On March 11th, Charity sees a note.

Dear Mom, we screwed up, but we are going to fix this mess and save Remy! Ninja mission!

The Louds and Luke see this and gasp.

"Oh, you kids are more than grounded right now. You lost your Spring Break and your summer." Charity says.

"Mom, Kat and Ana went on a vacation." Lola says.

"At least they're making an effort to make things right. You basically spent money that wasn't even meant for you." Charity says.

"Luke, we gotta do something. By now, those cosmic buddies are probably on Wario's tail." Shane says.

The Louds were getting bombarded with more texts as they saw the news conference on TV.

With the Foxes, they couldn't believe Luke did that. They were rewatching the news conference this morning as they ate bowls of Lucky Charms cereal for breakfast.

"I can't believe it." They all say.

Skylia was there, too. For once, the Foxes allowed her in.

"Hello." she says.

"Hey, Sky." Gabriel says. "Me and the kids are watching the news conference from the other day. It's been a crazy few days since the charity event."

"Luke was being selfish." Oliver says.

At Oakley Academy, however, Luke and Shane got the cold shoulder.

Luke frowned. Shane was now crying.

"Selfish!" Lonnie shouts at them.

"Why did you keep the money?!" Stephen says in disbelief.

"To buy a hotel." Luke says.

"You're so selfish!" Stephen says. "Selfish! Selfish! You better get used to hearing that word for a long time!"

Things weren't much better for the siblings at their schools.

Lucy noticed Haiku looking heartbroken before she went to lunch as Ashley walked up.

"Lucy, I need your help. My friends were taken from me." Ashley says.

"Sigh. I could skip school. No one notices me, anyway. Let's go." Lucy says, going with Ashley.

With Luna, Sam slapped her.

"How could you be so selfish and greedy?! That money was for that sweet Remy and you go and spend it!" Sam screamed. "It wasn't meant for you or Luke or anyone else in that family of yours!"

Luna looked down. "I'm so sorry!" she sobbed.

At lunch, Luke and Shane were alone. To be honest, they deserved to be alone after what happened. Luke was soon regretting everything. Since the incident, they lost a lot of fans and most of their friends.

Later, there was an explosion in the skies as Angry Luigi was falling from space. He fell into Royal Woods as Alem tuber caught him.

"I got the cure!" Angry Luigi says and speeds off as fast as he could, speeding past the manor and towards the hospital.

He arrived in Remy's room. "I got the cure! Drink up!" he said.

Remy drinks it. He got up as Maria gasped. Angry Luigi struck a pose.

"He's up! He's up!" Maria says. "He's well! Get the bell!"

Her nurse brings in the bell as Remy rings it. Haiku hugged him, thankful he was alive.

The Louds were being ridiculed and people demanded they give the Estevez family the money once they got the refund from buying the hotel.

Luke goes to the hospital, but sees news crews from all over Michigan coming out as Alem tuber carries a weak and tired Angry Luigi.

"What did you two bozos do now?" Lisa asked.

"They did the one thing you selfish pricks couldn't do." One person says. "They saved that poor boy's life."

"My friends…Remy is okay…" Angry Luigi groaned.

"You selfish pricks used that money on yourselves instead of using it to do what those two brave boys did!" Another person says to the Louds.

"They're getting the credit instead of you! How does it feel, knowing your reputations are now ruined?" Stella says.

"They're the frauds who made Luke upset. did we all forget" Lola asked

"They saved that boy's life! They're the heroes here! And say goodbye to your movie career forever, Miss Loud." Her manager says as she leaves.

Meanwhile, Zanda was tied up.

"We should probably get back to Earth." Jason says.

"Yeah." Savannah says.

They arrive back as Lucy comes home. "Sigh." Lucy says.

"Where were you?" Leni asked

"Helping Ashley save her mother so we could find a cure." Lucy says before Haiku hugged Lucy as Lucy was confused.

The other cosmic buddies were preparing a party for Remy.

"It isn't his birthday for another month, you know." Savannah says.

"Still, he's well and he survived leukemia twice. That's something worth celebrating. Yeah, we have been to a lot of parties." Melony says.

"No, give him a week or two." Savannah says and calls Gemma and asks her to delay the show till about April so Remy could recover.

With the Louds, the truth finally came out once Charity told the news stations what was really done with the money.

Lola was arrested and sent to the state prison to be executed via the electric chair.

"You and your little scheme just to use the money for a hotel to host pageants! And to use it on the things you wanted!" Luna screamed. "I almost lost Sam because of you!"

"You made us lose fans and almost cost us our friends!" Luke and Shane screamed at Lola.

"So we're not grounded anymore?" Leni asked.

"Correct. You kids can have your summer back." Charity says.

Pam hugged Angry Luigi and Emma. "You two did it!" Pam says.

"No, we did it." Emma says and hugs Pam.

"I guess you cosmic buddies came through for once." Stephen says.

"Yeah, we're heading back to Greendale now." Emila tells Edric.

Later, Lola woke up, restrained in an electric chair in the Michigan state prison, surrounded by officers and plenty of witnesses.

"Any last words?" the officer asked.

"The cosmic buddies can go to hell!" Lola says.

The electric chair was turned on and Lola was shocked to death, never to be heard from or seen again.

As the family watched this from the manor, they were glad to not be labeled as selfish anymore. Sure, they could have gotten Lola some professional help, but we all know that wouldn't end well. Getting rid of her was a way better solution.

"Great, the cosmic buddies' fame is skyrocketing. Big time." Luke says.

"Maybe if you hadn't listened to Lola and did the right thing, you'd actually get credit." Forest says.

Lucy smiled, holding her medal she was given. Luke sulked, jealous.

"Hey, guys, we're back from our ultra ninja mission and we didn't get mind-controlled." Kat lied.

Luke didn't care. He was too guilty to care. He shouldn't have even listened to Lola when they raised all that money.

March 31st came a few weeks later. But Luna didn't want to celebrate her birthday. At all. She hated herself for listening to Lola that day and every day since.
