A/N: Hey guys, I'm back. Pardon me for not posting for so long, I had Final Exams this week and it took a lot of time from me. But here I am :). I don't have much to say. Enjoy the reading.

Disclaimer: Not mine, never will. Except for Jasper, Amelia, Owad family (Raya, Hannah, Yaseen)

Sirius smiled a little, "Yeahh. Where is your deck?"

"Here" Jasper jumped up and started setting it out on the floor. Oh how he loved exploding snap, especially with Padfoot.

...

Meanwhile….

It was one of those nights, where Lily wanted to cook herself, with the help of James of course. Cooking can make her concentrate, and sort her thoughts out. She always liked cooking, it was something she enjoyed doing, for the sake of fun.

"James?" Lily softly asked, looking from mixing the meat and sauce for the lasagna.

"Hmm?"

"I've got a weird feeling…" she said

James turned from grating cheese and looked at his wife, "about..?"

"You must think I'm weird or something. But there's this feeling... About him" she answered.

"The bloke?" he asked, in which she nodded, "Bad feeling or good?"

"I don't know…maybe I'm just being paranoid…" she trailed off, and continued cooking on the stove.

"He has green eyes, you know...Emerald green eyes," she said after a moment of silence.

"Yeah, so? People have green eyes. I mean it's a touch rare but people do" James reasoned out, shrugging.

"Yeah..Yeah you're right…" she shook her head. She looked up suddenly as James engulfed her in a hug, she wrapped her arms around him and they just stood like that, in the middle of the kitchen. She pressed her cheek against his chest.

"Good thing Amelia is gone, right?" she asked, her voice muffled.

"Mmm. Yaseen and Hanna are good people"

"Yeah I know... Hanna was my best friend, remember?" she said

"Yeah I remember. Good thing Amelia has Raya as her friend. She's a sweet girl" he commented, Lily nodded against his head.

Hanna was Lily's best friend during her last years at Hogwarts. She was always there for her. Then they got their babies together, Amelia, and her daughter Raya are the same age. Both are in their second year of Hogwarts. Amelia is staying over there currently.

Lily pulls away from James, and he releases her. He leaned and gave her a kiss, and went back to grating the cheese. "Don't worry. We'll figure it out"

They were all seated at the dining table for dinner, which was lasagna, salad and dinner rolls.

"Ooh I just love your salads, Jasper! Even though I'm not a healthy guy" Sirius said and dug into said salad.

Jasper smirked, "Only the best-" he started.

"For the best" they both said at the same time, clanking their forks together. James chuckled at their antics.

"Dig in, everyone. I have already set a plate for Remus," Lily said.

They all ate happily, chattering every once in a while. Little did they know, their lives were about to be turned upside down.

James was sitting on a chair, a book discarded to his right. He's never been much of a reader, really. Never will be, that's Remus's thing. So he settled in watching the guy sleep, and as creepy as that sounds, he delved into his own thoughts to notice. It has been 3 hours and 32 minutes since he sat in this chair, he checked with a tempus. Everyone else was asleep. He was pretty calm about this whole ordeal, but now? Oh boy he's afraid. He wants his family safe. What if he was a spy? He was jerked out of his thoughts when he spotted a movement. He got up on his feet and neared the bed. The teenager in bed was frowning, and grimacing. Sweat sheening on his forehead. His face was bandaged, a white gauze around his head on his eyes, making him unable to see —and his messy hair to stick up—. A long scar trailed on his pale neck. Slowly his hand moved, touching the white gauze on his eyes.

"What?" the teenager mumbled weakly, his voice husky then dropped his arm once again.

"You're awake," stated James in surprise. The person jumped at his voice, and turned his head towards him.

"James" Lily whispered softly, James turned his head to find her standing on the door's edge, rubbing at her eyes.

He reached her in three strides, "What are you doing? How'd you know he woke?" he whispered urgently.

"Statis charm" she simply said, and walked to the bed. He followed.

"Water" croaked the 17-year-old.

Lily gestured to him, and James hurried to get a glass of water. He came back quickly, handing the glass to Lily. Who brought it to his mouth, assisting him. James helps him sit up. After he gulped the glass, he slumped back on the bed and went silent.

"He's back asleep" Lily stated, a curious look on her face. Waving her wand. She leaned down and grabbed her white medical bag, and pulled out some thick white gauze. She removed the old one that was wrapped around his arm, and started applying a new one.

"The wound is still open?" James asked.

"No, just to not risk an infection. It's healing slowly" Lily replied. She waved her wand again., and then nodded firmly, as the results of the status were stable. Severus suddenly walked into the room.

"Go get some rest, Potter. I'll take it from here" he said, settling into the chair he just emptied, potion's journal in hand.

"Thanks Severus" Lily thanked him, then turned to him "You should sleep, James. He'll take it from here."

James nodded, sighing. He ran his hand through his hair and stumbled upstairs, Lily behind him. He transfigures his clothes into pyjamas and lays on the bed, fast asleep. That was weird, he thought.

[Harry's POV]

Harry was in darkness. He couldn't see anything, and everything seemed to be floating. He could swear he could hear Hermione's and Ron's voices and others, though he isn't sure. There seems to be a humming in the background that's coming from everywhere. He's tired. Oh he's so very tired he doesn't mind sleeping the whole time. Is he dead? He doesn't know. It seems like there's a huge weight on his chest, pushing him down and down and down, till he's sinking. What is this? Where is he? Suddenly there's a light, a dimmed yellow light from above. But it's too far. Something scratches at his throat, like a cat's nails. Like a rake on autumn's leaves. He doesn't like that. Little by little he reached the light. Then he woke up, or at least felt that he woke up. He feels something on his eyes and touches it, a cloth?

"You're awake" a male voice said. Harry jerked, Where exactly was he again? He turned his head to where he thought the man was. Then there was another voice. Movement. He couldn't bring himself to care. He needed water. He voiced it out.

"Water" he croaked. Then grimaced as his voice was rough. More movement. Then suddenly he was being assisted into sitting up, and a glass was pressed to his lips. He drank greedily. Then he was so tired, he slumped back and welcomed the darkness once again. Why is he so tired? He can barely make a female's voice talking. He just wants to sleep. So he succumbed to the darkness.

It was morning at the Potter's summer cottage, and it's been a day since the weird bloke popped up. The resident's of Potter's cottage are James Potter, Lily Potter, Jasper Potter, and Amelia Potter—the baby of the family—. With Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Severus Snape as part of the family.. It was 7 a.m and said people were having breakfast except for Sirius, who was guarding the 17-year-old in the room.

"So," Amelia spoke, a smile on her face as she scooped some eggs, "What happened yesterday?" she asked.

"Ohh! There's this 17-year-old guy popping in our backyard. And he was injured badly too. Anyway, we don't know who he is."

"What? No way!" Amelia said, her eyes glinting.

"Yeahh!" continued Jasper, and told her what happened in detail.

"Ooo, a mysterious man. I like this" she takes a bite of sausage.

"Kids, you are not to go near him, understand?" Remus said firmly.

Amelia rolled her eyes at Moony but nodded anyway. "Did he wake up yet?" she asked excitedly.

"Nope"

"So we don't know his identity yet. Hmm, he could be a spy for all we know" she concluded waving her fork around, "Pass the salt, dad"

James passed the salt and asked, "How was your time over at Raya's, Amelia?" Raya was Amelia's best friend, the Potter and Owad families are close and always enjoy each other's company.

"It was good. I had lots of fun. We swam in their pool" Amelia replied.

"Mmm Mum, the food is good," Jasper commented, he turned to Amelia "Swimming in the sea is better" The Potters' cottage is on the seaside. "The weather's nice today, we could head out swimming."

"I think that's a good idea," Lily answered.

"Won't it be your turn, Lily?" Severus asked questionably.

"What? Ah right. From 9 till 1" Lily pouted when she remembered she'll guard the 17-year-old.

"Is it really necessary?" asked Jasper skeptically. A glare from Jame shut him up quickly.

"I could do it, Lils," Remus suggested. He really didn't mind it.

"No no, it's fine. I'll do it" she waved her hand

"But Lily, there's no need. One of us will do it" James said. He was reluctant to let Lily guard the teenager, they still weren't sure if he was dangerous or not, and he doesn't want his wife getting hurt. If it was up to him, there's no way he'd let her do it. But she insisted, so did the others. Lily was a powerful witch, and a skilled mediwitch too. She could whip out her wand in a second, and immobilize him. She also knows a wide variety of charms. But he still was reluctant to let her go. He won't put his family in danger.

"Oh come off it, James. We already discussed this. I am going. I'm not incapable, you know" Lily shook her head, her red curls falling to her back.

"Woah. You honestly think mum is incapable? Really dad? Cuz she's a woman?" Amelia said, shaking her head frowning comically.

"It's not that" James protested

"Then why else are you protesting? For Merlin's sake, James. I might not have taken auror's training, but I'm just as good as, and I did have dueling training. Not only big strong men can duel well, you know. Besides, I don't sense any danger from the boy" Lily retorted

"He's not a boy," James recalled with a hiss.

"Calm down, Potter," Severus said in a silky voice.

"Merlin, why are you all up against me?"James asked heatedly

"No Prongs, it's you. You're not making any sense. It's Lily's turn" Remus tried with him.

"Fine. But you shouldn't blame a husband for caring for his wife" James frowned and watched Lily as she left. He was just worried for his wife, the love of his life. Couldn't they understand? He'd die if Lily dies or if something horrible happens to her. Jasper and Amelia would be devastated. He would do anything in his power to prevent any more family members from dying. He has to keep them safe. He knows the teenager isn't that dangerous, he can tell. He's also very injured, he could barely move. He knows that. Maybe he overreacted. But still, they can't really blame him. He'll apologize later, he decided, frowning at Moony and his daughter.

A/N: Hope you liked it! Hey guys, I think I need a beta reader, do you have any suggestions or volunteers? (maybe someone good with writing Severus and his wide vocabulary) Thank you very much.

About the Owad family, you're going to hear a lot about them, give it time ;). (P.S What do you think with the name, Raya)

Leaving a review makes me completely elated and gives me more motivation. Thank you!

Chapter Six is next. (Thought of saying the numbers in French (I know some French), maybe you'll learn on the way :)
