Chapter 4: Pangu:
Jackie's POV:
We were staring at the sleeping giant.
"Legend says Pangu created the world," I said, "he separated yin from yang with a swing of his giant axe, creating the earth and the sky. And then kept them separated. When he died, his breath became the wind, mist and clouds; his voice, thunder; his left eye, the Sun; his right eye, the Moon; his head, the mountains and extremes of the world; his blood, rivers; his muscles, fertile land; his facial hair, the stars and Milky Way; his fur, bushes and forests; his bones, valuable minerals; his bone marrow, precious jewels; his sweat, rain; and the fleas on his fur carried by the wind became animals."
"Technically, that is fabrication," says Sachiel, "God created everything, but if we wake Pangu, he'll shake all of Heaven."
"Shen Du knew that we would try to avoid that," says Uncle.
"Then we must try to be quiet," I said.
"It won't be easy," says Sachiel, "he has great hearing."
Lil's POV:
My relatives and Phil's relatives came over. Including Phil's grandparents who are named Arjun Uniyal, Chetana Uniyal, Reuben DeVille, and Amiyah DeVille, my grandparents who are named Theodore Tarrant Baker, Samantha Baker, Bipin Upreti, and Indira Upreti, my uncle who is named Gopal Upreti, my aunt who is named Jyotsna Tiwari-Upreti, my aunt's parents who are named Farhad Tiwari and Freena Tiwari, my cousin who is named Kalpana Upreti-Carmichael with her wife, Alyssa Upreti-Carmichael who is Susie's sister and their daughter who is named Nithya Upreti-Carmichael. They'll be seeing Susie's family soon.
Jackie's POV:
We were trying to be as quiet as a mouse. Uncle was about to sneeze, but Sachiel stops him.
"So, who did fabricate that legend," I asked.
"Who do you think," asks Sachiel, "Pangu has an ego bigger than himself."
"I see," I said.
Angelica's POV:
My Grandmother Judith, my Step-Grandfather Julian and my opportunistic Step-Uncle, Simon all came over. Uncle Simon probably got out of jail for this.
Jackie's POV:
We managed to find an exit.
"Now, we must hurry," says Sachiel. We then got through the door.
. . .
We were then faced with shadowkhan. "Why don't we ever expect them," I asked.
The shadowkhan then leaped at us.
