It had been years since he had so much as heard Cuddy's name, but when an unexpected visitor from his past enters his office one afternoon, that all changed. Now, faced with the blast from his past, he has a choice to make. To stay, or to go to her.

They never discussed what would happen "after". When Wilson expired, their little adventure would be over. No sequel whatsoever. At the end of it all, House made a decision, but not before the hallucinations came back to annoy him.

Cuddy needs House's help. Story plays 8 years after the series ended. Canon. Complete.

Plane crash AU. The promise of diagnosing an unknown high profile patient with a mysterious disease and some strange requests culminates in House, his fellows, Cuddy, and Wilson boarding a plane bound for an undisclosed location that they'll never reach. House/Cuddy.
