Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Harry Potter. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Harry Potter is written by British author J. K. Rowling as a book series and aired as movies by Warner Bros. Entertainment.
Even if Setsuna told them to enjoy the café and that they would talk more on the specifics, Saphir, Usagi, and the British wizards were wary on what Setsuna was planning. They planned for Saphir to NOT set foot on British soil, but here is Setsuna saying otherwise. Sure, they tried to enjoy the café once Setsuna left their table, but their minds were on what Setsuna wanted them to do. Usagi bit her lower lip and mentally scolded Setsuna for dropping a bombshell on them. "What do you think Setsuna meant by going to England," questioned Blaise.
"I'm sure she has a perfectly good reason to spring this on us," said Saphir with a frown.
"Demande-sama is not going to like that when we tell him," said a weary Dean.
"Yeah," said Seamus, "Did she NOT see that a WAR is going on in England?!"
"That Time Senshi," muttered Theo with a frown on his face.
"Come on," said Usagi. "I, for one, want to know what Setsuna wants us to do sooner than later."
The boys nodded their heads in agreement. This plan of Setsuna's was too curious and wary to ignore. Splitting the check for the café, the group of seven went back to Jūban where Usagi and Saphir led the others to the Outers' mansion. The five weren't too fazed by the mansion as the seven rang the doorbell. Haruka, on her part, was surprised to see them until Terry told Haruka what Setsuna told them at the Spiderman café. They could see Haruka's eye twitch just as she shouted Setsuna's name and ran in to hunt down the Time Senshi. The British wizards blinked in surprise as Saphir and Usagi shrugged their shoulders. The couple knew Haruka would have gone after Setsuna, leaving the seven to stand at the open door. "Hime, ōji," said Michiru who was watching from the top of the stairs, "Won't you and the others come in."
"Arigatō, Michi-chan," chirped out Usagi.
"Should I be worried about Haruka shouting," questioned Michiru.
"Just Setsuna doing her own thing without telling us anything… again," said Saphir.
"I guess the Time Senshi loves trolling," commented Blaise.
"You have no idea," said the three who knew Setsuna longer.
"Let's see if we can have a calm conversation," said Michiru.
The others looked at each other before shaking their heads in unison. Even though the British wizards haven't known Haruka like how the royal couple has, they knew that Haruka was a force to be reckoned with, especially when they knew that she IS Sailor Uranus in civilian form. Everyone followed Michiru into their living room just to see Haruka yelling at Setsuna for coming up with a plan to place their prince in a dangerous situation. They could also make out a word that none of them heard before. "Uh," said Terry out loud, "What's a horcrux?"
"Mina," said Setsuna, "Glad you can make it after your hang out."
"Cut the…" started Haruka before…
"Haruka," chided Michiru.
"Gomen," grunted out Haruka as she sat on the sofa and crossed her arms over her chest.
"So," said Dean, "Horcrux?"
"Nasty, vile things," piped up little Hotaru with a fierce glare in her eyes.
"Don't mind her," said Setsuna as she sipped a bit of her tea, "Little 'Taru-chan knows what a horcrux is and, well…"
"It goes against my nature as the Senshi of Death and Revolution," said Hotaru with her arms crossed.
Everyone blinked as they nodded slowly. They could tell that little Hotaru is upset about whatever a horcrux is, and they didn't want that ire to be towards them. They still remembered in the Silver Millennium how fierce Sailor Saturn was and still is. The British Wizards, however, just stared in mild horror when they saw Usagi pat Hotaru slightly on the head as a way to comfort her. They were surprised that Hotaru's violent magical aura dimmed, leaving Hotaru in a pouting mess. "Hai, hai," said Usagi gently, "Though, we still do not know what a horcrux is, and whatever Sets-chan is planning, we need the information. So, please calm down for this discussion, ne, 'Taru-chan?"
"Hai," said Hotaru.
"It still amazes me that you can calm her down, koi," said Saphir.
"I like hime more than you, ōjisama," teased Hotaru.
"True that," said a smirking Haruka.
"Burned by the Outers," said Saphir dramatically, "Koi, please kiss me to heal these wounds of mine."
"Drama King," muttered Theo with a smirk.
"Not you too," bemoaned Saphir.
Before the dramatics could even continue, Michiru was the one who brought everyone back to the present situation. She knew that Haruka wouldn't have gotten angry at Setsuna unless it was putting the royal couple in danger. Just hearing the word horcrux reminded her about the discussion long ago. She knew what it was after Setsuna showed the other timeline to the Outers that one Outer Senshi meeting. Bringing that one word up again… Michiru had a feeling that Setsuna was trying to troll someone fiercely. Michiru mentally shook her head as she sipped on her own tea and listened to the conversation. "So, horcrux," questioned Terry.
"A horcrux is an object in which a Dark wizard or witch had hidden a detached fragment of his or her soul in order to become immortal," explained Setsuna.
"A fragment of a soul," questioned Blaise with disgust on his face.
"Who would do something disgusting like that," questioned Seamus.
"Who do you think it is," shot back Haruka.
That question stopped the seven as they thought about it. Saphir and Usagi were the first ones to stare at the Outers in horror before the British wizards saw Saphir pull Usagi into his arms. They could tell that Saphir was feeling a bit distraught and wondered what he was thinking about that brought Saphir to pull Usagi towards him. It wasn't until Terry thought harder before realization sunk in. It was Terry that went over all of the facts in his mind before voicing just who he thought that person was. "I-It couldn't be," started Terry.
"Terry," questioned Dean gently.
"Think guys," said Terry, "Who do we all know that has enough dark will power to do something THAT despicable? Who is the one who we all thought died long ago but regained something for the past TWO years?"
"You don't mean," questioned Theo in horror.
"Who else is there," questioned Blaise with a sick and pale face on.
"Ugh," groaned out Seamus, "I can't believe he won't be able to be defeated until his bit of soul is gone from whatever object it is in."
"So, just to make sure you all are on the same page," said Setsuna, "Who do you think has a horcrux?"
"The Dark Lord/Dumbledore," spat out Theo and Seamus respectively.
Everyone blinked when Seamus said the manipulator's name. They stopped to think about what he said and could really see that Dumbledore COULD have created a horcrux. Though, if it was true, then they had ANOTHER person to contend with. Usagi pursed her lips together at the thought of fighting. Of course, she would fight alongside her friends, especially her dear Saphir-koi, but fighting and losing her precious people once more… The thought of that made her curl into Saphir's side a bit more. "H-He can't have done that," said an incredulous Blaise, "Dumbledore is supposed to be the leader of the light."
"He hasn't," confirmed Setsuna, "Demo, that doesn't stop other alternate realities for that to happen."
"And our reality," questioned Haruka.
"He has not created a horcrux in THIS reality," said Setsuna with confidence.
"Thank Merlin/Kami (God)," said everyone before…
"Ow," yelped out Seamus from a stinging hex.
"That's for scaring us," said Terry as he put away his wand after shooting that mild spell.
"Sorry, mates," said Seamus sheepishly, "But, at least, we now know that it is indeed the other dark tosser that we have to defeat."
"Which brings us to what Setsuna would want Saphir-ōji and Usa-hime to do," said Michiru.
Hearing that, everyone turned their attention towards Setsuna. Setsuna, on her part, was still calmly drinking her tea. She knew that it was a perfect time to get Saphir to fulfill that blasted so-called self-fulfilling prophecy safely, but she was also a bit apprehensive about it. There was no telling where the horcruxes would be in this time. It could have been in the same places or it could be in different places all together. She also knew that with Saphir away from prying eyes, everyone can focus on making Dumbledore lose his grandfather demeanor when his plans to get Saphir to Hogwarts fail throughout this summer. "Setsuna," questioned Usagi.
"Ah, just thinking," said Setsuna, "Demo, hai. I would like our ōji and hime to go to England while we thwart Dumbledore's plans to kidnap our ōji here. It is imperative that we find these horcruxes and deal with them. However, I think that we should do something else with these horcruxes."
"Something else," questioned Dean.
"Hai," said Setsuna.
"And what would that something be," questioned Theo with trepidation.
"Why," said Setsuna, "Combine the souls together to create a second, but saner, Dark Lord Voldemort."
"Eh," exclaimed everyone.
She knew that she was being looked at with surprise. She also knew that they thought that she was being insane to be creating a second Dark Lord. However, she knew that when the Dark Lord was just Tom Marvalo Riddle in the past, he was very ambitious and could have brought Britain's Magical World into the present. However, due to his first ambitious goal to be immortal with the split of his soul for his first horcrux, he went down a much darker path than intended and became a megalomaniac. "Are you out of your mind, woman," shouted Seamus, "You want us to create another Dark Lord?!"
"Hai," said Setsuna, "Though, a saner one."
"Dōshite (Why)," questioned Blaise.
"As we have established," said Setsuna, "Dark cannot live without Light. Light cannot live without Dark. That's due to…"
"…The balance of the universe," said Usagi softly.
"Precisely," said Setsuna, "Without the Balance within the British Magical World, I am afraid that the magic within that country will cease to exist. You need a Dark Lord to contradict whatever the Light has come up as bills to bring about equality within said world."
"Okay," said Terry slowly, "However, combining the horcruxes would only make another megalomaniac."
"Not true," said Setsuna, "For the one that you face now, his soul is about less than 1%. Combining the other horcruxes and using hime's powers to sever the ties between the two, you gain a saner Dark Lord who would also come to be embarrassed about going after a baby for a self-fulfilling prophecy that was probably not about him in the first place."
"So, that's why you want us to collect the horcruxes of this Dark Lord," said Saphir, "To bring Magical balance back to the British Magical World."
Setsuna nodded her head. She saw it in the time stream that there would be war once the British Magical World lost their magic. Those that learned that they could have magic would become envious of the other Magical Worlds and declare another war, thus killing thousands. Despite her hime having powers to resurrect and heal, Setsuna really didn't want to see her hime die for those who were envious of the magical powers. That could also lead to Saphir-ōji turning into an angry man who would unleash his own crystal's power and eventually die to be with her hime. "Well, guess we're bringing in a second Dark Lord," said Theo in resignation.
"Though," said Dean, "How exactly are we going to find these horcruxes?"
"I cannot help you," said Setsuna, "I have been mostly keeping tabs on Dumbledore and his plans so we can thwart them that way."
"Besides," said Haruka, "We have another way to find these horcruxes."
"We do," questioned Terry.
"Yup," said Haruka with a smirk, "We have Mercury and her computer."
"Of course," exclaimed Usagi, "We can actually find them easier with the Mercurian computer!"
"Then," said Michiru who brought her communicator watch out, "Shall I contact the Inners?"
"Hai!"
AN: I know it's been a very long time. I have been actually stuck on inspiration to write fanfiction stories. (∩︵∩) I have also been planning my vacation with my friends and family for April. So, that's why I haven't been writing. However! I have gotten inspired to write this chapter for this crossover because I have been reading other fanfiction stories to get ideas. That's how this idea of bringing in a much saner Dark Lord was created! o(^▽^)o I hope this is kind of explain why Setsuna wants Saphir and Usagi to go to England with the reincarnated British wizards to find the horcruxes. |−・;)Anyways! Happy reading and see ya whenever! φ(..)|・ω・`)
