Headcanon 14
Mira's mom was named Estrella. She was kind and intelligent but like her daughter, she was also a bit hot-headed but she always manages to calm herself down to keep her image as a queen in tact, and also like her daughter, she was confident and a good fighter as well whenever some threats came to the Tangean kingdom despite her husband's objections of just sitting back and staying on the throne, she wouldn't take no for an answer.
Mira was quite close with her mother and loved her very much. Ever since Mira was a child, she told her that she could be anything that she wants to be when she grows up, if she wanted to take the throne, she can, but if she didn't want to and wanted to take her own path, she could do that too. She was clearly the opposite of King Nova, who feels that his daughter needs to take his throne when she gets older and no longer here.
Unfortunately, when Mira was 8 years old, her mother came down with a terrible sickness and of course, Mira and King Nova were worried about her because they didn't know how she caught it in the first place and hoped that she would pull through. Sadly, many months later, she had passed away peacefully in her sleep, leaving Mira and King Nova, and the rest of the members of the kingdom heartbroken.
Mira still misses her to this day but she knows that she would be proud of her if she seen her kicking butt as a space ranger today.
