Friday

A 10 year old girl with short black curly hair was walking down the street. She was wearing her favorite blue dress and heading to a house she normally visits everyday after school, and sometimes on the weekends. She arrives at the house and walks up to the door and walks right in without knocking first. She hears a piano playing in the other room, music was and forever be Beethoven, so she goes to the room. She finds the right room and through the doorway she looks in and sees what shes been looking for. There sat a 10 year old blonde boy playing his toy piano. He was wearing a purple and black striped shirt and black shorts.

He didn't notice the girl as she walked in to sit in front of his little toy piano. He only cared on trying to get this piece momerized that he was playing because he was requested to play this very difficult song at a college of music, which he wanted to go to someday. When his parents got the call they already told them he would be delighted, even though he wasn't ready to play infront of alot of people yet. And he normally don't play this advanced piece. He has been working on it for 2 weeks now. And exactly everytime when it comes to the end, he plays, he messes up on some keys and he bangs on the keys in frustation.

Wow, you did this yesterday too is everything okay, Schroeder?, she asked sitting up and looking at him. Frustrated with both her and his self. Shut up! he said glaring at her. Well, if you want my opinon I...she tries to suggest but was cut off, No one asked for your opinon Lucy! Schroeder said trying not to lose his cool.

Well, okay. Hey, I came today to tell you something important I have to, uhh., Lucy said looking down then heard his piano playing again interrupting her. That jerk, Lucy thought, I told him it's important! She stood up and said Hey! I was talking to you! Schroeder was furious and had enough of her, he couldn't get the part right if he kept getting interrupted. So he slammed on his keys again and looked up at her and said I DON'T CARE!! I NEVER CARED!! I DON'T FREAKING LIKE YOU!!! YOU COME IN HERE INVADE MY HOUSE, AND GET ON MY PIANO! YOU TALK NONSTOP ABOUT WHO KNOWS WHAT, LIKE MARRYING YOU! I'M NEVER GOING TO MARRY YOU, OKAY!! I AM NEVER GOING TO BE WITH A SELFISH BRAT LIKE YOU!! FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!

Lucy looked at him with tons of emotion because he has never yelled at her like that before. He normally says stuff, but he never yelled at her before. The tears in her eyes threating to come rolling down, she whispered You're a jerk..

What?! Schroeder asked as he stood up, still feeling angry. I said YOU'RE A JERK! And you think I'm selfish! How dare you!! I am the only one that stays and listens to you play. I can't believe I even wasted my time on you! You will never care about anything anyone, but your STUPID PIANO!! One day, you will regret being all alone! Now you got your wish! GOODBYE, FOREVER!!, Lucy's tears were falling down now, she just then realized he will never change. Her heart is broken. She ran out of the room down the hallway to the front door. She ran all the way back home.

Schroeder, could of cared less, he just sat back down, he breathed in and out to calm his self, and continued to redo the song. He thought to himself, Whatever she will be back...like she always does. At least I can have alittle piece and quiet for now.

It was saturday, and Schroeder played infront of the whole board of directors of the college. He didn't mess up the ending of the song so his performance was beautiful. His parents were so happy for him and the board told them that they have no doubt he be accepted in their program when he graduates high school. He couldn't wait to tell his friends at school.

Monday morning at school

Just like a normal morning, the kids walked in and went to their lockers and get their books for the day. Schroeder had a smile on his face and walks up to very cool guy named Franklin and a short brownish haired, glasses girl named Marcy. He told them what he did this weekend and they congratulated him. He told them thanks, and looked for his other friends to tell them too. He needed to go find Linus to tell him what he has been doing this weekend, but didn't see him at all not even Lucy. Which he didn't think about it being all that bad, because he was glad she wasn't trying to get his attention like she normally does.

Lunch came and gone and back in class the students went. Schroeder didn't see Charlie Brown until at the end of the day. Hey, Charlie Brown wait up!, Schroeder said running towards the 10 year old boy with a big rounded, hardly any hair, head. And he was wearing a yellow and brown zigzag shirt and black shorts. Charlie looked around and then noticed Schroeder, so he waited for him. Hey., Charlie said.

So how you been?, Schroeder asked trying to not sound out of breath. I am fine, yourself?, Charlie Brown asked. I'm good, so before I tell you the exciting news from this weekend, uhh, have you seen Linus? He wasn't at his locker this morning and I noticed he wasn't sitting with you at the lunch table is he sick or something?, He asked and then noticed Charlie's face changed from happy to sad. So he asked, What? What is it?

Schroeder you don't know? Linus's family moved this weekend on saturday. Lucy came over friday after school to tell you, since you missed school that day. Charlie said trying to not get upset about his best friend moving away. What! I mean she came over but, but never said anything like that!, Schroeder said trying to think of their conversation. There was lots of yelling but, wait a minute, she said something important she needed to say. Then she said 'You got your wish GOODBYE...FOREVER!!!' Oh crap! Well, Linus said Lucy came home crying after your house and started throwing things around, then putting in the moving boxes., Charlie said, with his finger on his chin pondering then added, He also tried asking her the next day, about what happened, but all she said was 'don't fall in love with a musician'.

Oh, okay., is all what Schroeder said. then he started walking home. Hey! Didn't you have something exciting that happened you wanted to say?!, Charlie yelled after Schroeder, but his friend kept on going. Then he said to his self, Oh well, I wondered what his problem is.

Who needs that annoying girl around! I think her being gone will be alot better. I will miss Linus though, but sometimes people moves away, and life changes for the better. Now my home will be quiet and I can finally relax with my piano... all alone hahaha. Schroeder thought and chuckled to himself. As soon as he got home he felt happier. Little did he know from then on his life will change...

To be continued...
