The world of Remnant is quite a treacherous place… With Grimm around every corner, and villains whom wish harm upon the beautiful realm, this will surely be a challenge for RWBY, and their friends. And with a new villain aiding Salem; the demon Nightmaratack, and with the rise of "Dark Grimm", they'll need all the help they can get… Even help from some not of their world.

He died and was given the task to save Remnant, but unfortunately he was reborn as a Dungeon Core. “No! I wanted to be an OP badass! Not a smelly cave!” At least he had a system, even if it was crappy, so hopefully his dream could still come true. For now someone should tell these freeloaders to leave him alone!

Ruby absolutely loses it.

Four groups each with one destination on there minds. With the lumming threat of the White Fang in there minds can they make it to Haven Academy as they face against obstacles ahead of them. Meanwhile Salems forces prepare to snuff out the light that oppose them by any means nessecary.

After the fall of Beacon, Mercury and Emerald's lives change. Cinder is no longer the mysterious, all powerful mastermind behind the fall. Now, Salem, someone they barely comprehend, is their master. As for Cinder, she's broken, consumed by vengeance, and it's only a matter of time before she takes it out on them. So, with a little encouragement from Mercury, they decide to bail.

Around 30 years before the events of Volume 1, an ancient ghost from Ozpin's past reawakens. Before Ozpin made the four Maidens, he had given some of his power to twelve Paladins. One has survived to the current day, and his presence will change everything. Canon diverges in slight ways but seriously diverges after Vol 3
