It was a sunny day unlike any other. There were birds chirping in trees & in the sky. There were a few people outside. Some were talking & some were enjoying the sunshine. Leaves were flapping around in the wind, the barks & meowing of cats & dogs. It was a perfect day.

I was warm and silent. There was a little bit of wetness on the ground. It was raining the other night. The temperature was about 15 degrees. No clouds in the bright blue sky.

I was walking around when I saw Clara Oswald. She had her hair down, as always. Her brown hair was shoulder-length, had brown eyes, & very pretty. She didn't seem to realize that I was here.

"Hi, Clara," That got her attention. She stopped. She looked around and headed over to me.

"Hi. A few minutes early then. That shouldn't matter though," She said.

We wandered around to try to look for the TARDIS. She didn't speak a word to me. I remained silent. I think that she is still in shock from what happened yesterday. None of us spoke for a long time.

"I don't know if I got to say this yet but thanks for yesterday. You did your best even if I thought you didn't at times," Clara said.

"It's nothing. I appreciate it though," I said.

"I-" She began.

"Don't."

She fell silent. I could've handled that differently. I knew she wasn't comfortable with it but I didn't want to open it back up again. It's best to leave it alone although she wasn't off my radar completely.

We eventually found the TARDIS. We went inside. Clara closed the doors behind us. She went to the other side of the console.

"Oh, hello. Doing good?" The doctor said.

She looked like she was going to slap him. I could feel the tension. He noticed that too and fell silent. He did the usual stuff. The TARDIS shook and materialized on an alien planet or something.

He was the last one out. We were in a base of sorts. The base metal had a slight hint of blue and lanterns were hanging by the ceiling. "Weird. No life signs besides us," The doctor said.

"How can you know that? You aren't using the sonic," Clara said.

"Scanned the area. Sonic shades," He responded.

"Of course you are, idiot," She said, irritated.

"Watch your tone," He replied.

"Like you care."

Cut it out. It won't help. It's not his fault. We started walking around the base. There was complete silence from us. We came across no aliens and no people. That was rather odd. I avoided conversation but had to interject at times. Who thought this day would be irritating? At least not as much as yesterday.

"Any signs of lifeforms, Doctor?" I said, noticing he was scanning again.

"Not yet. I thought we would've run into some by now. It could be abandoned," He said.

"Remember when we were in this situation? It could be that again," Clara said.

"Yes, I do. It could be. I really hope not," He replied.

"You've been here before?" I asked.

"We've waited around an hour and no aliens, no life," Clara said, "Weird stuff happened."

"What weird stuff?"

"If this is the place, you'll find out," The doctor replied.

I wasn't so keen on finding out if they called it weird.

"So, will we be heading back or continue with this?"

"Patience. We're not giving up," He said.

"It was just a suggestion," I said. We continued on with no hope of finding anything interesting. Its been a few minutes and nothing…as I predicted.

"We could be in the same place," Clara said.

"I really think we are. Maybe we can catch a glimpse of the creatures," He responded.

I'm glad that they aren't arguing anymore. I'm still not a hundred percent. It could still happen.

"You haven't seen them yet?" I asked.

"They don't show up at all. They do what they do and aren't seen. Stealthy aliens," He replied.

"What they do isn't exactly pleasant. It depends on your view of it," Clara added.

I decided to ignore this. We kept talking for a bit before going silent.

We all eventually heard something in the distance. "Well, that's our first sign of life. That could've been the creatures," He spoke.

"It sounded like they were in vents instead of on the ground," I said.

"Exactly."

"They're small and that's how they get around unnoticed, I know," Clara said.

"No need to be so cold," He said. I decided to tune out of this conversation.

I tried to not listen to what they were saying. The doctor passed me without saying anything.

"Is…"

"I'm sure its nothing." I knew she was lying.

"Clara."

"I didn't do anything." We continued talking.

"It wasn't on purpose."

"He's not him…"

"I know that. Having a hard time adjusting back," She said, saying that last sentence slowly. We all are.

There was complete silence for a long time. We started to hear more clanging of metal. The doctor scanned the area with his sonic shades. "We're getting closer. Won't be long," He spoke. He seemed like the only one that was interested in this.

The doctor and Clara kept quiet for a long time. The doctor kept saying that they were close by. I was starting to lose interest in finding them. I could tell she was too. After awhile she said that there's no point in finding them and do something else instead. He responded that he wanted to or have a high chance of not finding anything. I backed up Clara's idea and that we should at least try. He hesitantly agreed.

There was a lot of silence for a while. We ran into some dead ends and turned back. It was mostly empty besides a few broken lights here and there.

After a bit they had a small argument. I don't know how it happened but had to jump in. "This is getting out of hand. It's not helping," I said. This made them stop. "It's not his fault for what happened. You know that. Get used to him," I said to Clara, "Why are you listening to her, Doctor? You really shouldn't."

One of them kept glancing at me everything so often. "What?" I asked.

"Nothing."

"It's weird isn't it? How a person who wants to kill someone and knows the target. When they also know the killer. Wonder how they know each other," He said.

I looked at both of them before speaking. "Are you really going to believe the word of a lunatic?"

"No," She said quietly.

I didn't know if she was lying or not. The doctor didn't answer.

"Who would you trust? A lunatic who you've known for a day or someone you've known for 2 months?" I added. "

"Someone I've known for two months," He said.

I could tell that he was only saying that to end the conversation. I knew this was going to pop up and wanted to avoid it. I can tell them later but not right now.

We continued to wander around. We all heard a loud crashing noise and it seemed rather close by. He scanned the area again. This excited him and wanted to investigate it. We all agreed. Clara later pointed out that there were no vents and wondered how they got around. He looked down and scanned again before saying that there were heat signatures. It wasn't far away and I told him that maybe they want to stay hidden. The doctor told me to stop ruining the fun.

"Why don't we spilt up and cover more ground?" He said, "Clara you're with me."

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" She asked. I kinda agree with her but it could help.

"You two could be together or we all go our separate ways," He replied.

"I would like to be by myself," She said. He didn't speak. She left.

He turned to watch her go. We didn't speak for a moment. I was about to say something. "I should be the one to talk to her. She'll listen to me. Thanks for keeping us in order. You're really good at it," He interrupted.

I don't think she would listen. He removed his sonic sunglasses and put them away. "You're right. I shouldn't listen to her but it's hard not to," He finished before going to find her.

"It's not your fault. Don't blame yourself for what he did," I said.

"I know. Thanks."

It was awhile before he came back. He didn't look happy. "It feels like I'm on the receiving end of the arguments now. I didn't expect it to be this bad," He said, "You talk to her."

"I don't think that'll help," I responded.

"She trusts you more than me."

"I'll see what I can do," I sighed. I knew it wasn't worth it but it was still worth a try.

It took me a minute to find her. "I know what you're gonna say. It's hard not to. I wish I've chosen the break instead," She spoke.

"You could work with him," I said.

"I don't think that'll help."

"You don't know unless you try."

"I keep lashing out at him. I try not to but I can't."

"I know where you're coming from. Thinking about the past only makes it worse."

"How do you not lash out when someone is a constant reminder of someone you hate?" She asked.

"Don't let the past hurt you and move on. I wish I've known that sooner."

"You're really good at this, you know."

"I learned from the best." There was silence for awhile. I called her name a few times but she didn't answer. A moment later I got knocked out.
