AN: Ya'll may be wondering why I'm making chaps so fast. You see, it's because I enjoy it of course. Also because there's something ahead of this war game that's going to be very enjoyable for me to write. Let's just say it's a gold mine of crack. There's also the fact that I haven't been able to find any other good Youjo Senki fanfics lately.

Loki froze at the sight of Riveria almost being burned alive as Lilith cheered.

Something seemed to snap within Loki.

She didn't want to see a child of hers get killed so horribly.

Thoughts ran through her head.

She turned to Lilith.

"Aw, is little Loki mad?"

Loki didn't care for her words.

"I have a proposal."

The gods around became interested.

Lilith narrowed her eyes.

"What is it?"

Loki made a smile.

"My child Tanya and Kuro are as strong as Luna. I have always been curious as to which of them is stronger. Would you be willing to end this game by having both of them fight? If the one you believe will win is victorious, I will concede our game to you."

Murmurs erupted among the gods.

Lilith fell into thought as she studied Loki.

"What are you scheming?"

Loki held her arms wide with a smile.

"I almost saw one of my child die horribly. I wish to end this game of ours without any bloodshed. Wouldn't you be so kind to grant my request."

Lilith processed Loki's words.

"Only if you promise not to harass me if I lose."

Loki quickly nodded.

"I promise not to harass you if you lose."

A smirk formed on Lilith's face.

"Then I will chose Tanya as the victor."

Loki nodded and looked at the other gods.

"Are there any disagreement!"

Few disagreed but many supported it.

Down below, the announcer received the message and spoke.

"Everyone, it seems there has been intervention from the gods for this game. There will now be a fight between two Loki Familia member."

Murmurs formed among the Loki and Lilith Familia.

Luna sighed and relaxed.

"Daddy must have lost her nerves."

The announcer continued.

"Tanya von Degurechaff will be fighting Shimotsuki Kuro. Whichever of them wins will decide the outcome of this war game. Fighters, please step into the arena!"

Kuro shrugged and stepped into the arena with his sheathed samurai sword.

Tanya frowned but also stepped in.

The two faced each other.

Both of them had not expected this outcome.

"Fighters, are you ready?"

"No!"

Hearing Kuro's reply, the announcer wondered why.

"I need black paint before I can fight."

Luna seemed to realize something.

"I got it, please wait!"

Everyone watched as she quickly left the arena.

Kuro lay on the ground and fell asleep.

Everyone blinked lost at the scene.

Even Tanya wondered what Kuro was doing.

Luna quickly came back with black paint and a paintbrush.

Kuro woke up and she handed them to him.

She left and sat among the Loki Familia.

Everyone watched as Kuro withdrew his sword.

They watched as he started painting it black.

After a quick while, he had a Black Blade.

"I'm ready!"

The announcer decided to continue.

"Three, two, one!"

Tanya took out her combat knife.

Kuro got into a sword stance.

"Begin!"

Tanya threw an extremely sharp feather.

With incredible speed, Kuro slashed it away.

Tanya studied the sight.

This was honestly the first time she fought Kuro.

She had heard from him how he was a sword master but this was the first time she had seen him use his sword.

Kuro swung his blade and Tanya quickly bent back with widened eyes.

A sharp blade of energy passed over her and cut into the arena wall.

She looked back at Kuro.

He glanced calmly at her.

"Why don't we go all out?"

Tanya didn't know why, but she agreed with a grin.

"Sure."

Golden wings sprouted behind Tanya's back and feathers appeared all around her, it was her first magic Divine Wings.

A silver white halo formed on top of her head and her eyes became golden, it was her second magic Divine Halo.

In her hand, a golden orb formed, it was her third magic Divine Design.

With all of this, she was as strong as a level 5 adventurer if not stronger.

Kuro smiled at the sight.

He was getting the same feeling as when he fought the Ghost of Christmas Past.

It had been a long time since he gazed death in the face.

With his first magic Enhance and his skill Challenger, he boosted all his stats to level 4.

With his second magic Diminish and his skill Challenger, he decreased the damage of all attacks by two levels.

With all of this, he should have a decent fight against Tanya.

Kuro rushed forward.

Feathers rained upon him like golden lights.

Each one could pierce into his body and Kuro knew.

He moved to the side as they chased after him.

More feather formed around Tanya and followed the chase.

With Divine Halo, Tanya's mind became stronger and was constantly refresh.

Meaning she could create as many feathers as she could control.

In her hand was a computation orb created by her third magic Divine Design.

With it, she could do things she had done long ago in the Empire.

To be honest, Tanya didn't think she would lose against Kuro.

Kuro seemed to sense her confidence.

She was no different from a level 2 Bell with infinite Mind, no magic charge time, no cooldown, and more.

He swung his sword at her.

"Careless Cry!"

A sharp screeching energy blade flew towards Tanya.

The screech faltered her mind and her magic faltered.

The many feathers disappeared.

Tanya didn't hesitate and flew sharply to the side as her right arm got bisected.

Like Kuro had expected, Tanya didn't have the mental resistance to maintain her magic yet.

Tanya quickly grabbed her right arm and reattached it.

It healed and was all functional again.

A neat healing spell she had learned from Riveria.

Her eyes turned serious.

She had heavily underestimated Kuro.

Maintaining multiple feather while locking onto him wouldn't do as he would just falter her mind again.

Using Divine Design, Tanya created a giant levitating blade.

Kuro smiled at the sight.

"Bigger doesn't mean better Granny."

Tanya grinned mischievously.

"Maybe not!"

She swung the sword.

Kuro blocked it in place.

Tanya flew close to arena bound.

"But I still win!"

With incredible speed, Tanya flew in and kicked Kuro's sword upward with her metallic greaves.

Kuro was sent flying out of the arena.

Tanya's Divine Wings, Divine Halo, and computation orb disappeared.

"Announcer, Kuro is out of bound, I win!"

The Announcer quickly recovered from what they had just seen.

"The winner is! Tanya von Degurechaff."

There was silence for a moment, but cheers soon erupted.

Far away, Kuro landed on a rooftop and realized he had lost because of out of bound.

The Ghost of Christmas Past appeared besides him.

"Looks like I win again."

Kuro rolled his eyes.

"Oh screw you, it doesn't count!"

Up above with the gods, Loki sighed as Lilith harped happily around.

Well, at least she found out that Kuro, Luna, and Tanya were at least as strong as a level 4.

She wondered how high their ceiling will be.
