Lovers in love

The Miko was clearly feeling the effects of the drink. Her face was flush, and she had a constant smile. She was humming to a song she could not sing, and he kept his eyes locked on her. But then he sensed something that drew his eyes away from her. The door of the demon bar opened, and in walked a cloaked figure, not that it did any good; he knew who it was. Kagome must have sensed it as well because she pressed into him, "Sesshomaru,"

He cloaked himself and looked at her; blushing under his gaze, she knew what he was saying without him saying it and cloaked herself as well.

"What do you think she is doing here?" Kagome whispered. Lucky for them, the bar was full, so unless you were looking for someone, you would not be heard.

They watched as the hood figure took to a far wall, looking around with haste, nervous.

"She nervous," Kagome spoke,

"She should not be here," It begged the question of how she even made it here without notice from his mother. But then again, maybe his mother knew.

"We should not be here," He stated back,

Kagome tilted her head, and the urge to run his claw through her hair was strong. "Should we go back?"

He looked away. "Not yet," They had to find out why the woman was there.

Kagome drew her eyes back to the woman who had not noticed them in the dark corner, thankfully.

"Maybe she needs help?"

He snorted, which meant doubtful.

The Kagome watched as a cloaked man came rushing up to the woman and grabbed her hands. The woman was started at first, scared and tried to pull away, but then the man brushed her hood back, brought her in close, and closed his mouth around hers.

Kagome gasped as the woman kissed the man back.

She stood. "Their secret lovers!"

Sesshomaru grabbed her clothes and pull her back down "Quiet Miko,"

She looked at him.

"Why are you smiling,"

"They are in love!"

He didnt look amused,

"What?"

"You, Miko, are hopeless,"

"I am a romantic,"

"That is one of my intended or have you forgotten?"

Kagome cringed,

"She should not be here with another man,"

"You are here with another woman," Kagome said under her breath,

Sesshomaru leaned in. "Im not kissing you now, am I, Miko,"

Her heart raced, and her face flushed as she slowly looked at him, her eyes darting to his lip as she dared to wonder just what that would be like.

No, their foreplay was kissed; it was their names.

"Hia, Sesshomaru," She said slowly, in a trance,

It burned in his loins without his consent.

Kagome quickly looked away, the blush no longer due to the drink.

The couple started to move closer, hands on each other, mouths locked with not a care of who was there or watching. That word could get back.

Kagomes' spine went straight; if they kept coming closer, they would be found out, too.

Kagome found her arm yanked and then found her back lying over his lap, his hand on her waist, and their eyes locked.

His hair and fur hid them more.

"Sesshomaru," She whispered fast,

His eyes glided to the side and then back to her; it meant to be silent.

"Leave him, come back with me," They heard the man say,

"You know I can not, not unless he releases me!"

"I will fight for you,"

"You will die for me,"

"You think he is stronger than I?"

"It's not like that, and you know it,"

They kissed again,

"He released one; perhaps he will do the same with me,"

"And if he doesn't?"

She was silent,

"Maybe, maybe I can speak to his Miko, er, her Ladyship,"

"What do you speak of?"

"He keeps a human Miko,"

"For pleasure?" He asked, shocked,

"One would wonder," She said quietly, "If they aren't secret lovers,"

Silence again,

"Run away with me,"

"I can not, not until he decides,"

"And if he chooses you?"

"It would not be for love; perhaps he will let me-

The man growled. "I will not be some secret you keep!"

"What do you want me to do? I could be killed for even coming here!"

"Then why did you come!"

"Because I love you!"

"Enough to die?"

"Yes,"

"Then run away with me," He kissed her again, and then they vanished together.
