This story is inspired by Persona 4 and Kingdom Hearts series.
And I wanted to make Megaman series that take place in Kingdom Hearts series. So I decided to make a fanfic series called Megaman Spirits. There will be characters from Megaman Franchise, but there will be some characters and enemies from Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy series. Also there will be some elements from Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy including Persona series. And I hope you guys will enjoyed this series.

Prologue: Dive into the Heart
I been having these strange feeling lately...
About why are we fade away into nothing...
It's like we are erased from existence... or have no purpose, life and heart.
But... there is a way to make things right.
We go back in time.

Dive into the Heart (Destati)
A boy in blue armor is falling down into the black void sleeping, he slowly opened his eyes and look around abyss wondering where he is. And then he landed on a bright circular platform
"Where am I? What is this place?" The boy in blue armor wondered.
The power within lies deep inside
The boy in blue armor is startled by a strange voice, he look around to find out who it was.
You alone will have finish this task
He still look around to find that strange voice, but gave up knowing he cannot find it, and so he decided to hear what they say to him
Take your time. Don't be afraid.
The boy in blue armor began to go cautious from that strange voice to make sure it doesn't take him by surprise.
Now... I want to know if you're the one who can use this power and create a new beginning of your world.
Then a light in front of him, he lower his guard and wonder what's that light is.
Now, step forward. Can you do that?
The boy in blue armor walk toward the center of the light, the three lights appeared in front of him. A Sword. a Staff and a Shield.
Take your time… Only you know yourself better than anyone else. Remember, power sleeps within you. If given form, it will give you strength. …Choose wisely.
He curious look at the weapons, three of them has a sigil of a Star. He stared at the shield and look at it closer, and feel a strange power within.
The path of the Guardian… Stalwart Compassion. Kindness to aid friends. A shield to repel all uncertainties. …Is this the power you seek…?
The boy shake his head about it, feel like it's not the one for him. And he look at the Staff and began to feel it's power.
…The path of the Mystic. Ancient Knowledge. Inner Strength. A staff of infinite wonder and ruin. …Is this the power you seek…
The Boy nodded his head about it, feel like it's the one he seek, then it magically disappeared and feel a blue glow within him.
Your Path has been set. Now what will you give up in exchange.
He look at the sword knowing that it would be the one to give up in exchange, because he doesn't want to be something terrible.
The path of the Warrior… Grand Strength. Invincible Courage. A sword of terrible Destruction. Is this the one you gave up.
He nodded, and the sword disappeared just like the Staff he picked up
You've chosen the power of the mystic. You've given up the power of the warrior. Is this the form you choose?
The boy nodded again, and then he feel the light coming towards him, and feel it's the warmness from that light. and the a Sword appeared on his hand, which is different from the one he gave up. This looks like something from a Fantasy Novel or Games. He take a closer look at it, and see what it looks like.
You've gained the power to Fight. Now demonstrate your Skills.
The Boy swing the sword around, and began to practice his moves and skill.
Impressive. Now... Can you fight those creatures in front of you
The Boy look around to know what it meant, and then he saw strange dark creatures appeared in front of him. and they are about to attack him. And so the Boy began to fight them off with his sword with determination. He done multiple strikes at the creatures and and perform his skill at them, which kinda surprised to see how skillful he was with that sword, then unknown to him a creatures appeared behind him.
Behind You!
The boy look behind it and it began to lunge at him, he point his sword in defense and then suddenly from a tip of his sword, a blue glow shot out an Ice at the Creatures, which shocked the boy to see that the sword could do that., he look around to see if there are more coming, and then noticed a ethereal door in front of him and began to approach it.
The Door is locked... And you have to answered three questions about yourself.
The Boy wondered what the voice said , so he decided those questions about himself though.
What is Important to you.
The boy answered that question about what's important to him "I guess... Protecting world, innocents and Lives." He answered.
What are you so Afraid?
"Being more then a Maverick is what I'm afraid of." The boy answered looking sad.
What is it that you Seek
"World Peace and Co-Exist." The boy answered.
You want to Protect the innocent... You afraid to become more then a Maverick... and you wish for World Peace and Co-Exist. Is that what is within you?
The boy nodded his head, then the door is no longer ethereal, it became solid now. And then it began to open itself brightly, as the boy covered his eyes from the brightness.
Very well… Your journey will begin at Midday. Proceed to that Door and prepare yourself.
The boy approaches the light, and find himself in another Circular Platform. He look at it, and see what it looks like. There are Seven Circles, seven silhouettes and each of them have different swords in front of them, and the boy noticed the one he was standing on. It looks the sword he was wielding it, and wonder what's the connection with that sword and that silhouettes. and then dark creatures appeared in front of him again, and he has no time to think about it, as began to fight them all off with his skill. He then use his Arm Cannon to shoot at them as targets, and swing his sword at them.
"Remember… The closer you are to light… The greater your shadow becomes…"
The boy noticed that his shadow behind him and spots his shadow, elongated over the platform. And suddenly it pops out of the ground, getting even bigger, it's form changing. Scared, as the boy walks backwards, visibly frightened… He tries to run, but quickly runs out of platform. He looks back to find what was once his shadow, now a gigantic monster which towered over him. Seeing his shadow look emotionless and wanted to take him down, the boy knows that there's no other options, but to fight the shadow of himself.
Don't be Afraid... Don't forget...
The boy attacked his shadow self with his arm cannon and fire at it, as for his shadow self, it bring out an arm cannon and fired at the boy with dark energy blast, the boy dodge the dark energy and continue firing at it. The shadow raised it's sword and about to slam it down. The boy noticed it's attacked, he avoid it and climb up to its right arm and began to attack the head. the shadow grabbed him and flung him up in the air; He regain control as he free fell he's charging his Arm Cannon to shoot back. he came close to its' forehead as it charged its' Arm cannon to strike him; the blast erupted, but using the updraft to advantage he aerial dodged it and struck the head again. And while it's stunned from his attack, he charged his arm cannon and fire it on the head.
His Shadow began to recoiled from the discharged and hissed as its' head and it kneeled down in pain. The boy is now nearing the edge until his sword and arm cannon vanished into plumes. Now defenseless and fearing for his life, the beast swung down at him again, fortunately he dodged it in time. The dodge caused him to crawls back in fear of the large shadow.
But don't be afraid...
Beneath his body, a pool of darkness begins forming around him. And suddenly grabs a hold of his leg. He struggles to escape and darkness and the shadow behind him, but all is in vain as it continues enveloping his entire body.
You will obtain this power... and use it against the one who control time.
The darkness continues to grasp at him and the looming shadow behind him prepares to strike.
So don't forget.
With no way of defending himself and no way of escape, The boy simply turned to the monster, afraid and hopeless. Darkness began to drag him away into nothing. And as it takes him and his vision becomes dark, and hear the voice one last time.
