"Dota chin! We're here. So what's the big surprise?" Erika entered Kadota's apartment. Looking around with her eye, she saw someone on the couch. The color from her face faded as her eye widened. "Sa Saburo?!" She gasped in shock nearly falling backwards. "Told you it was something big. Heh." Kadota chuckled softly at her reaction. "Is it a ghost?!" Erika poked Saburo on the cheek, and this time did fall back into Yumasaki's arms as he was hiding behind her. "He's solid and warm!" She squealed.
"Of course I am! I'm alive after all, you dummies." Saburo remarked. Slightly annoyed by her poking him. "How are you alive though?" Yumasaki asked helping Erika sit down. "Well. Ellessia...she sort of demanded the gods of her world to bring me back." Saburo scratched the back of his head nervously. "Wait. So, she is also alive?" - "Yeah. She is also here. We actually been stuck in her world for the past year. She finally found a spell to send us back here." Saburo explained.
"So let me get this straight. You died. Then got sent to another world?" Erika questioned. Saburo nodded. Erika and Yumasaki looked at each other firmly nodding their heads before turning back to Saburo. "You got Isekai'd." They said in unison.
"Good to see you two haven't changed at all." He muttered. "So where is the beauty who stole you off to her world?" Yumasaki then asked. "Kitchen. And I didn't steal him!" Ellessia yelled at him from the other room. The dunmer lass then walked in carrying a tray of food she prepared for the group. "Saburo taught me some dishes you guys may be used to over things like venison." She explained. "Sushi, I think he called it?" She said unsure of the dish.
"Aw cool!" Erika grabbed a roll. "So now that you're back. Do you have any plans?" Kadota looked at his friend. Afraid Saburo's answer would be to just visit for a while before going back to Ellessia's world again. "Well. Unsure to be honest. Ellessia likes it here. But also likes her world. So she may hop between the two every now and then. As for me. As beautiful as her world is. I am used to this one. So will stay here." He said. Kadota silently sighed in relief at this response.
"What is her world like, what did you do there while stuck there this whole time?" Erika asked. "Her world is like something from a fantasy book. Beautiful. But if not careful deadly. There are four races of elves. She being dark elf as you already know. There is also four races of humans, and two beast folk types. Cat people and lizard people. There is goblins, ogres, ghosts, minotaurs, and many other monsters." Saburo began detailing the dunmer's world to them.
"After the oblivion crisis was done I took Saburo to the mages guild. I figured if anyone could help him get home it would be them. It took them a while to finally find a tome that explained the proper steps of universe traveling. Until they found it, he and I did work together for the guild." Ellessia added.
"So cool!" Yumasaki exclaimed. "So, how has everyone been since, well since I died?" Saburo looked at them. A slight frown seeing the scars on Yumasaki's face. "Well, after you went into the gate. I got nearly roasted. Though after the fight surprisingly the one who helped Erika get me to the hospital was Izumi." Yumasaki said. "Wait, he helped you, instead of just finishing you off?" Saburo was surprised. "Walker got burned saving Ran and that lil spider girl of his. So Ran showed some gratitude by not only sparing him, but helping him." Erika chimed in.
"Oh, I see." Saburo looked down. "Deadwolv nearly got killed. Shizuo was pissed at him for coming back without you and attacked him. But then, well. We all now know why Chikage has been so protective of the killer." Erika smirked. "What, really? So why?" Saburo looked at her confused. "Deadwolv's shirt was torn open during the fight apparently. And, we got to see. He, is actually, a SHE." Erika smiled.
Saburo's eyes widened. "No way." Was all he could say. "Yep. Wolv is a girl. And spends allot of time flirting with Chikage. To my knowledge us, Shizuo, Izaya, Chikage, and Ran are the only ones who know right now. A week after the fight Wolv told us if we told anyone else they would break our arms and legs." Yumasaki said. "Figures he, er, she would want you to keep that a secret." Saburo sighed.
