"Who's going to tell him that it's a one sided conversation?" She said quietly.

"It is a one sided conversation."

"Why is he so curious in the first place?" She then glanced at the doctor and back at me.

"We can mess with him. By we I mean you," She went on.

I knew what she was thinking. This wasn't going to help. "I know what you're going to say and I don't want to do it," I responded.

"Come on. This is the only time we can do this. I'm not wasting this opportunity," She replied.

"No."

"Just this once?"

"Can you think this through for a minute? He is already agitated and this is only going to add to that. I don't want to do something that will make him even more irritated," I said.

"It's nothing. You'll be fine," She said.

"It's not nothing. Have you forgotten what happened yesterday?" I said.

"Come on. I've been wanting to do this for a while. I'm not missing this opportunity," She said.

"Don't do it on the one day where he just got back from a Zygon impersonating him of all things," I said.

"I won't get this opportunity again. Please," She said.

"Fine. Under one condition. You're going to tell the doctor that this was your idea," I said, just to stop her.

"No. No. He's going to be mad at me," She said.

"This isn't going to help your situation or his," I said.

"I'll do it. I'll tell him," She said, sighing, "Why do I feel like this is payback?"

Me and Clara remember what was going to happen. I don't understand what her reasoning was behind this. She knows that he hates him and this was going to make it worse. I didn't want to get involved in it but it was the only opportunity to do it. We got closer.

My past self tapped on one of the pods. There was always going to be a pause in between her talking. It's between me and Clara but we can only hear her talk. "Hello," She said, "Oh, there's no point turning over. There's nothing better on the other side. I could erase your mind." I remember closing my eyes. She transformed into her proper form and got pushed back. She regained human form when she stood up.

"The original and the Zygon have a telepathic link. Which is used to gain information when the Zygon requires it. The Zygon can kill the host if all the information is given," I said.

"Shut up!" He shouted. I stopped talking. He put his hand over his mouth.

"I want those memories!" She said.

He turned to look at us. "I don't need you to tell me that. So, stop…" He began.

"It was my idea, sorry," She interjected.

He looked at her. "Try to not do anything like that again. Take my advice and shut up," He said, frustratingly before turning back around.

"Why did this have to happen?"

"I didn't want to get involved in this," I said.

"You could've said something!" She said. Really? Now? I said it earlier. "I hate it. I don't know why I decided to do this. Why didn't I choose the break? It could've been easier."

"Told you."

We remained silent throughout the rest. "I can kill you," My past self said, "You think you're calling my bluff? Only as a source of information. You'd better not lie. Oh, Clara. For a moment I thought you were clever. Our hearts are linked. Beat for beat. The one thing you and I can never do is lie to each other. Oh, that scared you, didn't it?" She said with a chuckle.

There was silence for a moment. "Now, listen to me. Here's what we're going to do. I'm going to ask you questions and if you don't tell me the exact and complete truth, I will know and I will kill you. Do you understand me? I will slaughter you in that pod right now. Am I lying to you?" She explained, "Good. Then we'll begin. Where is the Osgood box? You will answer me, Clara. Truth or consequences, lie and you die. Where is it? Where specifically? Ah, yes. The dark little storage facility for forbidden alien tech, where this all began. Who has access to it? Only the Osgoods? Don't avoid the question. Do only the Osgoods have access? Who else? Ah. You. You have access? Is it a key? Or a code? No, a pass. A key code? Give it to me now," She went on. This was going to take awhile. "Interesting. You're not lying. But you have access of some kind. Give it to me now. Okay, how do you get in there? How, physically do you get in? But how? Tell me! Ah, yes, your body print. You can't give me access, because I have access already. I'm you." The rest of the conversation went on.

I didn't know it was this long. He didn't speak for a bit. When he spoke, he didn't sound happy. Nervous if not anything.
