The next day they were having breakfast and Sonic was sitting there in silence.

"Sonic?" Aleena said getting her to jump.

"What?" she asked.

"You've been really quiet this morning. Is something wrong?"

Sonic sat there quietly thinking.

"I have to leave." she said.

"What?" Sonia said.

"You've been hearing about this Eggman and how Knuckles' in a different world?"

"Yeah." Manic aid.

"I think it's Robotnik and want to go after him defeating him for good."

Aleena, Sonia and Manic were shocked.

"What? But we worked so hard on getting together!" Sonia said.

"I know, but when Uncle Chuck took me in I became a Freedom Fighter. I became their weapon and know what he can do."

They sat there in silence knowing she was right.

"When he's gone I'll come back. I promise. I'll find Knuckles when I find a way to get to the world Eggman is in. I don't know how or how long this will take but I'll end him."

Aleena had tears coming down.

"Please don't leave." Sonia said with tears coming down to.

Sonic looked at them.

"I'm sorry. But he has to end. If he doesn't he might come back here." she said shaking her head.

Aleena knew she was right so nodded.

"Yes. He will. Just be careful." she said.

Sonic smiled then got up and gave her a hug.

"Thank you."

Then they finished breakfast and then went to the door after Sonic got changed.

When she was all set they looked at each other.

"I promise I'll be back someday." Sonic said.

They nodded and gave each other a hug.

"You got this sis." Manic said.

"Go get the end of Robotnik." Sonia said.

"Make me proud and protect your kingdom like a queen would. I know when it's time you will make a fine one." Aleena said.

Sonic smiled and nodded.

"I will. I don't know how long this will take but I'll get home someday." she said.

"How are you going to find this Station Square?" Manic asked.

"I'll find a way." she said and took off her medallion then handed it to Aleena.

They nodded.

Then Sonic backed up, turned around and started running.

Aleena, Sonia and Manic stood there with tears going down.

Aleena was holding the medallion close and knew she took it off to not expose who she truly is.

She knew Sonic was doing the right thing and proud but was still upset and worried.

Then they turned around and headed back in the castle wondering how long this was going to take.
