Alright time to turn on the new mcr song and get to work.
"There you are Ash" Gary let about a sigh but formed a smile.
The raven haired boy said nothing.
Gary walked up to his broken friend and caught the knife when he threw it up "Look Ash I know I hurts but it will make you stronger."
"Sure..." Ash mumbled "Can I have my knife back now?"
Gary gave it back to the broken boy.
"I'm leaving" Ash stood up and gripped a pokeball with a flying type in it "But I'm sure we'll meet again."
"Ash! Paul, Brock and I are on your side!"
"I know..." he flew off.
"Oh Ash..."
Five years later
*Blah* A young man groaned has a clock feel from the shelf that harbored it onto his gut.
He continued to groan until he sat up on his bed "That damn dream again..."
The boy rubbed his eyes and jumped out of bed, This boy is Gary Oak and he's currently in RV and he walked to the drivers cab to see a tanned man with his hand on the wheel and a purpled haired male with his feet up on the dash.
"Yo Brock what was that? I trying to sleep."
"Oh Hey Gary!" The man known as Brock greeted not looking away from the road "Unexpected speed bump would be what that was."
"AHHHH" The brown spiky hair youth said mockingly and took that last seat in the cockpit which was behind the passenger seat it faced in the direction of the wall.
The youth in question slept in his journeying which was a white shirt with a collar that stuck out of his leather jacket, that he just pulled on since he didn't sleep in it and a pair of dark beige baggy pants held up by a belt he wrapped around his waist. he also had a silver pendant necklace. (His new design in journeys)
"Are we almost there?" Gary asked as he tugged his belt on.
He was ignored, Brock he could understand since he was focused on the road but...
"YO PAUL WE ALMOST THERE!?" He asked again with an elbow to the back of the seat in front of his.
"WHAT!?" The purple haired boy was caught off guard "I don't know man." He whimpered rubbing his back.
This boy was Paul Shinji he used to be a cold and heartless youth but he's become kind and compassionate in recent years. but he warns everyone if you piss him off he'll turn back to his old self.
Paul's appearance has changed a quite a bit, His staple purple hair has grown out and he now ties it to a tiny pony tail at the bottom with a red ribbon holding it together.
His outfit hasn't change to much other than the color scheme his old purple vest was swapped out for a blue pair with the same black sleeves, underneath was a gray sweater, He's constantly asked how he's not hot under all of that. his bottom are a simple black with a LOT of pockets.
"What are you excited to see them?" Paul asked running a comb through his long hair.
"As excited as if you get a hair cut" Gary joked "like serious man when was the last time."
He just scoffed at the remark and undid his pony tail to reveal more hair which means more to brush "Does it matter?"
It went silent for a second as Gary didn't know what to say after that, but Brock eventually spoke up "I'm a little excited to see them"
"That's right you haven't seen them since that day" Paul pointed out.
"Where as emo and I have seen them on multiple occasions" Gary said pointing at himself and Paul.
Brock just stared out to the road "I hope they changed"
Paul crossed his arms and looked out the window "Most have since Ash has pretty much up and disappeared, but..." he paused "I'm sure some might have the same feeling and just hid them."
"I see" the tan man nodded his head "It's not like we've seen him recently either..."
"Yeah..." Gary muttered under his breath "I hope he's alright."
Paul wrapped the bottom of his hair back into a pony tail "Ash was and is a big boy, I'm sure he's fine!"
The pokemon professor in training smirked as he got an idea "I know Paul's excited to see Dawn."
"W-WHAT!?" The pokemon trainers normal cool demeanor broke and showed a embarrassed and red faced Paul.
"OHHHH Really? Now that's interesting" Brock teased his young friend.
"S-SHUT UP"
"OH Paul I'm so sorry please forgive me" Gary wrapped his arms around himself and impersonated Dawn
"I'm goin kill you" the ran around the RV Gary getting chased by Paul
Laughter was heard from the one getting chased.
"GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!" Yelled the one chasing.
Brock just sighed at the two and said "I guess nothing really do change."
With ?
We find ourselves at cold mountain peak with the silhouette of a hooded man and three pokemon underneath the harsh snow.
The biggest one stood on the left side while the smallest one stood on the right edge.
The male shadow called out to the biggest pokemon in a cold voice "Charizard use flare blitz!"
He then turned to the one on the right and told it "Use volt tackle Pikachu!"
The two moves collided and made a shockwave, Sent rocks flying and separated the snow, the man held onto his hood as his cloak wiped back in ripples.
But he had slight smile on his face.
"That's enough!" The pokemon stopped their attack and looked to their master for the next order "Good job, take five." Charizard went back into his ball whereas Pikachu went to lay down in a snow free patch of grass.
"Alright Lucario!" He snatched a sword that was buried in the ground and unsheathed the blade to reveal a 50 to 60 inch broadsword with a black hand guard separating the blade and the red hilt. The clean silver weapon and long slice in middle, maybe from a battle.
"Let's see how much stronger you've gotten"
The man got into a battle holding up big blade while his pokemon created a bone shaped beam.
"You ready?!" He almost sounded happy.
"Yes!" Lucario confirmed through aura waves that only ones potent in aura could understand.
The man just smirked as he started to rush at his pokemon with a shout and his weapon trailing behind him.
The blade and beam clashed but the weight of the sword was winning.
Before the bone beam broke Lucario pulled back and formed a blue sphere and shot it at his opponent, The ball of energy hit him in the chest and sent him to the ground.
"HEY That's cheating!" The man yelled. The force from the Aura sphere blew his hood off and now we see a handsome 21 with raven black messy hair and brown eyes with a scar on his cheek.
The sun was coming up and light pierced the man and his pokemon.
With the light the sun was providing we can get a look at our mystery man.
He wore a red baggy shirt with his black cloak covering the sleeves, he had dark blue pants with a few rips at the bottom and black and red belt keeping the up which also keep his pokeballs. he had a sheath on his back for his sword. underneath his cloak you can barely see a blue ribbon around his arm.
"Sorry master" Lucario apologized and help his trainer to his feet.
"Hey it's alright. I was about to win, it's only you'd chicken out." He gloated which had no affect on the aura pokemon as he was used to his teasing
"One thing though..." He stared right at his pokemon which made Lucario a little nervous "Just call me Ash, no master. Alright?" his gaze softened.
"OK Ash"
He smiled but before he could say anything more something in the sky caught his eye.
Back with the boys
"So Brock are almost to the place?" Gary asked rather broad.
The place in question was where everyone trainer worth a damn was going. The pokemon world championship. Gym leaders, champions, Trainers even Coordinators and Pokémon Performers are going to be there. The worlds practically stopping for this event.
What region was the event in well Sinnoh was the location.
"Probably one more night" He replayed eyes glued to the road.
"It doesn't really matter since the writers just going to do a time skip" Paul mumbled in his seat.
He sprung out of his chair "SEE IT'S HAPPENING!"
A full day in the car later
"AHHHH WERE FINALLY HERE" Gary happily exclaimed as exited the RV and stretched his arms and legs.
Paul was next one to leave to vehicle "No more car rides, it battles from here on!" He cracked his knuckles and smirked.
Brock made his appearance to the outside world last, once he was fully out of the RV he locked it up and made his way to the others.
"HEYYYYYYYYY" Yelled a feminine voice that was getting closer every second
A women with darkish blue hair was charging at the boys. Gary and Brock were scared while Paul braced for impact.
The girl ran straight into Paul wrapping her arms around his neck "I've missed you!"
"I've missed you too Dawn" Paul replayed hugging her back all the while Gary was making kissing sounds which he gave his a stare that said "I'll kill you" in return.
The girl now identified as Dawn pulled away from the purple haired trainer and turned to see the other two that accompanied Paul.
The two in question got a good look at her she looked quite different from the last time. She wore a big baggy black open denim jacket with pink buttons along the side. A white sweater in the middle of the jacket with a white v neck over it, She still wore her pink short skirt and pink boots with black stockings. Her blue hair and dark blue eyes were accompanied by a yellow heart clip and beanie with a pink pokeball on the front and a pair of blue snow boots.
Seeing her reminded Brock that it was pretty cold here in the Sinnoh region but Gary was taking note of her body shape.
The outfit she wore didn't reveal any chevage but HE could tell they grew, Gary always pinned Dawn as a girl with a nice ass and small breasts and he's still not wrong. Her butt was big enough to almost see her panties from under her skirt and her boobs were maybe a B cup now.
"Hey!" Paul nudged His arm
"HUH?!" pulling him out of his trance.
"God I think you're even more of a prev than Brock is." The trainer was very disappointed in his friend.
As Paul was scolding Gary, Brock and Dawn were getting reacquainted.
"It so good to see you again Brock! how have you been?!"
"I've been pretty good. How bout you Dawn?"
"I've been super good, I've even won the Sinnoh grand festival!"
Brock smiled at the girl "Good job! I'm so proud on you." he put his hand on her head.
The older man always was like a big brother to the group and he embraced that role with all his heart.
"Where's the others?" Gary asked rejoining the conversion with a bruised arm.
"OH!" Dawn looked around for her friends "They were right behind me." She said putting her hand on her chin to think "But then I ran off and lost them I guess" She stuck her tongue out playfully.
This made the three men sigh at the 19 year old girls actions.
"Where did you come from?" Brock asked.
The blue haired women thought for a second and then remembered "WE CAME FROM THE POKE MOTEL!" She jumped up and down excited that she remembered without any help "Follow me!"
The guys walked with Dawn to hopefully the hotel but the only thing they were thinking was "Why did she say WE when she's only one here?" They all thought at the same time.
The party of four made their way to the poke motel Dawn was staying at in hopes of seeing the others that were with the girl.
All the while, unknown to them, they were being followed by a mysteries man with a hood covering his face.
After maybe 7 minutes of walking and talking the only girl of the group stopped and pointed at the building in front of the group "Here it is!"
The building was definitely old but it seemed to be very popular probably by chance because it was the closest place to the arena that the event was taking place.
Who knows maybe after this they can upgrade.
Dawn rushed in and the guys looked at the place for a second before going in. It seemed straight from the past, half the letters were off on the led sign, the windows looked cracked and dirty and the building itself didn't looked the right color, what the trio assumed was beige at one point was turning into a mix of brown and white. But the guys when in after the girl anyway.
The inside of the motel was much better of than the outside which was a relive to our three heroes.
They looked around and something was missing.
Dawn!
She was nowhere to be found, they didn't take that long to come in. so where did she go?
Before the trio could be really worried she came rushing down the stairs with a group in tow.
"HEY GUYS I BROUGHT EVERYONE ELSE!"
Everyone else consisted of May, Max, Misty, Serena and Clemont.
The first one to step up and say hello was May "Hey Brock" She hugged her friend.
May was 20 years old now. She was adult now and her looks showed this fact.
She wore her hair down now and it reached her mid back. Her eyes sparkle like sapphires and a red scarf with black stripes wrapped around her neck, She wore a pink sweater with buttons all down the middle the top buttons undone, probably not willingly since her D cup breasts and hourglass figure were not fitting right in her outfit. Through the opening in her sweater you could she a plain red T shirt underneath. She wore a black leggings and skirt combo the leggings hugged her thighs tightly and reached to her feet which were covered by a pretty pair of red snow boots.
"H-Hello May" Brock hugged back a little nervous by the women's appearance.
Gary on the other hand was enjoying it very much, even Paul couldn't deny that she was a heart throbber.
"Hey there Gary, Paul I see you've keep with the hair style, I still love it" She greeted the other two guys with a smile.
The spiky haired turned into a statue with a red streak through his cheeks. The other male was much more modest "Thanks May! You look good too."
The next one to walk up to the trio was Serena "H-hello everyone" she said nervous, she hasn't seen any of them since THAT day not even Gary.
The girl with nerves had honey blond shoulder length hair with a gray hat with a black band around the middle on top of her head and crystal clear blue eyes plus pretty pink bow earrings. She wore a black virgin killer which complemented her C cup breasts and curves. with a pink leather coat covering her sides and a red and white skirt with stocking going up to her knees, A pair brown boots and a blue ribbon around her wrist were that last things about her outfit.
"Hey Serena" Brock walked up to the girl and gave her a hug which helped her calm down.
The pokemon performer was definitely one of Ash's old friends that her had the least of a connection with, He traveled with Misty, May, Max and Dawn, talked with Celmont when he went to Kalos for doctor stuff. But Serena... no real connection but that didn't stop him from taking the role of big bro for her too.
"Save some of that hugging energy for me too" Called out a orange haired, green eyed tomboy by the name of Misty.
She was the most disappointing to Gary. Her body shape hasn't changed, still A cup breasts that he can barely see under her outfit and in the "curve" department she wasn't very strong.
What she wore didn't help her case either, She had on a big white fluffy snow coat with fur around the hood, A teal scarf with white lines around her neck. Her hair was tied to the side in a pony tail held together by a band that had Kanto native flowers on it. For bottoms her wore he iconic short shorts with her red spenders holding on to her pants pointing down.
Gary stared at her very blankly for a little to long "HEY WHY YOU LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT!?" She yelled. This pulled him out of his trace and started running away from Misty. "SORRRRRRY THAT I DON'T HAVE BIG TITS THAT YOU CAN STARE AT!" She barked at him while chasing him around the lobby.
As Gary and Misty was running around Clemont walked up to Brock and Paul and greeted them "Hey you two! what's up?"
He fixed his glasses after his greeting and the two got a good look at there male friend. He had Yellow hair with a teal beanie with a little white ball on top over his hair, big round glasses and light gray eyes. He had on a teal scarf wrapped around his neck and a dark teal coat with a lime line around the waist. He still wore his light blue jumpsuit under it all, you can tell because for pants it was just the jumpsuit. Nothing fancy.
"Hey Clemont! You look good." Brock replayed with a genuine smile.
He rubbed the back of his head not very good at receiving complaints.
"Long time no see." Plainly said a mans voice.
He stepped down from the stairs to reveal that it was May's Dark blue haired little brother Max, He was sixteen now and looked the part.
His glasses covered Brown Eyes looked more mature, He wore a short sleeved greed polo with a black stripes over the chest and the bottom, the sleeves were light gray. He had long brown pants that reached down to his shoes.
"MAX?!" Brock was baffled by the change in his youngest friend.
"Been a long time man." Max's eyes softened with a smile.
"Damn!" He measured his height with his hand "you're almost taller then Paul." Gary stopped running to take a jab at his friend.
"HEY!" Paul offended also started to chase Gary with Misty.
"He's really grown up huh?" May put her shoulder on her brother.
"Yeah he really has." Brock agreed all the while Gary was being chase by a purple hair man and a orange haired tomboy.
RING RING
"Time out!" Gary called out to the two raising his hand in the air "I got a call." he looked at the caller ID in shock.
"I-I'll be right back" he sounded a little shook up but nonetheless he walked out to take it in private.
"HMMMMMM" Paul hummed with a glare at Gary.
Outside the motel
He looked at the Id again making sure that he wasn't hallucinating. No it was still there the Id of Ash Ketchum.
Gary was in uttered disbelieve, he haven't seen that name on his phone it years.
He picked up right away "H-hello?" The pokemon professor in training stuttered not knowing if he was talking to a ghost or something.
"Is this Gary Oak?" The masculine voice bluntly asked.
"Y-Yeah!"
"Is this really Ask Ketchum?"
"Yes it is." He said like it didn't matter "I want to know if your at the Pokemon world championship."
"Yeah I am."
"Ok bye."
"WAIT! Are we going to see each other?"
"Yes."
Call ended after that leaving Gary very confused.
"That was Ash?" He asked to know one other than himself "I guess I should get back to everyone else."
"So May how have you been?" Brock took a sip of his drink in a chair in the motel lobby.
"Good! I've won the Hoenn and Kanto grand festivals." May gloated proud of he accomplishments.
"Wow two!" he was quite shocked. Its not that he didn't believe in May it's just that he a little surprised that she has done more than Dawn since she lost to her in the Wallace cup. But that was a long time ago.
The motel doors flung open to show a distressed Gary Oak walking into the lobby.
"I'm back." was all he said.
"Welcome back" Serena greeted him with one of her warm smile, which made Gary grin back.
The doors once again flew open, Paul looked around counting his friends thinking that it was someone they knew but no they were all here.
The person that opened the door wore a hood and what little of his eyes you could see they were looking around for something or maybe someone.
The Man walked up to Max and asked "Do you know a Gary Oak?"
He shook as he tried to pick up his hand to point at the spiky haired boy.
"I'm Gary." He walked up to the man saving Max from his predicament "Need something?"
The hooded figured stuck his hand in his pocket and it looked like he was looking for something but before Gary could ask what he was doing he got a text.
"It's me."
Gary looked up in shock after reading the text. This was... Ash!
"HEY MAN!" He nervously laughed and rest his elbow on the tall mans shoulder. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" He asked through his teeth but internally saying "What The hell are you doing here!?"
"You know this guy?" Misty asked looking at the new guy.
"YeAh..." Gary said high quivering voice.
"Then what's his name?"
"UHHHHH" He looked at Ash and than to the floor trying to figure out what to say.
But he didn't need to Ash butt in and said "My name is Red Zero."
"Red Zero?" Misty thought that name was dumb but dismissed it "Well nice to meet you Red!"
"Yeah..." Ash NO Red said.
"He-Hey Red come with me. OK?" Gary stuttered pulling Red out of the motel.
"Uh Sure..." He replayed but even if he said that he didn't want to come there was no choice.
The whole time Red was in the room Paul was staring at him almost like he knew him.
"Something Wrong?" Brock Asked putting his hand on Paul's shoulder.
"I'm fine" He shrugged his friends hand off "I'll be back..."
Paul walked out the lobby into the street looking for something and he found it in a instance.
With Red and Gary
"So Ash "Red Zero" Huh." Gary said walking into a ally with Red.
"I'll explain it later..."
"Alright..."
There was a long silence but Gary spoke up and asked the thought most on his mind
"Why are you here Ash?"
He paused before answering thinking if he wanted to tell him or not. He leaned in and said "There's info that Rainbow Rocket are here."
"Who?"
Red was so taken a back by Gary's bluntness and not knowing who he was talking about that his hood fell off.
"Y-You know Rainbow R-Rocket"
"Gesundheit." Gary said Not knowing what he was talking about.
Red Sighed in defeat "GRAMPS?"
"Oh yeah I know them! Why didn't you just say that?"
"I don't know know." Red paused before he continued "I've entered this tournament to keep tabs on them."
"But why you?" Gary Gasped "ARE YOU A SECRET AGENT?!"
"NO" Red snapped at him "I...I was once apart of Rainbow Rocket."
"W-WHAT?! WHEN?! WHY?!"
"Calm down! I'm not apart of them anymore."
"OK But WHEN, WHY?"
"Maybe we'll get into that at a later date but I will tell you this. The name Red Zero was my code name there"
"ZERO-Type-Red..."
"THAT SOUNDS BADASS!" Gary blurted out "OH!" He cleared his throat "Sorry!"
"I left after I found out what they were planning to do and NOW I VOW TO STOP THEM!"
"Wow your pretty cool!" Gary was amazed.
"Sounds like it" Said a voice from the shadows.
"Whos there?!" Red Asked looking in the direction of the voice.
"Why me of course." The voice walked out of the shadows to reveal Paul.
"P-Paul!"Gary stuttered
"So It is you Ash I thought it was you when you walked into the room."
"Heh I'm surprised you figured it out."
"So you're entering the tournament huh." Paul began "Can't wait to fight you again." He smirked.
"Well don't lose to early then." Red smirked back.
