The group was taking a break
ash had gotten all of the gym badges in kanto and he was getting ready for the Pokemon league
right now he was battling a trainer while the others were having a picnic
"do you think ash could become champion?" Misty asked Lincoln
"why are you asking me?" Lincoln asked
"well you were trained by a member of the elite 4." Misty said
Lincoln stopped time and then looked at you

"I only know one of the league." Lincoln said "that's not really a good measure."

eventually ash finished off the battle and came back
"that was a fun battle!" Ash said
suddenly they noticed a dragonite landing nearby
"Wait. A Dragonite? What are you doing here, big fella?" Lincoln asked
the dragonite handed them a letter
ash opened the letter and then a hologram of a woman appeared
"Greetings, Pokémon trainers. I bear an invitation." The hologram said
"She's really small, but really pretty." Brock said
"another word and I cast instant wax on your legs." Lincoln said
"that's not a spell." Brock said
"you wanna find out?" Lincoln asked
brock was silent after that
"You've been chosen to join a select group of Pokémon trainers at a special gathering. It will be hosted by my master, the world's greatest Pokémon trainer, at his palace on New Island. " the hologram said before showing a map "A chartered faerie will leave from Old Shore Wharf to take you to the island this afternoon. Only trainers who present this invitation will be admitted. If you decide to attend, you must reply at once."
soon a yes or no dropped out of the letter
"my master awaits your answer." The hologram said before disappearing
"is there a way to rewind it?" Brock asked
Lincoln snapped his fingers and brock let out a scream from being waxed
"remind me not to make you angry." Misty said "so should we go?"
"of course we should they world's greatest Pokémon trainer wants to face me!" Ash said
"I agree." Lincoln said
they give the dragonite the yes answer and they flew away
"now let's get going." Ash said
they began to head to the port when suddenly a huge storm began
"Talk about a downpour! It's like all the Pokémon who knew how to started using Rain Dance!" Lincoln said "luckily for us the Pokemon centre is nearby."
they entered the centre and saw a bunch of trainers there
"hey Lincoln couldn't you just "magic" the storm away?" Misty teased
"you don't think I tried that?" Lincoln asked
"wait what?" Misty asked
"this storm isn't natural." Lincoln said "I tried to cancel it but it just whipped right back up."
"why is that?" Brock asked
"I'm not sure but whatever the reason it can't be good." Lincoln said "I'm gonna have a summon on standby just in case."
Soon the group noticed an officer Jenny talking about the ferry with a woman next to her
"It's more than just rain! The harbor manager thinks this could be the worst storm ever." Officer Jenny said
"Listen to me! I am Miranda, the pier master here." The woman next to her said "And I advise you all against going out in this wearther. The prophets have predicted the return of The Winds of Water. For years I have prayed, that mankind would never witness that deadly storm ever again."
"isn't that just a legend?" Officer Jenny asked
"The ancient writings tell of the storm wiping out all but a few Pokémon. In their sorrow, the water of their tears somehow returned the lives lost in the storm. But there are no Pokémon tears today, just waters which no one can survive." Miranda said
"And that's why your ferry to New Island's been cancelled." Officer Jenny said
"hey ash isn't a little weird that all these people got a ticket to new island?" Lincoln asked as some people left for new island anyway
"yeah it's a bit weird."ash said
"so what are we going to do?" Brock asked
"we are going to take a shortcut." Lincoln said as he snapped his fingers
suddenly they were on new island
"how did you get us here?" Misty asked
Lincoln gave her a "how do you think?" Look
"right magic." Misty said
"I'm still not sure how you're surprised at this point." Lincoln said
"look you have a whole grab bag of powers." Misty said
"expect the unexpected." Lincoln said while shrugging
Misty was quiet after that
soon they were greeted by the woman from the invite
"My master bids you welcome to New Island. Will you kindly present your invitation?" The woman asked
ash pulled out the invitation
"welcome to new island." The woman said as they entered the palace
soon they arrived in a large room
after a little while more trainers showed up
"Now that you are here, all trainers worthy of an audience with my master are present." The woman said
"there's only 3." Ash said
"I could've swore there was going to be more." Lincoln said
"Only the trainers capable of braving the storm have proven themselves worthy in my master's eyes." The woman said
"so your master caused the storm." Lincoln said
"Please release your Pokémon from their Pokéballs and join the others. It will not be long before my master's intentions are clear." The woman said before turning away
"guys hold on." Lincoln said before creating illusions of all their Pokémon (minus Pikachu togepi and venustoise)
"why?" Ash asked
"I don't like this keep Pikachu safe." Lincoln said
after a little bit of talking to the trainers the lights suddenly went out
"You are about to meet my master. The time has come for your encounter with the greatest Pokémon master on Earth." The woman said
Lincoln got his summon spell ready
suddenly a platform began to descend revealing a figure
it was Pokemon
"Is that a-?" Lincoln asked
"Yes. The world's greatest Pokémon master is also the most powerful Pokémon on Earth. This is the ruler of New Island and, soon, the whole world. Mewtwo." The woman said
(oh that's not good.) Lincoln thought to himself
"A Pokémon can't be a Pokémon master! No way!" A trainer with a lot of water types said
"he isn't it's a trap." Lincoln said
mewtwo laughed
"I am a Pokemon master but you are right it's a trap." Mewtwo said via telepathy
"let me guess your plan is to clone all of our Pokémon and take over the world." Lincoln said
"how did you-" mewtwo began
"your name "mewtwo" there's mew and then there's you plus having all of our pokemon sent out makes them easy pickings." Lincoln said "you gonna kill us?"
"no I need humanity to see what it's created." Mewtwo said as he released the woman from his control and suddenly a bunch of weird looking pokeballs began to fly about catching the other trainers Pokemon
they tried to go for the gang's pokemon only for the pokeballs to phase right through them which sent out a bunch small attacks at mewtwo
"fakes?" Mewtwo questioned as he blocked the attacks
"yeah figured it was a trap kinda of a sixth sense." Lincoln said
suddenly one of the balls caught Pikachu
"Pikachu!" Ash said as he followed the ball
"oh god damn it!" Lincoln said as he opened a portal "whatever comes out of there keep mewtwo busy!"
suddenly a giant red yellow white and green plant monster with sharp teeth came out of the portal and let out a huge roar (petey piranha from Mario)
"fool." Mewtwo said before he began to fight
with ash and Lincoln
soon the found a machine cloning all of the Pokemon
ash jumped into the machine to grab pikachu's pokeball with Lincoln jumping in after him
eventually they managed to get the ball out not before the machine could create a pikachu clone
"pikachu buddy!" Ash said
suddenly on one of the screens a message appeared
"warning! inconclusive DNA solution combination with other available DNA."
"what does that mean?" Ash asked
suddenly the cloning machine activated and in two test tubes two very human babies were there
one had mostly black hair with a white streak in it
the other had mostly white hair with a black streak in it
both babies looked very similar to ash and Lincoln
Lincoln fainted at the sight
"mom is going to kill me." Ash said
pikachu just burst out laughing
oh boy clone babies
