AN: Just a bit of fun.

Omake: The Carp Jumping Over the Panda Gate.

Back in a certain warehouse deep in the Himalaya mountains, another day had risen and a certain divine reality warping panda maid was going about her daily chores.

She was sitting cross legged in the air as produce was being neatly stacked inside crates by invisible hands as she held up a clipboard and was organizing where each item would go.

Unbeknownst to her, while she was busy, a certain fruit tree decided it wasn't done breaking the world yet.

One of its branches began to shake as a peach began growing rapidly.

The peach was dazzling and wafted with a mind numbing aroma.

If certain practitioners on the path of immortal cultivation were in the vicinity, a war that would shake the realms would commence as experts and immortals fought over such a divine treasure.

For it was a peach of evolution. Allowing for ninth stage experts to shatter their bottleneck and achieve true everlasting immortality!

But there was no one around to pluck the plum before it grew too heavy for the branch to hold.

It's energy gushing in waves, it fell from the tree like a gentle leaf despite its size, radiating an aurora of colors, as it drifted down in defiance of gravity.

An unseen wind blew through the closed chamber and blew it toward a certain fish pond where a divine son of the heavens, a bluefin tuna, was watching with wide eyes and a blubbering mouth.

The ambitious tuna was wiggling it's body in excitement as it pushed off the water with greater force than it ever had before.

And like a story out of legend, a few hundred pound bluefin tuna soared through the air like a majestic bird of prey as its mouth closed on the Peach of Evolution.

The moment it's fruity flesh touched the tongue of the fish, it melted into a stream of divine liquid fresher than the ale's that grace Odin's halls.

The bluefin tuna froze in midair as it began to glow with the whiteness of a star.

It grew, and grew, and grew, quickly outgrowing the size of the pond and allowing it's fellow brethren to watch on with wide eyes and blubbering mouths as they lamented their fate to miss a divine opportunity as their senior brother grew before their eyes.

Before long, the light faded and next to the fish pond stood a twenty one foot long blue and white draconic serpent with a massive set of jaws and large angry eyes. "RROOARRR!"

It's deep booming roar shook the dimensional pocket as it released its joy and exuberance on the world. It looked toward the heavens above and thanked his ancestors for their dedicated worship of the holy fish gods.

It was mighty. It was glorious. It would be the envy of all the-

The sound of a clearing throat shattered the draconic fish's exuberance and it looked down with wrathful eyes on the great enemy of its kin.

The executioner.

The furry one who came by each cycle to harvest their brothers and sisters for her own evil schemes.

Well no more. For now he has the power, and she will learn to fear.

It reared back as yellow light manifested in its massive mouth, prepared to unleash the unstoppable might of his apocalyptic power.

Yet just as he was about to unleash his wrath, a single paw slapped him over the head, smashing him from the top of Mt. Tai to the dirt far below, knocking him out cold.

Joy, the panda maid, looked down in bewilderment before shrugging and clapping her paws together, teleporting the draconic serpent to the nearest ocean.

With that done, she turned and went back to her duties.

0000

Gyarados, for that was what he instinctively identified himself as, blinked open his eyes in confusion.

He looked around at the ocean surface he floated on and wondered if everything had been but a simple dream.

His eyes narrowed.

No. it couldn't have been a dream.

His name was Carl, a mighty Gyarados, and he had a purpose.

His eyes flashed with a holy light.

He would create an underwater kingdom for his glorious creator, who's pond had birthed his flesh, who's tree had granted him the Evolution, who's wisdom granted him the glorious name of Carl!

If he did not pay back this great gift of karma, his heart would never be settled and would obstruct him on his great way. He would build a kingdom, and his great and majestic armies would answer the call of his creator when he called.

"RROOAARR!"

The oceans would never be the same.
