Hey guys! I was busy since last Thursday, so I wasn't able to write. But now I can write again! I hope you all like this chapter!

A Lakitu threw Spiny Eggs at everyone as they walked through Meringue Clouds. Mario was hit by one and lost his Elephant power up. Mario then jumped onto some blocks and was able to jump on the Lakitu's head, defeating him. He got onto the Lakitu's cloud and floated through the area. He saw a Waddlewing gliding by, carrying a Super Acorn. Mario jumped off of the cloud, stomped on the Waddlewing, and grabbed the Super Acorn.

Now in a Flying Squirrel suit, Mario glided towards another Lakitu and stomped on it's head before it could throw Spiny Eggs at his friends. Kai saw a Question Block up ahead and hit it. He found a Wing Cap inside and used the power up. A group of Mini Goombas saw everyone and began to chase them. Kacey threw fireballs at them, quickly defeating the tiny enemies. Kai flew towards another Question Block and found a few 1-Up Mushrooms inside.

As he put the 1-Up Mushrooms in his pocket, a Boomerang Bro threw a boomerang at him, making Kai fall to the ground and lose the Wing Cap. Peach got in front of him and threw fireballs at the Boomerang Bro before he could hurt Kai again.

"Phew! Thank you, Princess!" Kai said as he stood up.

"No problem!" Peach smiled at him. She turned around and threw more fireballs at two Foos, who were heading towards them.

Once the enemies were stopped, everyone continued their way through the cloud world.

Ludwig sat in his castle, working on a new song as he waited for Mario and his friends to arrive. He smiled to himself as he looked over his sheet music. His new song was going to be amazing! Everyone would enjoy it as much as his past music! Especially Jasmine.

Ludwig's smile fell at that last thought. He felt bad for keeping his father's plan a secret. He didn't want to upset Jasmine or ruin her vacation.

"How can I make it up to her?" He said to himself.

Ludwig looked up from his sheet music when he heard the door to the room slowly open. He saw his cousin Austin walk inside, dusting off his wand.

"Some of the guards saw your girlfriend and her friends. They're in Meringue Clouds." He said.

"How close are they?" Ludwig asked.

"Like, halfway maybe?" Austin shrugged.

Ludwig sighed and went back to working on his music. He tried to take his mind off of the situation, but he couldn't get his girlfriend's face out of his head.

"I bet we'll be able to stop those guys! Uncle Bowser will be so proud of us!" Austin chuckled as he twirled his wand in his hand.

"Yeah...Sure we will." Ludwig said.

"You still thinking about Jasmine? Don't worry! She'll forgive you!" Austin grinned at Ludwig.

Ludwig sighed again. "Hopefully she will..."

"Look out, Mario!" Luigi yelled.

"Whoa!" Mario ducked as a Sledge Bro threw a hammer at him.

Peach, still having fire powers, threw fireballs at the Sledge Bro. Once the Sledge Bro was defeated, everyone went through a red warp pipe and made it to another part of Meringue Clouds. A few Rocky Wrenches were waiting for them and threw wrenches at everyone. Peach was hit by one and lost her power up. Kayden threw ice balls at the Rocky Wrenches and everyone was able to walk past them. They ran into more Foos and Boomerang Bros, but the enemies were stopped by Mario and Luigi.

"Oh look! We're almost at the castle!" Mario exclaimed.

"Perfect! Let's go!" Jasmine replied and began to run faster.

"Jasmine! Wait up!" Luigi called out as he and the others tried to catch up with her.

Jasmine stomped on more Mini Goombas as she ran through the cloud world. She dodged a boomerang from another Boomerang Bro and jumped on a Magikoopa's head before he could attack everyone. A Spiny tried to attack Daisy, but Kayden threw an ice ball at it. He and Peach threw ice and fireballs at more Sledge Bros that they came across. Kai smiled as they got closer and closer to Ludwig's castle.

"We're almost finished!" Kai whispered to himself.

After defeating more Paragoombas and Rocky Wrenches, everyone finally arrived at the castle. They each ate a 1-Up Mushroom, defeated two Sledge Bros outside of the castle, and walked inside.
