Chapter 3:Split Up
It was a bright and early morning over the city of mantle right now. As they could hardly tell the time down here in the underground hideout right now with everyone getting up to start their day right. With all of them heading toward somewhere in the gravekeepers base.
That being a large armoy from the look of it. As their were several swords, axes, knives, dagger. Along with a wide variety of firearms as preparing for their war right now were some spartan assitng the acolyte right now. As they were checking over their dust along with their ammo and rations. But wiaitng for them all right now was fin who was busy packing up some packs with two others
The first being a man in his early thirtes with a dark skin complexion with his hair before black cut short. While he had a set of tan eyes with him having a toned build with broad shoulders and a toned chest and arm. While he wore a simply pair of tan pants with a maroon sweater with a harness over it carrying some magazines and pistol clips. But he wore an open long coat over it colored brown
While he carried a dmr on his back seeming to be a m14 rifle
As for the second it was a women with a pale skin complexion like the rest of atlas. But she had golden hair like wheat. With her having it reach her shoulders. With her her having a set of red eyes with her having an aheltic frame to her. While she simply wore black running pants along with a dark grey hoodie. With a tactical vest colored black over it.
As strapped to her back was a vector submachine gun with a harness attached to it
Paddy was in some causal wear himself as most of the spartans changed to some casually attire for their missions to not be spotted so easily in their atlas uniforms.
"Yo martinez and star you two helping us out on this op?"paddy asked as the man known as martinez nodded
"We are because i got a bone to pick with baker for playing with us"martinez said smacking his fist together hard enraged on what he did to them
"Your not the only one here. Though you kiddies each grab a pack then we'll discuss whos going with who right now"sarah ordered
As they all slipped on their packs for their trips with rogue peeking into her seeing some rations along with some grenades along with a signal flare for emergencies. Along with some ammo she needed for her machine guns as she slung it over her back
All of them began to grab their supplies but as adam tried to grab his he was stopped by his father surprised by that. As jake needed to have a word with him because he wasn't leaving with them. After about maybe twenty minutes all of them got prepped and ready for their mission right now as infront of them was artemis along with summer and charon. As they were ready to give mission details
"Okay we already got amillee, ryker, choka along with a couple others on topside assisting johanna and the others with escorting the civialins to the pit"artemis stated
"Good because were gonna be pretty busy dealing with all those friendlies left behind" hairett replied
"True though uh…how are we gonna do this right now. If we all split up it'll make catching us easier"velvet said with worry
"That won't happen look we need some of you to head into the city to assist in evacuating the people their. Whos going"summer questioned as some raised their hands. "Okay this is our group….though it'll be easy i'm sure with all the extra hands on deck in my opinion"yang said

The next group then consisted of the atlas command infiltration team. Which was blake, ruby, weiss, zane, velvet, razma, yumi, penny, nora,may marigold along with grinch to be their guide for the facility. As they all saw their groups for a moment adam tried to step forward but jake pulled him back again
"What is your problem?"adam growled as his father glared at him disappointed on hows hes acting
"You aint going till we talk because i aint having my son get hurt out their. Got it"jake warned dragging him away to give him a talk right now. As they all stayed silent for a moment pana sighed rubbing her face
"I'm very much against having my nephew go to atlas command because if you get capture we lose our one shot at killing her"pana said with rogue scoffing
"Then make my lying piece of shit partner stay here since hes so valuble"rogue mockingly said making him hurt hearing that as he looked down on the ground. With mercury eyeing her shaking his head because now wasn't the time

with zane he was checking his gear with an upset look. But suddenly someone tapped him on the shoulder as he looked up to see it was his cold teammate as he sighed looking away from her
"If your here to scream at me get it–"he was stopped as she hugged him which confused him as she released him staring at him with a worried look

Dorian sighed"now miss hill no need to mock someone who is grieving right now"he siad but will laughed at that he was grieving finding that amuzing

" was grateful to provide these to us. But right now we need your help since you and merlot have biometric access to your private lab. Your going to help us with something and weather you like it or not. You have no choice"dorian said
As before their eyes they dragged the poor man out of the room leaving the two of them. Once they were gone merlot sighed rubbing his eyes
"I hope they don't torute that man for intel"merlot said with worry

"What about here we can take this path to reach the server room. We can get their by using the tubes here to reach the mail room"penny said

"I thought you two said we could use this to transfer back. We already grabbed murphy sending him to the manor. Were lucky we even got out of their without being seen"natashia siad
Samir sighed"i think they might have changed the access codes. My guess is that sadia along with mike are already their. Right now we managed to secure the wilkins family along with murphy coal and his wife. Along with the cat faunus parents their safe in the manor ground right now"natashia said making them all breath a sign of relief right now
"You don't know how much time that saves us. Though….could you maybe transfer us to atlas command"ruby asked
"I'll get started right away all these tubes lead somewhere in the kingdom. But it seems they restricted my access getting wise right now with someone reporting seeing someone riding the tubes"samir said but the panda faunus stepped forward
'Let me take a crack at that code"yumi said as he nodded letting her go through. Then she knelt down plugging her scroll in beginning to hack into the console for acces right now. While they did velvet looked worried still which nora picked up on right now
"Are you okay?"nora asked as the rabbit looked down shaking her head

"Look we still need to clear out sector 5,7, 9 and 10. But vice vest along with a few grimm are pilling through into the city attacking my groups"johanna said
"We understand that but amielee is doing her best along with thompson. But where working with hat we got on hand right now"ryker said but maris glanced over seeing them but frowned at two of them those being her cousin teammates. She didn't like how they acted
"Oh lookie here its my cousin team…who should be with him right now in my opinion'maris rudely said as onxyia growled at her

As martinez scracthed his head"should we go check out pietro pharmacy right now for what he left us?"he asked

"Awesome we can snatch the stuff he told us to find here. Come on"bonnet said as they apporached the pharmacy. With bonnet opening the door as they stepped inside to see something right now. That being the whole place in a mess like a hurricane came through here as they all were surprised

"Oh my god…these are HVB Rhinos! Their fast and quick transport vehicles used for bike races back in mistral. Along with that it has a radio channeled for AM and FM radio. Along with a working compass and access to the web. Awesome!"rogue cheered excited to see this
But mari looked anger on her being excited about this as she growled at her
"Of course the ditz of a blonde is excited over a stupid vehicle….god this girl is stupid with her apperently being smart"maris rudely said making rogue glare at her getting ready to aim her gaunlent at her. But suddnely her shoved down as ember could control her arm as she emerged with a disappointed look in her eyes
"What gives ember?"rogue rudely asked
"You is what gives…i can;t believe your even acting like this. Right now i'm disappointed in you…so much that you just thought about scorching her for one comment. For your idiocy"ember rudely said as the blonde growled at her

Jaune sighed rubbing his face"i…think we should all gather up what we can here. Then after that we should use these bikes to get around. We can go into two teams to cover more ground"jaune suggested
"Nice idea man…though lets all make sure to watch each other backs out. I aint letting someone die out here right now because of teen drama. Got it"bonnet wanted with the wolf scoffing
"Whatever…your girlfriend is a genocidel murder"onxyia rudely said making the monkey faunus fight the urge to smack her in the jaw right now. She began to get to work on packing the bikes up as oscar decided to find somewhere secluded to talk to someone
As he ducked upstairs seeing penny room in the pharmacy surprised that a robot needed a place to sleep actually. Though he made sure no one was around as he spoke to ozpin
"Ozpin we need to talk because you have some explaing to do"oscar thought to keep this in the hush hush. Ozpin stayed silent for a moment as he sighed
"What do you want to talk about. I understand your upset?"ozpi said but he was more than upset
"Upset? You abandoned us when we needed you…along with that i'm…i'm upset you came back"oscar thought not even surprising ozpin hearing he was upet that he was back. Because previous reincarnations found this entire process to be very unsettling right now.
