Watching the gate opening, Beckett hung up the phone and said, "That was abrupt."

"I guess since we're here that's fine," Castle said. "Or she wants to talk to us in person."

"Or she has a clue," Skye commented from the backseat. She wasn't surprised when the writers turned to her and she said, "Seriously, you mentioned when we were getting into the car there are a number of kids at the school who have parents in some way connected to that college."

"True," Castle commented, looking at his wife.

"We'll see when she tells us," Beckett replied. Her husband was by then parking in the garage and while they were getting out, she asked Skye, "Have you heard from Mary at all?"

"I did, she sent me a text when she landed," the investigator replied. "And she's already on her way."

"So six," Castle replied, looking at his watch and seeing it was a little after four thirty.

"Mom, Dad," Julia said in a rush, hurrying into the garage.

"Hold on," Beckett replied, getting out of the car quickly. "What is it?"

"I found something out at school," Julia said before she paused.

"What's that look for?" Castle asked, startled at the expression on her face.

"Two things," Julia said, looking back at the door to the hallway leading into the house. Seeing no one there she then told her parents what Natalie had told her and her friends at school. "So… it's true?" she asked.

"Unfortunately yes," Skye said. "But you don't really need to worry about that."

"What was the second thing you found out?" Beckett said.

Telling them what she had learned from Chad, Julia said, "He's honest, he's in Mari's English class this year and he does know someone names Ryan Harding. Was Piers one of the victims?"

"Yes, and since you told us that we need to get into the house," Castle said, Beckett ushering their daughter though he wasn't surprised at the question she was asking as soon as they were walking down the hallway.

"Can I help?" Julia asked.

"You can tell Brad what you told us about the reporter," Beckett said firmly. "And then you need to do your homework."

"Fine," Julia said with a sigh since she'd been expecting that answer. She waited for her parents to take off their coats and put away their scarves and gloves before she watched Skye hesitating.

"You said she was bringing a car," Beckett said, spotting the same thing.

"Fine," Skye said jokingly, smiling at Julia when she giggled a little.

"What about Josa and 'lexis?" the teen then asked.

"And Eliza," Castle replied. "We're going to see them right now very quickly before we head to our office."

"Wonderful, I can see the game room," Skye said.

"What about the basement?" a voice said down the hall the four had moved to walk down.

"We'll see that later," Beckett said, smiling at Eliza before the little girl was hurrying to them.

"Are you going to talk to Brad?" Eliza asked while she was hugging her mother first.

"I'm not surprised you know," Beckett said before the little girl was instantly responding to her surprise.

"I was there when Jules was talking to the boys," Eliza said firmly. She then noticed the way her sister was looking at her and said, "Um… at the end."

"Great, you can watch out for Josie and Alexis for us," Castle said, grabbing her so he could share a hug with her. After he'd let her go, he laughed when the little girl squealed and rushed over to Skye.

"I didn't know you were here!" Eliza said happily.

"I'm glad I could surprise you," Skye said, sharing a brief look with Beckett before they were continuing down the hallway to the game room.

"There you are," Martha said when the group stepped inside. "Are you alright?" she asked them.

"We are, but we need to talk to Brad," Beckett explained, taking Josie from her mother-in-law.

"No leave here," the toddler said.

"Don't leave here," Julia instantly corrected.

"It'll only be for a little," Beckett assured her after she'd shared a kiss with her youngest. "And we'll be in our office." She smiled when Josie hugged her a little tighter before she was giving her to Castle.

"And we'll be as fast as possible because we really want to spend the rest of the day with you," he said before he and Josie were sharing a kiss.

"I'm okay," Alexis said in amusement since her mother had walked over to where she was sitting on one of the armchairs in the room. "The doctor said this was fine too," she added while she and Beckett shared a quick hug before she was speaking in amusement.

"Tell your father that because I don't know if he's going to believe it," Beckett replied.

"Hey, I know what her doctor said," Castle said in mock annoyance before he was smiling at their oldest and hugging her. "You're set with work?"

"Yeah, I'm all done," Alexis replied. "Skye?" she asked since her father had pulled back while she'd spoken, and she'd seen her ears hadn't been deceiving her.

"I came for the case," the investigator said, walking over to the young woman and hugging her briefly. "This is your setup these days," she commented with a smile.

"Yeah, it's not all that bad," Alexis said.

"What did you play?" Skye asked.

"What I can manage to," Alexis said easily. "But you said you need to talk to Brad?" she asked her parents.

"We do, but we're not planning on going to the station until tomorrow," Castle said reassuringly before he and Beckett were taking Julia with them. "I thought she would cry," he told his wife since Josie had stayed with her oldest sister.

"I think she can tell that you're being serious," Julia commented.

"Dad," Beckett said, seeing that he was stepping out of the pantry.

"Sorry, I had my arms full of everything," Jim said with a smile at the sight of his daughter. "Skye," he said, obviously startled.

"I'm working on the case to a degree," the investigator replied. "But… do Mary and I need to go somewhere else?" Skye asked, seeing the ingredients laid out on the counter.

"Is there a way you can wait to make this tomorrow?" Castle asked his father-in-law. "We'll grab more at the-"

"I'll go," Jim interrupted. "Actually we should take Josie to the market," he said, looking down the hall. "Or just me if your mother is going to be busy tomorrow." Shaking himself he then said to his daughter and son in law, "We're ordering in."

"Yeah," Castle said.

"Why… I know I'm a guest but I'm not choosing," Skye said immediately.

"What've you had lately?" Castle asked her.

"Deli, so Dim Sum sounds nice," Skye replied. "Unless you had it recently?"

"No, that would be good," Julia said immediately before her parents could respond.

"I think we'll go for regular Chinese; we had Dim Sum this past Friday," Castle said.

"The usual?" Jim asked, reaching for the menu from the Chinese restaurant they frequented.

"Whatever you get is fine," Skye said when the writers were looking at her.

"You need to add a little more to our order," Beckett told her father. "There are four more of us here," she added before Julia was looking up at her and speaking in confusion.

"Are you talking about Skye and Mary?" the teen asked.

"And your sister and brother-in-law," Beckett said. She turned back to her father and said, "Get the honey shrimp, Mongolian beef and Moo Shu chicken."

"Great you know what I like," Skye commented in amusement.

"Do you want me to call right now?" Jim asked.

"We'll tell Julia to let you know," Castle replied. He looked down at the ingredients and said, "Though we should help you get everything put away."

"I can help!" Eliza cried.

"How long have you been standing there?" Beckett said in surprise after they'd turned to her.

"Not that long," Eliza replied. "We're gonna have Chinese," she said happily. "Lots, I can take some for lunch, can't I?'

"You're going to need to," Alexis said, walking up behind them. "Well, Louis can." She saw her father and father-in-law were looking at her in confusion and said, "It's better to eat it hot."

"Right," Castle said before he started to frown. "I forgot," he admitted to his wife.

"I'm not surprised," Beckett said. "Julia will tell you," she repeated to her father before they were walking to the office. While her husband was calling Brad, she placed her hand on Julia's shoulder and said, "Are you okay to talk?"

"Yeah," the teen said firmly while she was nodding at the same time.

"Rick?" Brad said on the phone. "You found something?"

"Maybe," Castle said. "But it's going to come from Julia."

"Julia?" Brad asked in obvious surprise.

"It was something I heard at school," she said, stepping up to her father's phone. Julia then told him about what the two boys had said before she asked, "Could that maybe help?"

"She knows how our vics were killed Brad," Beckett said.

"How… those boys told you?" the chief asked, obviously taken aback.

"No, Natalie… her mother works at Hofstra too," Julia answered. "She heard her parents talking about it this morning."

"That would make sense," Brad replied after a moment. "Don't start telling everyone else about that though."

"She told us the same thing," Julia said. "And we don't want her mom to get in trouble or anything."

"Good," Brad said.

"I'm going to put you on hold for a second," Castle told his friend before he set his phone down on the ledge the built-in had.

"I have to go," Julia said.

"You can't really help on this one," Skye said. "I'm lucky I am."

"You have to tell me why," Julia replied. Something came to mind suddenly and she said, "I saw them, in the quad before I went to lunch. But when I looked back at them to talk to them they ran away. They're scared, aren't they?"

"They are," Skye replied. "But I think we'll need to talk about that later."

"Tell your grandpapa to order the food in ten minutes," Beckett said. "We'll be out as soon as we can." After Julia had nodded, she then took her daughter by her shoulders and said firmly, "You need to do your homework, so I'd like you to do it in the game room at least."

"I won't eavesdrop," Julia replied. She made a brief face and then said, "Gram and Grandpapa wouldn't let me. Or 'lexis either."

"Good," Beckett said, kissing the top of her head before she let her go.

Sharing a brief hug with her father, Julia went out of the office and to the kitchen though she paused when she realized her grandfather and sister weren't there. Hearing Eliza's voice in the game room she hurried there and went straight to Jim telling him, "Mom and Dad said order in ten minutes," not surprised when her little sister was responding with a slight frown.

"That long?" Eliza asked.

"Yeah, they do need to talk to Brad," Julia reminded her.

"Then you can help me remember in ten minutes," Jim said to Eliza a little pointedly though he was smiling at the same time.

"Okay," the little girl said quickly. She went to the device on the cabinet next to the doors into the room and said, "Alexa, put the timer for ten minutes."

"Thank you," Jim said.

"Julia," Martha said to her second oldest granddaughter.

"I know," the teen replied with a sigh, turning from the doorway she was standing just inside of. "I'm just wondering if they're going to find out anything."

"Better if you leave that to your parents," Martha said.

"You don't have homework?" Alexis asked.

"I do," Julia replied, walking over to where she'd placed her backpack. "And a lot," she said.

"Are you joking?" Eliza asked.

"No, I have it for almost every class," Julia answered, pulling out her things.

"What don't you have?" Alexis inquired.

"For science and Spanish," Julia said. "But for all the other classes I do have homework." She paused before she looked at the others and said, "I'm going to do it right now."

"Oh good, we would have to tell your parents," Martha said teasingly before the teen was responding after she had pursed her lips.

"I told them I'd do my homework," Julia said firmly before she looked at her little sister.

"I'm doing mine," Eliza said. "And I didn't promise."

Smiling at the girls playfully sticking their tongues out at each other Martha said, "Julia, Eliza are you fighting?"

"No, we're doing our homework," the little girl said in a matter-of-fact tone, her gaze shooting to her sister when she snorted in laughter.

"Sorry, the way you said that," Julia explained when her little sister was looking at her slightly angrily.

"Oh…" Eliza said.

Julia did her best not to laugh again before she turned her attention to her homework, trying not to be too distracted in wondering what was going on in her parents' office for their case.

"So is there anything you can do with that?" Castle asked his friend after Julia had left the room.

"It's an interesting story," Brad said. "But I wonder why he would do that."

"We've been interviewed by him," Beckett reminded him.

"Yeah, I remember him," Brad snorted. "But that was a different story. Though if he was interrupting the cousin of our vic and that boy's father works at Hofstra…"

"I thought the same," Skye said. "What's going on at the university?"

"Nothing," Beckett said firmly. "But if Kipling was trying to interview a teenager then something was going on."

"Okay, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to ask about that though," Brad said.

"No you won't," Castle said swiftly. "Someone will be there getting tomorrow's paper ready… several."

"What about someone that might be his boss?" Brad asked.

"That I'm not sure," Castle admitted. "But you might be able to talk to someone."

"Alright, I'll do that and bring him in," Brad replied.

"Right now?" Skye asked in surprise.

"No, tomorrow because I still have to check names," Brad said.

"Can someone call the paper?" Castle inquired with a slight frown on his face.

"I will," Brad said. "I don't want them trying to get out of answering my questions."

"Will you call us if you find anything out?" Beckett asked him.

"Yeah, hopefully this won't take too long," Brad answered.

"And I'm going to guess you haven't found anything with the names so far," Skye said.

"No, but it's not a surprise," Brad said. "And I can use a break."

After they'd said goodbye to the chief, a voice said, "Should we look into this reporter first?"

"Patrick?" Beckett asked, frowning as she looked over to Skye.

"I thought he should hear," the investigator said with a smile, getting her phone out of her pocket.

"I would have," Beckett said. "While we were waiting for dinner," she said before her husband was suddenly cursing. "Language Rick," she told her husband.

"I forgot we can look into Kipling, the Report's site has a search engine," Castle reminded her.

"You better start," Darnley said on the phone. "And please call me if you get anything and when Brad calls you too."

"We will," Beckett said before Skye was hanging up and putting away her phone. Walking with her friend over to where her husband was sitting at his laptop, she said to him, "Do you think that would help?"

"What if he wrote about Hofstra in the past?" Castle replied before he entered the reporter's name on the site.

"It's a reach," Skye commented.

"No it's not," Castle said.

"You found something already?" Beckett asked in surprise.

"Yeah," Castle replied. "Granted it was from years ago and basically a puff piece."

Leaning over to read Beckett said aloud, "Hofstra Garden Memorial Brings Solace to Campus."

"Memorial?" Skye asked.

"An alumni," Castle said. When the two women looked at him, he reminded them, "Speed reader," before the investigator was responding wryly.

"Thank goodness for that," Skye said. "But what happened?"

"A woman named Roberta McAfee was in an accident driving to the campus to help set up an Alumni dinner," Castle said.

"It said she was at the outskirts of the property," Beckett said since she'd been reading the article over her husband's shoulder.

"I would assume that's where the garden is," Skye said. "And you're right, it's a puff piece, sad one but that's what it is." Seeing the way the writers were looking at her she smirked briefly and then told them, "I'm a speed reader too."

"What about looking into Kipling himself?" Beckett asked her husband. She wasn't surprised when he didn't respond to that and instead began to type.

"Okay, I found some information," Castle told the women once he'd started it searching. "Basic information that Brad's going to find," he said, looking at the results from his search.

"It was worth a try," Skye said, moving to sit on the love seat.

"Are you okay?" Beckett asked, watching her closely.

"Yes, they're here," Skye said seriously.

"Where?" Castle said in concern.

"There," Skye replied, nodding to the wall to the right of the door.

"What're they doing?" Castle asked, looking at his wife and seeing her gaze was towards the wall.

"Standing there," Skye answered. She turned to Beckett and asked, "You see them."

"No," she replied. She hesitated for a moment before she said, "I sense there's something… someone there…"
"You can say it," Skye told her.

"People there," Beckett said, trying not to become exasperated.

"And that's the extent of that," Skye said before she leaned back against the couch.

"Skye," Castle and Beckett said at the same time when the investigator was closing her eyes before she spoke.

"Don't interrupt me," Skye said.

About to move to the couch, Beckett was startled when her husband was grabbing her arm and she was about to speak when Skye was.

"Damn, they left," the investigator said. She opened her eyes while she was frowning and then said, "I feel like they wanted to talk."

"Are they still afraid?" Castle asked.

"Yeah," Skye replied. She then said, "Or maybe they thought we'd had the killer," turning to the writers with a frown on her face.

"Then they still don't remember," Castle said.

"No, and I can see why they wouldn't," Skye replied. She then said, "Do you know how tall Kipling is?"

"He's… six feet even," Castle said after he'd gone to his computer. "That's the height Brad said Andrews told him Breck was… the man he thought was Breck."

"Which is why he's doubly cleared," Skye commented since the young man was four inches shorter.

"Don't mention him wearing heels," Beckett told her husband before he was speaking slightly wryly.

"I know Andrews would have noticed that," Castle said. He then looked at Skye and said, "I can't find anything connecting Kipling to flying of any kind."

"That doesn't surprise me," Skye said.

"You don't think he's the killer?" Beckett asked.

"Not that, I don't think the connection to airplanes would be really well known," Skye explained. She then frowned and said, "What about an article he's writing at this moment?"

"Or ever, he's never written anything about planes," Castle said. "And I should have thought about that."

Watching her husband looking at the Report's site, Beckett said, "No?"

"No, though honestly he wouldn't have much reason to," Castle commented.

"But the article right now?" Skye reminded them.

"I would need to tell Brad," Castle said before they were all turning at the same time to his phone on the desk. "He heard me," he said jokingly before he answered. "We're all here Brad."

"Okay, so no one was there higher up in the chain to really tell me what Kipling's connection would be to Hofstra," the chief began with. "But the reporter I talked to said he's been acting strange, and he was talking about writing an article on the Halloween event ever since it was announced where it was going to be this year."

"Did this reporter say why?" Beckett asked.

"No," Brad said. "He just said Kipling's had a lot of problems with Hofstra… personal problems."

"Maybe he applied but wasn't accepted," Castle commented.

"I thought that as soon as I was told this," Brad said. "But that's all there is really."

"Did you ask about-" Castle started to say.

"If there would be any connection to Eris," Brad interrupted. "Yes, I did but he said he'd never heard of it. I'll talk to the bosses tomorrow."

"Back to the names?" Skye asked.

"Back to that, but we're getting through a lot now," Brad answered. "Hall stayed to help us and that made a difference."

"Great, you're going to be able to get home soon," Beckett said.

"I already talked to Lils, so don't worry she knows I'm going to be a little late," Brad said. "And you guys get some rest, okay?"

"We will," Castle replied. "We'll see you tomorrow."

"Call us," Skye said.

"I will," Brad said, saying goodbye to them before hanging up.

"I forgot to call Patrick," Skye said to the couple.

"I'll call him," Beckett said firmly.

As his wife was walking to the other end of the room, Castle was going to follow her when Skye was touching his arm briefly. "What?" he asked.

"Mind if I go on your laptop?" the investigator asked.

"Not at all," Castle said, moving out of his chair. "Please stay on the internet."

"That was the plan," Skye said wryly before she was sitting down.

Walking over to his wife, Castle listened to her speaking with Patrick and was surprised when she abruptly looked startled before she was saying goodbye to him. "Did he think of something?" he asked.

"He was wondering if this wasn't a McGuffin," Beckett replied, pocketing her phone before they were turning to Skye while she was laughing before she spoke.

"Good reference but we'd have to check on it still," she said. "I mean you would and him," Skye then corrected herself, making a face. She then said, "When exactly did that harassment happen?"

"At the end of August," Castle answered, looking over at them. "The police were called; Julia remembered seeing a squad car in the parking lot on the way to dance. But other than that…"

"And you didn't ask Brad to look into it?" Skye said in surprise.

"He knew already to look," Castle said. "And if he didn't mention it in the second call, he didn't have anything."

"Would he be able to find who responded?" Beckett asked.

"Oh sure, there'll be an e-mail to the officers," Castle replied before he saw the screen of his phone was lighting up. "That would be him," he said before he opened it. "Bernier was the one to respond," he read. "He said Kipling wasn't exactly harassing the boy, just trying to see if he could find out who his father was. He apologized to Ryan Harding's father, Joe, and they didn't give him any reason to write a report."

"What about-" Skye started to say before the writer was getting another text.

"Asked Bernier what the reason was for the questioning and Kipling explained his next story was about the dissatisfaction with the Eris factory and workers there. Was looking to get to our vic Harding's father," Castle read. "So it was the factory."

"Tell him to still ask about the story," Skye said.

"Of course," Castle replied, already texting. "And I'm sure he still will because who goes through a person's nephew first to get to someone he could meet around the factory while they were leaving?"

"He agrees?" Beckett asked her husband when he got a response quickly after sending his message.

"He does and he says here he's tried contacting Kipling but there's no response," Castle said. "He put out an APB just in case he can give us something."

"Then we're finished for the day?" Skye inquired of the two.

"I think so," Beckett said, watching with Castle after the investigator had stood from the loveseat.

"Fantastic, but you two should stay put here," Skye told them.

"Why?" Castle asked in complete bewilderment.

"Do you see how you two are holding onto each other?" Skye said. "I'll see if dinner's on its way."

"And Mary," Castle commented. When the investigator smirked at them both before she left, he shook his head he turned to his wife slightly and said, "When did we start doing that?"

"You have to ask?" Beckett responded with her own question while she was smiling at the same time. She gently slid her fingers through his hair, having been cupping the back of his head, and told him, "But it's been a long day."

"Very," Castle said, looking up at her. "Kate," he said, standing up and reaching for her hands. "I want you tonight," he said seriously once he was looking into her eyes. "I don't care how or for how long, I just want you."

"You're lucky I feel the same way," Beckett replied with a smile. She took her husband's gentle kiss before she was moving to wrap her arms around his neck. "But we need to wait."

"I'm glad to hear that," Castle replied, not surprised at her confusion in immediate reaction. "That you feel the same way," he explained.

Rolling her eyes, Beckett leaned into him, and they were kissing deeply before they heard a knock on the door. She wasn't surprised when her husband was groaning in annoyance as they parted before she said, "We better get that."

"Come in," Castle called after he let her go though he wrapped his arm around her waist firmly.

"Sorry, Mary's going to be getting into the city soon… I should say the Hamptons," Skye said after she shook her head in confusion. "And the food might get here about the same time." She started to turn to leave before she paused and then said, "Also the girls have finished their homework and are really eager to show me the bowling alley."

"Did you mention it?" Beckett asked her.

"I asked Alexis about it, if she could go down to see it," Skye replied. "I could have sworn I was speaking in a low tone of voice."

"Not with those two," Castle replied. "Though I'm sure you tried… wait, you spoke to her in English?"

"Do you think she would know the word for bowling alley in German?" Skye asked.

"I don't think she does," Beckett said.

"You're right, after Eliza came over to me and begged me to ask you to show me I asked Alexis and she let me know she didn't," Skye answered.

"Well, we should wait for Mary to get here too," Castle suggested as he was looking at his wife.

"I was going to say," Beckett replied with a smile. "But for now I guess we should go," she said before Skye turned to the doorway before she paused. "Something else?" she asked her friend.

"Alexis can't go to see it," the investigator told them.

"I would carry her down there," Castle said. He saw the way his wife was looking at him and said, "I honestly could."

"Might want to ask Louis about it," Skye replied.

"Or me," Alexis said, standing in the doorway with everyone else.

"Sure, want me to carry you?" Castle asked.

"I think you could," Alexis replied. "And to be honest I think it'd be better. Though you should talk to Louis."

"Where is he?" Julia asked suddenly.

"He was finishing up some paperwork for a sale today," Alexis answered. "It was a few horses, so it took him some time. And I'm sure now he's helping feed the other horses before he comes back here."

"You have enough food for dinner, right?" Skye asked.

"Their portions are very good," Martha commented before the others were laughing. "And speaking of dinner…"

"I know, we gotta set the table," Eliza said with a sigh before her sister was asking their parents a question to her surprise.

"Do you think I could talk to you first?" Julia said.

"Yes," Beckett said, nodding to her father and mother-in-law.

"Come on Lizzy," Alexis said, startled when her little sister was frowning at her.

"You can't set the table," Eliza said firmly. "But I can set it with Josa's help."

Watching the others leaving, Beckett turned to Julia and told her, "If you're asking about the case, we may have something."

"What I told you?" Julia asked hopefully.

"Yes," Castle replied. "But we're not sure yet, it's going to have to wait until tomorrow."

Smiling at the teen's disappointed expression Skye couldn't help telling her, "You know we do have to rest a bit."

"I know, but I was just hoping you could figure it out for those four people," Julia explained. She then said, "Were they here not too long ago?"

"They were," Skye answered glancing at the teen's parents. "But I couldn't speak with them again."

"Think you ever will?" Julia asked.

"Going to need to," Skye said. "I'll need to help them pass on of course, once everything's wrapped up."

"I can help!" Julia exclaimed, not surprised when her parents were immediately speaking at the same time.

"No," Castle and Beckett said.

"I'm afraid I can't really help you with that," Skye said after the teen had turned to her pleadingly.

"But what if you need help with that many people?" Julia protested.

"I won't," Skye said. She wasn't surprised at the doubtful expression on the teen's face and said, "I'm serious, especially since Mary will be here."

Making a face, Julia then said, "I could help a little with the case." She held out a folded piece of paper and said, "I was thinking about what I told you after I finished my homework."

"After?" Beckett asked, taking the paper.

"Yes, Gram and Grandpapa were watching me to make sure I did my homework first thing," Julia replied.

"What did you think of?" Skye asked.

Unfolding the paper when Julia was merely looking at her, Beckett said, "What we've been asking. What does this have to do with the school." She paused and then said, "Sweetie, why did you think this?"

"Think what?" Skye said with a slight frown.

"I just… wondered why I was seeing planes when I thought of the four people," Julia said as the three adults were looking at her.

"I'm not surprised," Skye said. "But that's part of the case."

"None of my business?" Julia asked. By the expressions on her parents' faces she had her answer and she sighed before telling them, "I'll go help set the table." She started walking over to the doorway before she paused and asked, "Will you still tell me about the case?"

"Yes, but not right now," Beckett told her. Once Julia had left, she turned to Skye and said, "She's not going to have any problems."

"No, if this is all she's getting; sensing things," the investigator replied. "Then she'll be fine, they've come to me for a second time which means they'll gravitate to me."

"But why go to her at all?" Castle asked.

"Because they want to talk," Skye said. Shrugging she then said, "Don't worry, after hearing that I'll make sure they come to me if they need to. Now excuse me, I need to make sure my wife is on her way."

After they were alone again Castle turned to his wife and said, "Later?"

"Yes," Beckett replied, smiling when he moved to take her hand before they were stepping out into the hallway to rejoin the rest of their family.
