Episode 45: Single Parent Space Love
Roger Donovan is looking out the window. He then looks at a picture of Betsy.
Roger: Betsy, I'm doing my best to raise Clyde.
Mary Frances approached him.
Mary Frances: Hey. Your name is Roger , right?
Roger: Yes.
Mary Frances: My name is Mary Frances.
Roger: Can I just call you Mary?
Mary Frances: Sure. I don't mind.
Roger: So... What do you like to do?
Mary Frances: I'm a troop leader of the honeybees. My daughter Portia is apart of it. She doesn't like it that much as she used to, ever since Bessie joined us.
Roger: I see.
Mary Frances: Do you want to hang out sometime?
Roger: Sure, but I have to let you know that...
Mary Frances: Know what?
Roger: Never mind.
They left.
In the barracks, Bessie was dancing to Tears at the End of a Love Affair by Tammi Terrell, which was playing on one of Call Girl's phones.
Bessie: This is gonna help us prepare for Space Prom.
Call Girl: Okay, but I have to get to the Freedom Pals meeting.
Bessie: Okay.
Call Girl turns off the song and exits the room. She then saw Mary Frances and Roger together. Bessie followed her.
Bessie: What the? Is that Mrs. Gibbons?
Call Girl: Yeah, and it's Mr. Donovan.
Bessie: They must be in love! I gotta tell Portia!
She runs off.
Later, Mosquito is drinking soda while walking down the hallway when he sees Portia.
Portia: Why is my mom talking to your dad?
Mosquito: I don't know. Wait. What are you talking about?
Portia: Let me show you!
She grabs his wrist and they see Roger and Mary Frances talking.
Mosquito: Why is my dad talking to your mom?
Portia: I don't know, but do you think they're in love?
Mosquito: Let's follow them around and see. But I have to tell you that...
Portia: Tell me later! Come on!
Mosquito sighs as he follows Portia.
(Play Ain't No Woman [Like the One I've Got] by The Four Tops for this section.)
Portia and Mosquito spend the day following their parents. They went to the food court and saw them eating some food. After that, they watched them flying in space and followed them. They went to a movie theater, which is floating in space and they saw their parents watching a comedy. The two kids were several rows in the back. After the movie ended, they went to the same restaurant from the Dougie's Space Date chapter and they ate dinner. Portia and Mosquito watch them while the menus are all up in their faces. After all of that, they returned to the Space Tree and the song ends.
Roger: I had fun with you.
Mary Frances: Me too.
Later that day...
Portia: We need someone to know if our parents are in love.
Mosquito: Yeah. We need two girls.
Portia: How about Lucy and Wendy?
Mosquito: Yeah. They're still not getting along. Remember this morning?
Flashback
Clyde, who wasn't Mosquito at the time, was outside the locker rooms with Ben. Lucy from Peanuts and Wendy were in there putting on makeup while someone was showering. Lucy turns the hot water on.
Bebe: Ah! Who turned the hot water on?!
Lucy (Peanuts): Oops. Sorry. (She continues putting on makeup until Wendy punches her in the face and she got up angrily while Wendy smirks. Scene cuts to back outside the locker rooms where Clyde and Ben were hearing Wendy and Lucy fighting.) Ow! Get off of me!
Wendy: Come here, you bitch!
Ben and Clyde giggled until they heard loud noises. Their fight was going way too far as Wendy was violently throwing objects at Lucy, and she was screaming due to all the objects Wendy was viciously throwing at her, scaring the two boys and they slowly walked away backwards.
End of Flashback
Portia: Well, that explains why Sureshot suspended them from going on missions for a week.
Mosquito: Why didn't Rawls do it?
Portia: He's still on his honeymoon with his new wife, remember?
Mosquito: Oh yeah. Anyways, I wonder where they're going next.
Gwen approached them.
Gwen: They're in space right now.
Portia: What? Where did they go?!
Gwen: Probably to the nearest flower shop in the galaxy.
Portia: We gotta find them!
Mosquito: Okay. Let's go!
They then went to the ship room and got inside and blasted off into space.
Mary Frances and Roger are now in space.
Mary Frances: Let's see where we're going this time.
Roger: I think we're going to a...
Some ginger bots surround them.
Mary Frances: Aw no! Not them!
Ginger Bot: You two are on ginger bot territory, bitches!
Roger: Oh no.
They then got captured while Portia and Mosquito's ship slowly approached them.
Portia: Oh no. We gotta save them!
Mosquito: Hang on!
They start to follow them and after that, they are now on a planet called Sawtooth, a planet full of bug people.
Mosquito: Now this is my kind of planet!
Portia: Ugh! This planet is super gross and all the people are bugs?! Ew!
Mosquito: Hey! The people here are very sensitive about their locks and they'll be offended if you insult them!
Portia: Oh whatever! Let's go and save my mom and your dad!
In a coliseum, Roger and Mary Frances are now about to face a 2 headed bear with huge bug wings. It then roars.
Roger: Is this how we're gonna die?!
Mary Frances: I hope not! Someone save us!
Ginger Bot: I don't think so! Have fun getting eaten!
The bear and bug mixed creature slowly approached them and then, a ginger bot was shot and destroyed.
Ginger Bot 2: What the hell?!

It was revealed that Portia and Mosquito came to the rescue.
Mosquito: Let our parents go!
Portia: Yeah! We may not like the fact that they're in love, but we won't let you kill them!
Mary Frances: Hold on. What?
Mosquito: Let's go and take them down.
Portia: Okay!
Ginger Bot 3: Attack!
Portia and Mosquito start to attack the ginger bots, who are shooting at them. While the monster charges towards their parents, Mosquito uses his bug powers to attack the creature.
Portia: God I hate bugs!
Mosquito: I have bug powers, you know!
Portia: I know! Now let's just kill these fuckers already!
They continues to shoot and destroy the ginger bots and then the creature begins to charge towards their parents. Portia uses a laser sword to slice through several ginger bots and they explode. Mosquito uses his huge swarm of bugs to attack the creature and it roars. Portia and Mosquito tag teamed and destroyed ginger bots and attacked the creature. The ginger bots surrounded Mary Frances and Roger before they were sent flying by Mosquito's swarm of bugs and exploded. Near the end of the song, Portia uses her laser sword to slice the creature in two and it roars one last time before dying.
Ginger Bot 4: Oh shit!
Ginger Bot 5: Retreat!
They blasted off and the song ends.
Portia: Are you okay?
Mary Frances: Yeah. We're fine. But when we get back to the Space Tree, we're gonna have a quick talk.
Portia: Oh...
Later back at the Space Tree...
Mary Frances: You two through we were in love?
Roger: What gave you that idea?
Portia: We saw you together and we've been watching you. We thought that Clyde here was gonna be my new brother.
Roger: What are you talking about? I got re-married!
Portia: What?
Mosquito: I've been trying to tell you that all day.
Portia: Who did you remarry?
Roger: Janice, come here.
Janice from the latest South Park special approached them.
Janice: Hello.
Mosquito: Janice is my new mom. And she's a bitch.
Roger: Clyde, don't say that about your new mother!
Mary Frances: Look. Roger and I are just friends. Why did you think I was in love with him?
Mosquito: Bessie told Wendy about it.
Portia: Well, Messie's incredibly stupid and doesn't know anything.
Roger: Anyways, you two can continue what you're doing.
They left.
Mosquito: Sorry I didn't tell you.
Portia: It's fine. I'm gonna find Gwen and see if we can hang out.
She left.
Mosquito: In that case, I'll just go back to Freedom Pals.
He leaves.
