Harry's POV
Bellatrix had just shot a spell at Sirius and he was going to fall into the veil when I realised what was going on and quickly cast a stupefy at Sirius who instead of going in the veil hit the wall.
I ran after Bellatrix who was mocking me. We ended up in a hall I guess. And that's when I saw-
Voldemort.
He possessed me.
I could feel the guilt and I couldn't help but scream then I look at my right and I see Sirius,Remus and Ginny.
I hear Voldemort scream.
"He's back" Said Fudge
And Voldemort left with Bellatrix.
"Sirius Black aurors cease him"
No... I was not gonna let that happen.
I held Sirius in a hug as did Remus while Tonks came to stand infront of us.
"You are not going to arrest an innocent man again. You either give him a trial or I will take this matter to Madam Bones. And I will also tell her about your so called alliance with Malfoy who for your information was here this night attacking us"
"Oh... Of course he will get a trial"
"Good. For now he will come with us to the Black family house. And Harry Potter will accompany us there for the rest of the summer."
"I am afraid Miss Tonks that cannot happen. He needs to go back to his relatives house."
"No he won't, Albus. I have proof that says that Harry is being abused there on daily basis. I don't care about the freaking blood wards. The Black family house has wards stronger than the stupid blood wards at the Dursleys."
Albus looked like he was about to argue but was interrupted.
"Did you say abuse by muggles on an underage wizard? They can be disastrous. I will look into this and make sure that Mr. Potter won't return there ever again. Miss Tonks can take the guardianship of him until we can prove Sirius Black his godfather is innocent. And Albus nothing you say can make me change my mind" This was said by Amelia Bones who had arrived just after Tonks threatened Fudge.
"Very well" he looked thoroughly disappointed so did Ron and Hermione.
"The trial of Lord Black will be held tomorrow" said Miss Bones
