When the plague passes she leaves her friends to find her missing mother. Along the way she meets some familar faces and in the end she makes a decsion to take everyone into the Matrix Machine, Created by Beverly.

What happens when Annie and Auggie head to LA to meet up with an informant and find out that the informant isn't there? Why does Annie recognise one of the Agents that pull a gun on her and Auggie? What or who is Callen keeping secret? As they move along, what is going to happen? Is anyone walking away alive when someone with a grudge turns up in LA swearing to kill Callen? On Hold

Now that the Residents of New America are awake, they must get us to Reality. Luke and Ingrid struggle and Jack makes a desicion that changes his life. Then the Dharma Government sends a warning up to the ship. Tension rises as they find a new place to stay. This story also follows that of the Hawaiian Citizens that lived along with the others in the Matrix but havent woken up yet.

Ziva runs into an old friend while in Israel to bury her father.

While Ingrid and Allison are below in Dharma City trying to figure out how to stop the Government from destroying everything, Clay and Quinn have to face the fact they have a baby on the way. Inside the Matrix Luke, Annie, Jack and Zane all look for their missing friends and everyone inside starts to realize everything they know might never have happened.

Now that Luke and the other have returned to New America, after being saved from the old timeline. Our characters must face up against the Dharma, after 5 years have passed. This could be the final battle. The only thing they need to worry about now...is the emotional twister they brought with them from the other timeline. In the end maybe they can finally be happy.

Ingrid, Myka and Shawna have ended up in a new better earth. Or so they thought. After an angel tells them they've doomed more people than they realize. Allison and the American Crew team up with a group of Werewolves to save Luke. While he is lost in the Afterlife trying to return home. Luke Conard gets on a plane to Iowa with a stop over in Oklahoma City. He meets Annie Walker, a CIA Agent, on his flight but she tells him she works for a museum. Back in LA Ingrid learns of a pandemic spreading over the nation and it's spreading fast. When Annie and Luke get in OKC they must team up With Rhetta Rodriguez, a forensic specialist, and fight these creatures!

When a marine is shot on his way to a meeting with Annie, Annie becomes a suspect. She and Auggie must become CIA liasons for the case with the major case response team. Tony is troubled that the girl he just met is part of the agency. Augnie. TIva.
