chapter 3…. Part 2 of 2
And this time when Theodore pick up Alvin the pet Rabbit. He did it correctly and Alvin felt safe in his Brothers arms. And before Theodore even picked up his brother, he watched a YouTube video on how to do it correctly the first time.
"Ok Teddy, you can put me down now. I um… I think you held me long enough. So can you please put me back down so you can continue to look up on how to take care of me better."
"Ok, ok Alvin here you go. I was just trying to enjoying the moment with you in my arms. And here, let's read all this stuff together so I know how to really take care of you much better as my pet rabbit."
Alvin and Theodore continue to read for a while until Alvin suddenly spoke up.
"Oh? That explain that and why I have that strange urge. I also owe Simon an apology now." Said Alvin after reading what was said about rabbits before thinking to himself. 'Huh, never knew rabbits pooped so much throughout the whole day.'
"Huh? Why do you owe— Said Theodore, getting cut off by his brother.
"Oh never mind that Teddy, just keep on reading about me ok."
"Ok." Answered Theodore happily. And before long Theodore suddenly shouted, "I now know what to right about! And thanks Alvin, you're the best and thanks for the help on my other homework assignment." Said Theodore as he gave his brother a hug before going back to his bedroom.
"Huh? I wonder what that was about? And I'm not sure how I helped my little brother, but I'm glad I could help him. I guess I'll find out what that was about later." Said Alvin to himself before Dave came walking in after Theodore came running out to do homework.
"Ok Alvin, are you ready for Brittany to help you with your homework?" Ask Dave as hevwalked in.
"Well No not really. But I know you're gonna make me do it anyways and tell me to give Brittany another chance." Said Alvin as he hopped to the middle of the living room so he can be seen very easily by Dave.
"Well umm…. I'll just go and get Brittany for you." Said Dave leaving to get Brittany and he was unsure on how to answer Alvin. You might see he was cut off guard and didn't know how to respond.
After a A few minutes, Brittany came down to the living room. To see Alvin plopped on the floor all spread out with all for limes sticking out on the carpet, just like he got ran over by a car. You could say Alvin was just moping in his own way more or less. And he wasn't very excited to see Brittany come to him.
'I really did go too far and I really did overdo it.' Thought Brittany holding some stuff in her hands before walking up to Alvin and sitting down next to him.
"What is that stuff, is that stuff to somehow to make me smell more prettier. You've already turn me into a royal princess rabbit from China. Now you want to… Whatever you're gonna do to me, just do it and get over it over with." Said Alvin as he closed his eye and kept them closed for a while until he heard a voice.
"Well… Super bunny needs help because her evil nemesis has…has painted her nails with Strawberry kryptonite nail polish. And the Strawberry kryptonite has drained all of her supper powers making her very weak. And super bunny ally has come to help her super bunny. Because super bunny ally knows who Super bunny really is in real life."
"So what else has my evil nemesis done to me." Said Alvin as he kinda played along.
"Well let's see what else your evil nemesis done to you and…. Oh my goodness, your evil nemesis has made you wear cute dangly strawberry Kryptoniting earrings in your ears. And the only way to help her super bunny to become super bunny again. Is to clean super bunnies ears and Remove the dangly strawberry Kryptonite earrings… Or least the dangly strawberry earring part of the strawberry earrings."
"Oh… So does Super bunny get a super costume some time soon and can super bunny get an awesome looking costume to wear when I'm Super bunny again?" Asked Alvin getting into the role more.
When Alvin asked that, Brittany had to look at Dave first to get an answer first. And of course, Dave shook his head yes.
"Well yes of course. But super bunny ally will have to ask her secret sisters to…to make it for her super bunny. Because super bunny evil nemesis are always watching and super bunny ally doesn't want her sisters to be known who they are by the evil nemesis. And super bunny ally hasn't told her name to super bunny yet. Because super bunny ally doesn't want her name to be know by super bunny evil nemesis. So it has to be kept a secret. But super bunny ally is always know as…'miss pink princess power the third.'" Said Brittany before thinking. ' I can't believe I just call myself that! But I do admit, it does have a nice ring to it .'
"Oh! So did super bunny evil nemesis made supper bunny wear this dress or was it a disguised to find out what super bunny evil nemesis are up to in the evil forces and what else can supper bunny do to get out of her trap. And was it a trap by super bunny evil nemesis." Said Alvin really getting in to the idea of being supper bunny more than ever.
"Dahdahdadunnn! Stay tune for the next episode of super bunny. Will supper bunny be ably to get out of her trap, will….….….….… So everyone stay tune for the next episode of super bunny."
"Oh—man! Now I'm gonna have to wait for more adventures of super bunny." Said Alvin getting disappointed for the moment.
"I'm sorry Alvin, but I just couldn't think anything else to say and I was running out of ideas what to say. I was actually making it up on the fly Alvin. But I'm open for ideas later and maybe we can work on this together later this week. Maybe even start a comic strip of super bunny together. After all, you are the star of the show you know." Said Brittany with a smile.
Just then Brittany got an ok from Dave with a thumbs up of approval before Alvin could answer.
"I'd like to do that and it sounds like fun Brittany."
"Yeah me to Alvin and I'm sorry if I went overboard in having my fun with you. So thats why I removed the nail polish and part of the earrings. I normally would re-dress you into something else, but it's getting late and homework needs to be done. Plus we need to eat dinner too."
"Well I guess you have a point. So I guess it's homework time."
And so Brittany did in fact help Alvin with most of his homework except the math part. Simon and Jeanette would help Alvin do math once Brittany got done with Alvin. Brittany helped Alvin with the zoo assignment and she did her own zoo assignment before handing her phone to Dave. And afterwards when the homework was finished. Everyone ate dinner then got ready for bed in their pajamas except for one."
"Hey Eleanor," Dave said Catching her attention before she left and after putting it away the dirty dishes.
"Its couch time isn't it." Said Eleanor as she walked over to couch already thinking this was going to be another lecture.
"Well yes it is but for another reason Eleanor. I think it's time I had that Warm talk about your earrings and how nice you look with them."
"Oh, it's that kind of talk huh." Said Eleanor shyly as she sat down on the couch.
"Yes it is and make sure Brittany helps you clean your ears and the earrings all the time, ok."
"Ok Dave I will." Said Eleanor before thinking. 'Huh? I wonder why Brittany got elected to do that chore.'
"So, how do you like your earrings and how do you feel with them."
"Well I um… Truthfully, I'm still nervous having earrings. But I also feel a-little special at the same time too."
"I see and it's ok to be nervous with having earrings. But I think you look very nice and cute with them. In fact, little Theodore actually gave me a few compliments of how pretty you are and he thinks you need a nice necklace to go with your earrings. Theodore also said a few words and how hard he was having to stay focused eating because how pretty you looked him. You definitely are his apple in his eyes Eleanor."
"He, he, d…d-did and… Then why didn't he say something to me and he was kind of avoiding me. Which kind of made me a little sad because he didn't say something. And I thought he didn't notice at all." said Eleanor kind of feeling a little sad, but also surprised at the same time.
"Oh that… Well Theodore was a little shy and… I know what will get him talking with you and your earrings Ellie."
"What's that Dave?"
"Take him to see a movie. A movie you both could, would or like to see together. Other than to see talking Teddy. But I may have a suggestion and I think both of you would like to see."
"What movie would that be Dave?"
"Take Theodore to see Teddy Ruxpin this weekend and I heard it's pretty good to see. Even Alvin wants to see it."
"Oh ok. If Alvin wants to see it, then it must be good. And thanks for the talk Dave. Because now I am happy I got my ears done up. I mean pierced with earrings." Eleanor said, with a smile.

When morning came, Dave manage to talk Alvin into wearing the 'Little Girls Party Boutique Spanish Princess Deluxe Ruffle Tulle Dress.'That he had on yesterday when he came home. And Dave did remind Alvin that he was going to see a show at the movie theater after school when his Brothers and the girls couldn't. So it was a good compromise and Alvin agreed to it. And that, Dave didn't want to wast any outfits or have to throw away that was custom-made for Alvin to wear when he's a pet rabbit. And most likely, Alvin would become a pet rabbit again sometime down the road when it's Theodore's turn to have Alvin as a pet again.
"Alvin!" Said Dave to one of his son's in the car.
"I know, I know. I have to deal with it. And do I really have to wear my collar with tags… Wait! don't answer that. Because I already know what the government letter said. I have to wear them no matter what." Said Alvin having to deal with his situation. But unknown to him, his situation would become his golden ticket for lots of plays at the school.
"And guys," Dave said to the five happy bunch with the look on Dave's face.
"We know, we know. Alvin is our responsibility and we have to look after him no matter what." Said Simon talking for everyone else in the car.
Simon and Brittany have already decided among themselves to always make it their job to make sure Alvin got to all of his classes on time no mater what. After all, those two knuckleheads were the cause for making Alvin stay as a pet for life and posting all the videos on YouTube and on their blogs.
"Thats correct guys and remember you got yourselves into this mess without Alvin's help." Said Dave reminding every one of what they did yesterday.
A few minutes later, everyone arrived at The principal's office in school.
"Ok five happy bunch, you all may go to class now except for Alvin and Alvin, you're not trouble. Ok"
'Just grate! Now we are know as the five happy bunch. Even Talbot is calling us that now. I just wonder how long we'll be known or be called that.' Thought most of the chipmunks.
"Ok." Answered Alvin calmly before thinking to himself. 'But for some reason I feel like I am in trouble…even though I was told I'm not.'
"Alvin," said Floyd Dotson the dramatic drama teacher getting straight to the point as he walked into the principal's office. "I want to put you in every single school play this year and I don't care how you may look…um… Let me rephrase that ok Alvin and Alvin, I will work with what I get you as. So if you're going to be a rabbit, then I will work with that. Or with what other animal you may become. So…do you want to be in all the school plays and I really, really want you to be in all of them this year?" Asked Floyd Dotson the dramatic drama teacher with hopeful eyes.
At first, Alvin was a-little surprised and kinda of shocked. But he did love the idea of being in school plays for school. And so Alvin asked the question how much he'll be in them.
"Um… How much will I be in them. Is it only small part or am I just a 'pet' in the school play?" Alvin ask and he did not like the word pet, nor like to think himself as a pet either.
"Well I plan on having you be a star most of the time. But you wont be the only star either. Like for instance…. One day you were walking through the words and somehow you made an old sorceress mad at you. So she casted a very powerful spell over you and turned you into a rabbit for the time being. So there you are hopping a long when someone else found you. Then they thought you were a magical rabbit who could talk."
Floyd Dotson continued. "Then A bunch of stuff happens to you before going on a big adventure with your friends. Later on after you find a way to turn yourself back to normal. The same someone that found you from the beginning, finds out that you are a Royal prince. But not just any royal prince. A royal prince thats air to the throne, air to a huge fortune in gold with a huge palace, with a big Castle. But there is a little twist to it as well. Because you find out later that you are a prince and you can only remain in a in your old form for a few hours before turning back into a rabbit. Because the spell that was cast upon you, won't let you stay what you used to be."
Floyd Dotson continued more. "And some of my plays, you'll have to play as a pet in some of them, but not all. But you'll always play as a very special pet who can talk. And you'll always play as someone who's very special in all of my plays."
"Oh…" Said Alvin blushing for a bit. "Umm… I really like those ideas. Especially the royal prince idea and if it's like those kind of plays thats are similar to the royal prince idea, then you can count me in."
"Excellent! I'll start writing up several play ideas and…. I got A lot work to do plus a class who's waiting for me to return. So I'll see you latter in my class Alvin." Said Floyd Dotson the dramatic drama teacher as he left.
"Ok Alvin, it's time for our talk and as my student in school. It's my job to try and make it easier for you. So for this week, you have a time out period for about an hour. Your time out hour allows you to take a nap for an hour. And why you're getting this, your teachers came to me asking me to give you a rest time. So you can take a rest and NOT be so tired in your classes throughout the whole day."
Talbot continued. "So your time out hour will take place when you normally would be in PE. And try not to look as this a punishment, but a way to get some rest each day that you still are a rabbit, Understand."
"I do and as long as I'm not in trouble… I mean… A rest would be nice to have sir. And I know, don't let it go to my head for my rest period."
After hearing that from Alvin, Talbot let off a few giggles then smiled and then said. "That will be all for now Alvin and I look forward to see you in a few hours. And be good for your vet and let him remove your ear tags. After all, you are my student and my student don't need ear tags. And you are not some…ah zoo animal in the petting zoo. Ok."
"Ok." Answered Alvin keeping it simple.
And so Dave took Alvin to see his vet doctor and his Vet doctor did remove the ear tags. But told Alvin that he was better off keeping his earrings that he had in them until they were fully healed. But once the ear tags were removed from Alvin's ears, he definitely felt way better and his ears no longer bother him anymore. In fact, he hardly even noticed that he even had earrings in his ears. Then Alvin vet doctor did a very thorough examination of him and afterwards, he sent him on his way.
As for school, Alvin's day went pretty good for him. He was never late for class and between Simon and Brittany, they made sure Alvin will never be late. When it came to his rest period, Alvin was glad to have it and he took full advantage of having it. And later on, Alvin found out he wasn't as tired for any of his classes that he had.
As for the five happy bunch, they found out that having two hours of detention was a pits and they even feared having any Saturday school detention with Talbot. So they made sure not to get any more detention. And Talbot made his point loud and clear by giving them each a 500 page Dictionary to read for two hours each day for detention. Nevertheless, the five happy bunch never wanted to do detention ever again after the week and would be glad when there week of detention would be over.
As for Alvin, he didn't like having to be seen what he was wearing. But no one didn't really tease him for having to be a pet in school or how he was dressed. Even Derek didn't tease Alvin and the teachers more less made sure of it. And Alvin's day went pretty fast for him and at the end of the school day, Alvin got to watch TeenWolf cartoons with Dave at the movie theater.
So Alvin's school days were going pretty good and fairly decent for him. Except Alvin still believed School was a prison with bars on the front of it. And school was meant to be like a torture place for NOT having any fun. And school really was placed there to torture all the kids. So it was no surprise for Dave what Alvin thought of school.
The only thing Alvin didn't like was having to put up with the girls dressing him in dresses, wearing a diaper and they always made him look cute with a few bows on the ends of his ears each had to put up with it no matter what and he knew he was a shared pet between the seville family. Simon still did his Scientific study with Alvin doing god knows what in the basement. And Theodore…. Well he had his fun by holding and cuddling Alvin each day. And definitely watching lots and lots of talking, Teddy with Alvin. Not that Alvin had any choice. And it was dave's decision to let Theodore watch talking Teddy with Alvin.
As for the girls, Jeanette helped Simon with his so-called Scientific study/research on Alvin. Eleanor spent some time doing a-little this and that with Alvin. And Brittany talked with Alvin about ideas on super bunny and she kept Alvin ears clean.
And finally came the day. Which was Thursday after school where Dave was taking Alvin to Marina Rodenchia store. And she had a plan that would win Alvin over to her side. And of course Marina Rodenchia had already talked with Dave earlier this morning. So he knew what to expect and he had a little surprise for Alvin at the same time.
"Alvin, you said you would give Marina Rodenchia a chance and I would like for you to honor it. And besides, the outfit may not be as bad as you may think. Ok." Said Dave before entering the store,.
"Ok and you're right Dave. I did say I would give her a chance. So here goes nothing…I think?" Said Alvin as he still was unsure how things would play out in Dave's arms. Which became common for Alvin because how small he was.
"Alvin, are you ready to try on my newest outfit?" Asked Marina Rodenchia without saying who it really was for?
"Well no not really. But I said I would give you a chance and I'm here to honor it." Said Alvin sitting on a table
"Thank you Alvin and I'm going to put blindfold over your eyes. After all, I want my model to be very surprised when he sees himself in the mirror."
"Model? (…Alvin sighted…) very well." Alvin said before thinking. 'Oh gee! Just what I always wanted to be. Now I'm Marina Rodenchia personal model now for whatever she wants me to wear for stupid magazines. Along with having to be know and forever be the families, pet.'
And so Marina Rodenchia put a blindfold over his eyes, then proceeded to put his new outfit on him that truly was just for him to have. And after a few finishing touchups, Alvin was ready to see himself in the mirror. Although if you truly asked him, he probably wasn't ready at all.
And so when Alvin opened up his eyes, he was very surprised to see what he had on and he even had to rub his eyes a few times.
"So Alvin, do you like what you see?" Asked Marina Rodenchia with a smile.
"Why yes I do. But it's just… Is this really for me to have? Like for real, real?" Asked Alvin who was rather surprised to see what he had on.
"Yes Alvin, it's really for you and would you like to wear your new outfit to school tomorrow?" Asked Dave who was also smiling.
"Why yes I would like to Dave and… Can I? Is it really ok if I do?" Asked Alvin happily.
"Alvin. I know it's going to be tough at times. Especially having to accept that you're nothing more than just a pet for life. But it's my job to help you and I want to remind you, you still are a family member no matter what or how you may look. And Marina Rodenchia also wanted to help you as well. Plus she felt a little sorry for you for having to put up with your family like you have been through the whole entire summer. So she called me up earlier this morning and we talked for a bit. And After we talked, this is what she came up with for you to have." Dave explained.
"Alvin, I felt you needed something for yourself as the way you remind yourself that you still are who you are…every regardless how you have to look. Plus I also wanted to somehow win you over to my side. So this is why I made this for you. So now I need to ask, how does it fit and what alterations do I need to make?" Asked Marina Rodenchia as she explained.
After thinking for a bit, Alvin spoke.
"Well… Can I have a little more room for my ears?" Said Alvin as he was a-little bit hesitant and which Dave picked up on that right away.
"Alvin, it's best to be honest and it's ok. What you're wearing is official and unofficial. It's a prototype that needs alterations. ok." Said Dave as encourage Alvin to be a little more pacific.
"Ok Dave I understand and miss Marina Rodenchia, I really like what you made me far. Especially the awesome looking hat. But the truth is, I'd like the holes to be bigger in my hat for my ears to move around. Because I like to move them around not be forced to stand straight up all the time all the time. As for the Red sweatshirt, can it be like a red hoodie with pockets on the front. And can the letter A be in yellow Instead of white. And I'd like a flaming guitar, or a flaming skull on the back side that looks awesome. As for shoes…" Said Alvin looking at his big rabbit size feet realizing it'd be pointless. "No need for them. So, can you please do that?" Asked Alvin with some hopeful.
"Of course I can Alvin and I will have that ready for you later today. So you can wear it tomorrow for school and show everyone like a model. So is there anything else I can do?" Marina Rodenchia asked politely.
"Well there is something? Buts its… Can you please explain what you mean by model? I know what it means. But I just wanna know what you mean by model?"
"Oh come here Alvin and let me explain. I do you want you to be my model for my magazines. But I want you to be willing and be ready when you're ready. I also want you to be happy to do it for me with no strings attached. Like for instance… When I finish your new outfit for you, I'd like to show the world in my newest clothing wear magazine for pets. But I don't want you to feel like you have to do this for me either. All I'm asking is for you to think about it for a while. If anything…At least, let me take a picture tomorrow after school?" Said Marina Rodenchia as she explained what she would like in return.
"Well…" Said Alvin to Marina Rodenchia first before turning his attention to Dave. "Dave?" And when Alvin was looking at Dave, he was hoping Dave would give him an answer."
"Sorry Alvin, you're on your own this time and it's up to you if you want to do this or not. But if it was me, I'd at least let her take my picture tomorrow. After all, Marina Rodenchia is making you something really nice for free."
"Ok Marina Rodenchi I'll do the picture for you tomorrow. But as for the fashion magazine, I'd rather not jump into that just yet and I'd like to think about it for a while first. if it's OK." Answered Alvin nicely.
"It's ok Alvin." Said Marina Rodenchia with a smile before thinking. 'But I'm not going to give up of a possible future trend for pets. But maybe I need to show Alvin a few pictures of what kind of outfits I would like Alvin to try on for future references. And….some bribing might help while I'm at it.'
"Hey Alvin," Said Dave after helping Alvin getting dressed again. "I did get you something. But you're gonna have to wait until your ears are more healed. And by the way, your ears are looking really great and Brittany has been keeping them very clean."
At first, Alvin was a-little confused on how to answer Dave. So he answered it his own way. "Well to the first part, what did you get me. And yes Brittany has been keeping my ears very clean. She has been cleaning them every few hours or so every day. The only thing is…well… I don't know if she's trying to tease me more or if she loves playing with my very large elephant size rabbit ears. Because she always giggles when she makes them flap in the air like I'm Super bunny. Or like I'm kung fu bunny and I always use my ears for kung fu."
When Dave Heard that, he had to giggle some before seeing something. "Sorry Alvin I didn't mean to giggle like that. But you definitely have a good wild imagination in you. Anyways, I did get you some red earrings that you might like. But I think I will just return them and let you decide which ones you want from the store instead. As far as Brittany, I'm glad to hear she's keeping your ears very clean. And would you like me to talk to her about her playing with your ears so much?"
"I'd like that very much Dave and I'm ok with Brittany playing with my ears. I do get annoyed some times, but I'm ok with it. At lease she has not done anything else to them and besides. Brittany isn't the only one that likes to play with my ears. Eleanor likes to play with them, Theodore likes to play with them and so does Simon and Jeanette for there…ah… Scientific research study." Answered, Alvin happily.
"Well as long as you're ok with it, then I'll let it slide. But just so you know Alvin, if things get out of hand or you can't handle it anymore. You let me know and I will say something to everyone ok." Said Dave.
"Ok Dave and you're referring to our little weekly talk, right?" Alvin asked when he got a simple nod yes from Dave.
"Come on 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles,' lets go shopping and then well go home."
"…" At first Alvin just glared at Dave before saying something. "Ok I get. I have to let my family have there fun. But the earrings… I better get the ones I want for having to put up with my family like this." Said Alvin as he more less demanded with him waving his rabbit paws in the air at Dave.
"Ok, ok Alvin. I get the hint 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles,'" Said Dave as he was trying not to laugh at Alvin because of how he was acting. And that, Alvin happened to look very cute while doing what he was doing.
And so Alvin did get the his earrings he really wanted and really liked from Hoops & Huggies For Chipmunks. Then they went home. A little While later, everyone helped Alvin with his homework first before doing their own homework and Marina Rodenchia did indeed, stop by to drop off Alvin's new uniform. And of course Alvin wanted to see what it look like, but Dave said he would have to wait until morning. And he would be the one to get Alvin ready for school.
When morning came, Alvin couldn't wait to see what Marina Rodenchia had made for him. So he was a little impatient with his dad, Dave this morning.
"Just hurry up and put the stupid strawberry diaper on me ok Dave. I wanna see what miss Marina Rodenchia made for me. And before you even tell me, I already know why I have to wear a diaper. And no I'm not diaper dependent. But I am…well…rabbits poop a lot throughout the whole day and that's something I can't help because I am a pet rabbit for the moment. And that, I found out what's it's like to be a rabbit and learned a lot from reading up on Rabbits."
And so Alvin continue to talk like speedy Gonzalez for the next several minutes about his week and not giving Dave much a chance to say anything or be able to cut in at all. But unknown to Alvin, Alvin didn't realize that he was already having his weekly talk with Dave. But I'm sure Dave would have wanted to have a much slower conversation with each other than just being spoke at all once to him. And After a while, Dave finally put his hand over Alvin's mouth just get him to shut it for a few minutes.
"Alvin breathe, breathe now. You need air to breathe. You need to breathe some ok. And stop squirming around because you're making it hard for me to do my job." Said Dave trying to put Alvin's diaper on him before thinking to himself. 'That boy is going to give me a heart attack one of these days from talking so damn fast. But man! I wear to god that boy has a set an iron lungs in him. Because he can out talk and definitely could out cry anyone on the whole plant when he was just a baby.'
"…" 'I hate it when Dave shuts me up like that.' Thought Alvin to himself.
"Marina Rodenchia asked me to make this a surprise for you. So that's why you couldn't see it last night Alvin. And I guess we'll have another weekly talk next Friday when you're not so long winded like you were this morning, alright."
"Ok." Said Alvin with a slight moan letting Dave do his thing as he forwarded his arms."
"That better, much better 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.' Now Close your eyes and keep them closed so I can dress you. And then you can see yourself in the mirror, ok."
"Ok Dave and I'm sorry if I was so…uh…long winded this morning." Said Alvin keeping his eyes Close and talking to Dave.
"Oh it's alright Alvin. I just wasn't expecting you to tell me how your week went when you said it so damn fast in a hurry. I mean, you literally were talking a hundred miles an hour and I couldn't even say anything at all. And that, I actually expected us to have that talk this afternoon and not this morning."
'Ooh! I guess I….oops! I'll do better next time.' Thought, Alvin to himself as Dave continued to dress him.
"And again, we'll have another weekly talk next Friday afternoon after school and this time. Please let me be included in with the conversation so I can have a few words to say." Said Dave as he dressed Alvin up in his new outfit to wear to
"Ok Dave… Can you at least tell me will I like my new outfit and what are you doing with my poor ears."
"Yes Alvin you'll like it and…never mind I'm already finished dressing you anyways. So are you ready?" Said Dave fixing Alvin's hat with his rabbit ears sticking out.
At first Alvin took a deep breath keeping his eyes closed before answering yes to Dave. Alvin was nervous and yet excited at the same time. And when he opened up his eyes, he was very shocked.
"Wowwy, wow, wow!" Alvin shouted after seeing himself in the mirror. "This…this looks totally awesome. Miss Marina Rodench… Wow she did an amazing job and I love my hat. And… Oh thats why you were playing with my ears. My ears actually hold my hat in place on my head." Said Alvin as he moved his ears around realizing his hat wasn't going to go anywhere because of a little tiny strap that went under his ears.
Alvin kept on looking at himself in the mirror as he turned around and around. He really took a very close look at his hat and the rest of himself. His hat was a red ball cap with the visor red-orange on the top-visor and green beneath. And there was a capital letter "A" that was stitched in yellow. With a borderline of black and Orange on the outside making the yellow stand out. The only differences, his new hat had two holes on the side that allowed Alvin rabbit ears to fit very easily for movement.
His red sweatshirt hoodie almost match his old one but with a little twist. Alvin had a red and blue-hooded sweater with his signature yellow "A" on it. But the "A" matched identical to his hat. And his sweatshirt was long enough that it almost reach the floor which hid his strawberry diaper that was wearing underneath.
But thats not all that was on his new red hoodie. His hoodie had pockets on the front, a winged guitar illustration next the his Yellow "A" and a cool awesome looking flaming skull on the back and yes, Miss Marina Rodench even Jazzed them up too.
"I take it you really like what Marina Rodench made for you."
"Why yes I do Dave. I look like my old self again, but with a little twist and I can't believe how good it looks on me." Said Alvin happily with a smile.
"Come on, let's show the rest of your family how good you look." Dave said happily to Alvin.
And so Dave picked up Alvin and brought him to the kitchen table so he could eat his breakfast. And when his brothers and the girls saw Alvin, they were amazed. His brothers wanted to pick him up and hold him and play with him and telling him how awesome he looked. As for the girls, they did admit that Alvin looked awesome all dressed up like he was. But they were A little disappointed too. Because they wanted to dress Alvin up themselves and have hime look cute in some dress.
"Ok Eleanor, go ahead and put the bows on my ears. Because I can already see your gleam in your eyes and thats something you like doing. And that…I already know I'm going to wind up with bows on my ears anyways in one way or another way. So here you go." Said Alvin moving and tilting his ears towards her to make easier. Well….maybe easier?
Alvin continued. "But I think there's a mystery here in our block of where we live at. So girls? How did the three of you ever managed to put bows on every single squirrel and get them to sit still long enough to do their nails in pink, purple, green, red and blue? Which is the same colors that we happen to wear most of the time?" Asked Alvin with that look of I know you did something.
"Ok, ok we're guilty as charged. And we sorta got very bored the last few nights. So we may had some fun and…um… The squirrels kept coming in our house for some strange reasons and…and may have falling asleep… So we took the opportunity to have some fun with them." Spoke the three girls independently from each other, after each other. While finishing each other, all while blushing.
'I think my experiment worked all too well in the last few nights. And I guess it was fun doing something crazy with the girls this last week. At least we got to include us in doing up the squirrels like the girls were.' Thought Simon when him and Theodore did something crazy with the girls at night from being so bored from being grounded.
"Oh geez girls," Said Dave shaking his head back-and-forth because he couldn't believe what he just heard. "I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear that last part. But now that does explain why all the population of squirrels around here outside have bows and have painted nails. And I'm surprised you didn't put your colored hoodies on them too…all while doing there nails. But for now on leave the wild population alone and they don't need to be as colorful like you girls are. OK."
'Humm…. Why didn't I think of that. Putting our colored hoodies on the squirrels and then doing their nails along with the bows.' Thought Brittany after hearing Dave's comment.
"OK Dave we promise!" Said Eleanor doing the cub scout oath. "And Alvin… My aren't we in a good mood this morning… Or I mean… 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.'" Giggled Eleanor after saying Alvin's pet name.
"Well I certainly should be. One I look awesome today with my uniform and two…today is my last day being a pet rabbit before I get turned into some other pet." Said Alvin being in a good mood.
"Ok, ok you got me there 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.' And…quit moving your ears already. Do you realize how hard it is to put bows on them with you keep moving them hundred miles an hour like you are. And good god each time I try to tie a bow, you move them on me on purpose." Said Eleanor as she continued to struggle putting two simple bows on Alvin's rabbit ears.
After 46 times, Eleanor managed to tie two bows on Alvin's ears and Dave couldn't help but to laugh at that sight of Alvin having fun in his way.
"Happy now! Wanna try for round two and put two more bows on my ears." Alvin said with a cocky smile knowing Eleanor wouldn't go for it."
"Uh…no thanks Alvin. One round was enough and still I can't I believe you made me try 23 times for each ear, just for a simple bow." Said Eleanor being a little annoyed with Alvin.
And so the rest of the day went good for Alvin. He kept on getting lots and lots of compliments of how good he looked in his new Uniform at school. In fact, everyone didn't realize he still was wearing a diaper underneath his uniform.
When it came to mrs. Smith class, Theodore did his presentation with Alvin. And he showed everyone on how to really take care of a pet rabbit. And after the presentation, Theodore handed in a ten page Report on how to take care of a pet rabbit. What to do for them and how to really look after pet rabbits. And of course, Theodore got a A+ on his report and on the presentation. But mrs. Smith did cut some slack on Theodore grammar part. And she still did make lots of notes and corrected everything that Theodore did wrong in the Report before handing it back to him. As for Alvin, he to got an A+ for being part of the demonstration.
Then later came detention for the five happy group and of course Talbot had another dictionary for all of them to read for the next two hours. As for Alvin, Dave picked him up from school and took him to Marina Rodenchia so she can have a few pictures of Alvin in his new uniform.
"Alvin are you sure you want to do this for me?" Asked Marina Rodenchia.
"Well yes and no… I do and yet, I don't wanna be a model either. But I will let you take my picture in my awesome looking uniform so you can post it in your fashion magazine. After all, you did make this for me and went out of your way to make my awesome outfit. So this is the least I could do for your hard work." Said Alvin being truthful.
"Alvin!" Said Marina Rodenchia thinking before she came with a smile. "It's alright to be indecisive right now. And I think I know why you don't wanna be a model for me and pose. So how about I let you continue to think for a while and when you truly are ready, ready, then we'll talk. But what I can do is explain some of my expectations. So that way you can understand what I'm wanting in return."
And so Marina Rodenchia explained her expectations, what she was planing and the types of outfits he would be trying on for a few pictures. In fact, she went in to several details for Alvin and in return, he felt a lot better about the idea of being a model for her.
"Miss Marina Rodenchia, I appreciate you telling me your expectations. But for the moment, I'm just not ready yet and I'd like to think about it for a while. But however and when I'm a pet rabbit again for Theodore, I'll try on whatever you want for your fashion magazine no matter what." Said Alvin feeling better about being a model for Marina Rodenchia.
"Ok Alvin I can accept that and when you are a pet rabbit again for Theodore. I'll even have something cute for him to wear in the same picture with you, ok."
Hummmm…. Thought Alvin for a few minutes before speaking. "Ok. Can Theodore be wearing something like a cute green frilly dress with the works, with him holding me in his arms and have me look awesome. Or some baby wear, or even him dressed as a mouse…all while with him holding me in his arms for the fashion magazine. And if you do that, I wear wherever you want no matter what and I don't care if we're on the front page of your fashion magazine." Said Alvin who was only halfway joking and kidding.
"Alvinnnn!" Said Dave getting a little bit annoyed with Alvin when Marina Rodenchia shouted something after Dave.
"You got a deal Alvin and I love the dress idea for little Theodore. So I'll ask Eleanor to bring Theodore down so I can get some measurements off of him and I'll get some measurements off of Simon while I'm at it." Said Marina Rodenchia who was really serious and she wanted to make a point loud and clear.
"You do realize I was only kidding about putting my little brother in a dress, right?" Asked Alvin who was wondering if Marina Rodenchia was serious or not.
"Well Alvin I wasn't kidding. After all your family… Your family loves dressing you up in cute pet girls clothing all the time and giving you cute pet names. So I think it should be the same for them as well. And Dave, just how manny outfits does Alvin really have that makes Alvin look awesome like himself and not be some girl pet." Said Marina Rodenchia giving Dave that look.
"Well there's… Alvin only has one for himself and its the one you made and you have a point." Said Dave admitting that Marina Rodenchia was right.
"Exactly what I mean Dave and I'll have the girls bring Simon and Theodore to my store tomorrow for fitting and measurements. And Alvin, I promise to try to make you look awesome as much as possible for my photos, Ok."
"Ok and I'd like that very much miss Marina Rodenchia. And again, thank you for the awesome looking outfit you made me. So if you're ready, take my picture so you can put in your magazine." Said Alvin with a smile knowing Marina Rodenchia would do what she said she would do.
"You're welcome Alvin and I definitely will." Said Marina Rodenchia with a very excited happy smile before thinking. 'YES I FINALLY DID IT! I FINALLY WON ALVIN OVER TO MY SIDE!'
"And Alvin, I will make sure you get at least one outfit for you to wear that's for you every week for now on. And I'm sure Marina Rodenchia will be happy to help with your outfit." Said Dave getting Alvin's attention and of course Marina Rodenchia agreed to Dave's little request as well.
After Dave said that, Alvin just smiled and said. "I'd really like that very much Dave and…can we see a movie at home or do something fun for a few hours until everyone gets home. I'll even tell you how my day went today and I'll try not to be so long winded either." Said Alvin happily.
"Actually…" Dave begin with a smile. "That's not a bad idea Alvin. So let's go home and have some fun watching a movie together. And while we are sitting on the couch, I'd love to hear your day and how it went." Said Dave walking out of Marina Rodenchia store with Alvin and his arms.
"Well when I woke up this morning I…" Alvin started saying his day to Dave as he went home with him. And this time, Alvin took it way slower letting Dave have a few words to say here and there. And this time, Dave really appreciated Alvin talking a whole lot slower and he appreciated Alvin telling him how his day went. And you might say Alvin was liking the extra attention he was getting from Dave and it was making Alvin feel better about being a pet and still be remembered he was still family.
After a few hours, everyone finally came home from doing detention. And boy, they were happy not to have any more detention.
"So, how was detention happy bunch." Dave asked with a smirk of a smile. Knowing all too well what there answer would be.
"Boring! Very, very boring Dave!" answered Theodore.
"I don't wanna see another dictionary as long as I live." Stated Brittany.
"just how many old dictionaries does Talbot even have?" Asked Eleanor.
"Yeah no kidding Eleanor! And I love reading. But as much as I love to read, I finally met my match this time. Because even I don't want to read any more dictionaries or read for a while." Said Simon feeling tired from reading dictionaries.
"Who knew our own principal took up collecting dictionaries from around the world. And oddly enough, all of them are in English version to read. And I'm with Simon, I'm even tired of reading." Spoke Jeanette,
"Now you know how Alvin feels whenever he got detention. And speaking of detention, will my happy bunch always make sure Alvin makes it to school on time and for all of his classes? Including helping him with his homework and look after him for now on? Because if you guys can't, I can arrange it that you guys have more detention." Dave ask with the look of his eye towards his kids.
"WE SWEAR WE WELL NO MATER WHAT!" spoke the happy bunch all at once.
"Ok, ok guys I believe you will and I believe you all learned your lesson the hard way."
"We all did Dave." Spoke Simon for everyone.
"Hey Dave, would it be all right if I played with Alvin for a while. You see…I umm… I asked Eleanor to make a costumes for Alvin and I want to see how he looks in it."
"Yes you may Brittany, but if you see Alvin resting, please let him rest. Because pet rabbits do need and require a lot of sleep. And yeah, I did some reading on rabbits myself to see if I needed to take Alvin back to the vet because of him sleeping so much."
"Dave continued. "Now to answer everyone's question before you all ask me. I'm granting an early release from your punishment and grounding. So here you go Brittany. You may have your phone back and that includes everyone."
Brittany was the first to say thank you before heading off to find Alvin. And when she did, she was a little disappointed. But ok with it.
"Oh he's sleeping on the couch. Oh well I'll have Alvin try on his Super bunny costume later. But since I'm here, I might as well cover him up with the small blanket."
And when Brittany tried to cover him up, she accidentally woke him up from his sleep
"Huh…what…what's going on and…where did my big carrot go? I Could've swore I had it in my hands when…" Said Alvin when he realize he was dreaming in his sleep when getting woken up.
His reaction was priceless and Brittany couldn't help but to laugh a little.
"I'm sorry Alvin and sorry for laughing like I did. But the carrot idea kinda got me going."
"Well…" Said Alvin as he blushed some.
"Don't worry Alvin I promise I won't tell anyone about your carrot dream you were having. And besides, I need to clean your ears anyways…since you're already up and awake. And I'm sorry if I woke you like I did."
"Well…ok Brittany I believe you. So here you go." Said Alvin as he tilted his ear toward Brittany to clean.
As Brittany cleaning his ears, she couldn't help herself but you start laughing and giggling again as she played with Alvin's ears saying…
"It's a bird! No it's a plane! No its supper bunny in the sky with her mighty powerful ears. Destined to be greatness here on earth when he was sent away by his beloved parents when he was a just baby. His parents made a very hard choice to make. He either stays on his home world called 'Rabbit Topia' and dies with everyone. Or be sent to earth to have a full measure of life."
Brittany continued. "So mr. and Mrs. Thumper Nibbles sent their only son to live on earth. Even though it's a very good chance he would have to live as a pet on earth. They still sent their only surviving, the very last of his kind to live on earth. And Mr. and Mrs. Thumper Nibbles gave him his name called 'Peanut Thumper.' "Peanut was the only one that lived long enough to be sent away to earth before 'Rabbit Topia planet' blew up in to a billion pieces."
Brittany continued more. "But Peanut Thumper had faced his first problem here on earth when his ship crash landed. Because Baby Peanut had came in contact with pink kryptonite dust particles. And the pink Kryptonite had changed him to a her. Making him to a permanently girl bunny for the rest of his/her life. Because the Pink kryptonite was so small that it entered his bloodstream causing a mutation to always a be girl bunny."
"Geez Brittany! Give Super bunny a break will yeah… Poor Super bunny now he has to live the life as girl bunny." Said Alvin already feeling sorry for super bunny.
"Quiet you, I'm not finished yet for the moment. "But wait! when the spaceship crashed landed, a man of five baby chipmunks had found a baby bunny laying on the ground crying like a real baby chipmunk could cry, or like any other human baby would cry. That's when the dad realized he had something really special. So the father quickly grabbed the baby bunny before the government officials came to take the spacecraft and anything else that was around."
Brittany continued. "But at the time, the human father of five Baby chipmunks, didn't realize that the girl baby bunny was once a he bunny. Because the baby bunny have been exposed to very strong, powerful, pink kryptonite. So she was very weak and fragile at the time. So after a while, the dad got tired of people asking if his baby chipmunks were boys or girls…. Despite how the dad dressed his baby chipmunks, He still got asked, including the pet rabbit."
Brittany continued more. "So the dad got his three baby girls chipmunks ears pierced right along with the pet rabbit. And the pet rabbit got her very large elephant size ears pierced five times in each ear because of the extreme exposure to Kryptonite. And so after many thoughts for a name for the pet rabbit. He finally got a name when his elderly next-door neighbor lady kept calling the rabbit, 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.' And that became the bunnies name."
Brittany continued even more. "And for some reason, the pet rabbit and his boys were never happy to sleep from each other at night. So the dad gave up and let the pet girl rabbit sleep with his boys in one room, while the girls slept in another room. But after a while, the baby bunny grew older and had learned how to speak English with her family and boy, could she talk. She could out talk anyone in the whole family. As 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles' kept growing older, she also kept getting stronger and stronger and stronger each year."
Brittany continued more. "Although 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles' family usually dress her up in cute dresses with bows most of the time, she still put up with it for her family including being a pet. But she would rather look totally cool and awesome like how you are right Alvin in your awesome looking uniform. But things changed when 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles' had found a small clearish looking crystal carrot when she was exploring with her family where the spaceship had crashed landed many years ago. And oddly enough, the government people never came out to look, nor did they ever find the spaceship at all. But thats because the spaceship crashed landed inside an old rickety barn that was left abandoned for almost 100 years in the woods."
"Ok Brittany, now you're making this interesting for super bunny. Anyway, what happened next for 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.' And what's with the crystal looking carrot?" Asked Alvin really getting into the story.
"Well thats up to you Alvin and I'm only here to help you get started. I also wanted to show you your costume and that was the real reason for me to…well… I wanted to show you your super bunny costume that Eleanor made for you. As for the story, the idea just popped into my head and I went with it. So if you want, you can change it Alvin." Said Brittany with a little smile.
"Well ok Brittany. I like most of it and I'd keep most of it the same. The only part I would change or add so far would be… The pet girl bunny has to have a boys voice. No exception. And all five chipmunks can sing including the pet rabbit at shows and… Hey Brittany and I don't mean to change the subject. But how come you're not putting me on your blog like you used to? I mean you always tried to do something on me and you're not? So what suddenly changed?" Asked Alvin with a question look.
"I ummm… I get where you're trying to get it at. But the truth is, I've decided to let family be and out of my blog for good and not do family anymore. I won't even do selfies of me anymore on my blog like I used to. So I decided to do other things with my blog instead and my sisters help me with it." Said Brittany before thinking to herself. 'The biggest mistake I've ever made was doing those stupid videos with Simon of Alvin and posting them when he was a… The way I'm feeling right now I might as well have sent him to death row in prison. And thats something I'm gonna have to live with and my fault for making Alvin be a pet for life.'
"Oh!?" Said Alvin being surprised and thankful. "Well thank you and you have no idea just how much I appreciate for not being part of your blog like you used to make me be with all the embarrassing stuff. And besides, I don't want any more trouble with the government or them to get any crazy ideas that they can do to me…later."
After Alvin said that, Brittany felt another pain of guilt before speaking.
"You're welcome Alvin and… I'm going to get your super bunny costume so you can enjoy wearing it until bedtime and before you get placed in the chamber. So you can become Eleanor's pet tomorrow. So I'll be right back."
A few minutes later.
"Hey, hey easy with the ears Brittany. There's still a little tender from getting pink Kryptonite earrings earlier this week ok."
"Alvin there… 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles,' your earrings are not pink they're strawberry and there's a big difference in color ok. But I will try to be more gentle with your ears and sorry. I didn't mean to make your ears ache. But Eleanor made the slots a little small and…I better get her so she can alter your costume for better comfort."
"Ok Brittany and I know you didn't mean it. But you're probably right. Getting Eleanor would be best right now." Said Alvin trying to move in a very snug costume.
And soon Eleanor came down and her first words were…. "Oh my, I think I made the costume a little too snug." Said Eleanor softly after seeing Alvin in it and not expecting Alvin to say something back right away.
"You think Eleanor? And yeah it could use a whole lot more wiggle room. But I love the Color and how it looks. But would be too much to ask if the front had 'SB' with a diamond around it. With the colors being red and yellow." Alvin asked nicely.
"Sure no problem Alvin and while I'm at it, I'll make the blue more of a deeper richer color and the red a deeper richer red too, with a nice shade on yellow. But for now, I'll cut some slots in it to make it more comfortable for you to wear right now. But rest assure, I'll have your costume ready for you when you become Theodore's pet rabbit again. And I promise to have it ready for you no matter what. And besides…I love the super bunny story idea and it sounds like fun to be part of." Said Eleanor with a smile hinting that she would like to be part of the story too.
And with that Alvin smiled. "Ok that works for me Eleanor and why don't you write down ideas for super bunny. Because I'd love to hear more ides for super bunny that you might have. But for now, this super bunny needs to take a little short super nap. Because I'm still a little bit sleepy and bunnies need more rest then….chipmunks do." Said Alvin with some sadness towards the end.
After hearing that, Brittany spoke up. "Hey Alvin and before you take your nap. I think Eleanor needs to borrow your super bunny costume."
"I do?" Said Eleanor getting that look from her oldest sister. "Oh yeah I do don't I? Because I need to get better measurements and have Jeanette help me with some designing of your costume. So that way you'll look totally awesome when you're super bunny."
And that made Alvin feel better and even Theodore like the idea as well.
"Come on guys, let my pet bunny rest for a while. And letter we can play a little game before going to bed. With the adventure of super bunny." Said Theodore with a smile.
And with that, Theodore helped Alvin get redressed in his other outfit for his nap and Simon said he would help Jeanette with the designing of super bunny's costume.
And later after dinner, everyone played adventures of super bunny until ready for bedtime. Or in Alvin's case…
"Ok Alvin, in you go in the easy bake pet chamber where you become a new pet." Said Simon with a smirk of a smile trying not to laugh.
"You sound like you enjoy doing this to me Simon." Said Alvin getting annoyed with his brother and giving him that glare.
"Alvin I—" SMACK! "OW Theodore what was that for?" Said Simon rubbing the back of his head.
"What this?" SMACK! "You know Alvin doesn't enjoy having to become a new pet in the pet chamber and you DID sound like you enjoy torturing Alvin in the pet chamber."
"I'm sorry Alvin and Theodore is right. So I guess I did earned those two smacks from our little brother. (…Simon sighted…) So Alvin, are you ready and I'm really am sorry for saying that to you." Said Simon giving Alvin a hug and feeling bad for doing this to his brother.
"Well no I'm not really ready Simon. But what choice do I have. So go ahead and put me in chamber before I change my mind." Said Alvin giving his brother a hug before being put in the chamber. And although Alvin never said Simon was forgiven. But Simon knew he was already forgiven when his brother gave him a hug.
"Ok Eleanor what will it be and it's your turn for Alvin to be your pet." Simon said to Eleanor before turn his attention to his is little brother. "And Theodore, I do believe your pet rabbit is a real keeper. So I'll put it in your favorite list of first choice."
"Oh definitely yes Simon. I definitely want Alvin to be my pet rabbit again…when its my turn and I don't want nothing change. So keep every thing the same and I like how Alvin turned out when he was my pet rabbit." Answered Theodore cheerfully.
And of course everyone agreed with Theodore that Alvin should be the same when he's a pet rabbit. and everyone had to say a few words as well.
"Ok Theodore, I'll program it to where this is your top choice with all the settings the same." Said Simon as he typed away on the computer.
"Ok Simon!" Said Eleanor excitedly at first. "I know what I want Alvin to be as my pet now. I want Alvin to be a 'my Little Pony. A Rainbow Dash of my little pony. I want the hair, mane and tail hair to be long. with the colors being…red orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. And the mane body coat being a very light blue. And of course Alvin has to have the signature rainbow Dash cutie mark on both sides." Said Eleanor showing a picture of Rainbow Dash on her phone to everyone. And Eleanor even explained all the small details she wants to see as her pet.
"I think someone has been watching WAY too much of my Little Pony." Said one of the five who was try not to laugh and Eleanor caught on real quick.
"WHAT! If Brittany can have a her pink poodle with pink nails as her show dog to win some talent show and some dog show. Then I get to have my version of My Little Pony Rainbow Dash as my pet." Said Eleanor as she stated and demanded.
"Ok Eleanor you can have your pet your way, just like how I had mine." Said Brittany giving her little sister a-little friendly hug smiling.
"Yeah Brittany is right Eleanor. You can have your pet your way. But I would give Alvin black hooves with midget size horseshoes attached to his hooves. Maybe even style up the pony size horseshoe so that it has a capital A in it." Said Jeanette giving her a little sister a few suggestions with a smile.
And so Eleanor took her sister suggestions and had Simon make the alterations. So now Alvin is a small girl pony that really looks like Rainbow Dash with small black hooves.
