Chapter 8: Hideout attack
At the schnee manor right now several airships were landing on the front lawn catching the hunters their offguard. But their were also three mantas landing as walking foward to meet them was willow. Along with that kraven puting a hand up to have his hunters stay on their guard. While their was also pyrrha and falk their.
As they waited for someone to come out the manta opened as walking out was weiss who smiled seeing her mother. Willow smiled rushing over pulling her daughter into a loving emrbace not wanting to let go as tears came down her cheeks right now
"Oh my little girl…your okay…your okay…im so happy"williow cried in joy as weiss returned it with her tail wagging.
pyrrha saw the others on their but looked at something. That being ruby who was crying quietly hugging herself with penny doing her best to console her right now. While blake sighed covering her face. With velvet sobbing right now as razma was holding her with a worried look
Grinch was stepping off holding his head for dear life as may sighed covering her face. But what came to their surprise was seeing will but she had to ask

Soon enough they walked outside as penny grabbed pana flying off with her. As kraven along with pyrrha and falk but quickly hairett joined them just in case. As they decided to fly a manta down to mantle to join the others. But as they did watching them was vick from a distance smiling as he radioed to someone to follow them
It didn't take them that long to get to mantle along with the entrance to the hideout. They qucikly sent peggy back to the manor as they stepped insdie to the hideout. Kraven was surprised this was down here. But waiting out of it right was eria, rogue, may, martinez who was carrying ren on his back with a makeshift splint.
But eria kept pacing from side to side with worry right now on what just happened. As they stared at them with pyrrha looking concerned
"Rogue…eria why are you here?"pyrrha questioned startling them right now as eria had a forced smile on her face
"Oh um…well i…um…ren got hurt and i'm just worried for the others"eria said with a forced smile
"Yep…nothing bad happend with our group in the slightest right now"Rogue said lying through her teeth as pyrrha stared at them with her tail thrashing

All of them got into the hideout not knowing someone was following them as the doors closed to the place. Once inside they made a bee line for the command center as artemis was their issuing out commands to their group with miller assisting her. As on her two feet right no was winter who was struggling but didn't care
"Okay we managed to clear out most of the sector and put them down in the crater. Now all we need to do is find a way into the vault"winter said sitting down groanign holding her side

"Yes…we have people stationed their at the ready to open it. We have a procedure for this but the acolyte can hold them off"edurardo said hosting his father to his feet helping guide him to their escape tunnel. While they did winter tried to stand up to fight but cried out in pain falling to her knees clutching her side
Miller stared at her for a moment"jules and martinez get schnee to the tunnels. I;m going to find my little girl"he said drawing his assault rifle at the ready. Jules and mateirnez helped winter to her two feet carrying her to the tunnel. As nadia growled staring at the hayley twins

As they were carrying a stretcher with pyke on it who groaned as his head was wrapped with his prosthetic arm removed. As sora was their growling as she held something that being a pair of tec 9 machine pistol
The former gang leader stood up firing all over the place in the medical room. She managed to clip the husk rushing into the room kiling them. Along with shooting one of the soilders in the head killing them as she growled
"Screw lettting these asshole live! Because their going to pay for coming here"she said
"How did they even find us?"eden asked reloaidng her magnum as miyuki was coughing and gasping for air right now groaning in pain which worried her. Courtney came back but was pulled down just in time to avoid gunfire by rico

As suddenly the talon soldiers that were near the entrance emasuring in about two recived gunshots to the back of their skulls killing them. Looking up they all looked reived as entering the medical office was jenkins and star as the women panted with eria, meri and nami rushing in holding a tactical sword and uzi in hand panting heavily
"Oh thank god you guys are safe…where are the others?"eden asked as eria stared at her avoiding her gaze on what she heard early.
Meri panted as she gasped for air"Right now…my cousin and some others are busy holding them off. Hell…i…god this is crazy"she said scared right now
"Kid your telling me…that dumb teryx knight is here and hes going for you guys especially."jenkins said
Corutney scoffed"well they hate their family. What about the kids are they safe?"she asked

"You came just in time kid. Alright rico grab a stretcher get over kids"jenkin ordered as the two shuffled over as eria took flynt other side. But as rico stepped forward suddenly a mobster appeared shooting him point blank in the face as he fell down to the ground
Star went wide eyed"you mother fucker!"she shouted firing straight into their head knokcing them to the ground dead. Jenkins rushed over but looked upset as their was a bullet hole in the mute head as he grunted

Elsewhere at the makeshift daycare right now it was pure chaos. As all the kids their gathered were all scared right now. As nerida was their holding aerial in her arms close as dywn was crying aloud from all the gunfire. With diaz their as june was ducking down scared crying right now. As by their side was leah along with persia along with an injured henry cltuching his side in pain with a makeshift bandaged. With him was also asani who checked him over
"Their that should stop the bleeding"asani said
"God this is what being shot feels like…i hate this!"henry said in pain but leah chuckled as she fired off a pistol nailing a husk in the head killing it as some soidlers were trying to move in on them.
"Well then give these jerks a complaint…though hey asani mind sending in your mutt"leah said as dawn was their growling right now on the defensive making asani mask display a smile emcotion. Then she whsilted to dawn who turend to her

The other two tried to shoot her though the shifted into a giant wolf snarling at them riaisng her claws cutting them down not even carrying on keeping them alive. As she snarled gobbling up a bunch of husk right now eating them. As diaz stared at it with wide eyed
"Oh thank god we have that thing on our side right now"diaz thanked before pulling his daughter close who was crying right now for her other father right now
"Well we need to get these kids to somewhere safe right now. Shhh shhh its okay sweetie calm down mommy here"she shushed dywn along with aerial
As dawn kept cutting down any grimm and soilder that stood in her way. A squad of soldier measuring in about five of them soon got attacked by someone. As gunfire could be heard hitting one aura as they looked over at someone. That being an anger miller cho rushing in head first saying something to them as a warning
"GET AWAY FROM MY DAGUTHER!"miller shouted enraged leaping forward as a soidler raised their rifle to shoot him. But he fired off a few pot shots hitting them in the leg making them cry in pain. But he rushed forward bashing them in the face with his rifle with a loud crack being heard as he broke their nose. Before they could react he fired a round straight in their skull killing them dead
As two of them tried to stab him right now with swords. One slashed down hitting his aura but he dodgded another hit from them kicking them back. As the second tried to swing at him from behind but he noticed it. Miller turned around quickly as he dodged the strike the pulled a combat knife out stabbing them in the throat as he left it their as they gurgled on their blood
Before he knew it one with a shotgun fired at him hitting him with the pellets. One managed to hit his aura doing some damage. But he was on a warpath for his daughter right now as he growled reeling his fist back giving a war cry. Before the soidler could put another shell into him he punched them in the face sending them to the ground hard
The other soilder tried to grab him from behind but miller side stepped it. Then he wrapped his arms around his throat as the second one below him tired to get up. But he planted his foot on their throat as they struggled to break free
But putting pressure on their throat he snapped the man in his grip neck. As he dropped him then curbstomped the one below him throat him as a loud snap could be heard killing him. He panted heavily for a moment from the fighting as the last one tried to sneak up on him
But from behind they were suddenly snatched up by someone that being dawn. As the grimm pet had them in her mouth as they screamed from that. But she began to chew eating the soldier growling as miller laughed with the grimm pet twirling around thinking she did good.
"Good….uh grimm….please don't eat me"miller said as the other were watching this as diaz was overjoyed to see him. But henry gagged
"Oh god…your pet ate a persona"henry said
"Yeah….dawn spit that guy out he'll give you indigestion"Asani caaully said as dawn shifted to her grimm form looking bloated. But she spat out the dead soilder before cooing and whining thinking she did good. But they found that strange right now
But miller rushed over to them relived seeing his family okay as his daughter saw him crying lunging for a hug.
"Daddy"june cried right now hugging him as he held her close not wanting to loose her right now in his arms
"Its okay…it okay daddy here sweetie…anyone else missing here?"miller asked
"We don't think so…hows the tunnel entrance?"nerida asked
"Were in the clear. I killed alot of soilder on my way here….though everyone on full retreat right now. Lec is here be careful"he wanted as asani scoffed as dawn joined their side going into her normal wolf form
"Well screw that guys….though lets get out of here. I gotta check on my brother"asani said pushing ahead as miller looked away with diaz noticing that wondering what happened to the kid. They spritned forward fighting off any grimm or invaders in their way right now
But at the escape tunnel right now their were several people screaming with a few students who were still injured escaping the tunnels. Though a few tried to fight beside them right now for their kingdom as leading the charge was artemis. As she was busy firing down any grimm or soidlers with her high caliber pistol called moon.
She fired a round straight into a vice vest member trying to stab a student in the throat. She walked over pulling them to their feet
"Get out of here right now! We are not losing any more students"she ordered as they nodded running down the escape tunnel with others
As right now by her side was ramirz, bei, paddy along with a few other sparatnas. One of them being pandora who seemed to be better as she was firing a mounted turret at their invader cutting alot of grimm down. Along with any soilders or mobsters in their way as mariana was their guding people into the tunnel
"Come on this way! Keep on moving we need to get out of here now!"marian shouted firing her rifle to provide covering fire. While joining her was pyrrha, rogue, may along with nadia and kraven. May was doing her best to provide covering fire to the others right now to give them time.
While rogue fired a grenade shell into a group of husk killing them. But she kept pausing everyonce and a while to stare at nadia who kept glaring at her at times despite fighting scaring her right now.
Pyrrha had her sword out in its rifle mode as she gunned down a grimm. Then icnaptied a soldier by shooting them in the leg. Though as they fell to the ground they reciieved a shot to the head from pandora chain gun making the red head flinch
Jenkins noticed her worried look"kid…hey kid eyes on me look at me"he said as she stared at him
"I know no one wants to kill anyone…leave it to us. Don't blame yourself for these scumbags…right now i want to get a break after where done here."jenkins said firing back at their attackers as she looked down at that
While this happened kraven was having an easy time dealing with the soilders. As he war far more skilled them as he easily doddged a mobster attack. Then in a swfit motion slit their throat with his machete as they fell to the ground slowly dying
He dodged another strike from an operative easily kneeing them in the stomach making them stumble. Then he jammed his sword into their back before tossing his machete into the head of a soldier before tearing his first one out. Then he jumped over retrieving it before bringing them down onto a husk cutting it down killing it
Then he eyed a nearby student being dragged away by a husk. As he grabbed a sharp stick tossing it straight into the husk as it went through its skull killing them. Kraven ran over helping the studnet to their feet pushing them toward the tunnel
"Go! Run to fight another day!"he shouted as the student nodded running for their life right now.
With nadia she was busy trying to relieve her anger right now. As she dodged a strike from a soldier before fanning her revolver into their gut. As she elbowed dropped them before exctuing them tossing her morals right now out he window for them
The soldier began to fire at her hitting her aura but she growled summoning her shadow sending it forward to fight them. The soldiers fired at it but they phazed through the shadow as it lunged forward kicking one of them in the face. Another one tried to attack it but nadia fired a shot peiricng their skull as they fell to the ground. The shadow then gripped another soilder sarm twsitng it snapping it in half
The soldier screamed in pain but the shadow quickly snapped their neck as they fell to the ground dead. As the tiger panted heavily whipping the sweat from her brow exhausted from the fighting. Because her wounds still haven't recovered yet but she was relaying on her adrenaline to get her through this
But she regrouped with the others exhausted as she gasped for air
"God i…i…i'm so tired…they just keep coming"nadia said panting each word
"Your not the only one….i'm still recovering from my wounds right now. But we need to hold them off a little longer."kraven said
But rushing over right now was charon who was carrying something that being a box. With his son by his side along with that hectate holding a assault rifle in hand right now firing at some grimm killing them. As they came over may looked at them confused
"Whats with the box?"may asked
Edurado panted as he used his semblance to fight some of the soldiers off early because this was important
"We are not leaving yan…yin and matilda here we weren't able to send them back yet. They can't fall into their hands"edurado said as charon walked over but fell to the ground clutching his chest again in pain feeling a tight feeling in his chest
"Aghhh my…my heart"charon weakly said as hectate helped her uncle up dragging him behind cover.
"Dammit not now…crap crap….calm down uncle….we can get through this. Mom will kill me if her older brother dies"hectate said charon laughed slightly
"Well…razputin…maybe even jinx…or desdemona will take my sprit from beyond the grave and…"charon stopped before slumping over right now which made edudardo go wide eyed. The man shook him a few times but he was limp as the man own father was dead
"Dad…dad don't you dare….i just lost my son…i can't lose you….think about my brothers and sister. Think about lian ….ryker…god dammit thompson!"edudardo shouted but the man stayed still breathing his last before closing his eyes. Eduraudo fought the urge to cry picking his father up carrying him into the tunnel to give him a proper burial right now
As he did hectate grabbed the box for a moment before flinching. As speeding in was lec right now who grinned at them
'Their you all are….oh my queen told me the good news….that little brat omega is in our grasp. He'll get to be repogramed to kill you"lec said evily as nadia growled firing the entire cylinder of her revovler at him several times. But he dodged it speeding forward high kicking her hard above the tunnel entrance right now as she fell to the ground grunting in pain right now from that hit as her aura flickered
As pandora stared at the grimm knight along with the remaining civlians here then stared at artemis
'Ma'am…permission to hold them off for you to escape"pandora said as artemis stared at her for a moment closing her eyes before a serious look came to her eyes
"Approved soldiers…thank you for serving with us'artemis siad as pandora tore her dog tags off handing them to her before mariana noticed this growling
"Pull back that should be everyone were moving out!"marian said as they all were pulling out into the tunnels with the invader trying to chase them down right now. But pandora stayed behind staring at the entrance smiling as she placed something their to slow them down. That being C4 charge
Pulling the denator out she pressed the button as the charged exploded covering the tunnel entrance right now. As she stared up at her fate as lec snarled as she closed her eyes accepting it right now. Because she managed to save so many lives
Inside the tunnels right now several of them where their as some of them stared at each other with worry right now. Because now where they go with all these people here because now they have no where to hide.
With that the hideout came under attack making everyone spread out far and wide over the kingdom. What will happen now since they now know salem has what she needs to unlock the relic. Till next chapter
