The feline like boy wandered the streets of Ikebukero on his way to the apartment Ran Izumi lived in. He had a message for the scar faced older brother of Aoba. He just hoped he would live long enough to say what he needed to say. Considering last time he saw Ran, Ran almost crushed him with his hammer. Neko had been spared by Aoba, and even promised to be let go as long as he kept his mouth shut about Aoba's new condition. But on top of the deal, he had to deliver a message to Izumi. As he reached the apartment he hesitated to knock at the door. On one hand, he may get crushed if he goes through with this. But, on the other hand. If he just turns around and runs away. Aoba may hunt him down and rip his throat out. And honestly, neither sounded like a good way to die.

As he stood there debating what to do, the door flung open and he was face to face with Ran. Ran was on his way out to buy food, and was just as surprised as Neko as he opened the door. "Ah, wait? You!?" Ran's eyes widened. He had assumed Aoba killed the kid. So seeing him alive, and at his doorstep was quite the shock. "I, Izumi san...hehe. I, have a message for you from Aoba kun." Neko said nervously, though slightly calmer noticing Ran didn't have his hammer with him. "Spit it out, or I break your face with my fist." Ran glared at the trembling teen.

"He, he said he won't be bothering you anymore. In fact, chances are you won't se him ever again. As long as you keep quiet about him, he won't ever show his face to you again. He has his own things to deal with nowadays." Neko said, slowly backing away. Ran looked at him curiously. "So the brat finally leaving me alone? Good. Tell him I have no interest in talking about him. And if he does show his face I'll see if my hammer can crush him." Ran said, pushing past the frightened teen. Neko sighed in relief watching Ran leave. But, as Ran left, he noticed something odd. What looked to be a spider. A, very large spider clinging to Ran's back.

Neko opened his mouth to question it, but decided against doing so and ran home as quickly as he could. Sending a text to Aoba that the message had been delivered. {Good job Neko. Am busy right now, but may stop by later to talk.} Aoba texted back. The feline like teen sat on his bed sighing. He was grateful Aoba spared him. But, he wasn't stupid. He realized now. Aoba wasn't gonna let him go for real anytime soon. Neko was now basically the ghoulish teens errand boy. Well, that was better than being dinner at least.
