Missile Wrist Rampage
In the fortress of Doctor Eggman, the mad scientist is viewing Station Square through a screen in front of him.
"Conquering this puny planet will be a picnic! As an appetizer, I'll finish off this city!" Doctor Eggman said with a laugh
"Which robot will you use, doctor?" asked Decoe as he passed him a plate with a stack full of cards
Doctor Eggman takes the deck of cards
"Let's see" he said as he fans them out in his hands. "They all look so lethal... mm, I can't choose."
He then presses a red button on his console to reveal a slot. He places the deck inside and then pulls the lever. The computer shows on the screen a spinning lottery until it stops on three pictures on a robot.
"Ah, Missile Wrist! Perfect!" Doctor Eggman said with an evil grin on his face
Meanwhile underneath Station Square, we see Knuckles the Echidna and Amy Rose walking through the sewer system
"This whole thing is Sonic's fault!" Knuckles said
"All Sonic did was try and stop Eggman. He didn't mean for us to get us sent here." Amy replied
"Even if Dr. Eggman is the one to blame, Sonic shouldn't have pushed it so far!" Knuckles says
Amy stops when he said that
"He's not afraid to fight back!" she said
"Sonic just likes getting into fights for kicks!" Knuckles shot back
"I'm not going any further if you talk trash about Sonic!" Amy yelled as she crossed her arms and looks away
"I don't have time for this. See ya!" Knuckles said as he continues to walks off
"You're not going to leave me alone down here, are you?" Amy asked nervously
"Do what you want. That's your business." Knuckles answered
"This is gonna to be impossible!" Amy sighed as she runs after the red echidna "Hey, c'mon Knuckles! Don't be mad! Wait up!"
In a beach, a lot of people were surfing, tanning, swimming, and playing volleyball. A woman, who was reading her book under a shade, notices something in the water. Then a boy hits a ball at the girl, but she missed and the ball hit the water
"That's okay, I got it!" she said
But just as she went into the water to retrieve the ball, something emerged to water which startles her. It was a giant robot called E-23 Missile Wrist. The robot then begins to shoot it's missile as it goes through a lifeguard tower and through several cars. All the beachgoers scream and runs away as Missile Wrist begins it's rampage. Doctor Eggman was watching from above in his Egg Mobile
"There's nothing more fun than making waves at the beach! Well, now that we've established a beachhead here, let's set our sights at the city!" he said
Meanwhile back at the garage, Tails was rinsing the Tornado 2 while, Chuck, Gear, and Sprocket were watching.
"I like to keep the Tornado nice and clean" Tails said
"Tails, I'd love to study this plane's mechanics some day." Chuck said
"Me too. I definitely would like to fix this plane" Gear offered
"Sure thing, Gear. I can always use a helping hand" Tails said with a smile
Nearby, Tika, Cream, and Cheese were trying out some donuts. Tika ate one and was surprised by how it tasted in her mouth
"Wow. It tastes so sweet" she said
"I'm glad you like it, Tika" Cream said before looking at Cheese eating a donut "Do you like that?"
Cheese replies by nodding his head
"I'm glad, Cheese" the young rabbit said with a smile
Tika couldn't help but smile at the friendship they have
"Hey guys!" Chris said as he came up
"What's wrong?" Tails asked
"Is something the matter, Christopher?" Sprocket asked
"Where's Sonic?" Chris asked
"He left this morning. He was going somewhere to explore... downtown I think." Cream said
"Yeah. He said he'll be back soon" Gear said
"If the police spot Sonic, they'll try to catch him." Chris said with worry
"Catch Sonic? I don't think so." Tails replied
"I just hope he's careful." Chris said
"Me too" Tika said
"Mmm, that's not his style. Sonic likes danger." Tails said
"True. He always tends to charge in first and strike when his enemies least expects it" Gear said "Though not all the time"
"Indeed" Sprocket says
"We have to bring him back! Right away!" Chris yelled
In Station Square, E-23 Missile Wrist stomped on a car as it begins to rampage through the streets. The police then came up to it with some guns in their hands
"Hold it there! Take one more step and we'll open fire!" a police officer said through a megaphone. But Missile Wrist continues to get closer. "FIRE!"
The police officers then proceeds to shoot their guns at the giant robot, but the attacks only bounce right off it. Eggman was seen above Missile Wrist as he followed it
"There's a word for this: boring!" he said unamused.
Then a SWAT officer attempts to burn the giant robot with a blowtorch. The fire caused Missile Wrist to stop. The police smiled believing they had stopped the giant robot
"That thing's toast" said the officer with the megaphone
But he was wrong, as the Missile Wrist was unaffected as the fire died down
"You cannot win! I can clobber you klutzes at will! Now move over or get run over!" Dr Eggman said as he gloated at the police for not being able to stop his robot
"Uh. We give up" the officer said as he and his fellow officers sweat drop
"I can't stand quitters! Give them what they deserve!" Dr Eggman said to Missile Wrist
As the evil doctor flew his Egg Mobile up, E-23 Missile Wrist begins to attack the police officers. Up in the air, Tails was flying the Tornado 2 to search for Sonic. Gear and Sprocket were in the back.
"Do you see him, Sprocket?" Gear asked
"Negative. It appears that Sonic is not anywhere in the vicinity" Sprocket said
"This is like trying to find a hedgehog in a haystack!" Tails said
"Wish we had a device that can track where Sonic is" Gear sighed
Down below, Chuck and Chris were searching for Sonic in a park.
"Sonic! Hey, Sonic! Sonic! Are you out there, Sonic?! Hey, Sonic!" Chris called out
"I don't think your friend Sonic is here. Let's look somewhere else, Chris." Chuck said
Chris nod his head and hops into the car that his grandfather is in. Chuck starts the engine and they drove away. Speaking of Sonic, he was on a mountain with snow. With a chuckle, Sonic runs down and jumps off a mountain while yelling in excitement.
Back in Station Square, Missile Wrist continues it's rampage through the city. It stomped on some cars and then smashed through a building. Everyone inside the building ran for cover as the robot stomped through. It then begins to scan the area. Outside, Eggman laughed at this
"Go to the roof, we can do more damage from up there!" he commanded while flying up
"Acknowledge" Missile Wrist replied as it shot it's missile into the ceiling
Dr Eggman had just flown up to the roof. He looks down to see a bunch of police cars driving into the intersection
"It appears we're attracting a crowd!" he said with a laugh
Suddenly, Missile Wrist's missile came up from the roof and turns into a grapple
"Proceeding to upper structural surface." it said as it begins to go up, crashing through several ceilings as it does so. It then got to the roof of the building.
The chief of police yelled in disbelief as he and the other officers witnessed the Mistle Wrist on top of the building.
"Let's get this show on the air!" Dr. Eggman said as he pressed a button on his Egg Mobile to deploy a camera on the dashboard. It then displays a holographic screen of the doctor as he begins to broadcast his announcement. "Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Eggman and I have some exciting news for you, exciting for me, that is and catastrophic for you. I have decided to take over your world and make it part of the new Eggman Empire! Resistance is futile. You will submit to my rule or be swept away like dust bodies! Oh ho ho ho ho ho ho!"
Everybody had watched Eggman's announcement on their television sets. Back at the garage at Chris' mansion, Chris, Chuck, Gear, Sprocket, Tails, Cream, Cheese, and Tika saw Eggman's broadcast on the television.
"So Eggman is here!" Tails said with a glare
"That's what Dr. Eggman really looks like?" asked Tika
"He sure does, Tika. I should know because I've witnessed Sonic battle against him several times" Gear said
"Not to mention when he sent his messenger bot to try to destroy me" Sprocket pointed out as he remembered his creation back in Eggman's fortress
Back in Station Square,...
"Turn yourself in now, bub, or we'll haul you in." the chief of police said through a megaphone
"You must be joking!" Dr. Eggman said
"We're not playing around here, buddy! Pull over and let's see your license and registration!" the police chief demanded
"I am the one giving the orders here!" Eggman shot back
"Grr... oh yeah, what makes ya think so?!" the police chief asked
"This makes me think so!" Dr. Eggman replied as he snapped his fingers. On command, Mistle Wrist hurls it's missile down and hits a police car which makes an explosion. The giant robot then retracts it's missile
"Now will you surrender your city?" he asked
"Sorry, doc, but that's not my call. We need to run it by the mayor." the police chief replied as he and the officers were covered in dirt from the explosion
"Then go, and bring him to me!" Dr. Eggman ordered
Back in Chris' home, Tails prepping the Tornado 2 for take off. Chuck, Cream, Cheese, and Tika were watching this
"C'mon, Chris, let's go!" Tails called to Chris
The young boy ran out while putting on a football helmet
"Ready, Tails!" he said as he got in the back. Gear then comes in with Sprocket on his back.
"We're coming too!" Gear said
"You are?" Tails asked
"Yes. I want to be part of the action and fight against Dr. Eggman" Gear said
"Are you sure you want to do this, Gear?" asked Tika
"Yes. Fighting Doctor Eggman is not going to be easy" Cream said
"Chao chao" Cheese said with worry
"Don't worry, guys. I got my MegaWrench, my wrist-grappler, and my blaster with me." Gear assured his friends
"Well, if you two want to join, then go ahead" Chris said
"Hang on, Gear. You're gonna need more than just a blaster, a wrench, and your grapple gun to help you. Here, take this" Tails said as he takes something out from his plane. He then tosses a blue glove with an orange circle in the center at the fox mechanic who catches it.
"What is this?" Gear asked
"It's called the Exploder Glove. You can produce a bomb to throw at your enemies. I originally made it to assist Sonic, but I have a feeling you would have a good use for it" Tails explained
"Thanks, Tails. This could come in handy" Gear said as he puts it on his right hand
"Indeed. It is always good to use other weapons to help on your mission" Sprocket replied
"But how do I use it?" Gear asked
"It's simple. All you have to do is place your hand out and a bomb will appear. Then you need to throw it before it explodes" Tails instructed
"Got it. I'll need to test it out first" Gear said as he begins to use the glove. A bomb comes out from the center
"Be careful, Gear. You might want to throw the bomb at a safe distance" Sprocket said
"Thanks, Sprocket" Gear said before hurling the bomb at a nearby tree. The bomb detonates when it reaches the tree.
Gear gave out an impressed whistles
"Not too shabby" he said
"Good luck out there, and be careful." Chuck said
Tika then comes up to Gear and gives him a hug which makes him blush a bit
"Be safe out there, Gear" she said
"I will, Tika" Gear said as he hugged back
The fox then broke the hug and then goes over to the Tornado 2
"There may not be any room in the back, guys." Chris said
"It's okay. I'll just hang onto the wing" Gear responded as he leaps onto the wing of the Tornado 2
"Good luck up there. And be careful all of you" Chuck said
"We'll be okay" assured Tails
"Just leave everything to us" Gear added
"We'll find Sonic and stop Dr. Eggman. Don't you worry!" Chris says
"We will be back soon" Sprocket says
"Goodbye, guys." Cream said as she and Tika wave goodbye
"Okay everyone, hang on" Tails said as he controls the Tornado and has it take off
Back in Station Square, Dr. Eggman was looking at a man with an annoyed look
"Who are you?" he asked
"I am the mayor of this city, and I won't be blackmailed into negotiating with the likes of you!" the mayor of Station Square said through a megaphone
"Really" Dr. Eggman said. He then snapped his fingers, making Missile Wrist shoot it's missile to attack a nearby building causing some dust and debris to fall on the police.
Nearby, Gear notices this while the Tornado 2 was flying near
"I see some dust coming from over there" Gear said while pointing forward
"That's got to be Dr. Eggman" Tails said "Let's get him!"
"Mayor, now are you ready to negotiate with me?" Dr. Eggman asked
The dust clears as the mayor and the police officers were completely covered in dust
"Uh, technically, sir, our charter doesn't allow me to surrender the city." the mayor responded
This made Dr. Eggman a little disappointed
"Missile Wrist, destroy this place before-"
Before he can finish his command...
"Eggman!" Tails yelled
The evil doctor looks in shock to see Tails, Chris, Gear, and Sprocket charging in on the Tornado 2. Eggman lets out a startled yelp as he duck his down while the Tornado 2 flew past him.
"It's Tails! I'll teach that flying furball!" the evil doctor said
As the Tornado 2 flew upward, Gear tried his best to hold onto the wing
"Attention, Missile Wrist, take aim at that plane. Blast it out of the sky!" Doctor Eggman commanded
"Acknowledged" Missile Wrist responded
As the Tornado 2 flew way up on the roof, Gear then lost his grip and fell
"Whoa!" he yelled
"Gear!" Tails and Chris yelled
Gear landed on the roof where Missile Wrist is
"Gear, are you alright?" Sprocket asked
"I'm fine, Sprocket" Gear replied "I really need to keep a tight grip next time"
He then notices Missile Wrist attacking Tornado 2. Narrowing his eyes, Gear takes out his Exploder Glove and producing a bomb from it
"Hey dome head!" Gear yelled which gets Missile Wrist's attention. "Pick on someone your own size!"
He then hurls the bomb at Missile Wrist which explodes on contact and making it step back a bit. Doctor Eggman was surprise
"What the?!" he yelled "Another fox? And what's that robot on his back? Wait a minute. That's the defect that escaped from my fortress. How surprising that those two would meet. Missile Wrist, destroy that other fox and the defect!"
"Acknowledged" Missile Wrist said as it begins to attack Gear and Sprocket. He shot it's missile at them
"Gear, look out!" Sprocket yelled
Gear quickly leaps out of the way and then begins to throw more bombs at Missile Wrist. The robot hurls it's missiles at the duo again, but Gear jumps over them and got under the robot. He then got out his MegaWrench and whacks one of Missile Wrist's legs though it didn't seem to hurt it that much. Missile Wrist then tries to fire another missile at Gear, but Sprocket saw this from his back.
"Behind you!" he warned
Hearing his companion, Gear back flips over it and grabs the wire. Just as the missile begins to retract, the young fox mechanic grabs wire and gets pulled in. Gear then uses threw a bomb into Missile Wrist's face with his Exploder Glove before leaping off and landing on the ground. Tails and Chris both watched this from the Tornado
"Wow" Chris said
"He's so athletic" Tails added
"Ugh! Missile Wrist, what are you doing!? Get them!" Dr. Eggman ordered
Missile Wrist was preparing to battle Gear and Sprocket until Tails and Chris flew in.
"Don't worry guys. I got him!" Tails said as he flew towards Missile Wrist while dodging the robot's attack. Tails then begins to fire at Missile Wrist using the Tornado's machine guns, but the bullets only seem to bounce off of it.
"It's no use, its armor's too thick!" Tails said
"Hey, Tails, look out!" Chris yelled
Tails screamed as he saw an incoming attack from Missile Wrist coming at him. He attempts to dodge it, but it was too late as the missile took out the propellers. Gear and Sprocket both gasped at this.
"This is what I call an emergency!" Tails yelled. He then proceeds to push a few buttons and pull down a lever. This caused the Tornado 2 to transform into a jet allowing Tails to fly back up.
"We're in a jet-set!" the two-tailed fox said
Gear and Sprocket both smiled that they're okay until they saw Missile Wrist attacking them.
"Come on, buddy. Let's get him!" Gear said as he took out his blaster
"Indeed" Sprocket replied
Meanwhile, Sonic was racing through the field, across the bridge, and then back to Station Square. He stops to see a crowd gathered around a store.
"What's going on up there?" a man asked
"That's a robot on the roof! This could be an interplanetary invasion!" a woman said
Wanting to investigate this further, Sonic leaped onto a tree branch and looked at some television sets. On the screen was Dr. Eggman laughing.
"Eggman! So that clown got sent here too!" Sonic said.
He then watches as the screen shows some footage of Tails, Chris, Gear, and Sprocket's fight against E-23 Missile Wrist.
"Time for me to join the party!" the blue hedgehog said. He leaps off the tree and then runs off
Back to the battle, while Tails and Chris were dodging Missile Wrist's attack, Gear attempts to shoot the robot with his blaster. But the attacks are not affecting it.
"It's no good. My blaster shots are not affecting it." Gear said while dodging an attack from the giant robot "Any ideas on how to hit it, Sprocket?"
"I don't know if this will work, but I would suggest getting this robot to use it's missiles on itself" Sprocket suggested
"Worth a shot" Gear said before putting away his blaster and running up to Missile Wrist "Hey tin head! I bet you can't hit me!"
Missile Wrist looked at the young mechanic and then begins to fire at him. Gear flips over it and begins running towards the robot while dodging his attack. Tails and Chris watches this in confusion
"What is he doing?" Chris asked
"I don't know" Tails replied
Gear then raced over to Missile Wrist's legs and waves at it. Missile Wrist shot it's missile at where he is, but the fox was able to leap out of the way and causing the missile to explode and making Missile Wrist fall over.
"Yes!" Gear said
"Impressive" Sprocket said as he looks over
Just then, Knuckles came up to the roof and saw what has happened
"Huh? What happened?" he asked before looking at Gear "And who's that?"
"Missile Wrist! Stop lying around and get back up!" ordered Dr. Eggman
Missile Wrist slowly got up and is preparing to have another go at Gear and Sprocket
"Whoever he is. He's going to need some help" Knuckles said. But before he can step in and assist Gear, an elevator door opens and Amy comes out.
"What took you so long?" the red echidna
Amy didn't respond and takes out her Piko Piko Hammer.
"Hiyaaah!" she yelled
This got Gear's attention as he looks to see them
"No way! Knuckles and Amy Rose are here too!?" he said in shock
"I assume they are also friends of Sonic?" Sprocket asked
"Oh yeah" Gear replied
"Leave Tails alone you tin bully!" Amy yelled as she charges behind Missile Wrist.
"Don't do it, Amy!" Knuckles yelled
Amy attempts to hit the giant robot in the back of the leg, but it doesn't take any damage. Amy then groans in pain from this. Suddenly, Missile Wrist grabs her and causing her to scream.
"Oh dear!" Sprocket yelled while Gear looked on in alarm
"Hang on Amy!" Knuckles yelled as he prepares to jump in
Seeing this, Gear gives out a look of determination and begins to charge in to rescue the pink hedgehog. But as they got closer, Dr. Eggman blocked their path
"Hold it right there!" Dr. Eggman
This caused Knuckles and Gear to stop in their tracks
"Dr. Eggman, I presume?" Gear asked
"That is correct, fox" Dr. Eggman replied
"The name's Gear" Gear replied offended
"Unhand her this instant!" Sprocket demanded
"Oh I don't think so, defect" Dr. Eggman said "If either of you take one more step, the girl's a goner!"
And with a snap of his fingers, Missile Wrist begins to tighten it's grip on Amy making her scream
"No! Knuckles!" she yelled as she was getting crushed
'What do I do? If I try to attack, then Amy is doomed.' thought Gear as he begins to think of something
Meanwhile, Sonic was racing through the streets
"I better pick up the pace if I wanna be part of the action!" Sonic as he continues to speed towards the city
Back on the roof,
"Leave Amy alone, or you'll be sorry!" Knuckles demanded
"Sorry?! I'm already sorry that you and your friends have survived; by consolation is that it seems Sonic didn't. Or did he? Perhaps this is all a trap!" said Dr. Eggman as he looks around for his nemesis
Tails and Chris were getting worried about Sonic as they flew in the Tornado 2
"What if Sonic doesn't make it?" Tails asked
Chris looks down and notices a blue blur running through the streets
"Oh? It's okay, help is on the way!" he said
Tails also looks down and smiles to see the blue hedgehog coming
"Huh?" Dr. Eggman puzzled as he turns around
"Get him, Sonic!" Chris said
"It would seems as though Sonic has arrived" Sprocket replied having seen him by using his sensors
"Oh yeah!" Gear said with a grin
As Sonic continue to run in the street, the Tornado 2 flew down to his direction. Once they got close, Chris hands Sonic a ring
"Thanks" Sonic said with a chuckle
"There he is. Get ready to fire!" Dr. Eggman said with a smirk
Missile Wrist then tosses Amy away. She screams as she flew through the air
"Amy!" Knuckles yelled
"I got her!" Gear said as he runs in. He then leaps up and caught Amy while landing on the ground
"Whoa! Thank you." Amy said as the young fox mechanic puts her down
"No problem" Gear said
"Nice catch kid" Knuckles said
"Thanks" Gear replied
Meanwhile, Sonic then goes into his spin-ball mode and goes up the building
"Hurry, fire!" Eggman ordered
Missile Wrist fires several missiles from it's chest at Sonic. Although the blue hedgehog was able to dodge some of them, one of it hits him.
"Finally!" Dr. Eggman said as he believed that he got him
But he was proven wrong as Sonic went through the smoke and continue upward and right into the air
"Fire away!" shouted Dr. Eggman
Missile Wrist begins to fire it's missiles at Sonic, but he lands on one of them and jumps on another while taunting the robot at the same time.
"Wise guy! I'll show you!" Dr. Eggman yelled
"Wow. He's good" Gear said impressed
"Should we help him out?" Sprocket asked
"Nah. I think he's got this" Knuckles said "Sonic! Try the 'old slap on the wrist'!"
"Yeah!" Sonic said as Missile Wrist retracted it's wrist. Sonic then pulled his eyelid down and taunted it. Missile Wrist attempts to hit Sonic, but he jumped out of the way and causing the giant robot to destroy it's own arms
"Bye!" he said
"Fire!" Dr. Eggman shouted
Missile Wrist begins to shoot multiple missiles from it's chest
"Incoming missiles" Sprocket said as he looked up
"Look out Sonic!" Gear called
The missiles then explodes on the blue hedgehog
"Hah-hah!" Dr. Eggman laughed triumphantly
But suddenly, Sonic came through the smoke in a power spin. He then breaks right through Missile Wrist, causing it to shoot out electricity. The robot then explodes sending dust and debris flying. Knuckles protected Amy from the debris while Gear and Sprocket did the same. Gear was also smiling at his hero defeating Dr. Eggman. Chris and Tails all saw this from the air
"Alright, Sonic!" cheered Chris
The dust fades to reveal Dr. Eggman covered in dirt. He was coughing from all the dust caused by the explosion
"You lose" Sonic said to his nemesis
"This isn't over, Blue Boy!" Dr. Eggman said before taking off "You haven't heard the last of Eggman. Soon I'll rule this world, this universe and the Chaos Emeralds will be mine!"
Gear can only glare as he watched him disappear into the sky.
"Oh, Sonic! Sonic, you're okay!" Amy cried as catches Sonic in a tight hug
"Take it easy!" Sonic said while struggling to breathe
"For a while there, Sonic, I thought I'd never see you again!" Amy said
"Amy, please, let me go!" Sonic pleaded
"It seems as though Amy is relieved to see Sonic" Sprocket said as he watched this
"Yeah. From I've heard, Amy is madly in love with him." Gear said while shaking his head in amusement
Suddenly, five SWAT officers came up to the roof and point their guns at them.
"Alright, nobody move!" one of the soldiers said
"Uh oh!" Gear said
"Oh, great! Now what?!" Knuckles asked in annoyance
"Don't try running away!" yelled the soldier
Knuckles then begins to glow in fury
"Knuckles never runs from a fight!" he growled
Gear was shocked at Knuckles' fierceness. He then backed away a bit
"Hey, easy, pal!" the soldier said nervously
"Sonic!" Tails yelled
Sonic, Amy, Gear, and Sprocket turn to see the Tornado 2 coming in and a ladder sticking out
"I believe now might be a good time to retreat" Sprocket said
"You said it, pal" Gear replied
As the plane got closer, Sonic, Amy, Gear, and Sprocket grab the ladder and gets pulled away. Only Knuckles stayed
"Hey, Knuckles! C'mon!" Sonic called out but Knuckles didn't move
"Please, Knuckles, let's go!" Amy added
Knuckles continue to growl. He then decides that the officers are not worth his time and runs off.
"Get him!" the officer yelled as he and the other officers fired their guns
Knuckles runs towards the edge of the building and leaps up. He grabs the ladder and the Tornado 2 flew away.
"We'll go back to my house, guys!" Chris told everyone
"Cream and Cheese are already there waiting for us!" Tails added
"Wow, them too? So we're all here together!" Amy said
"Yes indeed" Gear said with a smirk
"Count me out. This is where I get off!" Knuckles said
Gear was shocked as he heard that
"Are you sure?" he asked
"Yes. But don't worry, we'll see each other again. My name's Knuckles by the way" Knuckles said as he introduced himself
"My name is Gear and this is my friend Sprocket" Gear said as he introduce himself and Sprocket
"Greetings" Sprocket greeted
"Nice to meet you both. Well, I'll see you around" Knuckles said. He let's go of the ladder and glides away
"Nooo! Don't go!" Amy shouted
But it was too late, Knuckles was out of sight
"Will he be alright?" asked Sprocket
"Don't worry, Sprocket. I'm sure wherever he is, he'll be fine" Sonic said
"He's not coming with us? Why not?" Amy asked
"That's Knuckles. He does things his way." Sonic replied
Gear then looks at Amy
"Oh by the way. I never introduced myself to you. My name is Gear and this is my friend Sprocket" Gear said as he introduced himself and Gear to Amy
"Hello" Sprocket said with a wave
"It's nice to meet you, Gear. And you too, Sprocket" Amy greeted
"Your name is Amy right?" Gear asked
"That's right. My name is Amy Rose, Sonic's girlfriend" Amy proclaimed
"Uh, that's not true. We're just friends. Nothing more!" Sonic said with a blush
Gear couldn't help but chuckle at this as the Tornado 2 continue to fly back to Chris' mansion while the sun sets.
