"now you 3 don't be shy introduce yourselves." Principal oak said
"I'm penny." The red and blue haired girl introduced herself
"I'm Wally." Green hair boy introduced himself
"I'm K-Kieran." The black haired boy introduced himself nervously
"well then I'm Lincoln!" Lincoln introduced himself "and this is bloop!"
bloop while in his arms stuck his tongue out with a "blep"
"that's adorable." Penny said "what Pokémon is it?"
"giratina." Lincoln said like it was nothing
"L-Like lord of distortion giratina that one?!" Wally asked
"kinda? It's not the original I sorta found them as an egg and now they call me momma." Lincoln explained
"...so cute..." penny said
"wait they call you mom?" Wally asked
"yea wasn't the first time." Lincoln said "I'm basically now a father of two."
"where's the other one?" Penny asked
"In class waiting for us." Lincoln said "he has a human form it's a combination of me my girlfriend and my boyfriend."

"anyway we should head to class." Lincoln said "so you can meet everyone."
then they headed to their class and sat down
"hey dad?" Wes whispered to Lincoln "who are they?"
"new classmates." Lincoln whispered back
" now as I'm sure you noticed we have 3 new faces with us today." Professor kukui said "now I want you 3 to introduce yourselves and tell us a little bit about yourselves."
"I'm penny." Penny introduced herself "i was born in galar specifically the crown tundra but I went to paldea for school and I have a sister."
"I'm Wally." Wally introduced himself "I'm from hoenn I was born with a weakened immune system so I had to live with my uncle before I went on a journey."
"I'm K-Kieran." Kieran introduced himself "I'm from kitakami my goal is to befriend the ogre of kitakami."
"ogre?" Ash questioned
"yes there's and old legend of an ogre who lives in kitakami many believe it to be evil because it killed 3 pokemon that were thought to be trying to defend the village but in reality the ogre was the nice one and the "lousy" 3 as my sister calls them were evil they stole it's masks and killed it's friend." Kieran explained
"that's awful!" Mallow said
"yes my family are the only ones who know the truth since my ancestor made the ogre's masks." Kieran said "I went to the blueberry academy in the Unova region to get stronger so I can help the ogre."
"unova? Haven't been there in a while." Ash said
"well you will get the chance at some point this year!" Professor kukui said "you see as part of an agreement we will at some point go to paldea, unova, and hoenn, as a field trip."
"thank goodness it's not kitakami my sister would flip." Kieran said
"why?" Kiawe asked
"she has this thing against outsiders thinking that they'll just make kitakami a tourist destination." Kieran said
"I can kinda see where she's coming from." Kiawe said
"she always challenges them to a battle if they have any Pokémon." Kieran said
"I have a question who's stronger you or her?" Ash asked
"I'm not to sure because I hold back when I battle her nowadays she can be a jerk sometimes." Kieran said "sorry I don't know where that came from."
"it's fine continue." Professor kukui said
"I actually don't know who's the strongest at my school because I haven't battled anyone at school the current bb league champion is drayton but I don't know how I stack up against him because I keep to myself." Kieran explained
"well why don't we have a battle and see how strong you are!" Ash said
"Huh?!" Kieran questioned
"ash that is a great idea!l professor kukui said "What better way to learn about a new person than with a battle!"
"O-Ok!" Kieran said
"Now let's head to the courtyard with extreme speed!" Professor kukui said
soon they reached the courtyard
"singles or doubles?" Kieran asked ash
"huh?" Ash said
"you see ash at the blueberry academy they specialize in double battles." Professor kukui explained
"alright then doubles!" Ash said "although only have 5 pokemon on me right now."
"that's fine then I'll use 5." Kieran said
ash sent out rockruff and rowlet
"alright Kieran show me what you got!" Ash said
"alright then." Kieran said as he grabbed two pokeballs
for a moment his eyes turned into a dark yellow before turning back to normal
"go dragonite, politoad!" Kieran said as he sent out his two Pokémon
then due to politoad's drizzle it began to rain
"Wow it's raining!" Mallow said
"that feels nice!" Lana said enjoying the rain
"battle begin!" Professor kukui said
"Rowlet use leafage on politoad!" Ash said "Rockruff use rock throw on dragonite!"
both attacks connected but they didn't do much
"my turn dragonite use hurricane!" Kieran said "politoad use weather ball!"
both attacks land dealing major damage to both Pokemon
"alright then! Rockruff use bite on politoad rowlet use leafage on politoad!" Ash said
both rowlet and rockruff hit their attacks and knocked politoad out
"Go incineroar!" Kieran said sending out incineroar "dragonite use breaking swipe!"
dragonite landed a slash on both rockruff and rowlet knocking them out as the rain disappeared
"nice move." Kiawe said "ash took out politoad so Kieran took out both rowlet and rockruff."
"alright then iron valiant! Litten I choose you!" Ash said sending out both pokemon
"litten use scratch on incineroar iron valiant use spirit break on dragonite!" Ash said
both attacks connected and while dragonite went down incineroar didn't
"go furret! Incineroar use cross chop on litten!" Kieran said as he sent out furret
incineroar cross it's hands into an X shaped and chopped at litten dealing tons of damage
"iron valiant use drain punch on incinaroar litten use scratch on incineroar too!" Ash said
"furret use dig!" Kieran said "incineroar throat chop!"
furret dug into the ground as incineroar land a throat chop on litten which knocked it out but then got hit with drain punch and got knocked out too
"alright you're up buddy!" Ash said to pikachu who jumped off his shoulder in front of him
"go hydrapple!" Kieran said sending out his hydrapple
"Woah what is that?!" Mallow asked
"allow me!" Rotom said
"hydrapple the apple hydra Pokemon a grass and dragon type, and the evolved form of dipplin. These capricious syrpents have banded together. On the rare occasion that their moods align, their true power is unleashed."
"Wow!" Mallow said
"now the hydrapple use fickle Beam on pikachu!" Kieran said
all of the heads of hydrapple came out and fired a beam at pikachu dealing massive damage
"iron valiant use spirit break!" Ash said "pikachu Thunderbolt!"
both pokemon landed their attacks and took hydrapple out
but then furret came out of the ground and knocked iron valiant out
"Wow it took out iron valiant!" Sophocles said
"good job catching me off guard!" Ash said "now pikachu let's end this with a Z move!"
"(Right !)" pikachu said
they began to do the dance needed for the move
(I need a plan!) Kieran thought to himself (wait a minute!)
he pulled out his Tera orb
"that's the same thing Z had!" Mallow said
Z chuckled at this
"Now furret terastalize!" Kieran said as the orb charges with energy and he threw it
furret was surrounded by crystals and then gained a crystal hat that looked like an island
"Use gigavolt havoc!" Ash yelled as pikachu fired the electric blast
however when the smoke cleared furret was fine
"WHAT THE!?!" Most of the class (minus penny and Z) yelled
"Now furret use dig!" Kieran said
furret went into the ground and hit pikachu with a devastating blow when coming back up and ended the battle
furret then turned back to normal
"that was a good battle Kieran!" Ash said "that caught me off guard. What was that?"
"terastalizing." Z said "phenomena found in paldea where once per battle a Pokemon can change into its Tera type."
"Tera type?" Lincoln questioned
"correct! think of it as a third type that Pokemon can turn into during battle usually it's one of the Pokémon's main types but sometimes it's different." Z explained "what happened was Kieran turned his furret into a ground type."
"so that's way the Z move didn't work!" Mallow said "it was immune to it!"
"exactly!" Z said "not only that but moves that match the Tera type also get a boost in power."
"I see." Ash said "anyway that was an amazing battle!"
"thanks ash!" Kieran said
"your furret is really well trained!" Professor kukui said
"you really think so?" Kieran said "at the blueberry academy a lot of the other kids told me to replace him with something stronger."
"They what?!?" Lillie yelled
"over there strength is everything the only people who didn't tell me to replace him was my sister and 3 of the bb league elite four plus drayton." Kieran explained
"that's bad..." ash said
"anyway now that we got that out of the way let's head back to class!" Professor kukui said after a moment of silence
after class
"so we're going to be your roommates?" Penny asked
"yup!" Lincoln said
"ok then..." Wally said as they approached Lincoln's house
"first some ground rules first don't pick up bloop unless you want some dragon breath in your face and yes I mean the move two don't touch the chocolate or tea." Lincoln said
"ok?" Wally said as Lincoln opened the door
upon entering Wes turned back into his true form briefly shocking penny Wally and Kieran who were still not use to it
when they entered they saw mewtwo and newtwo sitting on the couch mewtwo was drinking tea and reading a book while newtwo was drinking hot chocolate
"you must be the new people living here." Newtwo said "welcome."
Wally Kieran and penny were silent for a moment
"Lincoln how many legendary Pokémon have you met?" Kieran asked
"well..." Lincoln began
