Knuckles glares purple bright eyes at the jewel thief. His red quills actually seem to spring to life, in all his rage.
"Whoa now, Knuckie relax. . ." Her smooth voice does nothing to calm the Echidna. Roughly grabbing her white gloved hands in his stronger ones. Pulling her out the air, her heeled boots gently touch the stone staircase.
Her turquoise green eyes glance a bit over his left shoulder blade. To her flabbergasted face, he chuckles smugly. Dropping her held hands from his own, she finds a poorly wrapped gift in her left hand.
"Hope you like it, Rouge."
Quickly tearing it up, her shock is confirmed. A great piece of the Master Emerald dangles from a golden plain chain.
"I- it's- THANK YOU KNUCKLES!" She tackles him to the ground, he let's her win that wrestling match. Smirking himself, he freezes as she kisses his black long nose.
