Code Lyoko: Dark Harvest
Chapter 1
Ammon was your typical nerd, He loved to play video games, read up on the latest tech and catch up on sports. Raised from birth by his mother Athena, Ammon grew up poor. Having no access to technology of any kind, transferring to Kadic seemed to be a miracle. Money troubles forced Athena to borrow a large amount of money from a loan shark to finance Ammon's tuition. It was here that Ammon learned of the factory and the fabled Lyoko Warriors Yumi, Ulrich, Odd and Aelita. It had been thirty years since XANA had fallen, men went back to work, women got new jobs and the school was secure.
"What's up dude"
Ammon turned his head, in front of him was a short squat student with flowing red hair and freckles. Ammon said nothing but went to find his room. He opened the door and found to his horror that another person was in his room. Horror turned to attraction however as she turned around. Tall and slender, his roommate introducted herself as Maria.
"Hello, I'll be your new roomie! Ground rules: Lights out at 9:00, no eating on my desk and music is to be played as low as possible, I have sensitivity to high sounds"
Ammon didn't care. As long as he could be free from his father's influence, he would be fine.
His father worked in Tech support but was a stingy bastard, regularly claiming massive checks but "accidentally" forgetting to give them to Ammon or his mother. Eventually Athena had enough and sued him for emotional neglect. She won the checks and damages. His father swore to kill her. He was locked up in Sing Sing. Again, Ammon just wanted peace of mind.
Being a eighteen year old, Ammon soon grew curious about what lay beyond the school. He and Maria, also eighteen, went for a walk and discovered the factory. The scanners still worked and Jeremy had left a message:
"Welcome, and congratulations on finding our home away from home. I've upgraded the computer to do automatic scans and alerts in case XANA decides to attack. Aelita don't touch that! Anyway, we're taking an extended break for now. Might even quit for good. Whatever you do, NO ONE MUST KNOW about Lyoko or the factory. I've reprogrammed the supercomputer to do constant scans. If it picks up a tower, head for the scanners. The entire factory is self automating at this point so don't worry. If you aren't here on good terms then the scan will reveal all. Evil people will die upon virtualization. End log"
Ammon grinned and started the process. He came upon a message:
"Error. unknown user. Please enter verification code:"
Ammon tried his birth date:
7/7/22
No luck
He then tried the coordinates to the factory. No luck. By random chance, he typed Scipo and the terminal came alive. Grinning from ear to ear, Ammon set up the scanners and Maria left with him for Lyoko.
"Where is Ammon!" asked Mrs. Hertz. No one in the class had any clue. Mrs. Herz asked one more time, then marked him as truant.
On lyoko, Ammon took in the sights around him. It was barren, save for an inactivated tower. Maria took a moment to try to undo her bra, but it wouldn't come off. She pulled and pulled but it stuck to her like glue. The supercomputer ran into an error and her bodily functions came back. Horror crossed her face and she tried in vain to do the impossible.
"Come Off damn you...oh no!"
Maria decided to kill herself to get free.
The scanner opened and Ammon and Maria, now both in pain, stumbled out of the scanner and ran for the nearest closet. Ammon took one and Maria took the other.
After taking care of their business, they played the log from Jeremy.
"Added log, December 7th, 2476, the scanner is old and has a tendency to malfunction. This affects the supercomputer. I cannot stress this enough, Use the restroom before you go to lyoko. We're still cleaning the second scanner after Yumi and Aelita's accidents. The bug has a 98% success rate. First you leak on lyoko, losing all your health, then the scanner gets flooded, then I have to clean it up. To that end, I've added some enhancements to the program. When you go to lyoko, there will be a data disposal area. One use, and the problem is gone. Depending on the amount of people, it may or may not work. Two is fine, six will cause the area to disappear. So, in conclusion: GO BEFORE VIRTUALIZATION"
"I guess we know now" said Maria as the computer behind her flashed an ominous red
"Maria, what is that? asked Ammon as he went up to the screen.
The computer kept flashing an error
"Subject unknown. Proteus active. factory shutdown imminent"
The log continued
"Jeremy again, we defeated XANA but something else has taken control of the factory. I've set the computer to scan. I've designated it Proteus for now until we can get more info. Aelita, get out of there! Do not let it escape! Do you hear me? Contain Proteus. Wait... there's something in the vents...RUN!"
The video feed cut out as something inhuman slithered out of the vents.
Another log picked up as Jeremy, now haggard and tired, took to the computer.
"France has fallen, we are-"
An explosion rocked the monitor as he recorded
"We are in retreat; the factory is no longer secure! Forward teams are moving to mobilize and contain Asset PROTEUS, now known as Objective Black lightning. We are falling back to Lyoko for the time being. I've had to release SCP 054 from containment. It's on our side. GO! leave the log, we'll get it later!"
The video cut out and a stream of numbers flooded the screen:

"What could it mean?" said Ammon.
An explosion rocked the factory and Maria looked up.
"We've got a problem" she said
Ammon was confused
Maria showed him a video. In it were Jeremy and co. It was dated 8/8/07
Ammon put two and two together.
"What year is it?"
Maria checked her phone.
"Impossible, it says we're in the year 2137. But we were just outside!"
Another message popped on screen.
"Decay Imminent. RTTP fatal error 31: Reset point Alpha. Start date: 2137. Scanners offline, power offline. Asset containment offli-"
The power went out and something could be heard growling. The power came back and Maria jumped as a massive hole lay in front of her.
"Ammon, Let's get out of here"
Ammon set the scanner for Lyoko and they left to find the original group.
As the scanners closed, blood dripped from the ceiling.
