It was only a few months after hearing the news that they were gonna be heading back to Royal Woods that Lincoln and Lucy had very mixed emotions about all this. They ran away, not only in search of their biological parents, but because Royal Woods had not given them the fondest of memories. Still, they were there to support their mother and her wish to see her own father in the hopes of sharing the news about her pregnancy.

Speaking of which, the baby was looking to be coming awfully fast, as Lois' belly seemingly inflated overnight. But Bruce Wayne took care of everything and arranged the plane ride to Royal Woods With that in mind, they were hoping the trip was a fast one as they were on the plane back to Michigan. Landing at the airport, Lincoln and Lucy had a sense of familiarity come over them. After having gotten settled in Metropolis, it just felt weird to be back to the place they once called their home.

"Home sweet home, huh?" Lincoln said as they stepped outside of the airport.

"It doesn't really feel that way anymore." Lucy replied. Their parents, as well as Bruce and Damian were staying by them.

Clark then told them both "Like we said to you kids before, we'll do our best to avoid the Louds if that helps.

"No, dad. That's not necessary." Lincoln replied. "What we really need is closure."

Lucy nodded in agreement and both their parents and the Waynes had an idea of what that meant. Seeing as their kids actually wanted to go along with this, they decided to take a detour and found themselves in their old neighborhood. By looking at their old house, it was safe to say that it's seen better days, but that would be putting it mildly. It looked like it just barely survived a tornado, and this was from Lincoln an Lucy's old siblings. They were honestly hoping that their leaving wouldn't have affected them too much. But, they had decided to come here to make amends, and they weren't gonna back out now.

Putting his ear by the door, Lincoln could swear that they could hear a commotion going on inside. The second he knocked on the door, however, it stopped as footsteps were coming in to answer it. Opening the door was his adopted father, Lynn Loud Sr. The Patriarch of the Loud Family gasped loudly and dramatically at the sight of his boy and gothic daughter showing up. The rest of the family followed suit.

"H-Hey, guys..." Lincoln said awkwardly. Clark, Lois, Bruce and Damian were by the sidewalk when they saw the Loud Sisters and their parents surrounding Lincoln and Lucy, bombarding them with questions and apologies, a mixture of "I'm sorry!" And "please, forgive us!". It would've been a warming scene if Lois and Clark didn't have mixed emotions about all this.

"Alright! Alright! Relax guys!" Lincoln said as he quickly pulled himself and Lucy away from his crazy old family. They were all in tears as they didn't want to be separated from him again.

"Lincoln! Lucy! We're literally very sorry for what was going on with us! Please! Come back to us!" Lori said, speaking for everyone.

"I didn't really think you'd miss us that much." Lincoln said, rubbing his arm. "But, while we are back, we would like you to meet our...new family."

That is when Lois and Clark stepped forward to introduce themselves. The Loud Sisters were at very mixed emotions at meeting Lincoln and Lucy's biological parents. But Lynn and Rita we honestly very nervous, feeling like their relationship with the Kent-Lanes may as well be on shaky ground at this point.

"Heeeey...Clark...Lois..." Rita said to them, the parents of Lincoln and Lucy giving them a deadpan.

"You know, we can't really complain, since you did take care of our kids." Lois remarked.

"But I would definitely recommend therapy for you all." Clark added.

"Clark, Lois, please. We didn't mean for things to get out of hand with Lincoln or Lucy. But we just-" Lynn was about to go on, but Clark stopped them.

"You have eleven daughters. It's honestly quite understandable what you have to go through."

Lois nodded in agreement, and the Louds did feel a bit relieved when they heard that. And as much as the Louds were wanting to back in touch with their old brother and sister, Lois was suddenly not feeling as good and was beginning to feel her engorged belly around. And that...is when it happened.

"Clark?!" She said to her husband. "I think my water just broke."

"What?!" Her husband yelled out. Everyone was in shock, knowing full well that that meant. Lois' baby was coming. Picking up his wife, Clark rushed back to the car, with the Waynes and their kids following after them.

"Looks like we might need to catch up later!" Lincoln said as he and Lucy rushed after their parents. The Louds had mixed feelings on seeing them again. But Lynn Jr felt a bit more sad, since she didn't get a chance to formally apologize.

The moment Lois was rushed to the hospital, Clark wasted no time having the orderlies take her into an emergency room, where they had her prepared to give birth. Lincoln and Lois waited outside with Bruce and Damian, and it was there that two other faces, their adopted Pop-Pop, Albert, and their biological grandfather from their mother's side, Sam.

"It's really good to see you guys again." Albert said as the two embraced their grandfather.

"Likewise, pop-pop. It honestly feels pretty good to be back."

Then Sam came by, got down to see his grandkids and said "When I heard that my little girl had found kids, I honestly couldn't believe it. And my heart almost stopped when she said she was having another one..."

He then ruffled the hair of both Lincoln and Lucy.

"It's nice to finally meet you both. And to be here to see the birth of a new member of your family."

And that should be happening in three, two, one...

(BABY'S CRY)

After a few moments, they were cleared to enter. It warmed everyone's hard to see Lois in bed with a little bundle of joy in her arms. A baby girl with a tuft of black hair on her head. Lincoln and Lucy's new baby sister, Lara.
