Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Harry Potter. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Harry Potter is written by British author J. K. Rowling as a book series and aired as movies by Warner Bros. Entertainment.
"Kageno," called out a male voice.
Demande, for all of his worth, just sighed as he recognized the voice. How couldn't he when it was one of his friends from those so-called formal social balls that his parents dragged him to. He knew that he wasn't around to hear what was going on with said friends due to Youma attacks and such, but he believed that if push comes to shove, he would have helped his friends. Turning around, he was surprised to see that his friend that he made during those social functions wasn't alone. He saw three other people with his friend, and upon seeing them up close, he recognized the three instantly. "Ah, Higgs," said Demande to a dark blondish haired male before addressing the other three, "Pucey. nods to a black haired male before turning towards a dark, brown haired male Diggory. nods before turning to the last male Wood."
"Why am I always the last one to be acknowledged," sighed Wood.
"Come on, Oliver," said Diggory, "Demande didn't mean anything by that."
"Of course," said Demande, "You know that you are wonderful friend, Wood."
"Why can't you just use our first names," grumbled Pucey, "You know that we gave you permission to call us by our first names ages ago."
"He's just teasing you, Adrian," sighed Higgs, "You know that."
"But, Terence," whined Adrian, "We haven't seen him in so long! The least he could do is use our first names!"
Terence just sighed once more before looking at his companions. He knew that this was the only time Adrian and he could escape Britain due to excruciating circumstances. He also knew that Demande would be able to help Terence and Adrian out of their predicament. He, however, was surprise to encounter former Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory and former Gryffindor Oliver Wood in Japan when he and Adrian landed in the country. Apparently, his two secret Hogwarts friends were also thinking about leaving Britain for a while until everything settled down. Adrian, on his part, was happily embracing their secret friendship in Japan as he dragged Cedric and Oliver with them to find Demande. It, however, wasn't hard to find him as they spotted him getting coffee from a coffee shop across the street. Calling out to him was the best thing for Adrian to hear because he could see Terence's tension ease away. "Is there a place we can catch up," questioned Cedric, "There are a lot of things we have to discuss."
"I guess we can go to the Crown," said Demande, "Or would you like to go to one of those maid cafes Pucey loves so much."
"Hey," said Adrian, "Those girls working there are one of the arts of beauty!"
"Yeah, yeah, you flirt," said Terence, "I, for one, would like to NOT hear you flirting with those girls."
"Terence," said Adrian, "You're just jealous that those girls prefer me!"
"I bet they'll prefer pretty boy Cedric here than you," said Terence with a smirk.
"Knock it off, you two," said Oliver with a shake of his head.
"Anyways," said Cedric who looked a bit embarrassed, "Crown?"
- Crown Arcade –
"Congratulations on being Triwizard champion, Cedric," said Demande.
"Thanks," said Cedric.
Once the five males came into Crown Arcade and sat down, the four Hogwarts graduates told Demande what their magical education was like. Demande, in turn, told them all about the dangerous monsters that popped up within Japan throughout the two years. The four Hogwarts graduates were pretty skeptical in what Demande told them about the monsters, but they knew that Demande would never lie to them about something life-threatening like what he described to them. Sure, Demande could lie about most things, but not about life-threatening ones. Demande, on his part, listened in rapture about his four friends' magical lives. In the past, he was kind of iffy about staying friends with these four when he heard about which school they were going to, but he wouldn't have inside information in disguise of catching up with old friends. 'A Slytherin is what Pluto would call me,' thought Demande in amusement.
"Cedric's win was one of the highlights of that year though," said Oliver.
"Oh," questioned Demande.
"Aye," said Oliver, "I heard from those three that someone kidnapped Longbottom right before the third task started."
"Longbottom," questioned Demande.
"Neville Longbottom," elaborated Oliver, "A fellow Gryffindor."
"Didn't you also say that it was a miracle he got away from wherever he was kidnapped from," questioned Cedric.
Oliver nodded while Demande contemplated on the name Neville Longottom. He felt as though he heard that name before, but for the life of him, couldn't recall where he heard that name from. As he contemplated about this Longbottom, he turned back towards the conversation. Adrian felt kind of bad that this Longbottom had gotten kidnapped within Hogwarts. Demande also heard from Cedric that Dumbledore told the school that this person was kidnapped and used in a dark ritual that resurrected Britain's Dark Lord. Demande felt kind of bad for this poor fellow as he realized that it was indeed a miracle that this Longbottom escaped with his life intact. Sure, he heard from the four in front of him that this person… this student… was hit by one of those vile forbidden curses, but he also knew that it would have spelled trouble if this student turned up dead. He could hear from his friends that this Longbottom was also still admitted into a magical hospital. "Poor kid," said Terence before focusing on Demande, "Isn't Longbottom the same age as your otōto, Demande?"
"Ah," nodded Demande, "Sounds like he is. Glad my otōto wasn't even near Hogwarts. It sounds like a deathtrap with all your stories about resurrected Dark Lords and bad Defense teachers."
"Hey," said Oliver, "At least, we have the best Quidditch games ever!"
"Are you even seeing what we see when we play, Wood," questioned Adrian with wide eyes, "Gryffindors and Slytherins should never have played against each other! I know for a fact that we play brutally due to our captain's insistence."
"We play just has hard as you guys do," retorted Oliver, "I bet that we would have won if Saphir was on our team!"
"Who said that Saphir would even be a Gryffindor," mocked Terence.
"Yeah," chimed in Cedric, "He could be a Hufflepuff for all we know!"
"I bet he's actually a Ravenclaw underneath his personality," said Adrian.
As the four debated over Saphir, Demande couldn't help but inwardly sigh. He could remember how Pluto showed Saphir, Usagi, and Demande the other timeline if Pluto hadn't interfered. Oliver was right that Saphir may have been in Gryffindor, yet he also knew all the dangers Saphir would have been in as well. He was actually glad that his otōto never set foot at Hogwarts. As he came back from within his thoughts, he couldn't hear his friends talking anymore. He blinked as he looked at each one of them until… "Is that Dumbledore," asked Terence in shock.
"I recognize the Weasley brood as well," said Adrian.
"What are they doing here," questioned Cedric.
"More importantly," said Oliver, "Why do they have Saphir with them?"
Demande blinked once more before turning around to see that yes, Saphir was with the two Weasleys he knows of, Black, and Lupin, along with people he was unfamiliar with. He also tensed when he saw Usagi and the other four together with said group. He wondered what was going on as the group actually came towards their booth, Saphir having a deadpanned look on his face. He wondered what happened to the plan of saying no to the group and trying NOT to get kidnapped by them. Trying to hide his mixed feelings, he let his other friends take the lead on the conversation once the huge group finally came in front of the five. "Oliver," questioned one of the redheads.
"Fred and George," said a smiling Oliver, "I'm surprised that you Weasley twins are here in Japan!"
"Same with me," said Cedric, "Last I heard, you guys were out of reach and in hiding."
"Look who's talking," muttered Terence.
"Nice to see you again too, Bill, Charlie," said Cedric as he glared at his friend.
"And," said Adrian, "Aren't you Nott and Zabini's friends?"
"Yup," said Dean with a smile, "Nice to see you again, Adrian. turns to Terence Terence."
"Dean," whined another redhead, "Those are Slytherins!"
"So," questioned Seamus with a glare, "They are our friends, too, Ron."
"What a joyous occasion to see past students getting along with one another," broke in the old man.
"If you say so, Headmaster," said a sweat-dropping Bill.
Once he heard the word headmaster from Bill's mouth, Demande quickly looked at the five that were living with him. Demande quickly saw Saphir and Usagi looked deadpanned while both had glaring eyes at one Sirius Black at the corner of his eyes while he stared at the five. Seamus, Dean, and Terry looked a bit sheepish when Demande looked at them. How were they to know that Sirius was going to change the plan about trying to evade the group after telling them no on going to Hogwarts? They didn't plan for Sirius' chaotic mind to try to get Saphir back to Britain. Blaise and Theo, who were under disguise, just shrugged at the change of plans. It's not like they could predict a mind who was tortured with creatures called Dementors for the past 10 or so years. Demande did quickly come back to his senses when he was being addressed at. "And who is this," questioned Dumbledore.
"I," said Demande with piercing hazel eyes, "Am Kageno Kōngo, heir to the Most Ancient and Noble House of Kageno."
"Heir Kageno," said Dumbledore, "I am Dumbledore Albus. I am a Headmaster at Hogwarts of…"
"Come now, Headmaster," interrupted Demande coolly, "I am sure you are not about to announce what Hogwarts is by your introduction. That would be a breach in the Statute, is it not?"
"I am also sure that our Headmaster has not been exposing us, Kageno," said Oliver as he took in what was going on.
It seemed as though something huge was going on if their friend was using his full weight as heir on the Hogwarts Headmaster. Oliver could see that Terence and Adrian were on board to help Demande out while Cedric was on the fence on what to do. It was the same for Oliver. He and Cedric grew up with Dumbledore as a wise and kind Headmaster. However, the two couldn't disregard that the Slytherins were subjugated to bias. That was why their friendship with Terence and Adrian was kept secret… until now. "Are you sure about that, Wood," questioned Adrian, "For I see three who may be unknown to… our world."
"I believe we should ask for privacy," said Terence, "Who knows what will be let out with… people surrounding us."
"Of course," said another redhead man, "I believe you know where we can go?"
"I do," said Demande.
"Then, young man," said the redheaded woman, "Take us there so we can talk about getting Harry here to Hogwarts."
Demande sneered at the woman at her notion. He looked at his otōto to see him wincing at the notion that he would even set foot at this school of theirs. He could also see Oliver and Cedric, along with Bill and Charlie, looking at the woman for her audacity about a decision that only HE was to make. Sirius and Remus were slightly taken aback, but they never voiced their opinions about that out loud. Though, Demande could see his four friends looking at him questioningly. How could he not notice? For as long as he was alive, he would always address his otōto as Saphir instead of his real present name. He sighed inwardly at how his otōto's secret would be out to his friends too as he stood up to walk over to the counter. He, however, motioned for his brother, Usagi, and their friends/guardians to follow him. At the counter, the owner, Furahata Motoki, on his part, looked up at his wiping of the counter top to look at everyone in surprise. "Everything alright," questioned Motoki.
"We… need a private room, Furahata-san," said Demande.
"Oh," questioned Motoki.
"Ah," said Demande, "We need a magical kind of room."
"Did you need me to open that space," questioned Motoki.
"Īe," said Demande, "However, you can help otōto and the others to sneak out of this establishment."
"Eh," questioned Terry, "Don't you need us to help with the negotiations?"
"Īe," said Demande, "I'm sure my friends can help."
"Yeah," said Blaise, "How on EARTH did you become friends with those four?"
"If you heard, Zabini," said Theo, "Demande-ōji introduced himself as an heir."
Demande just shook his head as Theo and Blaise started to argue. He was just glad that Motoki was one of the magicals from within Japan. Sure, he could have dragged the others to the Ayakashi sisters' establishment, but he knew that he didn't want to endanger the four sisters again. He was sure that one of them was also infatuated with Saphir, and he didn't want an argument between that sister and the youngest redheaded girl to start. He was just happy that that particular Ayakashi sister knew when to back away when she saw the pure love between Saphir and Usagi. "If you would, Furahata-san," questioned Demande.
"Of course," said Motoki who produced a particular set of keys, "Any particular room you want to be in?"
"Any would do," said Demande.
"Then, please gather your party so I may show you the room," said Motoki.
Demande nodded in thanks to Motoki before raising an eyebrow at Saphir and Usagi. The couple looked at each other before nodding their heads in agreement that they would stay out of whatever was going on. Maybe take their friends/guardians towards Biwako for a few days? Saphir and Usagi, along with the other five, continued to stay at the counter while Demande came back with Motoki to the large group. Motoki just eyed the group in confusion before looking at Demande's friends. "Welcome back, you four," said Motoki with a smile.
"Yeah," said Cedric, "It has been a while."
"How are you doing, Furahata," questioned Adrian.
"Eh," said Motoki with a shrug, "It could be worse."
"Oh," questioned Oliver.
"Yeah," said Motoki, "All those Youma attacks. At least, the Minister gave us permission to place protective wards around our establishments."
"How did he manage that," questioned Terence.
"We have a history of talismans being used by temple priests and priestesses," said Demande with a shrug, "It's not really all that secretive. Just the magic behind it."
"A-hum," interrupted Dumbledore, "Gentlemen. If you would please lead us and Harry to a room?"
Demande rolled his eyes at Dumbledore before motioning the party to follow him. He was just glad that everyone was quite unaware that his otōto and his friends weren't within the group. With how big this group was, it was quite easy for people to sneak away. Motoki just ignored whatever Dumbledore as he led the party to one of the rooms in the back. Motoki didn't know what was going on, but he was sure that Demande has it handled. But, to be sure, he would stop Demande to ask if he needed anyone else to go into the room with him. The group was warily eyeing where they were going until Motoki took out a key and opened one of the backrooms. Within, everyone was surprised to step into a room that looked like something King Arthur would have to hold a banquet. Dumbledore was even surprised to note that he could not even sit at the head of said meeting table, for there were runes that he was unfamiliar with on said head chair. Adrian, Oliver, Cedric, and Terence were quick to sit two on either side of the head chair as the Weasley family, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and Dumbledore were looking around. "Anything else, Demande," questioned Motoki.
"Hai," said Demande, "Please make sure that my solicitor comes as soon as she can."
"Will do," said Motoki as he left Demande to the room.
'Time to get this meeting started,' thought Demande who glared inwardly, 'Also, if this Dumbledore and that redheaded woman try to undermined my decision… well, it would be quite a spectacle to unleash my Nemesis magical side.'
AN: Yesh! I added more Hogwarts students to the fold! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و Though, this time, I used Hogwarts graduates instead. And! They aren't really reincarnated people.(○゜ε^○)From being an heir, Demande is going to be dragged into social circles, making him learn about international noble heirs. Saphir/Harry wouldn't have went because he's adopted into the Kageno family. He's also not really ignoring his heritage, but Demande IS his guardian and, I guess, proxy to Saphir's present family name. ┐(´∀`)┌ So! I placed four Hogwarts graduates as Demande's international friends. He DOES have Japanese friends, but I'm making his international ones visit him in this story. ( ̄ω ̄;) Anyways! Happy reading and see ya next time! |・ω・`) Imma gonna think on how I'll be writing this part 2 encounter with Demande v. Dumbledore… along with my other fanfic stories…(;¬_¬)
