My Little Girl-Ch 13
Derek was downstairs looking around making sure that everything was perfect and that everything was ready, thankfully he had just done final checks when he heard Penelope making her way down the staircase and when she reached the floor in the living room he heard her heels clacking on the floor.
He smiled as he made his way back into the living room and when he did he saw her standing there looking around the room in complete awe, as he walked across the room he wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed the side of her neck and said, "soooooo did your man do good?", Penelope turned in his arms and kissed his lips gently and said, "you sure did".
The only light in the room was coming from the multitude of candles that were around the room and the flickering light of the fireplace, as she looked up at him she said, "everything looks amazing, especially that" as she pointed to the bed made of pillows that were in front of the fireplace.
Derek said, "wellllll I want tonight to be perfect", as he leaned down and started peppering the side of her neck with soft kisses, she moaned and turned her head to the side to give him more access to her, she bit down on her bottom lip as her body arched into his.
They pulled apart and Derek said, "I called and checked on Jazzy and she's fine, she was playing with Sarah and Desi while momma was getting her dinner ready", Penelope sighed happily and said, "well then, since our daughter is by now enjoying a delicious meal, how about we do the same?" as she motioned at the food laying on a blanket in the middle of the sea of pillows.
Derek helped his baby girl down on the pillows before sitting down beside her, for the next few minutes they laughed, ate and talked about how things had changed over the past several months, about how happy they are now compared to their lives before Jazzy entered them.
When dinner was over Derek quickly put the dishes in the kitchen and then hurried back to rejoin his baby girl on the soft pillow made bed. As he sat down he stopped on his knees, he looked at her and said, "baby girl we need to talk", she nodded her head and waited for him to start.
Derek reached into his pocket and pulled out a small black box, he opened it and said, "Penelope Grace Garcia, will you do me the honor of marrying me and spending the rest of your life with me as my wife?", with tears streaming down her face she nodded her head and said, "yes, yes, yes".
Derek removed the ring from the box and tossed it aside before lifting her left hand and putting the 2 carat diamond on the love of his life's finger, he then said, "I love you baby girl", she said, "and I love you" as she leaned in and claimed his lips with hers.
When they pulled apart Derek smiled happily as Penelope said, "make love to me Derek, make me yours in every way", he leaned in and said, "your wish is my command" as his lips quickly descended down onto hers.
