The whole Loki Familia was at the beach.
"Kuro this is a beach episode ain't it?"
"Yep."
Kuro made a hammock and laid in it.
Luna decided to start making Kebab.
Riveria looked at everyone.
She felt exposed in her clothes.
Loki sneaked towards her.
Tanya was sunbathing with Tenya by her side.
Tenya looked around curiously at everyone.
It seems she was in a fantasy world.
The woman Tanya beside her was most likely her mother.
Tenya didn't know why Tanya dumped her at the church but hopefully, it didn't happen again.
Another thing Tenya found out was that she was a girl now.
It was embarrassing and she cursed Being C when she first found out.
Her tummy grumbled and she realized she had been holding back her hunger.
Tanya took out a milk bottle from her bag and stuffed it in Tenya's face.
Tenya started sucking with embarrassment.
Hopefully, she will grow past her baby stage soon.
Gareth and Dain arm wrestled as everyone watched.
Cheers and bets were made.
Sheyli and Lisa swam in the water together.
Cailen played volleyball against Reya.
Felix finished changing clothes and revealed himself.
Everyone besides Kuro blinked confused at him.
Realization dawned on them.
"Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
With embarrassment, Felix had to drill it into their head that he wasn't a girl.
Luna finished cooking and everyone started eating.
Drinks were brought out and most of everyone got drunk.
Night soon came and the Familia made a giant bonfire.
Some started dancing around the fire with Luna.
She had convinced them it would give them good luck if they danced around the fire.
Loki sat by Tanya with a bottle in her hand.
Tenya was fast asleep with angry eyebrows that had been drawn by Luna.
Loki looked at her children dancing.
None of them had died yet.
She wished none of them would die but she knew it was inevitable.
When the time and day came, she hoped she would still have some children to keep her strong.
"Thinking about something?"
Tanya's words brought her out of her thoughts.
She smiled sheepishly.
"Oh, nothing, was just thinking about the future, that's all."
Tanya gave a nod.
"Are you afraid of it?"
Loki shook her head.
"No, I just hope I'm prepared for it if it ever comes."
Behind them, Kuro drew a mustache on Tenya and sneaked away.
The days passed by and the vacation party passed.
Down in the dungeon, the entire Loki Familia strolled through the wet 25th floor.
They were on an expedition for Valis.
Everyone gathered around a chest.
In it contained a powerful monster bait.
"Is everyone ready?"
Silence replied Tanya.
They were all at least level 2 but Tanya could see the nervousness on all of them except the level 3s.
From the briefing Tanya had given them, waves upon waves of monsters from all around would come at them the moment the bait was used.
Tanya understood their fear and nervousness.
This type of huge battle was going to be their first after all.
However, compared to Rhine Front, it should be a breeze.
"Then let's start."
Tanya opened the chest and the bait was released.
A foul smell that only the monsters could smell was emitted.
A smell that meant enemies of the dungeon.
From all around the cavern, howls and horrible screech echoed.
"Prepare yourself!"
Riveria and the Elven mages around her prepared their magic.
The first monsters to arrive were the Harpies.
They screeched at the Loki Familia.
Tanya flew into the sky with her Divine Wings opened.
"Divine Rain!"
Countless feathers flew out from her wings and impaled the Harpies.
The Harpies fell screeching.
Bodies piled up.
Seeing the scene, the Loki Familia members became braver.
From a lake far away, Blue Crabs came out and scuttled towards them with incredible speed.
"Rea Laevateinn!"
Flames descended on the Blue Crabs from Riveria and the Evlin mages.
The Blue Crabs screeched and were burned asunder.
More Harpies showed up.
"Divine Rain!"
They fell to Tanya countless feathers.
Aqua Serpents slithered out of the rivers from afar.
Finn faced them with the warriors around him.
"Get ready!"
The Aqua Serpents closed in with hisses.
"Attack!"
Finn charged and impaled one in the skull with his spear.
Gareth swung his axe into the head of one.
The other warriors worked together to take them down.
Devil Mosquitos buzzed towards the Loki Familia.
"Divine Rain!"
Feathers tore through them and they fell.
Light Quarts appeared and fired their beams of light.
The Familia became panicked at the sight.
Tanya quickly made a computation orb in her hand with Divine Design.
"Divine Sheild!"
A shield formation formed around the entire Familia and the beams of light were stopped.
"Divine Rain!"
The feather flew toward the Light Quarts and they fell quickly.
Multiple Iguazu along with other monsters appeared.
The Iguazus flew with incredible speed upon Tanya's Divine Shield and died upon impact.
Tanya felt her Mind draining.
"Divine Halo!"
A halo formed above Tanya's head.
Tanya upgraded her computation orb.
Her magic became stronger.
Looking around, she could see Finn and the warriors struggling against the increasing number of monsters.
Riveria and the mages kept spamming magic upon clustered groups of monsters.
But their firepower wasn't enough to stop the increasing number of monsters.
Kuro and Luna were sleeping.
A vein formed on Tanya's head.
They sure could relax while everyone was busting their ass off!
"Wake up you two! Do something!"
Kuro and Luna woke up with a yawn.
Tanya felt like fainting from anger.
Kuro drew his sword.
"Alright, Granny!"
Luna held a steel bat.
"Relax a little."
They crossed their weapons together towards a horde of monsters.
"Out of the way everyone!"
Luna yelled with joy.
Everyone parted and wondered what Kuro and Luna were going to do.
They swung their weapons back and spoke in unison.
"Breaking!"
They swung forth together.
"Dawn!"
A shattering force rushed towards the monsters and obliterated them.
At the end of the expedition, the Loki Familia made 100,000,000 Valis.
Everyone was disappointed at the amount.
It was decent but not great for what they went through.
Tanya decided to cheer them up.
"Don't be too disappointed, if it weren't for the drops we could sell, we'd have made less than 10,000,000 Valis."
Their face fell at that and Tanya sweat dropped.
"Let's go celebrate!"
They cheered up at that.
