Raiden once again found himself falling down through a vast and empty pit. He was sick of falling into pits by this point. He then wondered how many times he would have to fall down to reach the other side of the Earth.
He wrinkled his nose in discomfort when the stench of decay became increasingly worse the deeper he fell.
His thoughts were quickly interrupted when coming quickly into view below him was a length of bone vertebrae- like a giant coiling spine reaching in both directions, travelling down like a spiral stairwell.
Raiden reacted with speed, holding his arm out to catch the pathway, his entire body jolting to a halt in an instant.
He clambered on top of the dark ersatz catwalk, repeatedly looking out ahead and behind himself. He activated his AR facial shield in order to try and see better, but even as the metal mask closed over his face and the display clicked on with a blue glow, he could see no more than he was able to beforehand.
Opting to continue ahead, Raiden slowly yet carefully descended down the bone structure, following it as it wound down futher into the colossal corpse.
Eventually, he came upon a strange building - there were two great gates aglow, golden and silver with the letter P engraved upon their surface. Raiden arrived to the doors, hearing an echoing creak as they began to slowly hinge open. Revealing a brightly lit golden hallway which at the end led to a hole where leading further beyond was a tight tunnel, seemingly made entirely of red, bleeding flesh.
Raiden reluctantly continued down the flesh tunnel, unknowing of what might be at the end of it, uncomfortable about leaving the welcoming light of the gold and silver built hallway.
Eventually, the sides and confining ceiling of the flesh tunnel fell away, Raiden finding himself in a large room made completely of exposed flesh.
Red lights flashed on, and in the centre was a strange creature... he thought it was a creature anyway. A giant spinning diamond made of flesh, its equator was characterised by gritting bloody teeth, and a single eye glared from one of its surfaces. It seemed stitched together, like Ed Gein's disgusting creations from his victim's skins.
If Raiden was still organic, he would have vomited by now. In fact, despite having a body made of metal and machinery, he swear he felt sick to his nonexistent stomach.
The strange feeling of power he experienced while falling through the Titan's ribcage he now felt tenfold standing before this Flesh Prison. He didn't why, but he knew he needed to destroy this thing. He knew that there was something - or someone - of great importance within.
So, drawing his sword once again while the thing's great eye stared down upon him, he advanced towards it. Preparing to slash it right into bloody ribbons.
Within seconds, the Flesh Prison had been reduced to shreds, barely putting up a fight against Raiden's onslaught of bladed attacks.
Eventually, the beast had stopped spinning, and began to fall from its axis, onto its side. It crashed to the ground, deformed and grizzly.
There were dozens of holes and huge chunks of flesh missing from it, taken by the high frequency blade.
A blue light emenated from one of the holes. It was a glorious glow, ethereal and powerful. It hummed with pure power and energy as a dazzling orb rose from the husked remains of the Flesh Prison.
The orb's core was red, surrounded by firey blue aura which gave off beams of infallible light which was drawn into the orb. Pieces of material and dust orbited the orb, slowly rotating as it was all sucked in.
It slowly lowered down to the floor, its once gentle humming now becoming a frightful yet amazing wail and material entering the orb coming to a climax as it hit the floor.
Raiden had to think fast to jump over the resulting shockwave - that which destroyed everything of what was left of the Flesh Prison.
Raiden landed dazzled and a little blinded, unsure of what was happening.
As the glow faded away, he noticed a strange figure. The figure was made of some strange material, it was translucently blue, its circulatory system was visible and hung inside itself like branches of a tree growing to all of its extremities. It's forearms had snakes coiled around them, and as it slowly rose from its kneeling position, Raiden realised that where there should have been a face there was a chasm. He wore the same crown as the Gigantic corpse did and it was immediately clear.
This was the King Minos' soul. Or ghost. Raiden didn't seem to care. His one worry was wether the sword would even cut through what he thought could be an incorporeal being. If that didn't work he could always use a Dyson Vacuum cleaner.
Minos' body was surrounded by a subtle blue glow, and he bent backwards, stretching out his back after such a long time of being locked away.
"Ah... Free. At last..." He said in an booming voice, wise beyond years yet commanding,
"O, Gabriel.. Now dawns thy reckoning.. And thy gore shall GLISTEN before the temples of Man!"
Raiden took a step back, assessing the situation, sword in hand as Minos returned to a normal standing position. Acknowledging the presence of the cyborg who broke him out with a judging stare Minos continued his monologue.
"Creature.. of steel. My gratitude upon thee for my freedom..."
Raiden raised his eyebrow slightly Inquisitively. His grip on the blade of the sword became tighter.
"...but the crimes thy kind have committed against Humanity... are NOT forgotten.. and thy punishment.. is DEATH."
The fight began instantly. Before Raiden could even protest. Well, he had committed crimes against humanity... but it was for a good cause. Minos began by walking menacingly towards him, but quickly got down to the floor to launch himself into an incredibly powerful dropkick.
"JUDGEMENT!" Yelled Minos as the dropkick hit Raiden square in the chest at incredible speed, sending him flying across the room and slamming into the flesh wall.
And now he found himself on the run and overwhelmed by the attacks from Minos, the Prime Soul.
He jumped, rolled, blocked, slashed, dodged. Yet every action in vain. This opponent was every time too fast, too strong, too agile.
Raiden now found himself remembering his fight with Armstrong. He remembered how Armstrong broke his sword. He highly hoped this wouldn't happen once again.
As Raiden went to slash at Minos' heart, there was a flash as he caught Raiden's sword.
"WEAK" Minos shouted before snapping Raiden's sword in two.
"Shit! Not again." Raiden complained before being launched across the room by a sucker punch to the stomach.
Raiden attempted throwing the remainders of his sword at Minos, however the attack was easily deflected... just like with Armstrong.
The Prime Soul was already upon him like a hungry mosquito, manhandling him like he wasn't a military agent and war veteran. It became apparent to Raiden that maybe he was simply up against a grizzlier soldier.
The world was spinning, Raiden coughed out a copious amount of blood. And then Minos grabbed him by the throat, raising him into the air with tremendous strength.
Raiden held his breath, waiting to be rended apart by the power of this great warrior king.

MEANWHILE...
It was 2100 hours. Into what? Time didn't really matter here. G-man was in what is generally referred to as 'The universal lobby'.
What was he doing there? Why, awaiting a meeting with his employers, of course.
Waiting rooms often play music for those who wait within. The only music played here was the eternal and continuous sound of melancholic wailing - the sounds of deep space reverberating upon itself. The countless folds of illogical space and irreverent physics. Where every possible plane of existence converged. G-man throws his bowler hat into the darkness, only for it to be caught by a single blue hand.
"C'mon in, G-man. What would you like to talk about?"
The voice was weird, high pitched and nasally. G-man shrugged and walked through the darkness towards his enployer. He had urgent matters to discuss.
