Stryker was sleeping with Team RWBY when Ruby came and put a binder down on the table.
"AHEM, Friends, Sisters, Indominus, Weiss. (Hey!) Four score and three minutes ago, I had a dream."
"This should be good," said Yang, as she caught a grape.
"A dream that the five of us would come together and have the best day ever!"
"What are you talking about?" asked Blake.
"I mean starting the semester off with a bang!"
"Really?" asked Yang, "I usually start my semesters off with a YANG! Eh, Eh?"
Stryker then rolled his eyes and fell asleep. He then woke up again when he heard people screaming.
He opened to see Teams RWBY and JNPR having a food fight. He kept his distance, and ate the food off the floor. When he spotted a cookie, he went for it, until Nora crushed hit by landing on it. His eye then twitched involuntary. Stryker then sneaked behind her, and Nora's team mates backed up.
"What?" asked Nora.
Stryker then snorted behind her. Nora turned around, and she saw a white snout behind her. Stryker then pointed at the crushed cookie at Nora's foot. Nora looked back up, and she giggled nervously. The Indominus then roared in her face, and he swiped at her. Ruby then sped through, and she picked up all of JNPR into the wall.
After Glynda cleaned up the mess, Stryker went out into the forest to hunt. In the forest, he caught another new sent.
It wasn't the Raptors, but something else. He followed it, and he heard roaring. He looked through the trees, and he saw a group of animals.
One was had a large head, small forearms, and dagger like teeth. There was another one, and a sub adult. He imagined it was his mate and infant.
The other animal, that the first was fighting, had massive, three fingered hands with giant claws, a crocodilian skull, and a sail on it's back.
Stryker then roared, and he walked out into the open. Everyone looked at the new dinosaur coming into the opening.
"What is that?" asked the green male.
"I could ask you the same thing," said Stryker.
"I'm Graveller, the Tyrannosaurus Rex. This is my mate, Doe, and my son, Stripper."
"Who are you then?" asked Stryker to the other animal.
"I'm Fin, the Spinosaurus, and what are you?"
"I'm Stryker, the Indominus Rex."
"What's an Indominus Rex Mommy?" asked Stripper.
"I don't know sweetie," said Doe.
"I'm what you call a hybrid dinosaur. It means I have different dinosaur genes mixed into one."
"So, why do you look like me?" asked Graveller.
"I've heard from the humans who designed me, that my base gene is a Tyrannosaurus Rex. I'm also part Velociraptor, and maybe some Spinosaurus. But enough about me, why are you two fighting?"
"I was just trying to find something to eat," said Fin, "But this thing just attacked me."
"YOU ARE INVADING MY FAMILY'S TERRITORY!" yelled Graveller.
"HEY!" said Stryker, "That's enough. Now, listen, is fighting really going to do anything?"
Fin and Graveller were about to retort, but they paused and then Fin said, "I guess not."
"Good, now, instead of fighting like monsters, you just try to talk things out. You don't want to be worse than the Grimm."
"Grimm? Is that what those black animals called?" asked Graveller.
"Yes, and they're not animals," said Stryker, "They're pure bred monsters. They'll kill just for fun, or bored."
The other dinosaurs couldn't believe it. Doe then walked up to Stryker, and she sniffed him.
"You smell like... humans," she said.
"They saved me," said Stryker, "I live with them, and they treat me with respect."
"Wow," said Fin, "I guess not all humans are bad if you actually live with some."
"I suppose you should head back," said Doe, "so that they don't worry about you."
"I guess so," said Stryker, "just so you know, we don't need to fight over food and stuff like that. We can share, and work together."
Graveller laughed, "You almost sound like a human."
"What can I say," said Stryker, "They've rubbed on me."
(Yes, this is the T rex family from the Lost World and Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park III. I wanted to include some very familiar and iconic dinosaurs that are well know in the franchise. So one question, which should be next introduced: Mamenchisaurus of Dilophosaurus?)
