Tallie woke up at the base on d qar just a few days after the destruction of star killer base. "lieutenant Lintra report to the briefing room immediately". She walked Into the briefing room to find Poe dameron general organa and several other pilots. Poe immediately went through the plan. "With the information we got from inferno squad we got the schematics for the first order dreadnought." A crew a few hours ago had delivered crucial information on the first order. Tallie had learned about project resurrection and she was disgusted by what the first order was doing. "kidnapping children" she thought to herself "we need to stop these monsters." Poe explained that the dreadnought had a weak spot on its surface they could target. "We need to buy enough time to evacuate the base once we're all out we flee the system" general organa ended the briefing and Tallie went to her A wing Poe stopped to talk with her "hey Tallie I should probably tell you this." "You have another plan don't you commander". Tallie was good at figuring out Poe "you know me always planning to give them a fight!" "what's your plan?" Tallie asked. Poe went through his idea "okay I want to destroy the dreadnought if we can. "Poe that's a suicide mission you'll die if you do that" "I'm the best pilot in the galaxy I can handle anything I need you and your squadron to help me out." Tallie hesitated she had lost Enough of her fellow pilots to this war but she trusted Poe enough to follow through with this. "Alright you can count on our support Poe." He nodded and went to his x wing.
In space, the first-order fleet had arrived with three Star Destroyers and one Dreadnought. Tallie counted them: "Okay, four ships. Maybe this won't be so bad." She went down to her hangar to brief the squadron. "Alright, Blue Squadron Commander Dameron wants to destroy the Dreadnought. We need to protect the bombers long enough to hit the weak spot and then we escape. Got that?" No one objected, although she could sense their worry. They had never fought a Mandator IV before. Tallie herself didn't know if this would work out, but she knew they had to try. She got in her A-wing and flew out. As Poe finished destroying the surface cannons, he rallied the fighters and the bombers as they approached the Dreadnought. Tallie and her squadron fought off the TIE fighters as hard as they could, but bomber by bomber went down until there was one left. She yelled into her comlink, "Paige! It's now or never! Do to the bomber was over the weak spot." And she was about to lose hope until the payload of bombs dropped out of the bomber. "Bombs away!" she yelled as the Dreadnought went up in flames. She and her squadron went back to the Raddus. "Mission accomplished," she thought. But it was a mission with a cost. Tallie walked into her room and went to sleep for a bit; she earned it.
