Kadota stared at Saburo, speechless. But something was wrong. Saburo looked far too solid and lifelike to be a ghost. Which meant... "Yes. I am alive Kadota." Saburo broke the silence. "But, but. Wolv, he said you"- "I did die. Me and Ellessia both. But, she made a deal with the gods of her world. See, they needed her alive to finish closing all the oblivion gates and sealing oblivion. She said she wouldn't do it unless they brought both her and I back to life." Saburo explained.
Kadota couldn't believe what he was seeing and hearing. Saburo was alive? Ellessia blackmailed literal gods into reviving Saburo? He looked down and frowned. "I am so sorry...I never should have doubted her loyalty, and your judgement." Kadota said wanting to cry. He misjudged Ellessia, and was left with that guilt for the last year. And now his friend was back, no thanks to him.
Saburo laughed softly. "Relax. I, understand why you didn't trust her. I don't blame you. I mean, I was mad back then when you accused her. But I understand why you did it. Besides. I am back. So is she. We been stuck in her world for the last year or so. She finally found a spell to send us here. Once we arrived, I immediately came here hoping to see you and the others." Saburo smiled.
Kadota looked at him shocked by his words. Then grabbed Saburo and hugged him tight. Saburo hugged back. "How is Erika and Walker doing?" He asked. Kadota went silent for a moment. "After you went into that hell, one of the demons. Got Walker. He's alive. But, got burned badly. He and Erika left the Dollars after he was released from the hospital. They still use the chatroom but are not active members anymore." Kadota sat down.
"Oh shit..." Saburo frowned. "Though some good came of it. Erika and Walker...are actually dating now. I don't see em much, but they are happy together." Kadota continued. "And Izumi has changed a bit. He's no longer an enemy, and less of an asshole than he used to be. Still an asshole. But not as bad." He added. "No way. Erika and Walker are dating? Heh. Should have guessed those two would get together." Saburo smiled slightly thinking of his two friends.
"I should call them over. They will be so happy to see you again. Wait. You said Ellessia is also here?" Kadota questioned. "Yeah. Hope ya don't mind but she is in your bed actually. The spell she used made her really tired." Saburo led Kadota to a sleeping dunmer. Ellessia seemed the same as he last saw her. Though she now wore laced leather pants and a brown leather bra like top. "Err...she can rest for now, I guess. But I am going to still call Walker and Erika." Kadota pulled out his phone and dialed Erika's number.
"Karisawa?" Erika's eye widened hearing Kadota's voice. "Yo, Dota chin! Been a while. Me and Walker Kun were actually going to come over today and see you before going to the manga store." She smiled. It had been a while since Kadota called them. "Really? Good. Get here as soon as possible. There is actually someone here you guys need to see. Trust me, if I try and explain it. You won't believe it till you see it." Kadota replied. "Ah, sounds intriguing. We will be there as soon as possible!" Erika hung up and grabbed her eyepatch.
"Dota chin just called. He actually wants us to come over. He said there is someone special for us to see. He, actually sounded happy." Erika explained to Yumasaki as they got ready to go. "Really? He hasn't been happy since..." Yumasaki frowned slightly thinking of Saburo. "Well. Whatever he wants to show us seemed to be what is making him happy." Erika rushed to Kadota's apartment as quick as she and Yumasaki could.
