Just a heads up, this chapter will have some parts overly detailed that may bore you, but just bare with it, as the detailing is necessary for this chapter.
Also for the readers that are saying that why didn't include the genderbent on the summery, well to be honest I forgot. Additionally to some who've been asking why I didn't leave Angel as he was, it was because in the original script of this fanfic (where Angel would remain as he is, just with boobs) the story line was a tangled mess and even when I fixed it, I just didn't like how the story was coming out. So I did a major rewriting and have what we have now. But what I will say is that I am working on a new storie that can be considered as the counterpart of Tangled fox.

Charlotte Morningstar, daughter of Lucifer Lilith Magne was gaping like a fish at the sight of Naruto carrying a heavily pregnant Angel Dust, but was pull out of her agape state.
"Charlie is everything alright?" Vaggie question as everyone in the lobby was curious, or in her case worried, at what could have made the princess of hell be shocked/frozen.
"Uuuu... Yeah everything is alright." The way she answered made Vaggie worry as Charlie sounded like she wasn't fully there or defeated. So bracing herself, she and the rest of the staff walked towards the door to see what stunned Charlie.
Naruto was beginning to get uncomfortable as everyone in the Hazbin Hotel was just staring at him, albeit everyone in their own way, Alastor made the same expression when he met Angel Dust, Husker was agape spiling all booze in his bottle and mouth, Niffty had a ear to ear smile while clapping and jumping in excitement, as for Vaggie she remained frozen for a few seconds before storming back in to the hotel screaming profanities walking towards the bar grabbing a bottle of wine, chugging it's whole content before returning to the entrance of the hotel.
"Hello there Mr Uzumaki, please come in."
Once inside, Charlie fully snapped out of her dumbfounded state. Where she along side Vaggie and Alastor guided Naruto into the office of the lobby. Seeing nowhere to lay down Angel, Naruto conjure a wooden couch which sprouted hundreds of flowers, specifically hygandreas which varied in colors.
This surprised both Charlie Vaggie, and we're fascinating by his display of power, more so when they saw how the flowers could support her weight.
Sigh "So wen do we start?" Naruto ask, while Charlie tried to look professional.
"Whell Mr Uzumaki, it would be great if you started from the beginning."
"Ok. So I went to Ruby Paradise trying to get drunk and was just lost in my thoughts, until Angel arrived, she was the one to initiated the conversation between us. I don't know how much time had passed, but I began to feel weird, hot and bothered to be exact, the last thing I remembered was me and Angel getting inside my limousine. From that point in forward everything went black, then I woke up with Angel at my side and in my home. The rest you already know."
"I sense a 'but' here. So spill it out so we can be done with this." Vaggie stated as she began to pinch the bridge of her nose.
Sigh. "When I woke and started to question what happened, so I began to search for clues. I searched in Angel's purse and found this." He placed an empty/blank medicine bottle on Charlie's desk. "We all know what she did, however because of circumstances we will discuss on a deal or partnership which that compensate and benefit all of us."
"Emmm... Mr Uzumaki."
"Call me Naruto, please. Mr Uzumaki makes me feel old."
"Ok, Naruto. Look I don't want to sound rude, but what do mean by compensate and benefit? To us of all people, especially when one of my charges decided to drug you. So excuse me if I don't believe you." Charlie said as her eyes narrowed at Naruto.
"While all that is true Charlie, my actions, no matter how inadvertently they were has affected your business and friends. And I don't blame you if you don't believe me, it's good to have your guard up, especially when deals are involved. Isn't that right Alastor."
"Ahahaha... Right you are my boy."
"Wait. You know him alastor?"
"That I do my lovely Vagatha." He answered, ignoring Vaggies death stare and growls/hisses. " If either of you want to know if Mr Uzumaki here is trust worthy, then I'm happy to tell you that he is. He is after all one of the very few demon's in hell that you can trust." All was said with a gentleman smile (If you want a reference, just look up Sebastian from Black Butler)
"In fact Charlie, I will offer you a boon. If the two of you agree I can perform a pact of truth using me as a medium."
"That won't be necessary Alastor. You going to such lengths is more than enough reassurance that we can trust Naruto."
"Very well my dear. My offer will remain so try to remember to use it wisely." He said as walk out of the office. Charlie sigh once more out of relief, though she would be pulled to a corner by Vaggie.
"Charlie why did you reject the Alastor's offer. We could have easily known what we're dealing here?!" She whispered shouted.
"I know, I know. Believe me I wanted to use it, but we have only one chance to use it and right now isn't the time to use it."
"Then when will be the right time, Charlie? We live in literal hell and everyone down here is out there to get you, more so now with your project."
"I know that but like it or not, be it you or I, we need to start trusting others, even if we get hurt in the process. Because trust, Trust is one of the core beliefs that the Happy Hotel is built upon and if there's no trust to begin with then how am I suppose to help the people who want to actually change.
So Vaggie, I ask you this... Do you trust me?" Both stared at each other for a few seconds. Sigh. "I do trust you Charlie." Vaggie said as Charlie began to caressing the left side of her cheek before pulling her into a tender kiss. "Thank you Vaggie, now we need to return and speak with naruto." Both stared at Naruto, who was sitting in front of Angel.
"So the two of you finished talking?" He ask, never glancing at them.
"Yeah, we're done talking."
"Ok with all of this out of the way. Charlie I wanted ask you for a favor, if that isn't to much to ask."
"Woah, woah. We haven't even signed a contract or work on one and you already have the gall of asking for a favor?!! For what reason do you even need a favor for?"
Vaggie ask as her lone eye glared daggers at Naruto.
"To find out what's wrong with Angel. If neither of you have noticed Angel hasn't moved or made a sound, nothing. I've healed her however my healing and knowledge is superficial, that's why I wanted to ask Charlie a favor, as I know that her family has a personal doctor, one that is considered to be the greatest medical practition to have ever lived be it when he was a human and know that he is a demon."
Hearing this Vaggie stood in silence and Charlie immediately began to dile her family doctor the moment she heard that something was wrong with Angel.
So they patiently waited for the doctor to arrived, Charlie did call for Razzle and Dazzle to bring them some snacks for the meantime, they also took the chance to ask Naruto for an autograph for their cookbooks. Nearing the hour was when the doctor arrived, his name is Hanafusa Hajime, he wears the tipical attire he has always used, black pants, a blue long sleeve dress shirt and his doctors gown, he was also carrying with him his doctor's bag, yet his appearance was always what caught theñ attention of others. His face was riddle patchworks and that was it, there was no extra limbs, fur, claws, etc, by all means he looks human but nonetheless dangerous.
"Good afternoon your majesty."
"Please Mr Hajime, just call me Charlie."
"Haha, no can do your majesty. You of all people should know I always greet everyone properly. That aside, how may I assist you, your majesty." Sighing in defeat Charlie guided Hanafusa to her office, where once inside, he immediately began to assess Angel's condition. He did surprised Naruto and Vaggie but calmed down when they saw him take Angel's blood pressure, he then took out a stethoscope from his bag and began to listen to her heart and lungs for any abnormalities.
"Princess Charlie may I know what happened to-" "Her name is Angel." "Thank you Vagatta. What exactly happened to Angel." He asked as he began to perform other tests.
"To be frank with you Mr Hajime, we're not sure. That's why I called you as none of us know what's wrong with her."
"Very well, Princess Charlie I ask of you or someone else to help me move the patient to a different room, one that is preferible spacious, so I can be more throughout with her medical evaluation. Once that is done I will ask of all of you to leave the room for disinfection and sterilization reasons."
And so they did, for over two hours Hanafusa was evaluating Angel's condition, where once he was done he called in Charlie, Vaggie and Naruto, who all saw Angel connected to some machines and had several iv bags being injected into her.
"I have several news, both good and bad, so which one do want me to begin with?"
"The bad one." Naruto answered.
"Well Ms Angel here is in a coma, I also had to pump her stomach as there was an ungodly amount of semen that it was a miracle that neither her stomach nor intestines rupture, semen was also found in her lungs, I also found faint lines of multiple fissures throughout her body especially on her pelvic and femur, several bite marks, her breasts have grown in size and have developed galctorrhea; it's when the breasts begins lactating, her nipples have a slight infection so be careful when milking her, her uterus is the size of a beach ball which it's filled with (sigh) semen, any attempt to expunge it was met with failure as a succubus tattoo stop me from doing so and lastly faint traces of Lilith's Blessing where found in her blood stream."
"Whats the good news."
"Miraculously she will have a speedy recovery without any problems and that she's pregnant."
"Fuck." Exclaimed Naruto who began to pace back forth grabbing his head, both Vaggie and Charlie could tell that he was remorseful of his actions but he was also scared.
"Naruto are you alright?" Asked Charlie, as she tried to reach out for him.
"No! I am not alright Charlie! I just been told that I fuck the mother of my unborn child into a coma and if it weren't for me healing Angel, both her and my child would have died!!"
Vaggie did tried to reprimand him for yelling at Charlie but she stop herself as she new that Naruto didn't do it out of annoyance or malice, but because he was hurting and panicking.
"Mr Naruto I'm going to ask you only once. If you don't calm down I will sedate you." Naruto could tell that Hanafusa was being serious but he also understood that it was threat as well.
"I-I'm sorry for my outburst. It's... It's just I've dreamed about being a father but I never thought that it was going to happen like this." He gestured out, trying to point at the situation that he was in.
"In that regard I can't fault you Mr Uzumaki, and while it is true that put Ms Angel in her current condition, it was also because of you that she's still alive if you hadn't heal he. Nevertheless I do need you to explain me how things got out of hands." And so Naruto re told everything he knew, from how he Angel met, that strange feeling that he began to experience, his blackout, and everything else to this point. "Mr Uzumaki if it isn't to much to ask, would you let me perform some blood test on you and by any chance do you still carry that empty bottle with you?"
"It's no problem at all, and yes I still have it just let me go for it." He said as he went for the bottle that was left in the office, once back, he gave the bottle to Hanafusa who then pulled out some equipment and several tools from his bag. Putting on some gloves and grabbing a medical cotton swabs he began to rub the inside of the bottle where he then drop the swab in a test tube that had some clear liquid, sealed it and then put said test tube in a centrifuge. Discarding his gloves and putting a new pair he began to shave the area of Naruto's inner elbow and clean it, once done he tide the rubber band on his bicep and stuck the needle.
Having the blood vile he inserted in his blood analyzer, now they just need to wait, thankfully it didn't took too much as the centrifuge stopped. Pulling out the test tube, it's contents shifted in different shades of colors of red, pink and violet. With extreme caution he inserted the test tube on a different analyzer, which it's screen instantly began to blare red and in warning signs, seconds later the blood analyzer also began to blare.
Mr Hanafusa began to sweat as he red the test results. "Is everything alright Mr Hajime. You look, mmmm... Distraught."
"On that you are right your majesty, as Mr Uzumaki here should be dead ten times over, if not more." He saw how Charlie wanted to scold him but stop her. "I didn't mean to offend him you're majesty I was just stating the truth. The amount of quality and quantity of Lilith's Blessing that he ingested is more than enough to even make the seven sins, you or your mother be put in intensive care. His organs should been falling, have internal hemorrhage, brain damage, his liver, kidney and stomach should be nonexistent, puking blood or bleeding from every orifice he has. By all means he should be dead.
So Mr Uzumaki, for the next month(s) refrain from yourself from having physical contact as any contact with your skin or bodily fluids will transmit Lilith's Blessing to others, so drink plenty of water until your system purges the drug from your body. With all said I bid you goodbye."
"Wait, just like that you're going to leave?" Asked Vaggie.
"Not quite, I will come time to time checking on Ms Angel and Mr Uzumaki just to make sure that everything is alright, I will also send a nurse to tend Ms Angel needs." As Hajime left the building he looked at it one more time before going directly towards Lucifer to inform him about impossible occurring. In fact he couldn't help but smile to such degree that sinners and demon born fleed from him when they saw his smile
Not much after Naruto bid his farewell as he has pending matters to attend to, but before leaving he gave Charlie a hefty amount of money to repair the hotel as compensation for all the damage Valentino has caused.
However before returning to his home he ordered his driver to take him to Porn Studios first.
As they arrived at their destination, Naruto walk in the studio completely ignoring the secretary, his clothes morphing into something that befitting his status and to show how serious he is. Now he sported a black suit with a crimson undershirt, no tie, and a long black coat over his shoulders
Many bouncers tried to stop him yet they ultimately failed, and the commotion could be heard throughout the hole building, only stopping when Naruto barge in the 3 V's personal quarters. Valentino, Vox and Velvet immediately stood up with weapons drawn and pointed towards Naruto.
"What in the fuck your doing in our turf, Nine!!!" Yelled Valentino, his composure becoming erratic.
"I came here to make business Valentino."
"Last time I checked, you hated my guts and everything associated with me." He growled.
"I still do Valentino however circumstances have forced me to speak with the lot of you." The three V's narrowed their eyes at him.
"Oh pray tale me what has you, the oh so benevolent Nine interact with people such as us"
"Angel Dust." Valentino's eyes widened. "You fucking bastard!!! What have you done to my property!!" He tried to lunge himself at Naruto, however he couldn't has he was held in place by vines something that neither him, Vox or Velvet ever noticed. And Valentino was hurled back to his seat.
Naruto was seething when he heard Valentino refer to Angel Dust as his property because by all means he wanted to unleash his rage on Valentino and be done with it, but he didn't as Valentino held Angel's contract and doesn't want to give any hints that could be exploited especially with Vox at his side. He needed to play it smart, so he conjure a wooden coffee table and his own home made sake and served everyone.
"Now that you've calm down a bit, let's talk business." He said as the other two V's sat beside Valentino, and like he somewhat predicted Vox spoke in Valentino's behalf.
"May I ask what does Angel Dust has to do with any of this? Matter of fact where is Angel Dust?" He questioned Naruto, who was sipping his sake cup.
"Right now she's in a coma, hospitalized." Valentino once again wanted to attack but Vox hold him place and gestured Naruto to continue. "The reason why she's there is because of me. I fuck her hard and brutal for 5 days straight which ended with her being in a coma, difrent types of internal damage and multiple fractured bones."
The V's were left speechless, thought Vox snap out of his stuper.
"If that's the case, you know that you'll have to pay for damaging Valentino's number 1 star. After all you've made him lose a lot of money." He said trying to 'guilt' Naruto in paying.
"Oh please, you of all people know that Angel is just one of Valentino's multiple 'number 1 star's' and you all know well that the money is not the problem. After all I'm here to pay for Angel's services." He placed his hand on the table as four bars of solid gold appeared. "However, I could also say that you've made me loose a lot of money as well Valentino."
"What the hell are you talking about Nine, just pay what you owe me, plus the damages you caused to my property and get the fuck out of my terf before I start shooting you!!" Spit flew out of his mouth as he yelled at Naruto.
"I'm already paying for Angel's medical expenses. As for what I'm talking about is the fact that just like you I've also lost money, the difference here is that my losses are greater and have actual consequences."
Which wasn't a lie as many of his clones dispelled themselves as a precautionary action as they were been overwhelmed by the sheer influx of lust, some dispelled with important clients, even know he had thousands upon thousands of clones spread throughout the seven rings doing damage control. "So I will give you a choice Valentino you either pay me, I take something of my liking or suffer the fallout."
"I don't owe you nothing Nine s-" "Valentino!"
Vox cut him off, as he wanted to avoid a fight against Naruto which could result in the destruction of their base. He then look at Naruto. "Explaine"
"To be honest I don't know if Valentino did it intentionally or not, but Angel gave me a whole bottle of high grade Lilith's Blessing which in turn left Angel hospitalized and affected my businesses. Business that spread throughout the rings. So like I said you can either pay me which will result in the lot of you be in debt and in servitude with me, I can take something of my choosing and none of you have no say in it, or lastly I can tell my clients the 'why?' my stores closed. Do remember that some of them are high ranking nobles and sins who've I won favors from them."
"Wait, wait, wait, wait the fucking minute. Why am I being drag into this! It's his fucking mess not mine!" Velvet shouted.
"Because you're associated with him. It's simple as that, just like Valentino is responsible for the actions of Angel Dust, you and Vox are responsible for the actions of Valentino." With that said the three V's didn't know what to say as they were caught between a rock and a hard place, they had no other option than to accept Naruto's demand.
"What do you want."
"I only want the full ownership of Angel's soul." Valentino wanted to protest but Vox shut him up before they could complain, but he was also curious as to why would Naruto fight for Angel's soul. For something so simple and insignificant.
"Whats your gole Nine?" He said as Naruto raised an eyebrow. "You heard me. Why go through all this trouble for a single soul?"
"Think of it as debt of gratitude, after all she still cling to life despite everything I did to her unintentionally. So what better way to show her my gratitude by owning her soul and in turn I also get to hurt Valentino where it most pains him the most." Said sinner clench his fists that his knuckles where cracking.
"So you're doing this out of pettiness. And you said you were better than us." Vox smirk at the whole ordeal.
"I've never said that, it's more a sense of honor."
"Pfft. What honor that is, your just changing Valentino's chains for yours."
"True. And twisted as it may be it's still honor. Can you say the same about the yourself?" Velvet couldn't answer, since she couldn't recall anything that she or her colleagues that could be called honorable and to be honest Angel Dust being under the care of Naruto was better than staying with Valentino as Naruto was one of the few demon's of hell that cared for his subordinates and only punished them according the crime.
With nothing more to say Vox forced Valentino in giving Angel Dust soul to Naruto and promptly left. However unbeknownst to him he would be drag to another mess before he could even resolve his own problems.
