Sheyli, the elf mage of the group prepared her ice magic and casted it upon the orcs.
The orcs froze and the three front liners went in and killed them.
More Orcs along with Imps showed up.
Lisa despaired at the sight, there were too many monsters for them to handle.
Even the Pallum supporter with them seemed despaired.
However, remembering that Luna was with them, she calmed down.
She looked at Luna and saw the woman sleeping.
The sight made her doubt Luna but she focused back on the battle.
Aiming her repeating crossbow, Lisa fired it upon the Imps.
Some managed to get close but the front liners took them out.
Sheyli calmly casted her ice magic upon the Orcs again.
The front liners went in and killed the Orcs.
Again, more Orcs and Imps showed up.
The monster bait kept attracting them.
After a very long while, no more monsters came.
Everyone fell to their knees and breathed heavily.
The long battle was finally over and they could rest.
The supporter who looked like they lost half of their lifespan from watching the battle went toward the monsters and started harvesting them.
Luna woke up with a yawn and looked around.
"Oh, none of you died."
She smiled with a thumbs up.
"Good job."
Everyone looked deadpan at her.
They watched as she got up to help the supporter.
Lisa looked at the many monster corpses and wondered how much they would obtain.
Operation Stand Storm for Killer Ants Yielded around 25,000Valis on average.
From what Finn told her, Operation Stand Storm for Orcs usually yielded around 100,000 Valis on average.
It was a lot of money if it weren't split up among all six of them.
From the contract she read, ten percent would go to goddess Loki, and the rest would be divided among everyone equally, including any supporter they hired.
However, that was only for level 1 adventurers in the Familia.
At a high level which was level 2, ninety percent would go towards the Familia.
One percent of it would go to goddess Loki and the rest would be divided equally.
The Valis in the Familia was used for many things.
Buying new equipment, investing, paying bills, buying food, buying clothes, paying servants, paying guards, and many other things.
Luna and the supporter finished harvesting the monsters.
"Alright everyone, let's go home."
Everyone's mood lifted at that and followed after Luna.
There were many monsters on the way back up but Luna simply killed them by throwing rocks.
When they reached the first floor, they caught sight of a monster never seen before running towards them.
It looked like a rooster and was very fast.
Lisa saw Luna grin.
She watched as Luna threw a barrage of rocks at the rooster monster and it died.
The supporter seemed to gasp upon taking in the sight of the monster rooster.
"A Jack Bird!"
Everyone looked at each other, as newbie adventurers, they didn't really know what a Jack Bird was.
Luna decided to elaborate as she harvested the bird and took a golden egg from it.
"It's a monster that drops a golden egg worth at least 1,000,000 Valis."
Lisa along with everyone gasped, it seemed they were very lucky.
Luna suddenly frowned.
"How unlucky."
Lisa became confused by that.
"What do you mean Luna?"
Footsteps sounded and five people appeared.
So that was why the Jack Bird ran towards them.
People had been chasing it.
A sharp-looking elf woman by the name of Dena who was the leader of the group stepped towards Luna.
If Luna had seen the Jack Bird, she should have chased after it.
Since Luna didn't, it came to Dena's conclusion that Luna must have caught and killed it.
"Excuse me, have you seen a Jack Bird pass by?"
Luna smiled at her and shrugged.
"Would you believe me if I didn't?"
That confirmed Dena's suspicion.
Dena knew someone who was willing to pay 10,000,000 Valis for a Jack Bird's Golden Egg.
It was too much money to pass by.
"Could you kindly hand it over?"
Lisa watched with shock as Luna sighed and put on two knuckle dusters.
Were they really about to fight another Familia?!
Looking at Sheyli and the others, Lisa could see them tense and ready for battle.
Dena frowned at the sight.
"Do you really want to fight us?"
Luna spat on the ground and cracked her knuckles.
"I killed it so it's mine, shit face! Since you didn't announce your Familia when threatening me, you're probably from a third-rate Familia."
Dena took out her saber and her team prepared themselves for battle.
Dena decided to give one last warning.
"Last chance to hand it over."
Luna grinned and spread her arms.
"Everyone step back, let me show you how to fuck a bitch face up."
Lisa obeyed and stepped back with everyone.
Dena became unnerved by Luna's confidence.
Was this woman really confident in taking her entire team single-handedly?
No, she couldn't retreat in front of such a large sum of Valis.
"Attack!"
Sheyli quickly casted a spell and a bright light engulfed Dena's eyes.
It was a quick chantless spell Sheyli had learned from Riveria.
It did not require a magic spell slot since it was not magic learned or given through a Falna.
Captain Tanya said it would be useful for blinding enemies.
Luna rushed forward with a grin and caved in Dena's face.
Dena's teamates tried to react but couldn't as Luna simply caved in their face.
By the end, only Luna was left standing.
"Let's continue on everyone."
Lisa and the others numbly followed after Luna.
They cashed in their crystals at the guild and went back to the Familia.
