owe us one for life." Ash added

Kurt nodded. "Haha, although, I'm not sure that it will ever balance out everything he's done for us. It's your choice, Musse. We can still rescue him without you."

"It is most likely the one who rescues him first will see the most gratitude. I would have thought this would have been more appealing to you, but I suppose it does not matter. You won't be first, either way."

"Well, when you put it like that, how can I not come along?" Musse responded before she took Levi's hand and shook it. "Then I, Musse Egret, will happily return to Class VII! "Oh, Palutena, can you do us a favor and take us back to Rigbarth?" Ares requested. "Ryker and I are worried about our son and it's going to get late now."

"Yeah, can you take us to Bowser's Castle too? We're just about done here." Shez asked

"Yeah. It was a blast journey with you guys, but we found what we needed. Don't worry, we'll meet each other again soon." Shez nodded

Palutena's heavenly light then took them to their chosen destination. Afterward, Palutena use her powers to teleport Class VII, Team Natsu, Kirito, Eugeo, Asuna, Felix, Alice, Ragna, Jin and their Pokemon to Eryn village. Sara, Fie, Elliot and the Kingdom Hearts crew were also back in Eyrn Village with Roselia.

"She's looking for any sign of black Pleroma Grass over there, but couldn't do much because the IDF are all over Crossbell." Venti said.

"Yeah. But we will find those singularities. It's only a matter of time. For now, we should trust in everyone's abilities. After all, every one of them is tough. They all come a long way. All we got to do is believe in everyone."

"You're right." Juna nodded. "We did manage to get all of new Class VII back together, after all. Even if it did take some doing."

"Yes. All that remains is to get our instructor back." Altina nodded "It will take the combined efforts of all of us. Class VIIs, new and old, and our friends from different parts of the world."
